I purchase vivo v5 on 21 and delivered today 24th oct 2017 from paytm when i un box the mobile and kept for charging according to guidlines given, i found mobile is not getting charge and got message "unable to charge please contact after sales and service" i shocked and tryed to charge with other cable thinking charger issue but no use, immediately i call paytm customer centre for help and they didnt care my issue and told its not there problem and it wont cover under replacement and told to contact vivo customer care, i am totally disappoint on this how they answer such bold without knowing actuall issue, please guide me next what can i do.

    I bought a new vivo mob. Three months ago, after some days its shows heating, battery backup problem, i called costumere care no. They told me to do somethings. I did it. But nothing happend. Than i go mathura service centre, i sit there minimum 3:40 hours, after this they said to me sir we updated your, s mobile softwere not it will work finly, i said change my battery, but they don, t

        Sir... My vivo y51l camera not working properly... When capture images images are all blur... Only near objects like macro focus... I go to the servicing centre for solving problem... They clean camera lens... Bt after same problem... Images are blur... All settings are reset and data all so reset but problems are same... Vivo is camera phone but after 8 months camera problem... Its a bad company bad product

          अवगत कराना है कि मैने दिनांक 16.10.2016 को Vivo V3 फोन खरीदा था । जिसका IMEI No. [protected] है । दिनांक 07.09.17 को मेरे फोन की डिसप्ले टच का कुछ भाग कार्य नही कर रहा था तो मै उसको ठीक कराने के लिए जनपद अलीगढ़ के Vivo Service Center, जो निरंजनपुरी रामघाट रोड़ पर स्थित है, पर गया था । सर्विस सेन्टर पर मेरे फोन को खोलकर बताया गया कि मेरे फोन मे पानी जाने की वजह से फोन की टच मे खराबी आ गई है जबकि मेरे फोन मे पानी नही गया है । सर्विस सेन्टर पर मेरे फोन को सही करने के लिए मुझसे पैसे माँगे गए जबकि मेरा फोन Under Warranty है, जिसका Extended Warranty Card भी मेरे पास है । फोन को खोलने से पहले सर्विस सेन्टर कर्मी ने मुझे बताया कि अगर आपके फोन में पानी गया होगा तो फोन के अन्दर पानी जाने पर उसके अन्दर लगे Indicater पर Red Spot आ जाता है, जबकि मेरे फोन को सर्विस सेन्टर कर्मी के द्वारा खोलने पर देखा गया तो उसके अन्दर लगे Indicater पर किसी भी प्रकार का Red Spot मौजूद नही था। लेकिन फिर भी सर्विस सेन्टर कर्मी ने मुझको बताया कि फोन मे पानी ही गया है । इस बात को लेकर मेरी सर्विस सेन्टर कर्मी से काफी बहस भी हुई और इस दरमियान सर्विस जॅावशीट मे मेरे फोन मे Liquid Damage होना दर्शाकर जॅावशीट की एक कॅापी मुझको दे दी गई । और मुझसे कहा गया कि अब आपका फोन चार्जेवल रिपेयर होगा क्यूँकि आपका फोन Physical Damage है ।

          मेरे फोन तथा मेरे फोन की डिसप्ले मे किसी भी प्रकार की टूट-फूट नही है, तो मेरा फोन Physical Damage कैसे हो सकता है ।

          मै आपके समक्ष सर्विस सेन्टर जॅावशीट की हार्ड कापी व फोन का Extended Warranty Card एवं फोन बिल आपको Submit कर भेज रहा हूँ ।

          अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि जनपद अलीगढ़ के Vivo Service Center को आप जल्द से जल्द मेरे फोन को सही करने हेतु आदेशित करने की कृपा करें ।

          अन्यथा मुझे मजबूरन कनज्यूमर कोर्ट की सहायता लेने को विवश होना पडेगा ।

          जब मेरे फोन के अन्दर स्थित Indegeter पर किसी भी प्रकार का Red Spot मौजूद नही है तो आप यह कैसे कह सकते हो कि मेरा फोन Liquid Damage है । सर्विस सेन्टर कर्मी ने भी अपनी जावशीट में कही भी Red Spot का होना नही दर्शाया है ।

            I have noted that my contacts are merging automatically with other contacts. Sometimes when i making calls to person whose number is stored in my contact list it has two three numbers. I have stored only one number but its automatically join other number which has no link with this contact and after making a call then usually i came to know that its connect with another number.

