Crazzy vodafone👎 cheater company has been always activating all type of #### packs on my number and the top on list is dotbot pack u crazzy fools i[censored] want to eat ppls money then pls cme here and begg to ppl they might gve ur company some money instead o[censored] ppl lootafying customers on these value adds services ..u Vodafone daakus ...dnt worry Il become gabbar for u guys..vodafone dotpack mat Dena warna gabbar aa jayega😈

Yeah ; even I faced the same issue . I've been subscribed for DOTBOT without any intimation . My Vodafone number is [protected]. Please do solve this .
[protected]-has been activated with DOTBOT Pack without any intimation or request&deducted Rs.15!Do deactivate!
35 rs are deducted for dotbot pack and also 150 rs for vodafone tv activation even i didn't requested fot that..

Vodafone is a cheater.. they looted away my balance..

I want my balance back or else will say bye to vodafone

Hi, When i on my internet it is activating VAS services (Like "DOTBOT") without any intimation or confirmation. Vodafone is deducting money from main balance.

Please look into the issue.
What is dotbot ? My 25 rs deducted when I could not subscribe any plan ..this is very poor policy of Vodafone shame on you ...
Rs 50 has been deducted from my main balance with no intimation of DOTBOT pack. This has been done before with other plans. This is just like robbing money from the customers. Very bad customer service.

    I dont know why such frequent services got activated on my number and my balance got deducted by its own ... i got enough trouble on these things ... happend plenty of time ... thinking of complaining about it to consumer form ... and also about porting my sim to other operator ... and not to use vodafone next time during my lifetime ... please check on it and solve this issue ... until i take further step

      I didn't subscribe dotbot service. But ₹35/- debited from my account. I want to deactivate that service and please refund my debited amount within 1 hour. Complain sending time 08:45 Pm of 20 Jan 2017. My number is [protected]. Next time don't active these type of services in my number. I didn't get response from your customer care number 198. Refund my balance of ₹.35/-

        I was a loyal vodafone postpaid corporate customer for 8 years. As i travel abroad i place my number in safe custody with Vodafone by paying a deposit and come back and activate the same number.
        Last time i paid the security deposit on 30-Oct-2016 and my number was placed under safe custody from 8-Nov-2016. But Vodafone continued to bill me even after this period, when i raised concerns they provided no proper answer. Today i received a threatening email asking me a whooping 1246, for which they don't provide any itemized bill, and stating they would immediately approach the Lok Adalat in Chennai tomorrow.

        Paying the amount is not a matter a here, the stealing and threatening nature of this company needs to be addressed. Please help

Vodafone Call help line, I think, and said to me, sir, you were playing a game on your balance deducted use Nokia 1100 model, the 1100 model Now tell me how you (Vodafone) game play. 12p.m noon until the afternoon my phone call or SMS did not come 5p.m. In this way, if you cut the phone will use to balance. (Port Out sim Aircel - Vodafone)

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            I have a post paid connection [protected], on which the dues unpaid as of 23rd Dec 2016 was 3440 Rs, to which also I had issues. Vodafone Company sends two gentleman to my residence for recovering the money. I agree to pay some amount of Rs 2000 and 1000 I would pay later by week end. These gentlemen said We will come back in the next week and collect the entire 3440. After a weeks time I get a call from a lady with very unprofessional and high level tone saying If you done clear the dues we will file a complaint and then you will have to pay double the amount i.e 28, 000/- listening to this tone I told her I will complaint of this. At this she disconnects and calls me after 10 mins apologizing for the behavior.
            After two day again two gentleman come from Vodafone at my residence and tell my Mother threatening that If the payment is not done a Police Complaint will be filed.
            I am being threat about legal notice on every calls from Vodafone. I have even told them to register a complain but still it was not done. Today I have filled a complaint and I have got the complaint no[protected]
            The Customer care tell me the usage charge of Rs 7, 638 is the charges of Internet used on the phone. Honestly even if I have travelled abroad and used internet, I am pretty sure the internet charges will be less than this.
            If the said issue is not resolved with the standard time. I will be forced to take further action.

            Hi,

            Its been 5 days post the complaint is posted and the issue is still un resolved.
            Now the company has even started sending letters on Advocates letter head stating By Ordinary.
            The letter date says 18th January, 2017. I have received the letter today 25th January, 2017.
            It states that If I haven't cleared the dues within seven days they will take further legal action on the same. If it was sent on t18th January, 2017 why is that its being delivered to me today.
            Is it that Vodafone Essar is not bothered about their Customer ?? The rating for customer satisfaction for Vodafone stand 25 % on this forum.
            Honestly, If by posting complaint on this Forum is not helping then where would a consumer go ?
            This morning i got a msg from Vodafone.
            Rs.49 deducted for Hotshots services.
            I not want this service. Its by mistake vua internet. Plz refund.

              On 18 January 2017, I had recharged my mobile [protected] for Rs.68/- accordingly 0.25 per minute was to be deducted but charging at higher rate for local mobile to mobile calls.
              It is really unfair business practice by the VODAFONE.

                  Hi this is Hrishikesh Joshi.
                  I've been using my Vodafone number [protected] for over 12 years, since orange days.
                  This complaint is regarding the degrading customer services that you provide your customer.
                  There are various customer care centres but none actually providing satisfactory care and concern to your loyal customers. They are only looked after while buying new connections, otherwise they are made to stand in a line for hours for incompetency of your services.
                  I'm emailing you intimating about my consumer complaint.
                  Due to some debit card problems, I paid Rs.500 out of total bill of Rs.750 before due date of 5jan2017.
                  I received my next bill due amounting Rs.1000/- due payment before 5feb2017.
                  Today as on 20jan it is out of my understanding., why would my connection become inactive.
                  On asking a representative at 4bung Vodafone store, he said it happens automatically from system.

