I am vodofone user for past 7 years. i have not made outgoing calls in vodofone since 2015. But incoming calls are being made on that number. On Decmber, 2016, i got to know through my friend that they could not make any calls to my vodofone and i was out of station and when am back today *(27/01/2017) i got to know that my sim number has been assigned to some one else by deactivating my number.

Since I have been using that vodofone number for past 7 years, all my contacts have that number, and all sort of bank communication are made to that number. and even watsapp. People who are trying to send to me are also sent to another person who has same number and many misuses are going on.

Even my watsapp and that person watsapp are on same number. This is serious issue . How can vodofone assign my number to someone else that too without notifying me and that too within a month of deactivation.

Vodofone is going to pay for this issue. and I am going to raise this complaint to consumer rights and all higher officials of vodofone.

        I have complained to vodafone regarding this pack. They themselves are unaware what this pack is. I mentioned to them that i didn't activate this and they repeatedly mentioned that I have activated it.

        Also, I have requested for port out from 17th Jan they haven't approved it when i have no DUE with Vodafone. My number [protected].

        Vodafone has been finding ways to take money from Customers. I have already moved one number out from Vodafone to AIRTEL

          My vodafone number [protected] was blocked for sending sms for a long time. When i asked customer care they asked me to register in TRAI. I have sent sms only to my friends. But without giving any alerts they blocked my number. how to unblock?

              I got msg about deduction of money as DOTBOT service is activated on my number.I never tried to activate it or wanted it.This has happened many times and services get auto activated with deduction of money.I had lost rs250, 100rs, rs75 and now about rs10 today for DOTBOT service.This is quite embarrassing bring a consumer of Vodafone from a long time.Bad and poor service.

              Again today I got msg about deduction of money for VDS AJDESIBEATS which I never subscribed.The situation is worst.You never know when u visit any news channel site for newsupdates etc.your money get deducted for any service excuse.Bad service by Vodafone. This is really a way of deducting money so consumer go for recharges, credits, topups? ???I feel give my all deducted money back till today.😈😠however, it may not be possible but I will definitely review services by vodefone negatively.And tell people beware of it!
              Same problem for me too..Even for customer call also they are deducting STD call amt worst network...No-one is gng to use Vodafone soon i[censored] people repeat d same

                Vodafone has the habit of activating services without user consent... Within a week time they activated two services.. Raised complaint and they deactivated.. Now another service activated... What makes vodafone activate service without user consent? Any procedure to escalate further? Services are good doesn't meant things can be taken for granted.

                  For me the Vodafone is activating dotbot pack for more than 4 times within 1 mnth ...already I applied VAS service stop ..if I call to customer care they are telling send STOP msg to our center ...I am going to PORT from this network many of them saying this problem...due to this Vodafone will loose the valuable customers ...Vodafone needs to refund my amount of 15₹

                    I do not know why it is happening i did not activate any social book but still vodafone deducted amount in this month still i deactivated but i had not activated and now again 25 rs/- deducted for some mensworld i did not send any message even not received any call to activate this so how it was activated and now deducted amount for renewal why are you mentally torturing by deducting amount please refund the amount which was deducted for some social book pack and also the amount deducted for mensworld i did not activate these packs and your customer care number is not working at that time i tried a lot and now also trying but nothing happening so please help me

                      Vodafone doing fraud activities and looting money. With out permission they have activated Dotpot service and deducting money from main Balance. While calling 198 cce saying you have clicked the ad. I haven't clicked anything related to that. I think this Vodafone new method of looting money.

                        I received a message from the vodafone stating that they have deducted the balance for activating DOT BOT pack(My phone was not in use by anyone at that time). I have never heard of such package and dont know benefit of same. This new business trick by cheating customer. Everyone should stop using such service who cheat customer. I will port to some other and will inform to all my colleagues, family friends to stop using vodafone. We customers should protest against such fraudulent move of telephone operators to make profit. Let whole world know that Vodafone is such a cheap company

                          Recently I have been getting messages like DOTBOT pack is activated and rs.75 has been deducted from your mobile. This has happened multiple times and I have lost more than 200 rupees and this is really very annoying. I want this to be fixed as soon as possible. I want my money back. I havent subscribed to any service but I am still receiving messages. I dont want this to happen again.

                            Hi,
                            I have recently bought a new handset which needs to be updated in their database but its some issue with their database and the handset name is not updated. I called multiple times in 3 days either they say they will look into it or they just disconnect the call when a complaint is made in 198.They tell me to restart my phone and that's the only resolution they give me to solve my problem. I have restarted my handset 20 times but still no solution.

                            When they cannot solve the problem they just disconnect the call without any intimation. I have spoken to the supervisor of the customer care executive, but they do not take responsibility to solve the call and they just say we will look. But after 3 days of calling and following up continuously they do no solution to the problem and put up multiple offers on other e-commerce sites about the offers they are providing which are all fake.

                            If this is how vodafone is treating their customers and do nothing about the problems, s strict action shout be taken against vodafone asap.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I was have 2 sim card of Vodafone - [protected] & [protected] activated at Nagpur.

                                I was shifted from Nagpur to Ahmedabad in last May.16.

                                At that time I was changed successfully my billing address from Nagpur to Ahmedabad.

                                But because of network issue I was shifted my one cell no.([protected]) from Vodafone to Airtel at Ahmedabad after clearing all pending bills & dues.

                                but yesterday by IInd.cell no's.([protected]) outgoing was barred & message received is "Please clear your outstanding bill".

                                I have also add Rs.3000 as advance payment in my A/c.([protected]) but still my outgoing is not start.

                                I also contacted at Vodafone store, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, they told me that my cell no.[protected] is still showing in Maharashtra circle & for any issue I have to contact on Maharashtra customer care no.they are unable to provide any solution from Gujarat circle. I told them that I'm ready to pay the outstanding Amt.but they were not help me.

                                I also contacted at your Maharashtra Cust.Care no.([protected]), your executive check my A/c.& told that there is no any outstanding.

                                Again I contact at Vodafone store & informed this details but still they are not able to help me.

                                I'm frusted from this issue, all your executive are just throwing me in another's court just like ball.

                                Pls.give me a proper solution & help me in starting my cell no.[protected].

                                    Sir some days before I had issued the duplicate SIM card is [protected] near by Vodafone care centre Mayur Vihar phase lll, Delhi and it is doesn't work properly from 4 to 5 days and today I know that my number is used other person I shocked and I don't no about it and without my permission and documentation, my signature, alternate number etc how to possibility know I want to block this SIM card and take any action as soon as it is so risky

I have made three complaints on 198 regarding the caller tune calls for No's [protected] & [protected] .Had requested the officer to put my phones on DND, & I was told that it would take a week, but i still receive these calls. These calls have become a nuisance to me . Please look into this matter. Hope i dont have to make a complaint again. Thanks.

                                        Complaint No:[protected] Mob: [protected] 1. I am in Suadi Arabia, there is no signal on the sim. 2. I have done all the settings suggested by customer care over the chat option, not showing anything. 3. When calling from another number, it says "THIS NUMBER IS TEMPORARY OUT OF SERVICE". Although all the bills and dues are cleared from my side. 4. Same is the case with my alternative number: +91 [protected]. 5. Complaint registered on 18th January, but no one has tried to reach so far. Although given time frame of 72 hours will expire on 21st Jan, 2017. 6. For further details, I have enclosed my communication with customer care service Chat.
                                        No revert received to resolve the issue.
                                        Only default mails are received.
