Hi,
I am Shadab. My no. is [protected]. When I call *121#. It shows offers but when I try to recharge never recharged.
When I call customer care, they tell me that wait for 10 min if not done then try again.
I think, that offers are just for show not for recharge.
If that offers are really for recharge then please resolve my complaint.
And recharge my phone for 100mb data which you are giving free.

    It was informed to me that in 499 postpaid plan you will get total 3 gb data..because my handset in 4g and having new sim too..but they have not credited in my number ...very worst service of vodafone ..i want it soon or else i wil not pay my current month vodafone bill..in postpaid bill service tax they are charging is very high..if we as a customer paying bill on time then we should get good service ..this was never expected from vodafone ...customer care said wait till monday but monday gone and m still waiting for my data pack

        Access fee is for what..why its beign deducted without making consumer aware for the same.

        Mobile num [protected] was recharged of MRP Rs 349 on 4/2/2017 sucessfully .
        Talktime received Rs.0 . STax Rs 45.52, Access Fee Rs 303.48.
        Final balance Rs 7.50.
        What is this access fee is charged for.
        Kindly give the explaination for the same.
        And looking back for the refund of the same.

        There was confusion in recharge, later understood that recharge is for unlimited calling for a month and access fee is for that ..

        Kindly, cancel that complaint..As that recharge and access fee is for unlimeted calls. There was confusion where getting it recharged
        Please sir mera idea sim ka network change kordo kew ki mera yeha idea network ka reacharge nahi milta hai isliya main aapna idea sim ka network vodafone network main jana chati hoo. Kiw ki mera yeha vodafona reacharge milta hai...mob-[protected]

        What is this access fee 92 ruppee if someone in problrm and want to call then your bloody network... Wtf
        My no [protected] i was recharge 1 rupees. Talktime receive 0. The 0.15 GST and ACCESS FEE 0.85
        I recharged with RS 125/- and got almost null balance...don't know why...Im unable call anyone, and you don't even have a proper customer care service for India... what's happening?????
        I recharged my phone with 23 rs. And the balance after that is 0.01. What does access fee mean?? I cannot even call anybody. This is outrageous. I need reimbursement

          I am not getting 3G/4G network for last 8-10 days. So I am not able to use internet. when I called customer care they said there is an issue in your area and issue will be resolved till 20 March. Its 6 Feb today so they need 1.5 months to resolve the issue. I want to know if vodafone can not provide better services to users then how can they charge for the services they are not providing.

          Even I can not port out to other network I applied three times and they rejected everytime so I got stuck with the poor services.

            I have been charged for Rs49 for Video club pack which I never activated. When I raised complaint that this unwanted service was not activated by me, I called on toll free number to take appropriate action on the unwanted service started by Vodafone team without my concern & charging me. Now Its deactivated but I didn't got money back. I wrote a complain on their site from where I got a mail stating they will resolve in 1 working day. Now its almost 7days but no one reverted back.

              Hello,
              Please deactivate the postpaid no. of vodafone [protected] on the name of Reshma More as this is not required any more.
              The balance due will be deposited.
              please tell me customer care no..I tried 198, 199, but it is saying service not available.
              Bill is sent to my Email..I have to deactivate no. please help me with that.

                I rechared my vodafone prepaid no [protected] with rs 79/ but talktime balance shown in my A/c is 0.kindly refund the recharge amount.I haven't asked for any internet service or any other plans I need only talktime

                I am not receiving service message after each data use on my no. [protected]. I have registered a complaint regrading this subject vide service registration number [protected] on 07-Dec-16 02:42p.m. at Vodafone care but no action has been taken till now.
                I request you to look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                  This month I have been charged Rs.99 for mconverge fashion portal which I never activated in my Vodafone bill. How to deactivate. I saw similar complaints here. How is that many customers have the same complaint. Vodafone should look into it. And kindly deactivate my mconverge fashion portal. I have already called the customer care and they tell I activated it which I never did.

I am not able to call by this number since December 19, 2016. But I received sms of bill of January and February- 2017. Why I will pay bill of January and February- 2017. I do not want this service.

                                  I am Vodafone client for last 6 years. recently on my transfer from Mumbai to Lucknow i continued my mobile no. [protected] using portability option. for Jan 17 i did not receive any bill & based on sms i paid Rs. 1739 online my no. is disconnected on & off since 21.1 for nonpayment. i had submitted documentary proof of payment 3 times to local store & ZO. complaint[protected] was also lodged on 31.1 without resolution. it transpired that payment of 1739 has been credited to Mumbai circle instead o[censored]P & co is unable to transfer within its circles. i am being asked to pay amt again to activate no. without any assurance when amt already paid will be adjusted. meantime my no remains disconnected.

                                    A stupid VAS called DOTBOT was activated on my phone without my consent on 01/28/2017. Rs35 were looted from me. And No, i did not press on any popup. I was in class so it was not possible for me to do that.

                                    It is not the first time such utterly useless services are activated.

                                    Refund the amount.

                                    Stop such unethical malpractices or face consequences.

                                        My mobile phone no. is [protected], Vodafone (Kerala). Topped for Rs.348 on 4/2/17 at about 12.00 hrs. (Validity 28 days, 300 minutes per day free calls local & STD). But Today when I am trying to make calls, I am getting reply that insufficient balance. Trying to talk to customer representative but only recorded informations I am receiving. Please look into it immediately.
