Sir, I dheeraj kumar lakra purchased split AC 1.5T model vertis plus from Croma centre Saket, New Delhi vide IvNo. SLF02AO[protected] dated 18/05/2011. In the year of 2011, I feels that AC does not give proper coiling and I registered my complaint against this defect to customer care on 13/09/2011. After resolving i.e Gas charging, I have signed OK in the complaint book. But sir, in the next year 2012, I feels again this problem and same compliant was registered on 14/04/2012 and solved it. Sir, I, pursue your kind attention, why always this type of defect occurred repeated. Sir, still my problem as it is.. Sir, I am in govt department and my posting was held at any where of India. Presently I am residing at kanpur. Sir, I had registered my compliant for the same defect in the month of July 2014 and also tell my present location along with mobile no to customer care but unfortunately he does not updated my address and mobile number.Sir, my problem still remain and I am not enjoying AC facilities at my home. Sir, I request you kindly look after this matter and resolve this problem at the earliest.     i have purchased one voltas ac of capacity 1 ton on 05.05.14 bearing model no. GZ/50 Gb/E1, from M/s Spectrum, Marwadipatti, Jorhat, Assam, & the same was giving trouble of noneffective cooling & no swing flap movement as well. After several complains vide no. [protected] on 17/06/14, no. [protected] on 26/6/14, & repeated calls, no response was given. A Technician called us via cell no. [protected], who is supposed to visit our place but in vain.We afterwards tried to call him many times but he always escapes visit by giving excuses. At last we complaint again on the Toll Free No. asking about our Complain & Shocked to know that the aforesaid Technician Reported on office that the Complain has been attended & the problem was solved so our file has been closed.Now they are giving another excuse that our ac does not cover under Warranty since the installation was done by the Dealer & not by the Co. Personnel. But it was not our fault bcoz we knew nothing about this fact & if this is so, then the Dealer is at fault not not us bcoz he had concealed this fact from us. We just know one thing that we have purchased a ac of a reputed Co. & had bored all expenses of installation etc. & now we are facing problems, since your ac is at fault just after one month of purchase only. Neither the Technician visit our place nor any response was given by your dealer/company service center which is really surprising and it will effect the reputation of Voltas company. please take immediate action to solve our complain. Moreover we have also launched this complain on this email id on 2/7/14, that to with no effect. Hoping for positive response from your side. yours sincerely...         I purchased an Ac of VOLTAS company on 06 jun 2014 from the SOWNDARYA MALL VISAKHAPATNAM. Since from the day one we are facing problem with outlet fan, we placed the complaint to the service team but they responded to us after seven days with the good news saying that they need to replace the fan with the new one for this they need to get the new stock from the company we asked how much time it takes to solve our problem it seems they don't have clear idea on that simply they escaped saying that "we update the details" but afterwards no one called us and update the issue if we call the service team they are answering like they don't have any idea when the spare parts will receive them and also they hold no responsibility for this. Either shop holder where we purchased AC or service team is not taking responsibility for the damage then whom we need to question, buying the VOLTAS AC is the blunder we do? who will take the responsibility of the product how come we are experiencing damages for the new AC that too with in the 10 days of purchase.
        Expecting some good response from you at least which solves our issue.

        service team replaced a new fan this morning. we also called the soudarya shopping mall to replace the ac with new one they said ok immdediately next day service team came witrh new fan

          Hi, . I have taken an 1.5 Voltas a.c on 11th April, 2012. With in a few month the problem started.I have complained to the company about less cooling. After visiting an agent it came to know that there is leakage of gas and the problem with condenser. I have asked to give the replacement immediately but people assured that it would not happen again. Thereafter in 2013. again the same problem was occurred and we have to pay money i.e visiting charges refilling charges and stainer cappilary etc... which was ridiculous. The main things was we were told that part has been replaced but in fact it was not. And now here again the same issue happen and people are asking for 8k bugs for replacement of condenser. Can any one help to solve the things. We are not getting proper feedback from any co. My call log no for reference as below. 1) 13AU2301895 2) [protected]. Hope for best response and my issuse will be solved as earliest.

