My number is [protected]. I did not pay bill of November and December 2016. So, This number is blocked by vodafone since December 19, 2016. I am not able to call by this number since December 19, 2016. But I received sms of bill of January and February- 2017. Why I will pay bill of January and February- 2017. I do not want this service.

I am consumer of vodafone last 10 years
in suryapet there is no post paid coustmer care
center .I change my sim 2g to 3g or 4g
please give information were i willgo
to change to 3g/4g

Please block my sim as well. I lost my mobile today. My number is [protected].Thnaks.please block my sim as well.

I don't have Network at my Place outher wish i have to switch compeny so kindly reply me as fast as posibale my mobile number is [protected] and i complent twice at online and your office also so make as pisible.

Am Rishi kunal singhdeo Yesterday dated 04/02/2017 I have recharge a plan of Rs.22 the plan is 1Paise/sec to all call but still they are charging very high.It's costing to much than it's plan shown in the vodafone official website.It happaend to me earlier also but they have hot sloved on that time. so, I kindly request you to look after this problem and try to solve as possible.

I am Vodafone client for last 6 years. recently on my transfer from Mumbai to Lucknow i continued my mobile no. [protected] using portability option. for Jan 17 i did not receive any bill & based on sms i paid Rs. 1739 online my no. is disconnected on & off since 21.1 for nonpayment. i had submitted documentary proof of payment 3 times to local store & ZO. complaint[protected] was also lodged on 31.1 without resolution. it transpired that payment of 1739 has been credited to Mumbai circle instead o[censored]P & co is unable to transfer within its circles. i am being asked to pay amt again to activate no. without any assurance when amt already paid will be adjusted. meantime my no remains disconnected.

A stupid VAS called DOTBOT was activated on my phone without my consent on 01/28/2017. Rs35 were looted from me. And No, i did not press on any popup. I was in class so it was not possible for me to do that.

It is not the first time such utterly useless services are activated.

Refund the amount.

Stop such unethical malpractices or face consequences.

Your customer care is always busy so plz deactivate the eros now service which is activated by mistake.
i had charged for this again and again plz deactivate this service.

My mobile phone no. is [protected], Vodafone (Kerala). Topped for Rs.348 on 4/2/17 at about 12.00 hrs. (Validity 28 days, 300 minutes per day free calls local & STD). But Today when I am trying to make calls, I am getting reply that insufficient balance. Trying to talk to customer representative but only recorded informations I am receiving. Please look into it immediately.

It not the first time a VAS has been activated without permission.

I hv taken this prepaid number in Nov 2016. On January 4 2017 I recvd a msg o[censored]nlimited calls n 2 gb data free in 249 recharge so I did that.after that without info I got my money deducted around rs 30 for receiving incoming calls they said it was a contest I per answer I was charged without info all blame mine..anyways aftr that I got an sms of dot bot service activation n dedution of 35 rs without even knowing about wat the service is all about n when I recharged today that is on 4 Feb 2017 with 100 n called cust care fr deactivation dot bot...thy suddenly deducted the amount fr the same n thn deactivated it. This is a full cheating drama they have planned to fool us kindly help

I have tried to port my kolkata number [protected] to gujrat circle but reptedly it got rejected after providing the correct bill and upc code .
Now and than it is getting rejected and accepted in an hour time.

I have visitsed vodafone fr more than 6 times it still dint happen and i wan this to hapepn asap..

This is to bring into your kind attending that I am trying to port my number to Airtel but I am unable to do so as number is not been released from your end. I have been billing issues for my numbers [protected], [protected] but none of your associates have been able to resolve the queries. I have called multiple times to your customer care but issue remain unresolved. I had opted for Rs 375 plan but end up paying Rs 900 and that too unnecessary charges. So to restore peace of my mind, I have opted to move out of Vodafone but here also MY EXPECTATIONS WERE WRONG... Kindly assist me or else I had to make sure nobody people refrain from using Vodafone services.

Vodafone company without my permission & without my information deducted my balance 99 rs from my mobile no [protected].
When I have called to his complaint no 198, they always recording your complaint couldn't be processed.
This is purely creating with customer.
I want to complaint against vodafone.
This is Bihar & Jharkhand circles.
I am also complaining to trai.

I had taken the connection in my maiden name and wanted to change it to my married name. I contacted the online support desk to check if they could do it for me or if they could help in some way. So they came back saying they couldn't change my name online but I would need to go to a store for that. I asked what documents would be needed and the executive replied the PAN and AADHAR would suffice. Upon visiting the store and waiting for nearly 30 mins the executive there told me that I needed to furnish my original marriage certificate. I asked if I could mail it and he said no. I didn't have a hard copy so my trip there was a total waste of time and money. when I asked why the online chat executive hadn't told em that he seemed like he had no clue or care in the world.
there needs to be a clear set of instructions that these people need to give when they are asked queries otherwise this whole concept of customer care / service is just pointless.
Extremely disappointed.!!!
