Sir i had one registered mobile no [protected] in the name of Ashish bansal i had given one complaint on 24/4/15 vide complaint no [protected], there was a visit at our Delhi address and after 10 of waiting period there was again visit and on their side complaint was done taking 1000Rs . But after 30 min i saw there was no use of spare part they changed and again i had to make a complaint now my complaint no is [protected] but already 4 days have passed no one is making any effort to attend rthe complaint you are requested to kindly look into matter at urgent basis thanks

    dont buy voltas ac- window type...they have problem with their circuit board and it does not even last a year. i bought my ac 2 years back and in just 1 year the circuit had problems...after 3 months of follow up they replace the circuit and the new circuit also started creating problems in just 9 months...they have no warranty on this... pl help me if you can

      I bought Voltas A/C for around 30K (1T 5Star) 3 years back. I hardly used it for 4 months and when the winter started i stopped using A/C. From the time 1 year warranty period got over there is gas leakage issue. Even if i fill gas it will last for 10 to 15 days only. When i approached service center they are telling the issue is because of aluminium coil inside the outdoor unit and the cost for replacing it to copper coil is bloody 8K. Why TATA voltas is selling selling such cheap products that is lasting only during the warranty period and cheating the customers.

        Dear Sir/Mam, I having a voltas ac 1.5 ton and using from last 2 years.Today i have called up for service and after my call(complain no. [protected]) the technician has come and did the inspection. He told me that gas has been leaked from the ac but i am using it from 1 week and it was running smoothly and doing well cooling from 1 week. But today after his visit the ac is throwing hot air and also also as per him the gas refilling charges is 2200 and 500 for service charges but according to voltas care the gas refilling actual charges is 1800 and 400 for service charges.he has misguided me in all the prospect he just making money not customer oriented service person. This kind of service is voltas service provider is giving to their valuable customer. I have paid him Rs. 400 in advance against only gas charges which he has told me Rs. 2200.00 .Now i will not pay any single paisa to voltas or Ginni Aircon. I happy with voltas from 2 years and also going to buy my second ac from voltas but after this kind of misguidance and service from your service center i will def take second thought to buy the any electronics item from voltas. Please do the gas refilling of my Ac at any cost or else i will sue this service center further for wrong commitment and irresponsible behaviour towards customers.           Hi, AC was not cooling, so I had complained. It was taken to Voltas workshop and returned after 2 weeks. Since then there is problem of water leakage in that. So I have complained for that and its been more than 15 days and noone has visited for rectifying the AC.

            I purchased one package ac from your shop on dated[protected] with this promise that it will be install on dated[protected]. On that demand & cost of ac paid in cash on same date[protected]. But at the time of installation (came at 16:30 hours in the day when family was taking rest). And your installer has wrong attitude & demanded so many items (on odd hours when wholly main shops were closed due to hot season) which was not informed me at the time of installation. As I have already reported that I am a senior retired citizen & suffering from cancer and running through radiation therepy. After requesting so many times company's employ Mr. Arvind (age 24) having cell no. [protected] was not ready to hear and understand me and not tried to understand my critical condition as I am a patient of last stage of lung cancer but they have no effect. So please I again request you humbly to take necessary action to complete the installation of package ac & it should cool the room in such hot season. If it is not possible and I may go in critical condition, the Voltas company and Mr. Arvind will be totally responsible.               Dear sir, I am very sorry to say that i am very dissatisfied with the service provided by your engineer as he worked very carelessly and with least concern. I request you to take proper action against him. Actually I bought an AC (Voltas 2 star)in april 2014 from lucknow (Uttar peadesh, India) and got it installed there. But in the month of feb 2015 I got was transferred to azamgarh (uttar pradesh, india). So I got my ac uinsalled from lucknow during relocation.As i reached azamgarh I called to your customer care no. to get it reinstalled (request no. [protected]). Service care providers told that I will recieve a call form engineer and get my job done in 2 days. As usual I got the call from your engineer (in azamgarh, ph.no. [protected]). But after calling he did not came to me for next 4 to 5 days. In the meanwhile whenever i tried to make contact with him he always neglected my call. Getting annoyed again I called to your customer care no. and told all the problem. The person talking ensured me this time I will get my job done within 2 days (request no.[protected] ). But again he showed the same attitude, this time i went to his shop and requested him to get my job done. Anyhow the engineer came to install the AC, but that too after 4 days in the evening time. I was annoyed. After that my AC worked normally for 2 to 3 days but its coolling slowed down gradually. Initially i reported the problem to the same engineer (who had installed the AC) but again due to his neglection I decided to contact another person/engineer. Other engineer came (whome I came to know through my friends) and identified the problem, he resolved the problem and right now my AC is working well. When I had a talk with him I came to know that during installation of the AC (that was done by your engineer) the connections were loose due to which all the gas from the compressor leaked that affected the cooling. Also the work of installation was done very unsystematically and carelessly. Sir, during the whole incident I felt very annoyed and low due to the behaviour, attitude and response shown by your engineer. During the whole process I suffered a loss of Rs 3400 [Rs 1200 (claimed by your engineer as installation charge) + Rs 2200 (claimed by my engineer for filling up the gas in the compressor)] Sir, I request you to take necessary action in this regard.If possible kindly make arrangements to return my sum (atleast the gas charges)which i lost during the whole act of carelessness and negligence.                 sir I purchased online voltas ac 1.2 ton on[protected]. Due to winter season ac was not used but now in month of April when I used it, it's not cooling. I made a complaint on[protected]. Technician came and told that compressor coil is leaked and it need to replaced. They ask 9000₹ to Change coil. As Ac under warranty it should replaced free of cost. I made 5 complaint but no result come out. No action is taken yet. My complaints are-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Technician cancel complaint without call.custmer care persons said that it will replaced without cost but no one come to replaced it.sir plz help me out as early as possible.

