I didn't subscribe dotbot service. But ₹15/- debited from my account. I want to deactivate that service and please refund my debited amount within 1 hour. Complain sending time 08:06 pm of 02 Feb 2017. My number is [protected]. Next time don't active these type of services in my number. It's not a joke of matter. I didn't get response from your coustomer care number 198. Refund my balance of ₹ 15/-

    I had chosen data card connection with advance payment of rental plus tax(6000+1140) for six months in the month of May. But they have deactivated my service before completion of 6th month claiming that I have an outstanding balance to pay.
    Several times I walked into Vodafone store as well as I had conversation many times with customer care and no one is tracking the complaint properly. I was forced to pay the amount and I had strictly asked to disconnect the service. WRT to the complaint logged[protected], the excess amount charged should be refunded to me. And when I asked to refund it to my bank account the information I got is my number is activated since I have already paid the bill and hence they cannot reimburse money to my account.

    This is the second time incidence I faced from Vodafone sending unnecessary bills. Last time also they send court notice and made me pay unnecessary bills generated by ignoring the complaints logged regarding it. Last time they were charging etc Rs30-40 per bill claiming international SMSA charge which I have never availed and non one was tracking the complaints logged in a proper way and kept generating bills without considering the request for cancellation of connection.

      I purchased 150 MB data at Rs 46/- on 1st February 2017. I am using internet facility on my mobile only for few minutes daily as I have got regular internet connection at my home. Today when I checked balance of my data at 2 PM today on 2.2.2017 it was 146 MB. When I checked the balance at about 3 PM I was shocked to see balance of only 60 MB although I did not download any thing between 2 PM to 3 PM. It is very difficult to understand how I lost my 85 MB data without downloading. Kindly inquire into this and provide me the lost data of 85 MB immediately. I should not be penalised for no fault of me.

        Vodafone is wrongly charging on my monthly bill.
        I use the 499 monthly plan for which i was confirmed i will be getting 700 minutes, 3GB- 3G Data and Text messages.

        I hardly made 400 calls and used 1GB - 3G data, after consuming 1 GB i started getting messages for additional data usage. I called the customer care to which i was confirmed that i was wrongly charged on data consumption and a New Bill will be shared, which will exclude the extra charges. After 1 week of this conversation i got a call again and Executive said that i have not been charged wrongly on data instead i have availed (Caller tunes + astrology plans+ Shayari messages). I have never subscribed to any of the mentioned services, and again i got a confirmation that they have wrongly charged me on this. It has been almost 15 days Vodafone has barred my outgoing with no updates on the correct bill.

        Vodafone has made it a usual practice to charge customers for schemes that are never being availed in the first place.

        Please get the same resolved with correct bill details.

          I'm have a Vodafone number and I lost the phone one month back . Before it also I was not using it much . I paid a bill which was 1600. Now they are saying I have to pay 4000.rs I went to Chennai Vodafone store they didn't even give a duplicate sim . Then I came to Trivandrum Vodafone . They are saying I used the phone so that they can't do anything . But that month I didn't even used the phone and they charging me 4000 Rs simply. And lady who called from Vodafone was talking in a bad way . Very bad way . My Vodafone number is [protected] . And this is the lady's number [protected]

            My activated vodafone number has deactivated from company. then i submitted documents to vodafone store. but store was not give response to start phone from last 15 days. i contact and visiting to vodafone store and complaint to vodafone care (198) many times but both not give response.
            That is a very bad service. if today not started my number then i change my company

              Last week on my number tube world pack and vodafone TV has been activated, I have not requested any such pack on my number through internet and message. 140+150=290 rupee charges was applicable to me. This is not a first time twice I have been faced this unnecessary money loss. Kindly work on this, it will not good for you and to your clients. Very bad guys

                I am in receipt of this messages which I never subscribed that reads thus Hello! CLIPSKAART service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 4 days rental of Rs.20 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.8.98.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).I am annoyed with such tricks of siphoning balance that too without intended subscription by customer. I want my balance back in my account.

                      Vodafone is a fraud company, they deducted 35 rs from my phone [protected] balance twice saying about the activation of dotbat pack and some other pack.how can you take away someone's money like this.i vow to never use this service again and post about its unfair means in public forums so that ppl will abandon this service.70rs is no small amount.i will in 2 days time change the service and plead others to follow the suit.suppose i get in any trouble and have to make a call to someone i might not be able to do that as this company is shrewdly making deductions.

                      In the name of of dotback and some other pack vodafone deceptively squandered70 rs of my balance.my hard earned money is being stolen by this fraudster.my number is [protected] and with in 2 days if they do not reimburse the amount i will cut all ties with it ans switch to some other service, i will report this fraudulent action of theirs in every public forum and reveal their true colors to all.i request every one to not use this service anymore

                            Hi team,

                            This is third time the pack activated without my knowledge that too postpaid connection. I have uninstalled browsers app last month in my mobile to check whether it's activated by end unknowingly. I found that the pack was activated again that too I have uninstalled all browsers. If any pack get activated then you will send a sms for the activation and mentioned charges too but i am not getting any message when i received my postpaid bill there will be huge difference around Rs200 for pack activation. Is customer need to be afford this unnecessary activation pack... I switched from Airtel because of signal issue now again switch back to other service provider. I am paying around Rs800 every month and feeling bad now because of Vodafone sucks my bill every month.

                            Three months experience is very worse now... Improve your service otherwise soon you will loose all your customers...

                              I have been using Vodafone number [protected] since more than 1year. Yesterday suddenly stopped working. From discussion with customer care, they said, SIM is suspended because of pending amount of previous user who was using this number before me. I don't understand why they give me this sim if there is pending amount on this sim. I am getting no response over email from Vodafone customer care.

                                I have full DND on but am still getting harassing calls. I even reported these unknown numbers to TRAI and the calls stopped for a while but they start coming again. When I threatened Vodafone that I am going to switch carriers to Idea, the calls stop but Vodafone India starts making promotional calls. To my shock, I read the online newspapers to see that Vodafone is planning to tie up with Idea.. I am so ill fated. I can't escape these Vodafone goons no matter what I try to do.

                                    Vodafone is now became 420 company. They are deducted balance by the name of value addes services. Which I didn't activate.
                                    But when I was trying to stop the services I could not success every time.according to vodafone one gaming zone service activated by me but why I used voda services for gaming. I allways used play store for gaming. I need deducted balance back to my account.
                                    I also decided to port my number with any other service provider.

                                      Since i moved from Karnataka to Tamilnadu I asked for transferring the postpaid to Tamilnadu circle. I actually wanted to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid but the Customer Care people said it is impossible to change it directly to prepaid as it's NMNP and the postpaid can be converted to prepaid after 6 months o[censored]sage. I agreed and paid the previous bill amount to show nil outstanding. I received a mail that the excess amount I paid will be paid to me through cheque and they have intimated me the cheque number and the details but still I did not receive the cheque in hand. Can i adjust the excess amount paid with the next bill since the amount is very less?
