sir I have registered compliant on 04 th June 2014 on Voltas customer care, no technician attended so far. I have been calling customer care since then, they told me that the technician would visit within 24 hours, however no technician attended. we family members loosing faith and confidence . the complaint number is [protected]. I requst you kindly get the problem solved....

I made a complain on[protected] around 8:00 am about my ac not working properly,
In response i was told that my complaint would be attended within next 24 hours
I have been waiting since then for technicians to turn up and do the job. It has been more than 96 hoursand still my complaint has not been dealt with.
