Whenever i putting on my internet unnecessary games n other thongs gets activated without my permission n hence money get deducts from my accont...

Respected Sir / Madam,

There is a fraudulent/malicious transactions has been happened (Please find the attachment) using my Citi bank credit card on 07th Feb, 2017 5:42 PM IST at VISA BILLPAY-VODAFON. I have got this card blocked and registered FIR with police.

Requesting here to stop this processing immediately.

Unnecessarily in my phone Different different packs are activated on my phone and without my concern heavy amount deducted from balance please give me reason behind this and returned my amount which is deducted otherwise I complaint on other higher authorities.this is very wrong thing happen with any customer .If we see anything on net this does not mean that you have rights for deduction of balance of any customer 90 rupeeys packs are activate...

In the current bill i can see there are additional 20 rs for value added service which were i never activated.
Service are as below :-

It is unfair.

i have to pay for this deductions .

Please find the proof of it, I have attached with this complaint
Please reply on this why they have added this VAS to mobile...

A person named Gandhi - Had come to my Attibele office (Karnataka Border) Sold me 2 connection of Vodafone sim cards (offer - 6 months plan for 1250) on 30th of Janaury. I am Shadab. My no. is [protected]. When I call *121#. It shows offers but when I try to recharge never recharged.
When I call customer care, they tell me that wait for 10 min if not done then try again.
I think, that offers are just for show not for recharge.
If that offers are really for recharge then please resolve my complaint.
And recharge my phone for 100mb data which you are giving free....

It was informed to me that in 499 postpaid plan you will get total 3 gb data..because my handset in 4g and having new sim too..but they have not credited in my number ...very worst service of vodafone ..i want it soon or else i wil not pay my current month vodafone bill..in postpaid bill service tax they are charging is very high..if we as a customer paying bill on time then we should get good service ..this was never expected from vodafone...

Access fee is for what..why its beign deducted without making consumer aware for the same.

What is this access fee is charged for.

I am not getting 3G/4G network for last 8-10 days. So I am not able to use internet. when I called customer care they said there is an issue in your area and issue will be resolved till 20 March. Its 6 Feb today so they need 1.5 months to resolve the issue. I want to know if vodafone can not provide better services to users then how can they charge for the services they are not providing.

Even I can not port out to other network...

I have been charged for Rs49 for Video club pack which I never activated. When I raised complaint that this unwanted service was not activated by me, I called on toll free number to take appropriate action on the unwanted service started by Vodafone team without my concern & charging me. This month I have been charged Rs.99 for mconverge fashion portal which I never activated in my Vodafone bill. How to deactivate. I saw similar complaints here. How is that many customers have the same complaint. Vodafone should look into it. And kindly deactivate my mconverge fashion portal. I have already called the customer care and they tell I activated it which I never did....

I am not able to call by this number since December 19, 2016. But I received sms of bill of January and February- 2017. Why I will pay bill of January and February- 2017.
