I BOUGHT VOLTAS 1.5 TON SPLIT AC AND REGISTERED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR INSTALLATION, AFTER 6 DAYS THE SERVICE ENGINNER FROM VOLTAS BHARUCH CAME AND INSTALLED THE AC THAT TOO NOT UPTO THE MARK, THE COPPER TUBING INSULATION IS NOT FIXED AND THEN CHARGED 2050 FROM ME AND THEN TOLD ME THAT AC IS NOT HAVING GAS SO WILL NOT WORK, NOW I REGISTERED ANOTHER COMPLAINT NO, [protected] ON 09.04.2015 AT 6.15 PM ABOUT GAS FILLING ON 10.04.2015 MORNING I RECEIVED THE MESSAGE THAT COMPLAINT IS CANCELLED, I AGAIN REGISTER THE COMPLAINT NO[protected] ON 10.04.2015 MORNING AND FROM THEN NO RESPONSE FROM THE ENGINEER. THE VOLTAS ENGINEER IS NOT INTERESTED IN GIVING SERVICE TO ME AS I HAVE BOUGHT THE AC ONLINE. HE INSTALLED AC AND EVEN NOT FIXED THE INSULATION PIPE PROPERLY, ALSO HE HAS NOT FILLED THE PASSAGE HOLE,
IN THE SERVICE REPORT IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN THAT "AC DOES NOT HAVE GAS" IN GUJARATI.
POOR SHOW FROM VOLTAS, IS IT A TATA COMPANY?
NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO EXCEPT GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.