              My phones battery dosent last for even half a day and i need to charge it at least twice or thrice in a day. This was not the case before and it lasted easily for a day.

              I am taking the charger wherever i go and i dont want to keep doing this. Please resolve this at the earliest so that i can use the phone as i was using it before.

              I am expecting a response in 24 hours and i hope i can get it.

                The rear camera is not abke to focus things. Its blur. Some technical issue. Also while charging the option button doesnt operate.
                Really disappointed.
                Phone is 36 days old.
                I would like to have a refund.
                I talked to the representative from vivo but his response was very pale and he shut the phone while was explaining him.

                  Current and latest update of vivo v5 plus contains some of the issues but now after that update the camera got worst. Its not like 20mp. At earlier update camera quality was good but after the update some noise is getting appear in photos. After clicking it gets blur in normal and even in hdr mode. Thankyou. Hope this problem will resolve soon as possible

                        I am mitesh dosilives in jaipur rajasthan. I bought vivo y55 five months back. This mobile donot have the facility to keep away mobile with the vibration mode when text message received. Every time mobile vibrates while any text message received. This is very irritating. This is a bug. Kindly look into it and provide resolution.

                            I am akshada i bought vivo y66 on 28 july 2017. I am not receiving the notification for hike unless the app is open. All the settings of notification is enabled. I tried all the possible ways by reinstalling the hike app. By updating the versions. Still i am not receiving the notification. I had call the consumer care but the information given by them was not up to mark. Please give the solution. Thanks.

                            I'm using vivo y53 model in that I can't make outgoing calls and I contact the aircel customer service they told there is no problem in sim u can make a call but still I can't
                            My mobile is hanged nd no battery backup i want to replace my mobile care says that bring evidence then m replace your mobile i want change my mobile plzz help m not happy to buy vivo fone

                              I am santosh gurunath akerkar i boght vivo v3 in feb 2016 after a year it started giving me trouble last 2 months its not getting charged properly i went to santacruze customer service center there i got pathetic service i waited for 3 hrs to get the answer that parts are not available asked me to come after a week in fact yesterday i called them but still there is no stock i dont understand what to do my moble is off for last so many days how can i recommend vivo to someone

                                Two days before i was talking with my friend in whatsapp and suddenly i dont know what happened i heard two beep sound and after 3-4 seconds it just went off and then i tried to turn it on but i was not responding. I thought that the battery may have drained so i plugged it in to charge but then also it was not turning on.. I have purchased it 3 months ago and now i have the warranty card of the phone and i cant find my bill receipt i have purchased it from kerala so now i in gujarat so kindly tell me what to do to get my phone working...

                                  Interface got struck several times, back button is not working well sometimes, photos have been took without clicking. I consulted vivo fb page they suggested me to reset settings even after doing so immediately i found interface problem. My patience had vanished i want my money back. I even went to customer care they didn't show any interest in this. I'm have a screen shot n screen recording of this interface problem

                                  Many duplicate contacts. Worst is it appears even after deletion. Also contact numbers gets saved under wrong names. It is very frustrating and bad experience, since basic phone feature of contacts is giving major problem

I am using vivo v1 since last year and because of vivo promotions and service quality assurance by vivo i puchased vivo v1 i have been asured that i wont get any problem for its service because vivo has its own service provider but now i want to upgrade my vivo v1 into volte then why service provider s are refusing to provide me service?? I am moving from 2 month to upgrade my phone but i am not getting that please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        My phones internal sounds are very crackling. For example when ever i play you tube on any application or say play anything on google. There's a very disturbing sound. Not clear.
                                        This does not happen when i am listening to music or playing videos on vivo apps. It only happens on few sites.
                                        For example if i play you tube through its. Everything is fine. But now if i play you tube through vidmate, the noise would be there.
