I voucher my phone of 4g 1 gb vodafone inernet pack but your service worst than ever seen. it can't cross 50 kbps atleast. i am very frustrated for your service. I called your customer care(more than 3) number atleast 15- 20 time but no one recive my call and other said can't help Right now...
Then what will i do ...
You are making Indian people fool,
If i want download the 100 MB data you people cut more than 200 MB and you are looting money by giving 2G pack insted of 4G pack.
Help me if you can otherwise i help you to more popular for this.

    I had migrated to Vodafone from airtel more than 6 months back. I was promised 1999 unlimited plan, I was also told that I could add my family members to it and they too could use the same plan under my no. The day I migrated I was informed the plan has changed and its no more unlimited calls. I was thoroughly disappointed as i had already done the migration. However I continued and got my family numbers ported and opted for 1699 plan as i was promised better plans once as I stay along.
    After almost 6 months there was nothing great offered, sorry not great nothing even good offered. I opted to port out again. I got a call from Vodafone execute on 19th Jan offering me unlimited plan of 499 for 399. Also the same plan was promised for my family numbers if I stayed back. The plan was promised to be effective from 1st Feb.
    Since 1st Feb I have made n number of calls to Vodafone and also to my relationship manager and noone knows what's going on or when will the plan be activated. Everyone promises to call back but they never do.
    If the plan is not activated and if I am not given adequate compensation for all the hassle and torture I am not going to pay the current bill.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        71 Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT and click nation.
        I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
        I am highly dissatisfied with the #### services Vodafone provides.
        Every other day there is some drama going on.
        Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
        And now this nonsense deduction.
        I do not have time to entertain such BULL#### every other day and keep calling customer care.
        I will port my number if this doesnt gets resolved.

          Vodafone is auto activating almost all value added services in my no. In jan i lost around 250 rs and again in Feb already 70. I talked to the customer services, but the response was not positive. Am using this no since 2010. Vodafone is giving no values to their customers.

              Myself Hasmit Parmar, I wanna say to you that your Vodafone executive name Pooja [protected] called me on December 23, Priya no. [protected] & other executive convinced me to port my mobile number [protected] from Airtel to Vodafone and asked to share all documents for activating Red 499 rental plan. I confirmed the same with field executive who gave me SIM card before giving him signing documents/form. After a long process is completed my no. got activated at January 11 with 499 plan as per my knowledge and I came to know that wrong plan of 399 (worse than Airtel Plan) was activated from Vodafone during feedback call. I complained at same time. Now the person is not responding. Thanks your pathetic services it was NOT done actually. This is not expected from company like Vodafone. Will surely switch back to Airtel once 90 days are over. This is very bad experience of Vodafone services which is affecting customer pocket. Now i got plan of Rs.499/- with same benefit from January 30, 2017 but what about those previous charges from January 11, 2017 to 30/11/2017 as wrong plan of 399 and generate the bill for 1183, I am not going to pay any extra charges of 4G data usage till 3GB & unlimited calling package as Vodafone Committed.

                  I had registered complaint by dialing 198 regarding network issue in SUS Gaon, Pune 411021 area. Vodafone Network team told me that they will check the issue and fix it asap.

                  It's been more than 10 days that I have registered complaints I have not got any feedback and Network issue is very critical.

                  1. Weak network is shown on mobile(network strength is only 2 or 3 out of 5).
                  2. Internet is not working (4G/3G/2G non of them is working).
                  3. Call failures ( due to network problem I'm facing call failure in the middle of call).
                  4. Sometimes Mobile network automatically gone for few minutes.
                  5. I have checked network strength in nearby locations as well, there also same problem is present.

                  I have checked the issue by replacing sim slot, and Mobile as well. But it is purely network issue from Vodafone.

                  I tried call Vodafone customer support team but now they have blocked my number and I can not talk to customer care executive.

                  I'm attaching screenshots of network and internet speed results for more clearity.
                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Its horrible network in susgaon, pin code 411021, pune.

                  Have registered complaint, but no action has been taken

                  No network and no internet. Lots of residential and colleges around but still feels like stone age due to pathetic vodafone service.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        My name is Uday Shinde. I am originally from Mumbai but currently based in Chennai due to my Job.

                        I am using this forum to register a complaint against Vodafone India.