                  Hello Voltas Team I am writing this mail with utmost frustration with Voltas Brand as there is no one who is willing to understand concerns raised by the customers. I purchased my AC last year on 28 April 2014. I got my first free service on 26th March 2015 ([protected]) and after that it has been the pathetic experience with Votas so far. I raised the complaint regarding Gas leakage on 21st April 2015 ([protected]) and I had to call up again and again to get it resolved. Finally it was resolved on 24 April and Technician visited to fill gas. After that AC had water leakage problem and I registered it on 29th April 2015 ([protected]). Same technician visited on 30th April. We asked him what is the issue and his awesome reply was “wo gas thodi si kam reh gayi thi”. Then he filled gas again and assure that no further problems will occur Now again on 1st May ([protected]), I have again raised same problem of water leakage. Just imagine how frustrating it is for a customer to just keep on following up with you folks to get same issue resolved again and again.                       Hi, My father bought an AC on 10 Jan 2015 from Sadar Bazaar (Krishna Lal Dealer) for my Marriage then we called Voltas Customer Care on 24th April 2015 to get the AC Setup at my address (C- 35, Shiv Durga Vihar Colony Faridabad, Near Charmswood Village). I got the technician on 27th April 2015, and then they confirmed that Copper Pipe & Wire are missing from AC (Seal packed Box) & advised me to call Voltas and Dealer to get them. I called Dealer (Krishna Lal ) but the denied to provide me the Pipe & Wire then I called Voltas on request [protected]to get the Copper Pipe & Wire but they also denied and referred me to Dealer . Later on after doing multiple calls they gave me Area Manager Contact (Veeshan -[protected]), I explained the situation to him but he also advised me to call Dealer. Again I tried to contact Dealer but they explained me that Copper Pipe & Wire are missing from Company so they cannot provide it.Secondly, they said that if I would have opened it in 10 days after purchasing only then they are supposed to give the cable. On 30th April I called Area Manager (Veeshan -[protected]) to get this sort out and he gave me technician number by informing that he is his Manager (Ashok - [protected]) but he was not actually a Manager. I called Ashok as well & he promised to arrange a callback for me at same day for 8 PM but I didn’t receive any call. This is frustrating now after getting such worst experience and I will never advise anyone to get the Voltas Product. Now, I want you to me on this.                       Company forwarded the request to Ashok Hasija and he arranged a technician to get the request done. It was quiet difficult to make this done but after doing multiple followups issue is resolved now.

                        Dear Sir/ Ma'am, 1. I am an army officer who trusted in your product and purchased a 1.5 T window ac in September 2013. Thereafter I got posted to Srinagar and the ac was packed unused. 2. I now got it installed in Agra and the very first day of its usage it was not cooling. On checking I found that there was ice formation occurring. I immediately called the customer care and lodged complaint on 27 April 2015 (reference number [protected]) . 3. I was told that problem will be addressed within 24 working hours. However, even after four days no one has visited me or even bothered to contact. Rather I have continuously been calling customer care as well as the service centre[protected] but with no results (customer care has the records of my calls). They have only told me that someone will visit soon, but no one did and I have wasted two days of my casual leave waiting for them. Though I got a call saying that as my warranty period has expired I'll have to pay for the service, to which I had agreed. 4. Now after all this ordeal I need you to help me on following issues:- (a) Action against the defaulters who have not cared for the customer's time and caused harassment. (b) The equipment has got a defect on its initial usage only. Why should I be penalised if the waranty has recently expired. There has to be some assurance level and credibility of a product of such reputed firm as yours (TATA). I really wish I had used the ac at least a couple of times after purchase! (c) I need to be compensated for my time and energy that had been wasted by both customer care and the service provider. 5.                             I have applied for AC servicing on 10-APRIL-2015 with request ID : [protected] and was promised to receive this servicing free under warranty (now expired on 17-APRIL-2015), but it has been 18 days now and I haven't received even a single call from technician regarding servicing, Whenever I called the voltas service center, they say the servicing will be done by tomorrow, which is very annoying. I am very much frustrated with this quality of service, and the request is now cancelled. I would definitely share my experience with other people to make them aware about Voltas' service quality.

