I am Lokit Prakash residing at D-5/45, street no-5, Dayalpur, Karawal Nagar Road, Delhi-110094, I have purchased a Voltas split AC (1.5 tonne) medel no-3 str 183 Exa. from the dealer M/S A.K Electronics (Add: C-131/2A, Tanki road, Bhajanpura, Delhi-53) on dated 29-04-14 vide bill invoice no- 2652 which is under guarantee period. From the begining of purchase the product, it is not working properly & it is having a water leakage from the indoor unit which causes mental harassment to me and my family in the peak days of summer season i.e. May and June.
I have logged complaints many times vide complaints no-[protected] on dated 30-05-14, [protected] on dated 03-06-14, [protected] on dated 15-06-14, [protected] on dated 25-06-14. But they have not paid even a little bit action to resolve the problem and technicians came to my home on dated 04-06-14 and 16-06-14 but they did not resolve the problem properly.
Therefore, it is requested to initiate the suitable steps to root out this problem entirly as soon as possible.
