Dear Sir,
I was have 2 sim card of Vodafone - [protected] & [protected] activated at Nagpur.
I was shifted from Nagpur to Ahmedabad in last May.16.
At that time I was changed successfully my billing address from Nagpur to Ahmedabad.
But because of network issue I was shifted my one cell no.([protected]) from Vodafone to Airtel at Ahmedabad after clearing all pending bills & dues.
but yesterday by IInd.cell no's.([protected]) outgoing was barred & message received is "Please clear your outstanding bill".
I have also add Rs.3000 as advance payment in my A/c.([protected]) but still my outgoing is not start.
I also contacted at Vodafone store, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, they told me that my cell no.[protected] is still showing in Maharashtra circle & for any issue I have to contact on Maharashtra customer care no.they are unable to provide any solution from Gujarat circle. I told them that I'm ready to pay the outstanding Amt.but they were not help me.
I also contacted at your Maharashtra Cust.Care no.([protected]), your executive check my A/c.& told that there is no any outstanding.
Again I contact at Vodafone store & informed this details but still they are not able to help me.
I'm frusted from this issue, all your executive are just throwing me in another's court just like ball.
Pls.give me a proper solution & help me in starting my cell no.[protected].
