Myself Alpa. My husband is staying in Dubai for office work since from Oct 2016. In the month of november and december they charged very huge amount in call and internet usage column which has not been used by him. He has not been made any single call even not received any call. Even he used wi-fi over there. I locked complaint 3 times with vodafone via mail, talking with executive and personally visited at Vodafone Gallery....

As per my working i am using vodafone ([protected]) since last 15 years some persona similar to my number only one digit wrong input by vodafone store staff and allotted my number to another user number ([protected]) difference then my number.

Kindly do the needfull...

I have a own place...And ami interested Vodafone tower...

We are facing bad network since July 2016 for post and prepaid as tower is not there in BJ poorvi shalimar bagh area. Raised complaints multiple times and got response it will definitely be resolved within 90 days but still facing same issue in each house.

I am a Vodafone customer since past 2 years and have a postpaid connection under plan Red4Business_499_500_capped.
Vodafone 4G services have been launched in Nashik since a couple of weeks and I am not able to get the 4G network. Regarding this I emailed Vodafone India and they told me that my phone i.e iPhone SE model number A1723 does not have supports 4G, even though I had also emailed the link to Vodafone which redirects to apples...

your distributor of district nakhatrana is lazy and bad he doesn't give any service to retailer everyday i purchase minimum 4000 balance..but he is egoist.many retailer suffering from there bad service.. please change your distributor earlier for you..if you don't change so many customers change there sim in other company.consider request...

I paid my bill 2 days back, but today morning I received call from [protected] stating that due to change in plan I have to make additional payment to Vodafone.

I called customer care they told me not to make any such payments.

Kindly look into this.

Vodafone deducted Rs 35 from my main balance for dotbot pack which I never asked for. I never indeed requested for its activation and this was activated without my will and knowledge with a deduction of 35 Rs unnecessarily. Please refund the amount. It's not about money, it's about the kind of service - how uncertain is that....

Am a retailer of vodafone and i am not receiving good service from your distriburer,
your sales man come in alternate days.
everyday i recharge upto 5000
your distributor is lazy and don't do good for Vodafone..and not provide any service in my city...many customers change there sim in other company because only n only for your distributor.. distributor don't give respect to any retailer of our district...

Sim of same was deposited in your store on 30th sep 16.

Then after i received a phone call as feedback why u want to close. And same was closed..

Then i started getting bills for this no. After 1 month.. I even do not have sim of this no.

How can u send me the bills.

Will you stop torturing me even after closing...

In November, 2016 I was going to singapore, so I purchased an international roaming pack of about rs.600, but during my whole trip from 23rd to 26th it doesn't worked at all, it had become a great problem for me as I was unable to communicate with anyone those days.
