A stupid VAS called DOTBOT pack was activated without permission on my cell number and Rs35 was deducted on 1/28/2017. And NO, I did not click on any pop-up. I was in class the whole day. It was not even possible for me to surf internet.

It not the first time a VAS has been activated without permission.

Refund the amound and stop such unethical malpractices or face consequences. Literally.

    I hv taken this prepaid number in Nov 2016. On January 4 2017 I recvd a msg o[censored]nlimited calls n 2 gb data free in 249 recharge so I did that.after that without info I got my money deducted around rs 30 for receiving incoming calls they said it was a contest I per answer I was charged without info all blame mine..anyways aftr that I got an sms of dot bot service activation n dedution of 35 rs without even knowing about wat the service is all about n when I recharged today that is on 4 Feb 2017 with 100 n called cust care fr deactivation dot bot...thy suddenly deducted the amount fr the same n thn deactivated it. This is a full cheating drama they have planned to fool us kindly help

      I have tried to port my kolkata number [protected] to gujrat circle but reptedly it got rejected after providing the correct bill and upc code .
      Now and than it is getting rejected and accepted in an hour time.

      I have visitsed vodafone fr more than 6 times it still dint happen and i wan this to hapepn asap..

          This is to bring into your kind attending that I am trying to port my number to Airtel but I am unable to do so as number is not been released from your end. I have been billing issues for my numbers [protected], [protected] but none of your associates have been able to resolve the queries. I have called multiple times to your customer care but issue remain unresolved. I had opted for Rs 375 plan but end up paying Rs 900 and that too unnecessary charges. So to restore peace of my mind, I have opted to move out of Vodafone but here also MY EXPECTATIONS WERE WRONG... Kindly assist me or else I had to make sure nobody people refrain from using Vodafone services.

            When I have called to his complaint no 198, they always recording your complaint couldn't be processed.
            This is purely creating with customer.

                  I had taken the connection in my maiden name and wanted to change it to my married name. I contacted the online support desk to check if they could do it for me or if they could help in some way. So they came back saying they couldn't change my name online but I would need to go to a store for that. I asked what documents would be needed and the executive replied the PAN and AADHAR would suffice. Upon visiting the store and waiting for nearly 30 mins the executive there told me that I needed to furnish my original marriage certificate. I asked if I could mail it and he said no. I didn't have a hard copy so my trip there was a total waste of time and money. when I asked why the online chat executive hadn't told em that he seemed like he had no clue or care in the world.
                  there needs to be a clear set of instructions that these people need to give when they are asked queries otherwise this whole concept of customer care / service is just pointless.
                  Extremely disappointed.!!!

                    My request for deactivating my vodafone number [protected] has not been processed till date.
                    I have put in mails to crorate customer care on 16th December after payment of INR 2200.

                    Also further I have paid the bill for balance amount of INR 220 on Jan 17, 2017 so that my account balance shows nil and the deactivation process could be smoothened .

                    But Company is adding up bills till date and no action has been taken on this till now.

                    Its really frustrating now.

                      I have been using Vodafone number [protected] for my datacard/internet requirements, On 23 Jan 17 I made the payment through netbanking clearing my latest bill but due to network congestion could not take the print of receipt, I have been writing mails to Vodafone customer care to get the receipt. While they are acknowledging that payment has been credited to my account but now for last 10 days they are not providing me a receipt of payment made by me. I need the receipt as proof of payment to be submitted to account section.

                      As per rules & regulations in India for any trade/business, the service provider is legally bound to provide a receipt for the payment received from the customer and Vodafone is openly flouting the rules of this country.

                        They have send a message stating 175 is deducted in your account on behalf or lofe style service which is renewed automatically. I have not started any such service on my number neither i am aware of any such service. Still i am gettng charged for it. I have immediately sent a message to stop this service but still i am gettimg charged unethically from vodaphone. Request you to kindly please waiver of these charges since this is charged by vodaphone unethically.

                        This is to inform you that I have ported my network form Aircel to Vodafone and I have verified it two times but my number is not working.

                        Vodafone Customer is saying that your Verification is still pending, Now for how many times I have to get it verified as most of of my office work is depended on this number,

                        If the Vodafone can not resolve my issue then change my network to Aircel itself as its far better than Vodafone. Your service are too poor and not as per customers satisfaction as I am truly disappointed with your service.

                          I have recharged 3G internet pack on 31st jan 2017 2.75 GB for Rs 397/- and my first data pack had balance approx 200 mb. then I had received SMS from your side for activation of pack for total data 2816 MB on 31 Jan2017 8:38pm. After two days message received for data pack expiration.
                          In summary i have complaint how will expire my data pack before use even after i had recharged before expiration of first data pack. please let me know the reason urgently.

                            I have received my vodafone bill on 4 Jan amounting to Rs 354.12. I have registered my bill for an auto debit and i saw that they had deducted Rs 993.59 on Jan 20 th from my card.
                            I have sent them email on Jan 20th to which they replied "that your account was deactivated on dated 02/10/2016 due to ownership change and in that account the outstanding amount is Rs 639.47 and it immediate charge and it transfer on your activate account and the auto debit is activate on your account so in your payment Rs 993.59 is debited"

                            On this i again followed them because i am using this number since more than 7 years and how can they do an ownership change without informing me or taking my consent. On this also after reminder email, they replied on Jan 31, "I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to inadvertent error.
                            I have studied your bill dated 03.01.17 and have found that your due to some Technical changes in account we are unable to generate the complete bill for the month of October, hence the same added in the bill generated on dated 03.01.17 charges have been recorded in accordance with your tariff plan on your number [protected]"

                            After this i also saw that my vodafone account has stop showing me the bills before October 2016 although this is a very old number and all the bille gets auto debited from my card before the due date so there is no point of having any dues. Infact my Jan bill also does not show any due and still they have deducted this amount. I again sent them an email to revert the charges and else i will go to the consumer forum.

                            To that they have not replied me or called me but have deleted all the bills from my vodafone account.
                            Now I want them to refund back the money that they have charged in extra from me.

Vodafone people are not responding to my emails or messages. Please stop torchuring people like this and please stop my account.                                         I m complaining about activation of vas service by vodafone india without my consent . The service named rozgar_seva_ppu_10 which bears 10rs charge . I talked with a customer care executive on customer helpline and he had taken my request for reversal of above amount but he denied to deactivate above service saying this is not activated by us therefore i want to deactivate the service and proper action for this. I m attaching screenshot in which u can see above service and charge.
