Sir, I registered my request for two thing on the customer care. 1). For free service of split AC purchased in July 2014 and 2). Installation of new split AC purchased through Snapdeal. I registered my request at Toll free no. of Voltas for both the cases.
In case of free service no body has turned up in spite of many requests.
In case of Installation of new purchased split AC, a non authorised person, who failed to show any proof of Identity such as Identity Card, or Uniform or invoice of Voltas Service Station etc., reported. Further, he refused to cut groove in the wall for concealing the pipes. On enquiring, he told, he will charge Rs. 1500/- for installation and will not give any invoice/ receipt.

Non responding for the free service and installation is not fair on the part of Voltas.
It is my personal experienced that service of Voltas is very very poor.
Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