          Hi Sir/ Madam,

          With your help i again got a call from voltas. They have agreed to replace the copper coil. Previously they asked for
          8k and now they are asking for 5k. Is voltas is trying to do business like this and doing bargaining with customer. Why should customer suffer and give hard earn money with none of customer faults.

          I m really not satisfy with this resolution. kindly escalate this case further and help to resolve the issue at earliest.

          Dear Sir/ Madam,

          please to inform you that its my third mail for
          the same issue. It has been not solved yet. They are not picking the cal
          nor i m getting any written mail. I got a call from Aman enterprises 2
          people spoke to me with different solution. Now Please confirm what next
          step to be taken.I tried calling to same mobile number several
          times but no one picks the cal. Would kindly help to resolve the issue
          at earliest. If you check the complaint it has taken almost 2 week to
          resolve the issue

            We have purchased Voltas Airconditioners on 26th June 2014.But till now none of service executive came for the demonstration.

            This is the service quality you are giving to your customers????
            Highly dissapointed from your service...never recommend anyone for Voltas and also if you will not give service in next few weeks.I will feel force to move to consumer compliants dept. and inforce heavy penalty on you...

            You are making fools to customers...!!!1

              bought an Voltas A/C 1.0T-SAC 122LYO on 11/05/14 from Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd, Mira Road, Thane. With in 3 days of purchase we encounter an problem(A loud sound of friction) in the A/C. I put a complain in Snehanjali customer care but they did not responded. I put a complain in Voltas care with a complain no: [protected] but the mechanic could not identify the problem. After that the sound is accompanied by leakage, which is making the situation more horrible. It seems company has delivered a substandard product. I request the company person to replace the AC but they did not respond. I paid the money but got a defalted substandard product. I wise to take up matter to consumer forum so that company change the AC and stop delivering sudstandard product. Kindly see this matter.                 I am a resident of Dwarka Delhi. I have bought a Voltas split AC of 1.5 ton on 04th May'14 (Invoice Number - 1141) for Rs-32, 300/- from Better Deals Electronics Pvt Ltd(Plot No-115, Ramphal Chawk, Sector-7, Dwarka, Tel[protected],[protected]. Since the day we bought and got it installed, there were issues with the Ac (installation request number-[protected]) installation done by Voltas service provider partner (M/s High cool Refrigerators, Ph-[protected]/[protected]. First there is no proper cooling; swing window was installed wrongly by the untrained technicians from service provider so the shape of the panels was disfigured. Also during faulty installation by these so called technicians from Voltas service provider there is a gas leakage and due to which in less then 50 days of purchase AC stopped cooling at all. We registered a complain on their toll free number [protected](Complaint Number -[protected]) and once again on 29th June’ 14 the technicians from the same Voltas Service provider partner (M/s Highcool Referegeters) visited and refilled the gas. He also assured us that all issues were taken care of, but the very next day (today on 30th June’14-God it’s not even 24 hours) there is leakage of water started from AC (inside cabinet). The leakage is so severe that it looks as if someone open a tap inside the cabinet…and AC stopped working. We are really shocked by the pathetic state of customer and technical support by Voltas the brand that is associated with the name of TATA. HOW CAN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BE SOLD FOR RS. 32, 300/-, AND NOT HAVE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY !! Is anybody listening at VOLTAS ??                   I have bought Voltas AC of 2 ton for 43000 from Blessings Haldwani.Since the time we bought it there were issues with the Ac.There is no proper cooling due to Gas leakage, swing window is broken from starting, and during installation the pipe was broken due to which gas leakage is there. We have made several complaints to voltas since we bought it and after several complaints there was no response from voltas.Now the compressor of Ac is not working.After several complaints again for the compressor now when compressor is being changed there is leakage of water from AC everytime we start it and continues till we keep it on, it makes noise.Gas leakge is there after every Month due to pipe brokeage.                     I had purchased a new Voltas Window AC - 1.5 Tonnne from "M/S Music Plus" - Bathinda on 12th June'14. (Invoice Number - 1141). Phone Number[protected] The temperature display, and the control panel stopped working from the second day of the purchase. Within a week's time, the AC itself totally stopped working. The dealer, when contacted totallly washed his hands off the problem, and gave the toll free number to lodge complaint ([protected]). The complaint was lodged at this number, but then also there is no response. HOW CAN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BE SOLD FOR RS. 24000/-, AND NOT HAVE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY !! Anjul Goel [protected]

