I try to recharge my prepaid mobile no. [protected].I didn't get any recharge balance on my number and showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit".What does it mean ??i taken this sim card on 25-jan-2017 at that time it is working from that onwards i didn't recharge it.Today i tried to recharge but it is not working .incoming call also not working . I switched off and on several times ... I removed the sim and inserted .. i am now tired of all this, pls get this clear asap.

      I have been facing network issue from last July 16. There is absolutely no network in my building, I have written several email to vodafone through my no. [protected]. After several calls and follow up they sent an engineer to check how bad is the network. After understanding there is absouletly no network, they approached me to check whether the building will allow to install vodafone tower for coverage, which my building refused it.

      Niw there response is since your building refused to install the tower we are helpless and this will be rectified only when we get the place near your area for tower.

      On their website they show excellent network in the aris, on what basis, nobody knows, it is totally false, this is misleading the customers, just to increase their customer base.

      Since they claim excellent signal in my area, the onus lies on them to take immediate action to rectify my network issue which is long pending. Or they should organise an individual nano tower or similar thing to resolve this issue. Else remove the claim of excellent network from their website.

        My number [protected], got bill for January 2017. There is 550 billing charge for one call at 53111 number, which call not generated by my site any way. The company unnecessarily charged me the amount of 550. They pressurized for the payment, which is disgusting. Please help me on this problem.

              I am trying to port my vodafone number which I am using since 5 to 6 years to Jio and for doing so I send the msg (PORT [protected]) to receive my code but everytime I am sending the message I am getting a reply like ”Hello! The number you are requesting for porting is allocated for our internal purposes.Hence please contact our customer care for further details” and so accordingly I contact the customer number several times and everytime they told that wait for few hours it will be done but in reality nothing is being done.I want to change my network but the vodafone is not allowing me to do so I want to register a complain against Vodafone for not allowing me to port my number although according to the Govt. rule mobile number portability is applied all over India.Please inquire and take action accordingly

                  I'm using Vodafone prepaid mobile service s and being often deducted for VAS subscriptions that I don't subscribe for. To unsubscribe they have a step by step process but for activation ther is no process required and it's being done by the service provider itself.

                  The below is the proof how they have cheated me not once many a times.

                  Your subscription for Games Club has been renewed and Rs 35 has been deducted.The service will get renewed on[protected]. To deactivate, SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).Click on the link to download content: http://Gamesclub.in

                  Hope this complaint gets me a solution.

                  Go through the Trailing mail of last three months, Vodafone is Harassing the customer in This way, if it is the business ethics of the Vodafone, want to earn money in the name of Value added services. Customer is crying since last three months writing mails and mails but they are dumb.

                  I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                  I would like to inform you that I have checked your Vodafone bill from 28.11.17 to 27.12.17 and found that Rs.1267 for value added services.

                  Further, as per our records reversal of Rs.1304 on 02.12.2017 and Rs.409.46 on 02.12.2017 has already been credited for value added service charges. Hence, we are unable to reverse the charges and regret for the same.

                  Please be informed that the third party application/websites are not governed/controlled by Vodafone the functionality and charging pattern of these websites is completely a matter of their respective policies/charging patterns.

                  There can be pop ups appearing on your screen that are not sent from Vodafone and still lead to charges in the bill (Touching/clicking on them accidently or intentionally).

                  Such charges seem to be unreasonable to the users, however it is due to the activities done during internet surfing.

                  We would also like to inform you that as per the process since the third party application website do not belong to Vodafone, hence we are not able to intimate if a particular website is chargeable or not, however the charges reflect in your Vodafone bill/balance gets deducted (subject to your segment –prepaid/postpaid) as we are your service provider giving you internet services.

                  Further, if you wish to know about visited website links that you have surfed you can go through your handset browser (History option) since this is your private information cannot keep a track of this history.

                  dayWe would also like to inform you that as per the information above there is no option for pop up screen for credit or debit card by asking credentials (id & password) since Vodafone is not charging any amount on it’s own.

                  As per the process we would not able to restrict the use of any third party application in the website as they are directly linked to the internet once the website is opened on the handset pop up advertisements that are in the website (by default) appear on the screen. Hence, further request you to kindly ignore such pop ups in order to avoid any download charges in future.

                  Please note that any additional downloads (like games/song/wallpapers etc.) will be charged as per the product details mentioned along with the data charges. E.g. if a wallpaper cost is mentioned as Rs.10, you will be charged Rs.10 along with data charges depending on the download size of the wallpaper.

                  If you had not corrected my bill, I have only way to switch service proider and take this matter to social media and consumer court.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had Never used such type of VAS shown in Present and last month bill. at the time of last month bill I had already submitted my objection to customer care executive and he assured me that it will not happen again future and charges reversed, but I got again sms for such type of services activated on my number and again I complaint(no.[protected] to customer care executive and she assured me that all the services are blacklisted and at last I got a bill with the VAS amounting 1549 and called customer care he assured me to correct and send revised bill within next two days.
                  and I had recd. the bill amounting adding VAS of 235 Rs.
                  From this I understand that you are not a company to with ethical practices. costumer is harassed in the name of VAS. Every time customer waste time more than a hour to talk your representative, and the problem remains the same.
                  First of all I want to know what confirmation you are taking at the time of download of such value added service, Please provide the details for the same. I clearly object such practice and never ever downloaded such services, and never want to down load the same.

