It's been a nightmare since i have buyed AC of Voltas. 2-3 times every year this AC has given me problems. And in addition to this, brand is purely of sarkari nature. I own Hitachi and a LG AC with a very superior Customer care. Now again i am facing the same problem, and my nightmare beigns ... It's already 1.5 weeks since i have put a complaint regarding my Split AC and till date the said compressor is not replaced. Whenever, i called the technician "Swift Air care noida". They quote their inability to do the work as they don't have the technician (All are gone on leave as said by cust care...pathatic company). Even if you dare to call their toll free number then they are also useless...they'll keep hanging you for 2-3 days deadline...which will never end. One cannot think of Taking an AMC from them as it's useless Mr. Ratan Tata should seriously think to close this company. As this particular brand is spoiling his brand Value. Deepak Rawat [protected]

Most pathetic after sales service, won't siggest anyone to buy any voltas ac ever, even I have been shifting to hitachi after seeing these level of services.

Also, I'll make sure to aware about your poor services to rest of prospects buyers.

    Hi, My name is Abhishek Goyal. I have purchased an Voltas A.C. 1.5 ton vertis plus on date 18/03/14 from Ace Technomark Ltd, Atta market Noida-201301.From the day first it is not working properly 1. Remote Not working. 2. P.C.B. circuit defective. Now motor is not working. Even every week after it is having some problems I have complained to the dealer Ace Technomark . They told me that they can't do anything . You have to call customer care. Already 3-4 times the executive came to within 3 months and change the PCB and repair the otehr part . As you can see that its a defective piece which I have got from the supplier. I need your legal help to file a case against Voltas To sell me defective piece of A.C.

    Hi,

    Stil not got any response from your side. Its rediculous. You guys are amking a fool to customer. Its almost 3 weeks that my A.C is not working. I think I have to file a case against the company..
    I am still not getting any response from voltas and A.c is still not working.

      Hi, My Name is Abhishek Goyal. I have bought a Voltas A.C. 3 months back from Noida Shop. From the installation day It was creating problem. Firstly On installation day its display is not working . After having several calls and complaints after one month . It was changed and worked fine. But after that 2-3 times again it is creating problems. Now A.c is not working. I have logged a complaint since 29 July 2014. executive came after 3-4 days and took motor from the A.c and told me that its motor is not working. Please change my A.c as soon as possible otherwise I have to take this matter to consumer forum. complaint request no: [protected]

        I have bought 2 Voltas split ACs around 3 years ago for my drawing room. However this summer one of my acs conked off and is not cooling. After a month of submitting my compliant a technician visited us and told that the gas has leaked. We told him that please fill the gas we will pay for the same. But he said that the ac has aluminium coil which is not good and it now has to be replaced with a copper coil, he also said that the company is now manufacturing all the acs with copper coil. The replacement cost along with gas filling will be about Rs. 10K. I have asked him to give me the number of a person in higher authority whom I can speak to but he did not give me any details. I tried contacting the consumer grievance number on the voltas website but no one picks up the phone. I have even mailed it to them, but till today hav enot received any reply from them. I want to ask if there is no fault of the consumer and the product has conked off due to the faulty/substandard parts the company has put in, why should the consumer pay for it??? The consumer buys the product from a reputed brand in good faith and assumes that quality parts have been put into it. Please let me know whom shall I approach.

          My name is Amit Prashar from Amritsar and I had file a product complaint online and I received SMS and email regarding complaint with reference / request no. [protected] on the same date 7th of August 2014. On the next day two persons came from the service centre and check the product and said that the compressor of product is not working and it needs replacement. After talking to their service centre ( lucky refrigeration & condition works) address : new mohni park, Nr Khalsa college, Amritsar having telephone no.[protected] and tell me the cost of compressor about rs. 2600 and rs. 1000 additional for gas filling. I agreed to pay, then the service persons said that they will come tomorrow to take the product to service centre. But today I received a message from VoltAs that ( Your request no [protected] has been cancelled.Reason Cust. Not Willing To Pay) . How they fill the form with their own will. I am ready to pay all according to service centre but they misguide to company with false statements . Is it in the company's policy to deal with customers or this is of service centre policy of working. If it is service centers policy then how the company bear this type of service centers who promote the name of company like this in open market. I still need the service i[censored] can send the better service agent, I shall be great full to you.

            My name is Jones Praveen.S. I own 1.5 Ton voltas AC. I have registered a complaint with voltas on[protected] and the complaint number is [protected] and it was not attended till[protected]. After that I again registered a complaint on the same day and they gave me another complaint number [protected] and assured me that the complaint will be attended within 8 hours. Till today the complaint is not attended. Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue as early as possible else I may have to escalate it.

              I have registered a complain 3 days before as my newly purchased ac is not working but there is no response from voltas.bi have almost called 5 to 6 times. everytime it is said wait for some time we are forwarding to escalation team. its a 1.5ton window ac. its a rediculous service from voltas now olx can only save. service like this is not at all expected. simply its worst service.

