Sir, i purchase a phone on 2 june my phone bill is registered to name rajender sarda sir vivo phone service is very very very bad because my charger adapter is destroy and i go to shop zee mobile in india, haryana, sirsa, ellenbad in gandhi chownk then he says that ur charger will reach you in 10 days but after i go to shop he says that u come after 10 days i said ok then i come to shop he says that u come after 5-6 days what the hell the vivo phone service is a hell, disaster and fuc...

    I have vivo v1.It is getting heat too much...all of time...while playing game or using 3g net it getting more heated...
    And in xender...in storage location...I can't set it to external sd card...whet setting this...in selecting screen...it doesn't shows the external sd card...there is only two option...1st is recent filer and 2nd is internal storage...but there is no external sd card storage option...I cant receive large files due to this reason...plz solve this...

      The vivo mobile phone (Y11) is problematic since the purchase. 4 times visited the service centre at durgapur west bengal, they does some upgrade or setting changes and says there wont be any problem. But new problems are arising every alternative 2/ months. Phone hanging, whats app not operating, hanging of phones.

      Wastage of money, time.. Too much harassed.

      I need clear replacement and no consolation from the company!

        When I bought this phone(vivo y15s) on third day i had faced some software problem my air option not working and your selsman done fraud with me. I can't download apps from play store, if a apps download complete it doesn't install it redownloading starts. Battery backup is I have to charge this phone 3times aday. It's brightness is totally dull. I don't think any one should buy this stupid phone. On this price we may buy another phone with better function

          I purchased vivo model no x5max approx 45 days ago, finding difficult to oprate its very slow and saved contact does not appear many times, it got hanged also several times battery is very poor
          Over all its a frustrating phone for me to use
          Certain other minor issues, dosent support pdf at times
          Many times it gets mute without any reason, it restarts many times also difficult to do confrecing

            It is to your kind concern that i have purchased vivo v1 from the company showroom in sector 22 chandigarh on 15/11/201515 with extended warranty.
            It is to your kind concern that from the past three days the phone is getting quite heated up even when used for routine calls or messages and even when not used.I went to the vivo authorised service center in sector 40 chandigarh,
            They changed the software but the problem stands the same.I have been using 2 vivo v1 handsets in my family but never faced this kind of problem earlier.I have been visiting servece center but not been heard.Yours kindly requested to immediately resolve the problem or i will file case in the consumer court.

            I was called by the company and the useless solution given by them was the same to keep going to the the service centre till the problem is solved.
            I replied that it is to your kind concern that i have been already visiting the service center and waiting there for long but the solution has not been made from their side till now.I cant afford to everytime go there and wait for hours for no result and my work also suffers.It is to your kind concern that the phone is kept at my home and anytime can be collected for the resolution of the problem i will provide the address for sure when asked.I also mailed the copy of bill and extended warranty card.

              Purchased vivo v1 in univercel pheonix mall branch in chennai on april 3rd from the day one facing heating prob.on april 6th spoke to branch manager she transfered the calll to someone nd he said yu r first telling a prob with phone and bring it to showroom and lets check.after which took it to showroom on april 10.he told lik yu could hav told us within three days we would hav replaced with a new phone I said lik I didnt knw abt this 3 days policy and I spoke to u and yur store manager on 3rd day na yu could have said so tht I would have replaced d phone.but he spoke this nd tht .and finally said to take it service center it is software issue only it will be solved.and I took it to service center on 11th april.they said software updated hereadter no prob will come but still problem is the same.not even used d phone for a day.facing issue from day one.attached the bill.

                  Bad performance of newly purchased ViVO V1Max

                  I purchased a ViVO V1Max from a registered dealer in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. on 22/10/2015. After few days of my purchase I am continuously facing the problems in my phone keeps getting hanged, application does not response and phones keeps getting over heated. I had given VIVO service center two times till now they are done software update two times but no use i am getting same problem. No operations in phone at all... I want my phone to be replaced back or my refund should be done... Otherwise I will be taking legal action.

                  hot spot — mobile not replaced

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  This is to bring to your notice that i have a complaint against Hotspot(Branch Code 127) at Paschim Vihar, Infront of Jawala heri, New delhi.It has been around 6 months i hav purchased my mobile and from 2 months it is with them due to the display problem in it and in this 2 months i hav given them the mobile for 3 times but still it is not repaired yet and even they are not ready to replace it.
                  Please take some necessary action against them because now i m fedup of it.

                  hot spot — Mobile phone not returned

It is under worrienty period for 2 years. i have went there so many times but they are not responding properly. They are giving us another dates. Its past 2 month but i haven't received my phone till yet.