                  So Please correct the Bill and send, I can make payment on due date.

                    My number is [protected]

                    I got a call from vodafone saying I will get 5 gb unlimited plan for 699 instead i was given some useless plan of 699 with 2.5 gb data and charges applied after that.

                    I want you know the name of the salesperson who sold me that plan and you should take action against him for misleading me.

                    Also give back my old plan immediately. Vodafone is a pathetic company with useless employees

                    Today, lost my samsung mobile with sim card vide No. [protected], you are requsted to kindly block this no. at the earliest.
                    I am bugged for last few months with 75 rs deductions every fortnight whereas I have never ever subscribed for it. Pl deactivate immediately.
                    More frustrating is : several STOP messages to 155223 have failed. Pl stop this with immediate effect and re-imburse all deductions towards it.

                        We are using this dongle since April-2016. It worked good for few months. For the past two months, the data is getting exhausted when the net doesnt work and the speed is real bad. How can we check our data usage. i dont think their way of measuring data usage is honest. The call center is really of no use, we get transferred to four people everytime we register a complaint and full details is asked every time. Once they take the number, theyshould have the details in the database. it is really harrassing and wastage of our valuable time. The speed is real bad, your speed test site also doesnt get loaded. so much for unlimitied data. we have been registering the complaints for last two months almost every day.

                          In 4th February 2017 i have reacharged amount of Rs 146 is offering Vodafone me unlimited voice call V2V and 300MB internet but after reacharge they were giving daily free limits of 300 minutes only after that we have charged 10paise minutes in that offer no were mentioned this condition and i have screen short of all offers and recharge confirmation messages. Also attached those screen short for your reference. I contacted so many times to helpdesk but they are refusing my demand please resolve my issue as soon as possible

I called your customer care(more than 3) number atleast 15- 20 time but no one recive my call and other said can't help Right now...

                            You are making Indian people fool,
                            If i want download the 100 MB data you people cut more than 200 MB and you are looting money by giving 2G pack insted of 4G pack.

                              I had migrated to Vodafone from airtel more than 6 months back. I was promised 1999 unlimited plan, I was also told that I could add my family members to it and they too could use the same plan under my no. The day I migrated I was informed the plan has changed and its no more unlimited calls. I was thoroughly disappointed as i had already done the migration. However I continued and got my family numbers ported and opted for 1699 plan as i was promised better plans once as I stay along.
                              After almost 6 months there was nothing great offered, sorry not great nothing even good offered. I opted to port out again. I got a call from Vodafone execute on 19th Jan offering me unlimited plan of 499 for 399. Also the same plan was promised for my family numbers if I stayed back. The plan was promised to be effective from 1st Feb.
                              Since 1st Feb I have made n number of calls to Vodafone and also to my relationship manager and noone knows what's going on or when will the plan be activated. Everyone promises to call back but they never do.
                              If the plan is not activated and if I am not given adequate compensation for all the hassle and torture I am not going to pay the current bill.

                                  71 Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT and click nation.
                                  I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
                                  I am highly dissatisfied with the #### services Vodafone provides.
                                  Every other day there is some drama going on.
                                  Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
                                  And now this nonsense deduction.
                                  I do not have time to entertain such BULL#### every other day and keep calling customer care.
                                  I will port my number if this doesnt gets resolved.

                                    Vodafone is auto activating almost all value added services in my no. In jan i lost around 250 rs and again in Feb already 70. I talked to the customer services, but the response was not positive. Am using this no since 2010. Vodafone is giving no values to their customers.

                                        Myself Hasmit Parmar, I wanna say to you that your Vodafone executive name Pooja [protected] called me on December 23, Priya no. [protected] & other executive convinced me to port my mobile number [protected] from Airtel to Vodafone and asked to share all documents for activating Red 499 rental plan. I confirmed the same with field executive who gave me SIM card before giving him signing documents/form. After a long process is completed my no. got activated at January 11 with 499 plan as per my knowledge and I came to know that wrong plan of 399 (worse than Airtel Plan) was activated from Vodafone during feedback call. I complained at same time. Now the person is not responding. Thanks your pathetic services it was NOT done actually. This is not expected from company like Vodafone. Will surely switch back to Airtel once 90 days are over. This is very bad experience of Vodafone services which is affecting customer pocket. Now i got plan of Rs.499/- with same benefit from January 30, 2017 but what about those previous charges from January 11, 2017 to 30/11/2017 as wrong plan of 399 and generate the bill for 1183, I am not going to pay any extra charges of 4G data usage till 3GB & unlimited calling package as Vodafone Committed.
