Hi Team,
My name is Barkha Tanwani, I am a customer of Vodafone india from very long time. I am writing this as I have upset from the customer services associate ( Suresh Patwa). I called customer service regarding my Bill issue that they charged extra money for no reason giving unsatisfied answer and he told me there was a call made on 30 Dec on 51717 which cost 308 Rs, he didn’t mentioned the exact details to that number, how it is possible that I didn’t make any call even my monthly bill limit is low.
I didn’t make that call, when I told him, I will not pay this call charges, he said number will be disconnected in sometime, he didn’t even try to help me I think Vodafone has increased their customer, so they don’t care about old customer.
I am using this number since 6 years, but Vodafone don’t value their customers I got the feeler now. Now its time to take action against fraud done by Vodafone related to particular matter by which they always take extra money from customer. I hope you people will take right action against them. I have mentioned my contact details below.