                Two months back I baught your company 1.5 ton ac anfortunatly On 17 of july my voltas ac been shut off I don't no why so I call your Ludhiana service provider after two days your worker is come and check after 30 minutes he take three of things like plate and tranformer and ac remote then he was gone after then 3 days I call on your costomer care they told me there is some fault in that plate it take some time for repare after then 5 days when I call on your Costomer care continously after then your worker was come and he was not that guy who come first he take himself only a plate and forgot tranformer and remote so he told me that service station only give me this plate then he was gone again without repaire ac and told me I will repaire it tommorow early in the morning on next day again I call on ur costomer care they told me it will done on tommorow next day when I call they said our worker is on a way to your house but he was not come and today is 27 of july and your ac is not working because the awareness of service provider they just cheat us now tell me what can I do

                    I had bought an window ac 1.5 t (183 dy) from great eastern appliances pvt ltd, 66, syed amir ali avenue, kokata, pin 700019 vide invoice no. Bb/sa/1415/03489 dated 13 jul 14.Date of delivery was 21 jul 14 as the model was not available at store. But the product is not yet delivered . It is also informed thet i have alredy done the payment . The model is not yet delivered inspite of repeted requests .

                      finally your service engineer visit to day and repaired . now i feel problem resolve today, Hope I can sleep in future without that terrible noise which was gifted along with AC.Pls do the needful in future ASAP when we required your we required your help.

Inspite of again and again complaining about the issue to the company and even Requesting again and again for the service but the request is not heard at all.. Its been more days 12 days of my first request bit still none of their executives arrived or even called. What i got is justbthe fake promise that a executive will arrive as soon as possible..

                          No action is taken by company to solve my problem till date. These companies spent crores of rupees on advertisement but no attention is paid to customers problems. solving of customers problems provides free publicity which is more than paid advertisement.

                            I have purchased my split AC on the trusted name of TATA but now Voltas is losing that trust.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam, Please find the details mails as below still the issuse has not be solved. Hi, . I have taken an 1.5 Voltas a.c on 11th April, 2012. With in a few month the problem started.I have complained to the company about less cooling. After visiting an agent it came to know that there is leakage of gas and the problem with condenser. I have asked to give the replacement immediately but people assured that it would not happen again. Thereafter in 2013. again the same problem was occurred and we have to pay money i.e visiting charges refilling charges and stainer cappilary etc... which was ridiculous. The main things was we were told that part has been replaced but in fact it was not. And now here again the same issue happen and people are asking for 8k bugs for replacement of condenser. Can any one help to solve the things. We are not getting proper feedback from any co. My call log no for reference as below. 1) 13AU[protected] [protected]. Hope for best response and my issuse will be solved as earliest 2) Jul 05, 2014]Hi Sir/ Madam, With your help i again got a call from voltas. They have agreed to replace the copper coil. If you check the complaint it has taken almost 2 week toresolve the issue

After visiting an agent it came to know that there is leakage of gas and the problem with condenser. I have asked to give the replacement immediately but people assured that it would not happen again. Thereafter in 2013. again the same problem was occurred and we have to pay money i.e visiting charges refilling charges and stainer cappilary etc... which was ridiculous. The main things was we were told that part has been replaced but in fact it was not. And now here again the same issue happen and people are asking for 8k bugs for replacement of condenser. Can any one help to solve the things. We are not getting proper feedback from any co. My call log no for reference as below. 1) 13AU[protected] [protected]. It has been not solved yet. They are not picking the calnor i m getting any written mail. I got a call from Aman enterprises 2people spoke to me with different solution. Now Please confirm what nextstep to be taken.I tried calling to same mobile number severaltimes but no one picks the cal. Would kindly help to resolve the issueat earliest. If you check the complaint it has taken almost 2 week toresolve the issue

                                    Dear Sir, Due to poor level of Voltas customer service force me to write this complaint. I have been using Voltas Vertis gold 1.5 ton AC 3 start from last 2 years. In the last month, I registered a complaint for Compressor tripping problem with Voltas. After calling number of times to customer care they finally replaced the compressor and charge Rs. 2500 for gas filing. Also, Voltas ensured that in case of any further problem they will rectify the concern problem with no additional cost and valid for next 3 months. The AC was working fine in last month but from this month onwards I noticed that AC cooling is not upto the mark. The temperature barely down upto 28-29 degree while running throughout the night. Hence, I registered a complaint again with Voltas customer care and after chasing number of times the engineer came. I really shocked with engineer comments that my room area size is big and 1.5 ton is not sufficient. This is really unacceptable. If this is a really cause then how AC was working fine before replacement of compressor or over last 2 years. This is something a fault which is introduced after replacement of compressor. Also, there are number of 1.5 ton AC installed in my neighbor with same room area size and none of them are facing such problem with their AC. The story even not ends here. Thereafter, I called number of times to customer care and registered complaint again and again. Every time I need to explain a complete story to new customer care executive. Also, they cancelled my complaint without taking any consent. The engineer give wrong status that I am satisfied the response, hence, my complaint is cancelled. Adding on here, engineer himself commit that there is a problem with AC but he really know how to fix. Hence, the Sr. engineer will be visited soon. But in real long time no see :(. I really disappointed with the customer care service provided by Voltas so far. Their engineers are not technically sound at all or I can say its a faulty product of Voltas. I need a replacement of that due to loss incurred by Voltas after replacement of compressor . Hence, I would request you to please look into this request and resolve this problem at the earliest.                                       I had bought 2 AC's of Voltas (Window 3str 183MX)on 26th March. One of the AC is not working properly since beginning as it is not cooling. Even after repeatedly registering complaints with them, nothing has been done to repair the AC. Insted there technicians come and reply that Voltas ACs cant cool more than this. Now the customer care is not even logging my complaint. On talking with senior executives, they simply keep the phone on hold and then cut the call.
