My request for deactivating my vodafone number [protected] has not been processed till date.
I have put in mails to crorate customer care on 16th December after payment of INR 2200.

Also further I have paid the bill for balance amount of INR 220 on Jan 17, 2017 so that my account balance shows nil and the deactivation process could be smoothened .

But Company is adding up bills till date and no action has been taken on this till now.

Its really frustrating now.

    I have been using Vodafone number [protected] for my datacard/internet requirements, On 23 Jan 17 I made the payment through netbanking clearing my latest bill but due to network congestion could not take the print of receipt, I have been writing mails to Vodafone customer care to get the receipt. While they are acknowledging that payment has been credited to my account but now for last 10 days they are not providing me a receipt of payment made by me. I need the receipt as proof of payment to be submitted to account section.

    As per rules & regulations in India for any trade/business, the service provider is legally bound to provide a receipt for the payment received from the customer and Vodafone is openly flouting the rules of this country.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      They have send a message stating 175 is deducted in your account on behalf or lofe style service which is renewed automatically. I have not started any such service on my number neither i am aware of any such service. Still i am gettng charged for it. I have immediately sent a message to stop this service but still i am gettimg charged unethically from vodaphone. Request you to kindly please waiver of these charges since this is charged by vodaphone unethically.

      Dear Mam,

      This is to inform you that I have ported my network form Aircel to Vodafone and I have verified it two times but my number is not working.

      Vodafone Customer is saying that your Verification is still pending, Now for how many times I have to get it verified as most of of my office work is depended on this number,

      If the Vodafone can not resolve my issue then change my network to Aircel itself as its far better than Vodafone. Your service are too poor and not as per customers satisfaction as I am truly disappointed with your service.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I have recharged 3G internet pack on 31st jan 2017 2.75 GB for Rs 397/- and my first data pack had balance approx 200 mb. then I had received SMS from your side for activation of pack for total data 2816 MB on 31 Jan2017 8:38pm. After two days message received for data pack expiration.
        In summary i have complaint how will expire my data pack before use even after i had recharged before expiration of first data pack. please let me know the reason urgently.

          I have received my vodafone bill on 4 Jan amounting to Rs 354.12. I have registered my bill for an auto debit and i saw that they had deducted Rs 993.59 on Jan 20 th from my card.
          I have sent them email on Jan 20th to which they replied "that your account was deactivated on dated 02/10/2016 due to ownership change and in that account the outstanding amount is Rs 639.47 and it immediate charge and it transfer on your activate account and the auto debit is activate on your account so in your payment Rs 993.59 is debited"

          On this i again followed them because i am using this number since more than 7 years and how can they do an ownership change without informing me or taking my consent. On this also after reminder email, they replied on Jan 31, "I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to inadvertent error.
          I have studied your bill dated 03.01.17 and have found that your due to some Technical changes in account we are unable to generate the complete bill for the month of October, hence the same added in the bill generated on dated 03.01.17 charges have been recorded in accordance with your tariff plan on your number [protected]"

          After this i also saw that my vodafone account has stop showing me the bills before October 2016 although this is a very old number and all the bille gets auto debited from my card before the due date so there is no point of having any dues. Infact my Jan bill also does not show any due and still they have deducted this amount. I again sent them an email to revert the charges and else i will go to the consumer forum.

          To that they have not replied me or called me but have deleted all the bills from my vodafone account.
          Now I want them to refund back the money that they have charged in extra from me.

                I am the customer of Vodafone since 2005 onwards. My No. is [protected]. I subscribed Special Offer under Flex Scheme an amount of Rs.105 on[protected], the amount was deducted from my aaccount on the same day, but it was not activated so far.Please take necessary action soon.

                  I am still receiving my bills for [protected] even after getting confirmation of deactivation from the customer care. Vodafone people are not responding to my emails or messages. Please stop torchuring people like this and please stop my account. My account balance is Rs. 0 and i sent email to customer care and even called the branch but they are not replying.

