I received a message from the vodafone stating that they have deducted the balance for activating DOT BOT pack(My phone was not in use by anyone at that time). I have never heard of such package and dont know benefit of same. This new business trick by cheating customer. Everyone should stop using such service who cheat customer. I will port to some other and will inform to all my colleagues, family friends to stop using vodafone. We customers should protest against such fraudulent move of telephone operators to make profit. Let whole world know that Vodafone is such a cheap company

Such a cheap idea to get money..
Refund or will port to some other company..

    Recently I have been getting messages like DOTBOT pack is activated and rs.75 has been deducted from your mobile. This has happened multiple times and I have lost more than 200 rupees and this is really very annoying. I want this to be fixed as soon as possible. I want my money back. I havent subscribed to any service but I am still receiving messages. I dont want this to happen again.

      Hi,
      I have recently bought a new handset which needs to be updated in their database but its some issue with their database and the handset name is not updated. I called multiple times in 3 days either they say they will look into it or they just disconnect the call when a complaint is made in 198.They tell me to restart my phone and that's the only resolution they give me to solve my problem. I have restarted my handset 20 times but still no solution.

      When they cannot solve the problem they just disconnect the call without any intimation. I have spoken to the supervisor of the customer care executive, but they do not take responsibility to solve the call and they just say we will look. But after 3 days of calling and following up continuously they do no solution to the problem and put up multiple offers on other e-commerce sites about the offers they are providing which are all fake.

      If this is how vodafone is treating their customers and do nothing about the problems, s strict action shout be taken against vodafone asap.

          Dear Sir,

          I was have 2 sim card of Vodafone - [protected] & [protected] activated at Nagpur.

          I was shifted from Nagpur to Ahmedabad in last May.16.

          At that time I was changed successfully my billing address from Nagpur to Ahmedabad.

          But because of network issue I was shifted my one cell no.([protected]) from Vodafone to Airtel at Ahmedabad after clearing all pending bills & dues.

          but yesterday by IInd.cell no's.([protected]) outgoing was barred & message received is "Please clear your outstanding bill".

          I have also add Rs.3000 as advance payment in my A/c.([protected]) but still my outgoing is not start.

          I also contacted at Vodafone store, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, they told me that my cell no.[protected] is still showing in Maharashtra circle & for any issue I have to contact on Maharashtra customer care no.they are unable to provide any solution from Gujarat circle. I told them that I'm ready to pay the outstanding Amt.but they were not help me.

          I also contacted at your Maharashtra Cust.Care no.([protected]), your executive check my A/c.& told that there is no any outstanding.

          Again I contact at Vodafone store & informed this details but still they are not able to help me.

          I'm frusted from this issue, all your executive are just throwing me in another's court just like ball.

          Pls.give me a proper solution & help me in starting my cell no.[protected].

              Sir some days before I had issued the duplicate SIM card is [protected] near by Vodafone care centre Mayur Vihar phase lll, Delhi and it is doesn't work properly from 4 to 5 days and today I know that my number is used other person I shocked and I don't no about it and without my permission and documentation, my signature, alternate number etc how to possibility know I want to block this SIM card and take any action as soon as it is so risky

                HI. I have made three complaints on 198 regarding the caller tune calls for No's [protected] & [protected] .Had requested the officer to put my phones on DND, & I was told that it would take a week, but i still receive these calls. These calls have become a nuisance to me . Please look into this matter. Hope i dont have to make a complaint again. Thanks.

                  Complaint No:[protected] Mob: [protected] 1. I am in Suadi Arabia, there is no signal on the sim. 2. I have done all the settings suggested by customer care over the chat option, not showing anything. 3. When calling from another number, it says "THIS NUMBER IS TEMPORARY OUT OF SERVICE". Although all the bills and dues are cleared from my side. 4. Same is the case with my alternative number: +91 [protected]. 5. Complaint registered on 18th January, but no one has tried to reach so far. Although given time frame of 72 hours will expire on 21st Jan, 2017. 6. For further details, I have enclosed my communication with customer care service Chat.
                  No revert received to resolve the issue.
                  Only default mails are received.

                    My number was deactivated, without any reason yesterday at 3:40 pm 24/01/2017. And then I taken the new SIM of same Number from your customer care at seven o'clock on same day, which has not activate yet (2:44 pm 25/01/2017).

                      Hi Team,
                      My name is Barkha Tanwani, I am a customer of Vodafone india from very long time. I am writing this as I have upset from the customer services associate ( Suresh Patwa). I called customer service regarding my Bill issue that they charged extra money for no reason giving unsatisfied answer and he told me there was a call made on 30 Dec on 51717 which cost 308 Rs, he didn’t mentioned the exact details to that number, how it is possible that I didn’t make any call even my monthly bill limit is low.
                      I didn’t make that call, when I told him, I will not pay this call charges, he said number will be disconnected in sometime, he didn’t even try to help me I think Vodafone has increased their customer, so they don’t care about old customer.
                      I am using this number since 6 years, but Vodafone don’t value their customers I got the feeler now. Now its time to take action against fraud done by Vodafone related to particular matter by which they always take extra money from customer. I hope you people will take right action against them. I have mentioned my contact details below.

                      I received a call today from Pakistan and they told me I have won 25 Lakhs. He also had my bank account number. He asked me to switch off my phone and call them back tomorrow morning. This is very wierd and they had a proper accent. They sais that i need to meet an executive from State Bank of India. What to do?

                        Hi,

                        Myself Alpa. My husband is staying in Dubai for office work since from Oct 2016. In the month of november and december they charged very huge amount in call and internet usage column which has not been used by him. He has not been made any single call even not received any call. Even he used wi-fi over there. I locked complaint 3 times with vodafone via mail, talking with executive and personally visited at Vodafone Gallery. But they have not responded me properly.

                              We are facing bad network since July 2016 for post and prepaid as tower is not there in BJ poorvi shalimar bagh area. Raised complaints multiple times and got response it will definitely be resolved within 90 days but still facing same issue in each house.

                                Im sry to say this but ur service worth of #### i mean this much of spam...who gave u the bloody ryt to deduct my money without askng my permission...and u shuld stop giving the false advertismnt...i had tried to activate one o[censored]r offer which rechrgng wid 21rs and unlimited data for 1 hour...i had dialed *444*21#...it deducted my money bt it hasnt activatd...i mean its really hard to make even one rupees i[censored] even understnd the meaning of making.money with that much of hard work..thn plsss just givemy money back...

                                    I am a Vodafone customer since past 2 years and have a postpaid connection under plan Red4Business_499_500_capped.
                                    Vodafone 4G services have been launched in Nashik since a couple of weeks and I am not able to get the 4G network. Regarding this I emailed Vodafone India and they told me that my phone i.e iPhone SE model number A1723 does not have supports 4G, even though I had also emailed the link to Vodafone which redirects to apples website where it clearly mentions that the above said model number very well supports 4G LTE and that too on 2100MHz and its been a week since lodging a complaint but no resolution has provided till date instead everytime the Vodafone's backend team calls me, they give me a different answer. And the Vodafone Customer Care Senior executive named Shrikanth who is the floor supervisor told me that I should just port out of Vodafone instead. Infact now I am goin to portout from Vodafone India.

                                        My mother received a sms stating that the Vodafone DOTBOT service hqs been activated on her number as requested and 35rs will be deducted from the balance.
                                        She hasn't request any such service, it has been fraudulently activated by Vodafone and she has been charged.
                                        Pathetic service from Vodafone. If this isn't resolved, we'll port out!!
