I am not happy with the services given by you & your call centre team. Last two days I am trying to know why my unbilled amount has been increased for that I am connected to your call centre on 2nd Jan 16 on 10:47pm & 3rd Jan 16 but not got any satisfactory answer. I think the person who is taking calls are not interested in answering our query n they are just entertainment to customer by giving unwanted answer by holding the line again n again or Vodafone is interested in eating .50 paise for 3 minutes.. very cheap.

On 2nd my call duration Was around 45 minutes in that I spoke with call centre person for not more than 5 minutes rest of the time my call has been just on hold I don't know what magical thing this the guy was searching on your system n why your system is not showing all required details of customer in one screen, today also I spoke approx 20 minutes same thing repeated.

Regarding my outstaying amount I am getting various stupid answer like having 4 connection on this no, no outstaying amount is on this no, already the outstaying amount has been paid don't worry your services will be resume etc.

Just I wanted to know the reason of such high bill and my outstaying amount on 30th was R's.789 and due to which my services was interrupted still my unbilled amount on 2nd was R's.839 n on 3rd it's 1262. If I am not using your services from 30th so how my unbilled amount is increasing day by day????

    This complain is with regards to the inconvenience caused due to negligence from the company’s end. I had changed my Vodafone Post-paid plan from 399 to 499 Corporate plan in the month of June 2016. For which I didn't receive a bill. And there was no further communication on my pending bill nor I could see any outstanding bill on my Vodafone app. Suddenly, on 16-Jan-2017 I received a message stating I haven't paid an old bill and hence my services would be disrupted. However, this message didn't specify anything (which bill/month) and my outgoing was disconnected. On 18-Jan-2017, I received a call for the first time stating that I need to go to the Vodafone store and pay the bill as this payment cannot be done online and if I fail to do so within an hour my incoming will also be disconnected. As a customer how am I supposed to know about it unless I am intimated about the same? My incoming was also disabled. When I visited the Vodafone store they gave me some excuses for not intimating me and that was their mistake. But why am I being inconvenienced. When I talked to my colleagues on the same, I got to know that even they have faced the same issue. I have never defaulted on any of the bills and is this the kind of treatment one receives for being a loyal customer. Something should be done for this matter so that customers are not inconvenienced.

      On 16th January 2017 at 9:07 am I got an SMS from vodafone regarding request for activation of DOTBOT scheme and my balance of Rs. 17 was deducted. I'm still getting SMSes regarding the scheme. The latest SMS mentioned refilling my balance to activate the scheme. I feel like if I add some more balance it would get deducted automatically for this DOTBOT scheme that I did not apply for.
      I have not activated any such scheme and my balance was deducted without any notice. Please look into the same.

        35 Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT. I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
        I am highly dissatisfied with the services Vodafone provides.Every other day there is some drama going on.
        Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
        And now customer care is also not responding.. Not even picking the call. every other day keep calling customer care n got frustated.
        I will port my number if this doesnt gets resolved.

            Hi everyone!!! I took a postpaid connection before 15 days ago now it's about 15 days after there is no network in sim since 15 days ago so i am facing a problem i am not able to talk to anyone since 15 days REALLY IT"S VERY pathetic and very harassment services so anyone who is planning to take a new connection plz be aware it's fraud. COMPLTELY FRAUD!!!

              I didn't request for any services. I don't know what is dotbot sevice. This is the seventh time happening. I have written a complaint to Vodafone care. But I always get the same reply as don't click pop-ups.

              Below is the reply I got from Vodafone,
              "Primarily, downloads are initiated while the user selects or clicks on the advertisement pop ups while browsing in the handset.

              Such pop ups are a part of third party websites which does take a double confirmation from the user and post the double confirmation the charges will be deducted for the same.

              Also, I suggest you to block the pop up blocker option in your handset browser settings to avoid the pop ups in your mobile.

              It’s best to avoid click on any pop ups while browsing and use the pop up blocker service an application for the Android phones.

              I regret to inform you that in future I would not be able to pass waiver for the same.

              Also in future, I suggest you that you can deactivate the Value added services (VAS) by Sending a SMS Stop to 155223 (Toll Free) and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes."

              Few days before I received below SMS

              "Hello! DOTBOT pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.200.883.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."

              I don't want any VAS services. I need my money back.
              Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Now again another pack activated. See the message below,

              Hello! Gaana Khazana pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.165.883.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).
              My mobile number [protected] of vodafone gujarat . Every day new vas service gets activated without my concent and rent also gets deducted . Please make a permanent solution to stop this . Vinit loiwal

                This is to inform you that my [protected] is my personal number and had port this number to vodafone 2 month earlier, with 20 days they barred my contact number without any reason and they had mention wrong comments on my number detail, and after a long process of mail and walking to their store and i discuss with them that i'll not pay bill of those days when my number was not active and they say yes, after that they unbarred my number after 15-20 days and i had not get waiver from last 1 month and yesterday they deactive from vodafone my number without any reason and without informing me. So please help me out.