                      I m complaining about activation of vas service by vodafone india without my consent . The service named rozgar_seva_ppu_10 which bears 10rs charge . I talked with a customer care executive on customer helpline and he had taken my request for reversal of above amount but he denied to deactivate above service saying this is not activated by us therefore i want to deactivate the service and proper action for this. I m attaching screenshot in which u can see above service and charge.

                        I didn't subscribe dotbot service. But ₹15/- debited from my account. I want to deactivate that service and please refund my debited amount within 1 hour. Complain sending time 08:06 pm of 02 Feb 2017. My number is [protected]. Next time don't active these type of services in my number. It's not a joke of matter. I didn't get response from your coustomer care number 198. Refund my balance of ₹ 15/-

                          I had chosen data card connection with advance payment of rental plus tax(6000+1140) for six months in the month of May. But they have deactivated my service before completion of 6th month claiming that I have an outstanding balance to pay.
                          Several times I walked into Vodafone store as well as I had conversation many times with customer care and no one is tracking the complaint properly. I was forced to pay the amount and I had strictly asked to disconnect the service. WRT to the complaint logged[protected], the excess amount charged should be refunded to me. And when I asked to refund it to my bank account the information I got is my number is activated since I have already paid the bill and hence they cannot reimburse money to my account.

                          This is the second time incidence I faced from Vodafone sending unnecessary bills. Last time also they send court notice and made me pay unnecessary bills generated by ignoring the complaints logged regarding it. Last time they were charging etc Rs30-40 per bill claiming international SMSA charge which I have never availed and non one was tracking the complaints logged in a proper way and kept generating bills without considering the request for cancellation of connection.

                            I purchased 150 MB data at Rs 46/- on 1st February 2017. I am using internet facility on my mobile only for few minutes daily as I have got regular internet connection at my home. Today when I checked balance of my data at 2 PM today on 2.2.2017 it was 146 MB. When I checked the balance at about 3 PM I was shocked to see balance of only 60 MB although I did not download any thing between 2 PM to 3 PM. It is very difficult to understand how I lost my 85 MB data without downloading. Kindly inquire into this and provide me the lost data of 85 MB immediately. I should not be penalised for no fault of me.

                              Vodafone is wrongly charging on my monthly bill.
                              I use the 499 monthly plan for which i was confirmed i will be getting 700 minutes, 3GB- 3G Data and Text messages.

                              I hardly made 400 calls and used 1GB - 3G data, after consuming 1 GB i started getting messages for additional data usage. I called the customer care to which i was confirmed that i was wrongly charged on data consumption and a New Bill will be shared, which will exclude the extra charges. After 1 week of this conversation i got a call again and Executive said that i have not been charged wrongly on data instead i have availed (Caller tunes + astrology plans+ Shayari messages). I have never subscribed to any of the mentioned services, and again i got a confirmation that they have wrongly charged me on this. It has been almost 15 days Vodafone has barred my outgoing with no updates on the correct bill.

                              Vodafone has made it a usual practice to charge customers for schemes that are never being availed in the first place.

                              Please get the same resolved with correct bill details.

                                I'm have a Vodafone number and I lost the phone one month back . Before it also I was not using it much . I paid a bill which was 1600. Now they are saying I have to pay 4000.rs I went to Chennai Vodafone store they didn't even give a duplicate sim . Then I came to Trivandrum Vodafone . They are saying I used the phone so that they can't do anything . But that month I didn't even used the phone and they charging me 4000 Rs simply. And lady who called from Vodafone was talking in a bad way . Very bad way . My Vodafone number is [protected] . And this is the lady's number [protected]

                                    Last week on my number tube world pack and vodafone TV has been activated, I have not requested any such pack on my number through internet and message. 140+150=290 rupee charges was applicable to me. This is not a first time twice I have been faced this unnecessary money loss. Kindly work on this, it will not good for you and to your clients. Very bad guys

                                      I am in receipt of this messages which I never subscribed that reads thus Hello! CLIPSKAART service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 4 days rental of Rs.20 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.8.98.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).I am annoyed with such tricks of siphoning balance that too without intended subscription by customer. I want my balance back in my account.
