The display of the newly bought y66 started showing problems within 1 hour of buying. The display shows blurred lines and has some inner circuit issues. This was highly disappointing for a company looking to establish customer base. The shopkeeper (The mobile solutions, laxmi nagar, new delhi-110092) on request asked to take the problem to the service center and refused to entertain the issue. This was a careless attitude of the shopkeeper and i personally would not like to buy any vivo phone further and rather downgrade the reviews of the company being a phone reviewer myself. If the company doesn't deliver a new phone within the next 2 working days then i am surely going to take this concern to legal authorities.

    Hi team,

    I had purchased new vivo y66 phone on 7th may'17 and within 2 weeks i observed that it had some issue with its incoming calls. Exactly issue is for any call longer than say 10 mins, incoming voice will be gone i. E. There will be no voice coming from the other side although people could hear you at the other end.
    This issue we have observed for at least 80% of the calls. Within 2 weeks of purchase, i made a contact with vivo service center, noida (On 23rd may) and make them understand the issue. Since my phone was under 1 month of full warranty so any issue arising within a month, i should get my phone replaced. For the first time service center just upgrade the software and assured me that this issue won't be longer and ask me to observe it.

    There was no improvement even after software upgrade, i had visited service center again this week and now they have started making excuses like already 1 month is over so we will try to observe why it is coming and try to find the faulty part. Again they have upgraded my software but still the problem is persistent. Although my hand set is under warranty for 1 year but vivo guys doesn't seem to be bothered with my problem.

    I can't even use the basic functionality of this phone i. E. Calling.. I have tried to make them understand what kind of torture i am facing but all in vain.

    Request you to take this issue on priority and get my phone exchanged asap.

      Switch off directly when not in use, rear camera and flash not working properly, this problem occurred before few months earlier and now same problem facing now mobile vivi y27l handset, mobile when in use work regularly but when it not in working switch off directly, handset is under extended warranty earlier i complaint about this and service center at akola resolved this problem but same problem facing now

        Hi team,

        This is regarding the handset vivo v5 gold with imei no. - [protected]
        Phone was stolen on[protected] at 3.30 am (In the night)
        When i contacted vivo services, they simply denied that they don't have facility to locate the phone via imei number or nor they have facility to lock the device.

        My question :
        If they don't have facility then why they are selling too costly phones in the market?

        Even google says that get in touch with your operator :

        Your operator may be able to help by disabling your sim card, ordering a new sim card or redirecting your calls to a new number.
        This may also help protect you from identity theft since a finder could use text messages to access your information, send messages on your behalf or make expensive calls.

        Can you guys raise this concern to authorities so that we will at-least get our phone locked and become non usable for others?

          I am using vivo v5s handset from a month, and i am facing some problems in this this is the major one, i want you to resolve this bug soon.
          1:- if i plugged in my boat 220 earphones automatically the volume gets decreases, and can't listen music and can't even call,

            I submitted my phone for repairs at the vivo service center near sector 14. When i got my phone back i realised that while my phone was with the service centre empoylees it was being used by one of them for their personal use of which i wasnt told of. It contains pics being clicked by some random person of a function that he or she had gone to carrying my phone along. Moreover there were contacts saved on my phone that werent there before and were around 30 to 40 in number. This clearly shows that another sim was inserted in my phone and that it was used some other person without my permission. This is unacceptable and vivo service centre voided my privacy. I want the service centre empolyees to answer to me as to how dare they went beyond their limits and used my phone for their personal pleasure.

              Sir vivo y51l phone is disappointing me a lot its battery is draining so fast as it is not retaining for 6 hrs. On other hand my brother has redmi 3s whose battery lasts for a day and also price of redmi is less bu vivo y51l by 2000 rs. So please resolve my problem asap as it is irritating to see battery draining fast and at all charging the mobile. A big problem occurs during long journeys. So please kindly respond asap.

                  I bought vivo Y55s my battery is worse I have to charge thrice in a day very worst experience n camera is also very poor quality instead of this I would have buy redmi 4. I regret. Vivo is an Chinese company which is now in total form in India I thought that according to its rating it would be a great phone but when I got it then the performance was very bad the cheapest processor is fitted into the motherboard the device hangs all the time due to its worst processor so I request to customer don’t buy this phone. Can I change this phone n get a refund. Rs 12500/-

                      Respected Sir/Mam,
                      I have purchased the Vivo Y51L mobile and in case of loss of my mobile which is pattern locked/password locked none of the person should make it switch off nor reboot it or change the mobile software by replacing the inserted SIM at the time of loss of mobile. So that I think it will be easy to find out the lost mobile and trace it while the GPRS is on or through googles device manager which is installed in the mobile...