                              I have purchase my 1.2 Ton split AC last year and still in warranty period. My AC is not cooling and i am servicing it by myself from last year where is 3 free servicing ?Now suddenly its stops cooling. I am sick of calling customer care again and again and still my problem is not solved.My complaint no: [protected]. Please do not buy voltas product as you can save lots of Energy and Time as your energy and time will be wasted calling this cheater company.Buy genuine foreign brands and save energy and time as they will be your doorstep for every call.

                                i have purchased one ton ac from AMAR TRADERS in patiala dated 19/07/2014. on 21st july i fitted in my room. very next day it creates problem there will be no cooling. i complaint on 22nd july in show room. they temprarory repair it . I again complaint on 31st july no is [protected]. but we are not satisfied . i shut down the ac.i request for change the ac but there is not better service. iagain complaint on 12th april 2015 [protected] and 24th april [protected]. i face insult in my inlaws home because my parents gift it on my marriage which was on 20th july 2014. mechanis told me it is a fault of manufacturing . now i am frustataed from it . why i face insult because i pay for that. so i request you please change the piece otherwise i knock the door of court for justice. bill no R 1561 dated 19/07/2014 HARVEEN KAUR 25500/-

Minimum 1000 persons visiting hospital daily and these are summer days kindly act urgently. Positive action will be appreciated Thank you in advance Thanking you We are from charitable eye hospital from rural tribal part of India our website is www.drashtinetralaya.org, this is a high traffic zone minimum 1000 people visit this place daily. We purchased VOLTAS water cooler 150 ltrs Date of Purchase: 6/3/2014 First break down: within 6 months : which was handled by some un authorized franchisee they took away machine for 2 weeks. Second break down: 12/3/2015 Current problem : According to local franchisee no warranty so pay first for then service will be provided. We complained and tried to register complaint by E mail which was not registered for a10 days, when we registered complaint by phone complaint no is [protected]. No action has been taken till now. Voltas company cancelled complaint saying that only local person is available and we do not have any human resource who may provide you service.

                                    I purchased a voltas split ac from simran electronics patiala on 12-5-14. I request for a service of ac on 25-4-15 on which service center acts today i.e. 26-4-15 Two technicians came today but their behaviour was not appropriate & they didnt service ac properly first n then they arrived by saying to came after 10-15 mins but didnt came after then. I am very disappointed after this kind of behaviour on behalf o[censored]r company. I choose voltas while purchasing ac bcoz i have a great faith in brand TATA but today i am very sad on my choice. So plz take further serious assistance in this matter and make our belief continue more stronger on this great indian brand

                                        I purchased 1 split AC (Serial no. 4551674A14D000491) on 21 May 2014.The A.C was installed but provided no cooling at all on day 1. I contacted to your customer care and your services person [Service Request no. [protected], Dated 05/06/2014] who checked and informed that ‘Gas Leakage’ is taking place in the unit which is a manufacturing defect.They refilled the gas, however, it did not work properly at night. Again your representative vide {SR no. [protected] dated 7/6/2014} visited and refilled the gas, which worked for a few days. The defect was rectified again on 08/09/2014. The first free service was done by Ginni Aircon, your service partner, on 06/02/2015. The A.C was checked but it being winter season, its efficiency could not be properly measured. Today when I started the A.C it did not yield any cooling at all. I thought that a Tata product is considered a named product but it has been proved wrong. When the gas has been refilled thrice by your trained employees during the first year (warranty period) and the A.C is not working properly, how can any customer expect it would work well in the coming years. Who will bear the cost of refilling the gas again and again after the warranty period? This is a defective A.C as repeated efforts by your technicians have resulted in a big failure. I would therefore request you to replace the A.C with a new one so, that I do not suffer on account of defect in your product and also to ensure that your company's image is not spoilt.
