    I am Hemang Patel having CUG number of Vodafone ([protected]).

    I am continuously getting high bill amount.Few month back I had called to customer care and came to know that my internet usage is more and hence I had requested to change my internet pack from 3G to 2G which they did not do and problem continued.

    Then I decided to switch to some other company and then Vodafone promised me to take care of such things and it will not happen in future but still problem continued.

    I have also logged complaint 2-3 month back but no improvement.

    Last week I paid bill of around 570 INR for and today I got message to pay 1100 INR as my due bill.

    I am not using internet of Vodafone, I have purchased Reliance Jio to avoid expanses than also I am getting high bill amount.

    I am fed up of such ignoring behaviour for customer voice.

    Pl help me out to change from Vodafone.

    Expecting fast revert this time.

      I got information on 1/31/2017 that my porting request is rejected due to outstanding bill payment.

      I need to move to airtel for data packs advantage. So please approve my porting request

        My vodafone number has twice been deducted in the same week for services that i have not requested.

        They have activated.
        Video Cube pack on[protected] and deducted Rs. 35
        and WWEZONE on[protected] and deducted Rs.45.

        I have lost 80 Rs balance because of services i have not requested,
        This is ridiculous. Everytime i have to complaint here to get my refund.

        Can you please tell me the source of why these services are activated.
        If not i will move to another operator.

          I am customer of vodafone India since last two months.My mobile number is [protected]. I have changed subscriber through portability scheme from Aircel to Vodafone on 17 December 2016.I paid Rs. 130/- cash to your vodafone official for portability, they said that you will get FCRA of Rs. 70/- but till date I don't get the amount evenly after two visits to him personally and I remind him three times through telephone.Details of your mini store: Little Rock Telecom, F-3 New Market, Timarpur, Delhi-110054. And contact number of store is [protected] and contact number of store in charge Mr. Chandan is [protected].I can;t visit personally again and again. So please solve my mentioned problem as early as possible.

            Request is on 19 th Nov 2016 on Vashi Vodafone store.

            Got 2 calls next day from vodafone... I asked to discontinue my service.
            I paied bil. Rs 1226. They told you wil not get any bill on this number.
            My question is ... Why my number is not disconnected till now.
            If i gave all my id proof and writting application to vodaphone.

            Please help

                DOTBOT pack something fishy message I received and 35 rs. get charged in my account. When asked none of their executives were answering properly. This is happening again and again. They were saying that we intentionally did that. But when googled so many raised the same complaint. This is really unfair. 35 rs. per head like if they charge the same on 1 crore customers its 35 crores. Its really pathetic.

                  35 Rs twice have been deducted from my balancemail on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT.
                  I have not applied for any such services from vodafone.
                  I am really angry and highly dissatisfied by the services that vodafone provide.
                  Even few weeks ago approx 100 Rs were deducted from my balance for the service I didn't applied for.
                  If my money is not returned I am going to change my service provider.

                        This is to inform you that I have been misleaded by the false commitment of vodafone retention team. I applied for porting to other network. As soon as I applied, I got a call from the retention team and got offer a good plan and they said that will be activated within seventy two hours. But since then now already more than hundred hours crossed and nothing had happened. Even customer care also have no clue. I made a complaint calling 199 but later they said no complaint have been lodged. Now my porting application also been cancelled as I hold the final payment accirding to retention team's request. Now I am trying to make a complaint to the TRAI for this false commitment of Vodafone to retain the customer.

                            I, holding a Vodafone Post Paid Mobile No: [protected] since 2013 presently located in Gangtok, Sikkim (Pincode: 737102) having a serious problem of call drops since last 2/3 weeks. These call drops are now regular feature and by this Vodafone is benefiting more than Rs. 250 rs per month. My complain to 198 has no effects in mitigating my complain hence, I choose this mode.

                            Hope I will be redressed at an early date. Please don't leave it to your technical persons as they resolve the issue without doing nothing at all.

                              Vodafone has deducted Rs.25 from my balance for DOTBOT services on 4.02.2017. It is to certify that I never requested for the said service. I also communicated with the Vodafone customer care but did not receive any satisfactory answer from them.This is a case of open cheating and fraud. Vodafone should refund the deducted amount.
                              This was done earlier also with same DOTBOT service and LIFESTYLE pack.I am paying much higher for call rate even when Jio is freely providing voice call.

                                actually i ported the my number [protected] from idea to vodafone but still my vodafone number not activated.
                                i have reported this complaint related to the my number activation. and i was also visited lot of time to vodafone care address is follows
                                "Central Bazar Road, Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440010". 6 day passed but still my number is not activated.

                                this number is my important number and associated with bank and in this day i have unable to access internet banking
                                due to token not getting.

                                Today it was too much that staff at this store talk about arrogantly with me and not giving any proper solution on that

                                now am helpless

                                please make appropriate action on that otherwise i will file a case in consumer forum.

                                      I receive a bill amount of rs:1137.5 for internet charges in my nokia215 handset with vodafone connection. When i ask for the detail bill to know what exactly was the usage, they send me an email with just written internet charge which i already know. I want to know what i browse because we are sure that we didnt use internet in this mobile and this charge was by activating something by mistake. I request the customer care executive to wave ofd the charges which is for non usage, they ignore my request. Then i pay the full amount and even after two days my connection is still deactivated. I am disappointed with vodafone service and i am going to change my connection. My number is [protected].

                                        I wanted to change my post paid card to prepaid, so i went to vodafone store, where is was being told to buy 1 gb data voucher compulsary if i am converting my postpaid card to prepaid card. When i told them that i dont need the data voucher, the store manager said that i wont be getting my postpaid card converted to prepaid unless i pay for the data voucher.
                                        The incident happen on 29 th jan 2017 ( Sunday ).The store manager ( NEHA ) kept saying me that it is FRP First recharge Plan of rs 297rs which i have to buy compulsary.When I asked her to show me where is it wriitten to buy the data voucher on the website, on that she said it is mentioned on the website you go and check for yourself.

                                        NOte : I jus wanted to change my postpaid card to prepaid .