                        I misplaced my phone (accidentally fell in the commode) 2 weeks back. It was a dual sim Phone (1 sim for Mumbai; 1 for Chennai). While I could reissue my Chennai sim card, Vodafone is not cooperating to issue my Mumbai sim.

                        On calling the customer care, the executive advised me that someone from my blood relation can go to the Vodafone store and reissue the sim on my behalf. So I asked my brother to visit the Vodafone store in Mumbai (Vodafone Gallery Mulund West) along with his ID as well as my ID duly attested along with y authorization letter. But Vodafone guys refused to reissue the sim.

                        Accepting the above situation, I called the customer care again and pleaded the customer care executive to courier it to my registered address in Mumbai but he refused.

                        They have provided me with no option than go to Mumbai personally to reissue a new sim card. I don't think this is the appropriate thing to do. I have been a customer for Vodafone for close to 10 years now. I have registered my Mumbai number in all my bank accounts so I am currently unable to make any bank transactions since I cannot receive the OTP.

                        The customer care executives are absolutely arrogant and unwilling to help. They do not have any solution to my problem. Also, they do not share their identity (like emp. ID etc. so that the customer cannot register any complaint against them). And info provided at the Store and by the Customer Care Executive is completely different.

                        My question is why do I have to go through such a pity, miserable & helpless condition for reissuing my own sim when new sim cards these days are available roadside.

                        Such a terrible situation

                        I hope I get an answer from Vodafone

                          Vodafone activated it's Dotbot service when I never requested for the service and has deducted about ₹70 in this process. It is very disappointing that Vodafone fraudulently deducts account balance. This is not happening for the first time and I'm growing tired of calling the customer care service every time, which is another disappointing part of Vodafone. If such activities by Vodafone continue, I might have to consider using no. portability to permanently get away from this BS.

                            I have booked a request for Vodafone post paid new connection in the name of EASTERN HEALTHCARE to their customer care on 05 February 2017. Mr Anant Singh (Mob-[protected]) of M/S Intouch Solution Pvt Ltd having their office at B-66, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi-110028 visited us on 05 February 2017 and issued us a SIM card No[protected]SY, giving new mobile connection No-[protected] of Vodafone by paying Rs 250.00 in cash and necessary receipt has been obtained. He has promished that the said given number will be activated with next 48 hours. When it was not activated with till date, we have tried to make contact to the above named representative number of times but he has cut our phone calls knowingly.

                            You are requested to advise further suitable steps for this unwanted harassment to the customer by the Vodafone.

                                Hi,

                                I had raised a complaint on 31-Jan - number[protected] about Network issue in specific area of Hinjewadi. The resolution date was earlier commited to be 03-Feb. I was in constant touch with the Agents via Chat but everytime i was getting an answer the VF Network team will contact. The resolution date was then shifted to 08-Feb but was not been informed to me at all. Later when i checked with the Agents they informed me the shifting of date and also again told that the VF Network team will call me. There is no action been taken by the Network team as yet.

                                It is more than 10 days that no resolution against the complaint raised. All such things compell to move to another service provider.

                                I am not able to understand how and why the complaints are getting closed. Till now have raise 3 different complaints of non availability of network but no action. The network team seems to be very busy. the complaint details are :

                                    I m a customer of Vodafone since 2010. i have many trouble with this company.
                                    i had lodge request for deactivate my internet plan on my number [protected].
                                    bt it still added in my bill, i got msg when i request on 05 dec.2016. when i ask about it to customer care(cost. care executive name are jaspreet, priyanka, and Hariom ) then they didn't gave reasonable answer to me. they said that some technical error it doesn't deactivate. so i want to know who is responsible for this type of forgery and why customer should pay. why should i do not take legal action against this type of forgery whatever Vodafone done with me. plan for150.00 already added and i didn't request for it. thisa hide policy of Vodafone .when i change my plan then vodafone should change according to my plan but didn't.i want answer

                                      Got a message that I have subscribed to DOTBOT service and Rs. 75 will be included in my bill for this service.

                                      Without any action of mine, this service was activated on my number.
                                      And on calling customer care, they are saying we can not help right now. First let the bill generate, then we can help.

                                      Pathetic service and useless customer care.

                                        what you are doing with your customers. Don't like this kind of service. I have not activate any dotbot packs then also how it is activate. Please refund applied or deducted charge as early as possible.

                                        Otherwise we have to shift to other operator.