                  Hot Spot — Mobile sevice and return of insured amount

                  I buy a mobile handset from hotspot with care pack stating that your hand set will be repair if not repairable then the hotspot will return the 50% of current value

                  My hand set got damaged according the policy i submit my hand set for repair but the hot spot people change the motherboard of my mobile ( may because my hand set in unrepairable condition ) instead of returning the money

                  But the changed mobile not in working condition
                  I submited the same again but they return me without diagnose the problem
                  The same episode repeated three time

                  At last they say me to sub,it the all accessories for processing 50% refund by again a one month passed they did not refund my money


                  It is more than three month passed and they are sleeping even their customer care center and customer care cell

                    Took mobile from jayanagar 3rd block vivo mobile care. They offer false promises to trap the customers.

                    Promised for otg cable till now no Stock it was about a week. Don't buy mobiles please.

                    Stop vivo mobiles.

                          I Hv given my cell for service for some damages..the service officer promised that the cell will be ready within 3days. But when I tried reaching the service station on the 4 &5 day nobody is willing to take my call.. Very much surprised & scared. How come a service center avoid customer calls.
                          Finally on the 6 the day somebody picked the call & confirmed the mobile is still not ready due to unavailability of the stock. Surprising the vivo device is unavailable in the vivo served station.. Top of that my cell is under warranty and service officer who attended me was demanding for paying the service charges for the repair. I m totally unhappy withe service n ask the service officer not repair my mobile n return back to will. Its better to buy new cell giving this in exchange buy suffering on the kind service.

                            I purchase vivo x3s in 14500 from umiya mobile surat may and i get one year warranty after some time i removed sim card and when i insert my sim card the tray is not go in the mobile so i go to vivo service center so the officer said me that the si tray is broken and it"s chargeable so i give mobile to the company after some day call is come in mobile and the charge they said that 8811/- and give reason that the sim tray is come on the circuit so that whole circuit is changed and they really disappoint me please contact me [protected]@gmail.Com ph no.                                   I purchased a new Vivo V1 on 29.08.2015 from touchme mobile store and after a few days it started showing problems, and some time it used to work. The phone used to get hang, as i am not using to much applications on it. After 3 months suddenly the mobile touch is not working. When I took to the store from where I purchased they told they would not provide the service, we oursel[censored]sed to take to the service center and need to resolve the issue. I have given the handset to the service center, let see the service support of the company too. I believe that Vivo is a good mobile company but i got really disapointed that I wasted my money. It would be greatful if you can replace the handset with a new one.

                                    I purchased a y27 vivo mobile from your store in jayanagar bangalore .second day itself it started giving problem..i contacted that store by going online for the store phone number because they issued the bill without any phone number on it.. icalled him and asked ..why the battery is dischaging when it is not even touched..he told me contact the service center.again no number and address.just he said next to indian express..i gave 14, 000 rupees and purchased your new mobile and asking me to go to service center..even though i went spending around 800rs for auto fair..the sevice person gave me the service recepit and said collect it by evening..he said no problem..i brought back ..next week same problem again i went to the service person after a month and asked him why my new mobile is getting battery discharged without even touching..again i spent 800 for auto.he gave me the receipt and we will call you after ready..i told him use it for three days and give me..or else i will lodge a consumer complaint against the company..i will collect the phone once it is ready..even after it gets problem sure iam gonna lodge a legal notice to the vivo mobile company and the store where i purchased the mobile..

                                      I purchased a Vivo y27l from a registered dealer in Vadodara, Gujarat on 10/10/2015. After few days the phones keeps getting hanged, application does not response and phones keeps getting over heated.                                         I am Mamta. I have bought VIVO (vivioX3S) phone( Rs 16000) from one of the shop retailer. I bought this phone on 3 june 15 from JAIPUR. I am seriously fed up with this phone and your customer care services. There are so many issues with phone like hanging, showing insufficient space without reason, net not connecting, copying contacts multiple times etc. I can't even download a new app of just 15 Mb even when I have 6GB of space. Plus it keep getting hanged every time you run multiple apps. Is this why smartphones are made?? As it is under warranty i went to the service center and they behave so rudely with me and your service employees formatted my mobile and i lost all the contacts. Since 7 days i am visiting to your stupid service center and they are not at all responsive.I have brought phone from like 4-5 companies but I have never experienced such things from others company. I have never experienced this kind of chaos and irresponsible behavior. Your services really SUCKS. Your customer care people don't know how to behave with the customer then why the hell are those people sitting on the desk, shouting on customers instead of helping them. If you don't take action in stipulated time, I will go to Social media with this.I want the replacement or else resolve this problem as soon as possible. This is RIDICULOUS .
