    Vodafone is a fraud company, they deducted 35 rs from my phone [protected] balance twice saying about the activation of dotbat pack and some other pack.how can you take away someone's money like this.i vow to never use this service again and post about its unfair means in public forums so that ppl will abandon this service.70rs is no small amount.i will in 2 days time change the service and plead others to follow the suit.suppose i get in any trouble and have to make a call to someone i might not be able to do that as this company is shrewdly making deductions.

    In the name of of dotback and some other pack vodafone deceptively squandered70 rs of my balance.my hard earned money is being stolen by this fraudster.my number is [protected] and with in 2 days if they do not reimburse the amount i will cut all ties with it ans switch to some other service, i will report this fraudulent action of theirs in every public forum and reveal their true colors to all.i request every one to not use this service anymore

          Hi team,

          This is third time the pack activated without my knowledge that too postpaid connection. I have uninstalled browsers app last month in my mobile to check whether it's activated by end unknowingly. I found that the pack was activated again that too I have uninstalled all browsers. If any pack get activated then you will send a sms for the activation and mentioned charges too but i am not getting any message when i received my postpaid bill there will be huge difference around Rs200 for pack activation. Is customer need to be afford this unnecessary activation pack... I switched from Airtel because of signal issue now again switch back to other service provider. I am paying around Rs800 every month and feeling bad now because of Vodafone sucks my bill every month.

          Three months experience is very worse now... Improve your service otherwise soon you will loose all your customers...

            I have been using Vodafone number [protected] since more than 1year. Yesterday suddenly stopped working. From discussion with customer care, they said, SIM is suspended because of pending amount of previous user who was using this number before me. I don't understand why they give me this sim if there is pending amount on this sim. I am getting no response over email from Vodafone customer care.

              I have full DND on but am still getting harassing calls. I even reported these unknown numbers to TRAI and the calls stopped for a while but they start coming again. When I threatened Vodafone that I am going to switch carriers to Idea, the calls stop but Vodafone India starts making promotional calls. To my shock, I read the online newspapers to see that Vodafone is planning to tie up with Idea.. I am so ill fated. I can't escape these Vodafone goons no matter what I try to do.

                  Vodafone is now became 420 company. They are deducted balance by the name of value addes services. Which I didn't activate.
                  But when I was trying to stop the services I could not success every time.according to vodafone one gaming zone service activated by me but why I used voda services for gaming. I allways used play store for gaming. I need deducted balance back to my account.
                  I also decided to port my number with any other service provider.

                    Since i moved from Karnataka to Tamilnadu I asked for transferring the postpaid to Tamilnadu circle. I actually wanted to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid but the Customer Care people said it is impossible to change it directly to prepaid as it's NMNP and the postpaid can be converted to prepaid after 6 months o[censored]sage. I agreed and paid the previous bill amount to show nil outstanding. I received a mail that the excess amount I paid will be paid to me through cheque and they have intimated me the cheque number and the details but still I did not receive the cheque in hand. Can i adjust the excess amount paid with the next bill since the amount is very less?

                        I got the msg on 24th 251rupees recharge u will get 10 gb data i asked to customer care lot of times all customer care executive told ur eligible for the offer .but I got only 4gb data .again a called customer care all the executives told me u can wait 42 hrs after u will get 6gb but still I didn't get that 1 .I tried lot of times to contact Vodafone care but now my number is blocked .i never, seen before this type of cheating network

                          In this circumstances we take new connection number : [protected] from the date o[censored]sing we are sending only normal SMS BUT IT send through MMS so that we are facing the high value bill amount for this number and the same we are immediately inform the vodofne sales person Mr.Karthik (his cell Number ) he give assurance shortout the issues but still this issues is pending snd continuing .

                          we are regularly pay the bill amt and this number is 499 plan so that we are paid monly amount Rs.500 Rest of the amount please waiver the same .

                          More over inform to you that same issues to service manager one of the person (MOHAMED... ) From bang lore he also informed and give assurance he will solve this issues immediately.

                          This is my today submission 01/02/2016

                          Due to above issues we submit the following matter we have 5 connection but we are with you very long standing customer for the past 9 years.

                          In this regard several times we spoke to Mr. Raja & Mr Sunil but till date my problem will not short out even last 3 days ( 30/01/2016) i continuously follow Mr.Sunil he told Mr.Raja is sole incharge ask me to speak Mr.Raja .
                          When ever i call Mr. Raja he inform me i will check and call u with in half an hour but still i am waiting his call past 4 days he is not interest to solve my issues . this is not a first time this is third time so we feel you Vodafone people pushing us to change the Network

                          Even we ask to chancge the plan by email still not change my plan but past 15 days you are cut the outgoing facilities due to payment pending continuously service team call us and the same inform the issues but no one can steps .

                          in this regard thanks for your nice continuous support for the past 9 years from the month of 15th February we will change the other network.

                          There is 35 rupees gone on this DOTBOT pack activation suddenly. I didn't activate any pack. Why this happens ? I need reason and want my amount back, without customer knowledge how could you took amount. This was really irritating. I need amount back ASAP!!! Don't do this further

                            In October, our Company, Chandra Shipping & Trading Services made our usual payment to Vodafone at the gallery of Rs. 18, 857.00 however Vodafone failed to update it against our numbers. For the past so many months are numbers are being disconnected and re-connected. Now what they have done it is that they have put it against one number - [protected] and disconnected the number.

                            We have time and again sent mails to them, alongwith the statement, payment receipts etc but to no avail. The outstanding is still where it is and the number has still not been connected.

                            We request Vodafone by this mail to please check our account and do the needful to sort out this issue. Its been pending since the past 5 months.

                            If action is not taken soon we should have not option but to take up the matter with the Consumer Court and let them handle the issue.

                                Firstly, i requested to get this number ported from Airtel to Vodafone and then I got offer less than what Vodafone was giving me, so I cancelled the porting process but still Vodafone went away with it and even though Vodafone ported my number but didn't give me what was promised to me, Vodafone said that they will give me discount on the plan they were offering me. The plan was of 500 and I was promised to get it for 400 and then Airtel(my original network) gave me offer for 350 for the same plan, so I chose not to go with Vodafone and cancelled the porting request, Still vodafone went away with it and Vodafone is not even providing me with that 100 rs discount now. That is so shameless!
                                Do something to correct this mistake of yours, else I will port all other 4 postpaid numbers in my family to Airtel soon!

                                      Hello, I have activated DND service via Vodafone. All telemarketing calls stopped for 15 days and now again all telemarketing calls are harassing me all day. I registered a complain for the same with vodafone with no effect from them. Every 30 mins I get a call for credit card, personal loans, higher education or funding an ngo. Frustrated with these calls. When asked on customer care they are unable to reply why this is happening even after DND activation. There are 10 telemarketing calls coming in a day. Is it valid to sit all day taking their calls and then complaining with the number it came from. All fake service from vodafone. I pay monthly rental to make important calls or to take these marketing calls. Pls advise what action I can take against vodafone.