                      Hi sir I purchased voltas 1.5 ton voltas AC in February.But get it installed in may and observed that there is no drainage of water from AC.I complained about it, technician came and assured that it is natural, water will not come out in this season and got my approval.But when I saw at my friends house with same window AC water was coming out.Then I complained again, they came and this time they said that level of AC is not right, that's why it is not coming out and this time too they succeed in pacifing me.But when the person who installed AC came and said there nothing wrong with level.This way one month passed and problem is as is.Now Again I complained on 15/06/2014 in the name of my brother Sandeep s/o Prem Singh VPO Didwari, Tehsil Israna, Distt. Panipat .Pin-132145. Mob.[protected] I am very disappointed that in spite of many reminders every day from my side no technician came in 11 days and company claims to attend the complaint in 24 hrs.Moreover no one bothers to call and ask what is the status.If this is Voltas and its services then it is better to have products with no brand.If possible please bother to take your AC back and refund money.Because I dont want to approach Consumer court.                         Dear Manager, I purchased Voltas split AC (1.5 Ton) & get it installed on 29-May-2014. In its first operation, it is found that the air flow direction control is not working and hence, complaint was registered (Complaint No.[protected]). The technician visited & asked for part change. Till that day, nobody from Voltas bothered to update & rectify the concern, even after repeated follow up on Toll free no./e-mail. From last ten days, the machine is not cooling down but, customer care refused to register another complaint, till first complaint is not resolved. Please get its cooling problem rectified, urgently.                               Hi There was some problem in my voltas ac 1.5 ton (platinum hot and cold) due to which it stopped cooling on 18/6/2014 (Wednesday).I waited for a while and lodged my complaint (complaint no :) in your call centre at around 12:05 AM.I could hear the compressor starting but no cooling so had figured out it’s a gas leakage and had told people at call centre to send someone equipped with apparatus to refill the gas. The service centre nearest to my place is Ginni Aircon located at Mangolpuri Puri, Delhi .The AMC of the AC was done with the Ginni Aircon on 18/2/2014. No one turned up on Thursday, all through out the day. On Friday, the complaint was attended by some Mr Saleem Khan who just came without the apparatus I had asked for. He confirmed that there is gas leakage problem and it will be fixed on Friday that is 21/6/2014. On 21/6/2104 at around 12:30 PM, I contacted Ginni Aircon again regarding the problem. I communicated with some Mr Akbar, who was too rude and arrogant for any kind of public dealing. To my surprise I was told that they don’t have enough staff and the problem will be fixed on Sunday that is 22/6/2014. You take 2 days to inspect for the problem and then 2 more days to fix it. Why on your first visit you people are not equipped? And then your service centres are running short of the staff. Being a doctor, it is not possible for me to skip my hospital and stay at home waiting for these guys to repair my AC. What sort of people and agencies you have hired. This is my second bitter experience with Ginni Aircon, last time being previous year where they took 7 days to fix similar problem and that too after repeated calls and emails to your call centre and complaint cell. How can you guys behave in such an irresponsible way despite the AMC being done . No one expects a company like Voltas taking such a long time to sort out these issues. You just focus on selling your products and have the worst service backup. I am sleeping without the AC since past 3 days (since Wednesday), and I still don’t know when will the AC be finally repaired. And adding to my mental agony is your staff at the service centres. How can you treat your customers in such a ruthless way. I have 3 Voltas ACs in my home and seriously regret buying them.                                 Hi, I had purchased a Volta Split AC (Model : Voltas 125CXI 1 Ton) on 24/04/2014 from M/S First Cool, but now I am facing a serious problem that whenever it is raining outside, large volume of water is coming inside my room through the AC machine.Water is continuously dripping from the A/C machine and spilling my floor. I had lodged a telephonic complain on 18/06/2014 at 3.50 PM (Complaint no# [protected]) but it has not been attended since then and everytime I call up they are saying that it is going to be attended within the next 2 hours.                                   I have filed a complaint #[protected] with Voltas service desk for split A/C repair 20 days back and after that mechanic visited my house and checked Air condition and found that compressor is faulty and they will replace compressor in two or three days .Its being 10 days and now no one is entertaining my query nor service desk guys. Pathetic service which was not acceptable from a Brand like Voltas. Could someone please look into the matter and help.

