Hello sir,

my name is ashish karankar and am kindly requesting you that please
register my complaint related to the vodafone customer store and please make an appropriate action on that.

actually i ported the my number [protected] from idea to vodafone but still my vodafone number not activated.
i have reported this complaint related to the my number activation. and i was also visited lot of time to vodafone care address is follows
"Central Bazar Road, Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440010". 6 day passed but still my number is not activated.

this number is my important number and associated with bank and in this day i have unable to access internet banking
due to token not getting.

Today it was too much that staff at this store talk about arrogantly with me and not giving any proper solution on that

now am helpless

please make appropriate action on that otherwise i will file a case in consumer forum.

    My monthly plan is 199rs.postpaid.I don't want continue on Post paid, I need to convert from post paid to Pre paid again.so I went to vodafone store today and converted.
    I have deposited 300rs, while converting from prepaid to postpaid.my doubt is how to get that 300rs back.? Is there a chance to get money back? plz reply me as soon as possible.

      My Corporate cug Vodafone number is [protected]. I am being charged Rs.3202/- for mazaa mobile and hotshot in my bill. These services were never activated by me. This corporatr number belongs to my company and it is very embarrassing how such service has been activated without consent of company. Vodafone corporate care has refused to refund this amount.

        I receive a bill amount of rs:1137.5 for internet charges in my nokia215 handset with vodafone connection. When i ask for the detail bill to know what exactly was the usage, they send me an email with just written internet charge which i already know. I want to know what i browse because we are sure that we didnt use internet in this mobile and this charge was by activating something by mistake. I request the customer care executive to wave ofd the charges which is for non usage, they ignore my request. Then i pay the full amount and even after two days my connection is still deactivated. I am disappointed with vodafone service and i am going to change my connection. My number is [protected].

          I wanted to change my post paid card to prepaid, so i went to vodafone store, where is was being told to buy 1 gb data voucher compulsary if i am converting my postpaid card to prepaid card. When i told them that i dont need the data voucher, the store manager said that i wont be getting my postpaid card converted to prepaid unless i pay for the data voucher.
          The incident happen on 29 th jan 2017 ( Sunday ).The store manager ( NEHA ) kept saying me that it is FRP First recharge Plan of rs 297rs which i have to buy compulsary.When I asked her to show me where is it wriitten to buy the data voucher on the website, on that she said it is mentioned on the website you go and check for yourself.

          NOte : I jus wanted to change my postpaid card to prepaid .

            I paid Rs.16 for activating 1 hr unlimited Internet 3g/4g pack, but instead of activating Internet Pack, they activated some 1p/sec pack for 60 days.This is cheating, either give my money back or activate 1hr unlimited internet pack. i will take action on this if not resolved, will lodge a complaint. date of recharge is[protected], quickly resolve this

              Activation of dot box service and unnecessary deducted my balance.
              I have requested for deactivation of this service. I don't know how automatically Vodafone actives this service and deducts balance.

                I am facing internet problem. The 3g internet is too slow
                U can't even load a basic design website. It was not like this before. Pls do something.
                Other sim companies give more speed and more data for cheap price and looks like Vodafone is now planning to loot its customers.

                        I am having 4 connections with me, for which I got bill of Rs.5000/- mobile No-[protected].
                        When I talked to customer care that how come that much bill was generated then they asked me to pay Rs.3000/- and they will waive Rs.2000/- in this bill.
                        In second number [protected] which I was not using yet I got the bill of Rs.700/- for that, for this customer care have no answer why this happen
                        In my third number [protected] there is nothing pending in this bill, even the number is blocked since 2 months.

                            Vodafone collected incorrect deposit and is not refunding atall after many many requests and complaints. I am simply tired and suddently one of the executive initiated a disaconnection request without my concern.
                            My no. is [protected]. I always was paying access amount in my vodafone accout and for some reason they converted a part of payment into deposit in 2015
                            I never requested and it is NOT the requirement fro CUG Corporate customer. I had requested for this amount to be adjusted against my monthly bill but they are simply not doing this after multiple requests.
                            I had looped in many email IDs but now vodafone simply igoring my requests.

                                I, miss was using vodafone corporate postpaid connection for near about 8 months and my cug plan was 149 plus taxes.in 7th august, 2016 I suddenly found that random delivery reports of sent message is sent to this number, when i checked my phone i saw blank texts are seemed to have sent from my number to a specific number when my phone was not in use .i was shocked, i immediately called vodafone customer care to inform them regarding this issue and asked them to help me out regarding this matter and to stop the process off repeated texts that appear to have been sent from my number.but they said my unbilled amount is zero and no need to worry let the bill come, if any thing is charged for those 60 sms then they will solve the matter.i have wrote several mails to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com regarding this issue, and also called several times and also visited the vodafone store before and after the generation of bill on 20th august, 2016 as my unbilled amount was showing 633/- .And total bill showing Rs. 1032.21. I left no stones unturned to reach them, but they were reluctant to solve my issue and correct my bill, deliberately they neglected this issue and I was severely harassed my them. And they started putting pressure on me to pay the bill and compelled me to discontinue with the 149 plan.i requested several times to look into my matter, and solve the issue so that i can pay as per my plan usage, but they refused to solve it and instead ask me to pay the whole bill. Few days back they sent one of their representative to my address telling me to solve the matter unofficially by paying 50% of the total amount without any proper bill.but when i refused to pay any money without any proper corrected bill from vodafone, he threatened that if they want they can put any fraud case against me and was forcing me to end up the matter unofficially or pay the total bill at the store. that they started blackmailing me over mails and also sent letters through high court advocate Mr.pingal bhattacharya, trying to put fraudulence case against me under penal code 1860, and threatening to pay the bill of rupees 900.63 plus 12% interest per annum. please help me out, what should i do?.

                                  Hello sir/madam
                                  I am writing to inform you that i was complained first time about the deduction of balance 3 times of 0.38INR when i am switching on mobile.But still not taken any action against this issue.Also problem related to customer care, i not connecting with the customer executive after this complain.

                                    Cheaters. Looting our hard earned money. Vodafone deducted 35 rupees from my account without initimation. I never subscribed NDTV Dotbot. Today received the below SMS.

                                    Hello! DOTBOT pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.71.8315.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      As per my complaint yesterday I have been recharge of rs. 85/- for full talk time at 3:00 p.m. The amount is deducted of my icici saving bank account but no top up is there. I am call on customer care no. the executive said in this case after 4 hours the money is added to your vodafone no. If the money is not added in your vodafone no. they automatically refund to your account.

                                      There is no money is refunded of my account and vodafone no. Please sort out this matter on urgent basis. Your reply of this query is very poor.

                                        I hv visited in Chembur Naka gallery 3times all the time I HD to return back as it took almost 45min. Today also I am standing here since 45min and still my number hasn't come. And there is no proper staff the counter is vacant witout and staff and no proper sitting service. Have to stand still. Tired and upset. I hv another number in airtel they have a service to serve the customer and not let them wait. Vodafone is really a bulls hit.

                                        Now my number has been called aftr u cn check the below image. Now it's 11.40.standin for an hour. And the customer care person left the counter for don't knw Wat and v r siting ideal.