                  Unauthorised deduction frm DOTBOT service.i never found any service in my phone...aft recharge 35rs was deducted..dis has been done constantly for three four times.. customer cal service is being rude wen askd abt dis...my phn was switched off fr one whole day..and dey say tat i activated d service on tat particulr day 8.50 p.hw is tat possible wen a phn is switched off...fully fraud services.. i want my money bck .else i ve no option changing d network

                        I have taken a postpaid sim on nov 31st 2016.they told it will be activated in 2 hrs.severel 2 hours went that sim didn't got activated.everytime I approach them they will be telling me no ur sim card is changed.like this 4 times they gave me diff sim card.finally one fine day after 10 days my sim got activated.i already surrendered my prev connection so 10 days without any mobile service then after that some 15 days went and they charged me 100 rs as per plan but my bill I didn't got.my mail id they have entered wrong.that also when I approached they gave me some no u call here and change..simply harassing .that also I chaged.now from few days my net speed is coming horrible like 2g whre as I am paying for 4g.when I asked in store they tol[censored] have consumed full.i told last billing cycle over this billing cycle my 6gb data u have to give.then she replied that also u consumed

                        now I have some questions
                        1)this is indiaz one of biggest service provider with so much promises.i went in their store for 7 times and some undertrained people will be sitting thre simply having no idea of product
                        2)I didn't used 12 gb data as per their customer service.but still after paying 1000 rs I ghave to run with no data in my phone
                        3)totally unprofessional ..and fake billing service provider.tons of lies they will tell to take a connection after taking it they will start slaughtering you.

                          Hi,

                          I am a vodafone customer for pas 4 years and I'm using 888****7701 and normal my bill range not more than 500Rs that too in rare circumstance (If I am in roaming).

                          This month my bill is 863.30 due on[protected] and when I check the details it's showing me I've called on 13 Jan at 17:57 on a special number 51717 for 36 min 10 sec and I was charged Rs. 504/-

                          This is not true I've never called any such number. Called Vodafone customer care however they are not helping me.

                            I am Umesh. Just now I received message from Vodafone that, Hi! Your subscription to deals pack weekly service has been activated. The service will get renewed on[protected]. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223 (tall free). Rental of Rs. 50 has been deducted."Why deducted? I have not requested for that. Why u people are cheating us? Do u want I shall discontinue this connection? Immediately return back the deducted amount of Rs.50.

                              Hello,

                              My name is Anil Mehta available at [protected]@gmail.com e-mail. I keep getting bills from the "Vodafone company" with the title for example "[IMPORTANT]: Your Vodafone E-Bill for Mobile:75XXXXXX56 (Account No:[protected] for the Month of January'2017".

                              The peculiar aspect here is that I am not a customer of the company and I have sent them many e-mails of the same. I have told them on several occasions that I do not subscribe to their service and the bill is for someone else. As a matter of fact the e-mail specifies who the bill is for, it is one "Mr. Suresh Gandhi" and one "Mr. S.K. Gandhi".

                              The funny and sad part is the e-mail even says "
                              PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL" on the top and here we are sending it to the wrong person.
                              I do not want to be responsible for someone else missing their bills and see their confidential info. I would not want that to happen to me.

                              I ask the company to rectify the e-mail address in their database but they don't do it.

                              Please ask them to fix this situation.

                                Sir/Madam,

                                I have been charged for Value Added Services which were activated without my permission for number [protected]
                                VDS ULTRAMOVIES Rs 5
                                Video Dictionary Service Rs 35. and renewal etc.,
                                We get a message to reply with STOP to deactivate. But the SMS does not work and we are asked to reach out to customer support.

                                I have asked the customer support for the reason but am not convinced why such unauthorized charges are being made by third parties and charged to vodafone bill without vodafone or its customer consent.
                                if vodafone is already aware of such sites then they should publish the list upfront.

                                Please request you to look into the matter and
                                1) Refund the amount charged so far and
                                2) Correct the process of SMS to deactivate the service. What is the point if the service is not activated even after sending the SMS of STOP
                                3) Display the list of such sites where unauthorized billing is added.

                                  On 17/01/2017 i received a SMS that Mazaa Mobile pack was activated on my number [protected]. I had not opted for such pack. Without my consent how you are activating such pack. and charging me Rs 99/-. I am writing the e-mail before sending SMS to stop such pack. If you charge for sending SMS then i had to go to TRAI for such forceful deduction. I hope that the amount to be charged for SMS and charging of Rs.99/- will not be there.

                                  Never knew I activated any such subscription of Vodafone. Is this a new way of taking cash?