                                    I am very sorry to inform you that I purchased an AC 1.5 T Cap Voltas make from Gurdaspur (Punjab) vide Bill No.299 dt.10.7.2013 from M/s Montu Electronics, Tibri Cantt (Gurdaspur). I was suggested to purchase this brand by one of my close friends. At that time, I was very much reluctant to go in for its purchase but ultimately on his persistent follow up I decided to purchase this brand of AC.
                                    Ultimately, it could function not so well. Each and every time. I lodged the complaint with the company and on last Friday i.e on 13th of June 2013. The complaint number is [protected]. The mechanic from M/s Bhatti Electronics, Gurdaspur visited and checked the AC on Saturday. He told us that its fan motor is not working and it needs to be replaced. I am regularly following up M/s Bhatti Electronics, Gurdaspur and customer care centre but to no avail. I also got mobile number of your Service Head Mr Varinder from Chandigarh. I made him calls so many times on his number[protected] but he doesn’t attend call.
                                    At last, I am left with no other option except to get my complaint registered to your goodself; being very much constrained to do so.
                                    I earnestly request your goodself to kindly get my AC repaired and the part whatsoever it may be got replaced through an experienced mechanic of our region posted by Voltas. I think, Voltas has established its good image in the market. It should not malign even a bit.

                                    I do hope your goodself would be kind enough to go through my complaint and get it resolved at your earliest possible, please.

                                      sir, my split ac is not working so i will reach 2 our nearest service center . he found urs ac bloor motar is not woking . put new motar insert into ac is still working urs ac . BUT bloor motar is not in ours stock you should depsoit 2500 rs. i will deposit this amount but he cant give any me receipt. but i will told him but he is not giving receipt.so i will come 2 home frm service center. still busy in my own office work .in short while his service center engineer name sahil has come frm service center.and replaced old used motar .but i will tell him what is this he is told me this is new motar without company label without manufacturing date. i will reach . to service center and tell him sevice center incharge name gulshan sanghra. is mishbhaving with me. tell me compaint for me in company. i will suffer frm this incident and lost trust from votas service center is still running in jammu . so sir kind attention for this . incident othewise i will face u in consumer court. pis find this matter doing in urs voltas service centers in jammu, .

                                        I purchased Voltas split AC three years back. First year it ran fine. Second year before beginning of the summer it was noticed that the gas has leaked out. Registered complaint to Voltas Customer Care who promised to send their technician within 48 hours. Thereafter different batches of technicians started paying visit and returned stating that they need tool to check the point of leakage and none of them came back again.and the season was over. We re-complained to Voltas customer care again last year, a sincere looking technician paid visit to my house with his co-worker and after checking said that there was a leakage in condenser and would have to take the same to service centre with entire outdoor unit. We let it go and he returned and claimed that he has to replaced the condenser. We innocuously paid him the condenser price with gas filling charges around 6000. This year again before start of summer the gas was found leaked and same exercise was repeated, this time again every batch of technician checked and promised to come back with tool and none of them approached us so far and we are almost in the midst of the summer season. Only solution feasible at this stage seems to me to dispose this AC and buy a new one of different Company if the service of this Company is like this unless any sincere Voltas person will rise at this occasion to support me. It seems to me that the last technician did not replace the condenser, rather repaired it and charged me the price of new condenser.
