It has been consistently observed in many bills that Vodafone is charging extra money under "VAS - Content Download", even when I have not activated any VAS and not downloaded chargeable content.

What are all these. I donot remember subscribing to all these. Who activated all these value added plans.

Why is your customer care always having technical issues. Never able to connect to a customer care executive. I don't think this will serve the purpose.

You have taken my money. And I want that to be adjusted to my next bill....

I have taken two new connection from vodafone store vashi, at the time of buying new vodafone connection (XXXXXXX873 and XXXXXXX827) i told the staff to activate data plan on mobile no XXXXXXX873 and activate voice plan on XXXXXXX827.
So instead of activating data plan on XXXXXXX873 they have activated the same on XXXXXXX827.
Now vodafone is asking for the bill payment of rs 2097.76 which should not be more than rs 500.

Barred my outgoing calls without informing me. stating that previous port out company sent email to stop outgoing calls. i contacted idea(which is my pervious service provider) they said your account is clear and they didn't send any email to vodafone. i was on roaming and they did this. i got stuck outside and unable to make calls. very disappointing....

On 22/01/2017 at 5:13 pm I recieved message from VM-611123 (Vodafone) that only on that day they are giving a Offer of 1 gb 3g data and validity upto 30 days after activation for only Rs. 44 .
So to activate the offer I dialled *444*44# .
But I recieved only 125 mb for only 3 days.
I want Vodafone to look into this matter
or it will leave me no choice to go to consumer court . I have attached screenshot of messages...

Vodafone is doing fraud with customers it said that 1 hour unlimited videos i take for 1 hour in Sonia vihar delhi 94 area on 3odi ind vs England match one single time it not open video bttr then this ws Jio-sim i really angry with this type of fraud by reputed compny Vodafone look in this matter if I r not taking ur copy status it will bankrupt definitely in one day & Jio will be best for every ome it is not charging any money & ur2 charging...

Vodafone India deducted my Money for nothing. and added that in my unbilled amount. I have taken Vodafone connection of Wifi Hotspot with Number [protected] on 24-Aug-2016.

I have taken it under the plan that I have to pay for 6 Months Advance Rental so that I will get the Device at free of Cost and I will have a discount of 999/- per month for 6 Months on the tariff. I was under 10GB Plan when I have purchased the device.

Since I have moved to New Flat on 18th Aug...

I have port my 4 year old no [protected] from reliance to Vodafone that time they have told that no charges will apply but when I switch then he says to pay 250 RS deposit this is really a cheat. And your customer care services is really worst. They have not started my services and demanding for money .
Is really really really really worst services given by the Vodafone and really I will never suggest some one to connect with this company...

Rs 35/- deducted from my account for Namkeen VAS. I did not subscribe for this. Kindly refund my Rs35/- back into my account....

I have already file a complaint reqarding value added services ...there is no response from Vodafone care ...neither my balance has been refunded nor d issue resolved...again same service has been activated from yur end and money deducted from my a/c..

Crazzy vodafone👎 cheater company has been always activating all type of #### packs on my number and the top on list is dotbot pack u crazzy fools i[censored] want to eat ppls money then pls cme here and begg to ppl they might gve ur company some money instead o[censored] ppl lootafying customers on these value adds services ..u Vodafone daakus ...dnt worry Il become gabbar for u guys..vodafone dotpack mat Dena warna gabbar aa jayega😈...

I dont know why such frequent services got activated on my number and my balance got deducted by its own ... i got enough trouble on these things ... happend plenty of time ... thinking of complaining about it to consumer form ... and also about porting my sim to other operator ... and not to use vodafone next time during my lifetime ... please check on it and solve this issue ... until i take further step...

I didn't subscribe dotbot service. But ₹35/- debited from my account. I want to deactivate that service and please refund my debited amount within 1 hour.