                                    I have changed my sim card to Nano from Micro on 08 Jan, 2017 Sunday with the Vodafone connection [protected], from the date I'm not receiving or not able to send any text messages from my phone. I have already raised this issue several times through customer care and through the Vodafone outlets, but this issue was not answered properly or cleared.
                                    This is one serious offence that I'm not receiving the paid service which I'm supposed to get, also it is highly disappointing that being a customer for Vodafone for the past 6 years and to experience such a pathetic service.
                                    I have clearly explained everything to the executives and with the outlets many times, but I feel it was waste of time and efforts, and I'm trying all possible options to resolve this as I'm facing such a life time difficulty with this digitalised environment.
                                    It would be great, if you can help me with this and forward this to the concerned person.

                                      I have been victim of wrong billing from Vodafone for the last 2 months with absolute no response from their Nodal Officer also. I marked several reminders to the Nodal Officer seeking solution but in vain. Attached below is the mail and the wrong billing induced in my bill for a "Stopped" service :

                                      To Nodal Officer :

                                      My vodafone number is [protected] and i chose to write to you, as my relationship with Vodafone seems to be turning sour. Request you to read my mail till the end alongwith attachments.

                                      Since August i have been overseas due to work engagements and after some hefty bill, which i paid, due to emergency internet usage overseas, I was cautious and stopped using my number- [protected] for Internet. I am a tech savvy person and know very well how to keep my phone's mobile data service switched off at all times.

                                      However, I was appalled to see internet usage every time being induced in my subsequent bills, ranging from Rs.10 to Rs.40, and surprisingly the usage is for just 1 Kb each time on different days. Last month on 28th Nov, I confronted about these charges to which the agent told me that whenever I switch off and on my phone, the data is used for 1Kb. Unconvinced however, It was at this point i decided to get my data services stopped completely and pay the bill. I got the confirmation of stopped services both on mail and sms on 28th Nov'16 itself.

                                      My latest bill however again proves that some kind of fraud is being done by Vodafone inside its subscribers bills !

                                      I had a chat with the agent, Sujay, yesterday(28th Dec'16) raising my concern to which i was given a complaint number,[protected], and i was told that someone would call me on my overseas number in UK to get it resolved. I got an sms today stating that the complaint has been resolved, however, I did not receive any call. Thus i again started a chat(chat transcript attached) with your agent, Dhananjay, today and to my surprise he told me that an amount of only Rs.31.62 has been waived off.

                                      Out of curiosity i checked with him on my current bill plan and i was shocked to know that the data plan is still active and needs to be deactivated and further i would have to pay pro-rata rental for the upcoming bill cycle. On further detail he explained that only Data Service is stopped and Data pack is still active, weird again. Why was this not briefed by the agent earlier when the request for complete deactivation of data service was raised? Is it not moral duty of the agent to explain the customer ?

                                      My questions and concerns :
                                      When the data is switched off on phone, why the charges and specifically for only 1Kb o[censored]sage being induced on different dates ?
                                      Even when the data services are stopped from operator's end, how come usage charges appear in the bill ?
                                      Why rent is being charged for a stopped service ?
                                      Kindly find attached for your reference, the chat transcript i had with your agent today, last 2 months bills along-with confirmation of stopped data services, dated 28th Nov'16 and 29th Dec'16, and let me know which one is for stopping Data Service and Data Pack ? to me it appears identical !

                                      My request :
                                      Wrong charges in my last 2 bills for International Data Roaming be waived off.
                                      Wrong Data rental post 28th Nov'16 be waived off from the bill and should not be induced in subsequent bill, as the data services are stopped from 28th Nov'16 itself.

                                      Kindly help and resolve if you really care for a customer, irrespective whether he is important or ordinary !

                                      I hope my mail be taken in the right spirit and things be rectified so that they do not leave a bad taste and this relationship lasts for a longer period.

                                        This is a journey that startedway back in setember.My connection is a corporate connection under vodafone.I had requested for a port in request to airtel.From september to december all the porting request were denied by vodofone citing reasons like bill not paid, porting code expired, wrong porting code etc etc etc.Finally i understood one thing.They are not ready to relieve the number.I ended up in giving a request to change my corporate conncetion to an individual account with a 499 postpaid plan.And i had to pay my bill in advance also and they told i l get a call to another number for verification.I dint get any and 5 days which they told to change it was over.I had to call a hundred times to connect to an executive and finally the reply i got him was very interensting, i understood that the stupid who was sitting in the customer care has given request to change this to a prepaid connection and verification failed just because when they called the number was out of coverage area.This is the response i got from people who calls 100 times just to tell an offer can make a second call for verification, cheap business tricks as i had to pay again the bill in advance to apply again.Such a pathetic service by vodafone.I have never had soo much trouble in my life dealing with such a situation.Its irritating and the worst company i have come accross.Stupid company stupid customer care people. I am fed up.I want to make sure nothing like this happens to any other consumer.From sept to jan i have paid around 8000 even after planning for a network switch.Business tricks.But dont fool the common man.There are much better things we can do...