                  Now I seriously empathise your strategist and technical team, for creating such a stupid automated system.. Where you disconnect a long loyal customer for over a decade for due of Rs.250/-.
                  I will be levied extra charges, interests and late payments etcetc charges which I'm ready to for not paying the whole amount of time.. But how ridiculous does it sound to have your sim get deactivated for Rs.250/-
                  I would like to meetup top authorities at Vodafone and ask them personally and bring to notice to this ridiculous automated system.
                  Have some loyalty towards your customers too and forward some goodwill gestures to them as because of your loyal customers your company reep all the benefits and makes millions. A sincere requests to upgrade your system and especially your automated system which do not penalise customer for unnecessary reasons. Else there will be a time when someone will challenge your system to n court of law and bring your whole system down to scraps.

                    Receieved message like VDS AJDESIBEATS pack is now active on your mobile number, as requested. 30 days rent - Rs 150... they are demanding to send message to stop..

                    i never requested. this is not the first time... they are cheating with billing.. if tried to reach customer care ivr is so irritating taking atleat 30 mins to speak.. it s not user friendly...

                    cheating should be stopped..

                    Activated without my knowledge..and to stop service, requesting to send an SMS.. if you are so ethical you can ask to send SMS to activate also.. this attitude shows the care taken for customer..

                      Hi I am writing this mail after requesting for so many times to resolve Vodafone network coverage issues in my area.I am a loyal customer of vodafone more than 10 years.Also i have been using three vodafone postpaid numbers [protected] /[protected] & [protected] . I Never defaulted on my bills ever. For past 6 months there is an issue of Vodafone network - signal is very very poor and call dropping also in my area. There have the issue no signals inside the house.many times i raised this into your customer care executives and not yet it cleared.Even i made complaint through the Vodafone shop and through customer care, upto 6th January 2017 but they are not respond for my complaint. But i want to know why is the reason behind it and why vodafone cant take any action on it. Is it business policy of vodafone, without satisfying customers service but emphasis on earning profit.Again i request you to resolve this issues as early as possible.

                        Yesterday (19.01.17) the company deducted Rs.35 from my main balance against DOTBOT Pack for 7 days. i hadnt activeted any pack like this. I replied for deactivate this service. The service was deactivated but balance of Rs. 35/- no credited to my main balance. Today (20.01.17) company again deducted Rs. 5/- from main balance for same Pack for 1 day.
                        If i didnt activate any plans then company why directly (without my permission) deducted the amount daily.
                        I have decided to complaint in Consumer Court against this matter if Rs.35/- didnt credited to my account.
                        THE COMPANY IS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTION.

                          35 rs was deducted from my Vodafone number yesterday 18/12/2017 on account of a DOTBOT pack which I never activated! I immediately sent a service message for stopping this service which I never even initiated.
                          And this is not the first time such unauthorised deduction has happened. I want you to write me back stating what was the reason behind such inconvenience. What is this DOTBOT pack and WHAT SERVICE does it provide!!! Stop it immediately and refund my 35 rupees!.

                          I haven't activated for any kind of vodafone service but 35 rs from my account have been deducted. I need my money back to my balance. If any such continues i will stop using this network. With out our knowledge how can this be done? What kind of cheating is this?

                            I (B F Ganer) never activated Vodafone DOTBOT service on my mobile no. [protected]. But vodafone activated this service automatically on 5/01/2017 and deducted Rs. 50/- automatically from balance.
                            Kindly arrange to refund the deducted amount at the earliest.
                            deduction of balance by fraudulent means is a surgical strike by vodafone for profit.

                              Vodafone activated some kind of DOTBOT service on their own. They deducted ₹35 from my main balance a/c. I've deactivated this service but I want my money back. Please look into the matter Vodafone and further request my approval for activating such services. I want my balance back. Please look into the matter. This wasn't the first time. It has happened twice. At first time I thought it was my mistake but when it happened the second time I knew it's company's fault. Please I want my ₹35 back.

                                  I m the customer of vodafone last 4 years.I had recharged my vodafone no of Rs.344 on15.01.2017 which is mention in your plan that STD/LOCAL call unlimited but it is not mention that it is not applicable in roaming while our balance is deducted from my balance.Who is responsible for that.
                                  So I request to you refund Rs.344 back in my main balance.

                                    Took money from my bank account when i dont have any services from Vodafone due to the fact that i live in canada and your services are only for United states i have all documents that is needed to verify i want my money back or i will look into pursuing legil action i am beyond frustrated i have filed many complants and lost money due to nsf charges that occurred because of this please help fix this unauthorized transaction

                                      Been in uk for last 6 months & paying for international roaming facility every month even though I don't use it.. Now want to use it but can't get any signal . Been trying to resolve through chat but everyone promise that will be sorted within 24 hours, , no luck, complain no is[protected]. It's unbelievable that the need to know date of birth & registered email id for so called security, , , don't understand this Indian bureaucracy every time... Just another way to harass customer.. When I am providing you my complain no, I need to know status of it.. Why the hell u need security details check, , , , , , NO WONDER WE WILL ALWAYS BE behind in world, .. Utter nonsense & waste of time ... Mob is Vodafone / Rajasthan

                                        I received an SMS, saying that I had requested for activation of CLUBHOUSE pack, which in fact I hadn't. I wish to stop and get my money refunded. This is the third time this month my money is getting cut on packs I haven't requested. I have already lost nearly rs200 on services like this. Even if the money is getting cut, I wish to know more about the services. But right now I would really appreciate it if I get my money refunded and an explanation as to why this is happening.

Vodafone stopped my outgoing calls as the verification has not been done till day. The worst service ever. Vodafone serivce sucks. It was my great mistake to port into vodafone network.
