Vodafone is wrongly charging on my monthly bill.
I use the 499 monthly plan for which i was confirmed i will be getting 700 minutes, 3GB- 3G Data and Text messages.
I hardly made 400 calls and used 1GB - 3G data, after consuming 1 GB i started getting messages for additional data usage. I called the customer care to which i was confirmed that i was wrongly charged on data consumption and a New Bill will be shared, which will exclude the extra charges. After 1 week of this conversation i got a call again and Executive said that i have not been charged wrongly on data instead i have availed (Caller tunes + astrology plans+ Shayari messages). I have never subscribed to any of the mentioned services, and again i got a confirmation that they have wrongly charged me on this. It has been almost 15 days Vodafone has barred my outgoing with no updates on the correct bill.
Vodafone has made it a usual practice to charge customers for schemes that are never being availed in the first place.
Please get the same resolved with correct bill details.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is to inform you that I have ported my network form Aircel to Vodafone and I have verified it two times but my number is not working.
Vodafone Customer is saying that your Verification is still pending, Now for how many times I have to get it verified as most of of my office work is depended on this number,
If the Vodafone can not resolve my issue then change my network to Aircel itself as its far better than Vodafone. Your service are too poor and not as per customers satisfaction as I am truly disappointed with your service.