                      When I save any contact no in my phone book then it save 2, 3 or sometime 4 times automatically.
                      And if I delete the extra, then after some time it will show again. And the other problem is that my phone works very slowly as compared with other vivo handset.

                        I am sanath reddy purchased vivo y51l mobile in chennai. The problem is tge imei for this phone which i have purchased iswrong whenever iam typing imei it is showing this imei does not for this mobile
                        I have seen in flipkart too when i was intrested to buy another mobile inexchange offer same problem araising.

                          It's the eleventh day after the purchase of the handset vivo v5 and i came across this issue of sudden switch off of the set... Unwanted heating up of the handset. Old resolve this.
                          What kind of reason is this by the way... That if one has briefly explained his problem and couldn't exceed certain count of characters would not be entertained???? Now i suppose i've exceeded.

                            The phone was very lite and broke easily. We contacted to the service center and its been a month we are waiting for the parts but there is no positive response from their side. The mobile phone is very expensive but service center is not looking for our requests. Kindly take some action. The breakage was so unexpected and too intense that even the display is not working and speakers are also damaged. The service center promised to get the parts and repair the set but each time we receive another new excuse, sometimes parts not available, another time that parts will come in next week, parts are costly blah blah. Except excuses nothing have reached to us. It is very annoying to hear that such a big company vivo that sells such costly phones does not have their spare parts for repairment.
                            The company promises that phone will not break but it breaks even falling from a short height, completely unexpected.
                            I kindly request you to help and do something because it does not suits in professionalism.

                              I bought the abovementioned Vivo mobile handset bearing IMEI No.[protected] on 30.04.2017 from Sargam Electronics, Kohat Enclave, Pitam Pura, Delhi 110034. I was told that if any defect is found in the mobile within a month of purchase, the same will be replaced by the seller itself.
                              A problem occurred the very next day, i.e., the phone used to get switched off automatically and switched on also of its own. Due to illness I could not visit either the seller or the service centre for about a fortnight. Thereafter I contacted the seller who, retreating from his earlier statement that the phone will be replaced by him, asked me to contact the service centre. The service centre kept the phone for one day and as told by them the software of the phone was updated and the defect according to them was repaired. They did not replace the phone. However, the problem remained the same. I went to the seller to suggest that such misleading statements should not be made to customers. I again visited the service centre where I found number of persons waiting for getting the phone repaired. As is clear the company is not very old and the service centres are flooded with complaints. This is very much indicative of the fact that the company is selling faulty phones deliberately as there is no check over what is being sold by it. Since it takes at least 2 hours at the service centre to get the phone checked, I came back.
                              This appears that the company is selling faulty phones and then making customers to visit the service centres. The company makes misleading statements that the phone will be replaced within a month, if there is any complaint regarding its working. This is absolutely false statement. I would advise people NOT TO BUY VIVO PHONES at all otherwise they will have to keep on visiting the service centres every now and then and may be every week. I am very sure that the company will not either be able to identify the defect in the phone nor will it be able to replace the same.
                              According to me, there should be a REGULATORY AUTHORITY which should look into such complaints instead of the company looking into it as the company will never find fault with their own products.

                              Sometime in June 2017, I purchased a pair of shoes from Chandni Chowk outlet of Bata. The cost of the pair was Rs.1000/-. The shoe was lying till October 2017 when I took it out and started using it. Honestly speaking, it was an extremely bitter experience. The shoe was so uncomfortable that I repented upon purchasing the shoe. Although I had stopped using Bata brand years back, I thought of trying the brand again. However, the said experience was not good at all. After using the shoe for a few days, I thought that the same will adjust into my feet but the shoe being of very bad quality, could never be adjusted to my feet. It sometimes appears that the shoe is made of wood and not of any other material.
                              For the knowledge of administrators of Bata, I may point out that I had purchased an unbranded shoe on the last occasion for almost the same amount and I found it so comfortable that I used for about two years continuously.
                              I was under the impression that over the years, Bata must have improved its quality but I was wrong. But the quality of Bata appears to have worsened. Having purchased a pair of shoes of such a bad quality I am neither in a position to use it nor to throw it off. In addition, I may have to purchase a better quality shoe. It is extremely unfortunate.

                                    Headset problem... I hv bought vivo v5 plus three days ago today for the first time i hv plugged the headset to listen music bt i found that its not working nor even showing headset plugged means some defect lies in headset connectivity shocket... Its really ridiculous that a company creating image through tag line music and camera and its result is this.
