Till today no contact or visited to rectify my problem. may be your organization profit too much, but I waste my 32000 INR for the purchase in the name of TATA Voltas. Pls . Visit this is problems from the date of installation. Now the M/s Bhavani sales of service (voltas authorized dealer) -Jamnagar Gujarat asking for the charge of Rs 2100 for the rectify the problem. finally your service engineer visit to day and repaired . now i feel problem resolve today, Hope I can sleep in future without that terrible noise which was gifted along with AC.Pls do the needful in future ASAP when we required your we required your help.

Why are you taking so much time to resolve the known problems by your representatives.
I request to replace / repair this unit useless product to me from the date of purchase.

    I have Requested for the service of my 1.5 ton split AC .. Inspite of again and again complaining about the issue to the company and even Requesting again and again for the service but the request is not heard at all.. Its been more days 12 days of my first request bit still none of their executives arrived or even called. What i got is justbthe fake promise that a executive will arrive as soon as possible..

But I regularly visited and called the company toll free numbers for free service but only one service is provided to me. Now company is asking for charges for providing another service.       No action is taken by company to solve my problem till date. These companies spent crores of rupees on advertisement but no attention is paid to customers problems. solving of customers problems provides free publicity which is more than paid advertisement.

        Hi,
        I have been facing a problem of noise & under performance of just two months ago new purchased split AC.
        I have registered complaint (SR#:[protected] ) almost 10 days ago and still there is no response from Voltas side.
        I have purchased my split AC on the trusted name of TATA but now Voltas is losing that trust.
        Pls. exepidite ASAP otherwise I have to ask to Consumer forum.

          Dear Sir/ Madam, Please find the details mails as below still the issuse has not be solved. Hi, . I have taken an 1.5 Voltas a.c on 11th April, 2012. With in a few month the problem started.I have complained to the company about less cooling. After visiting an agent it came to know that there is leakage of gas and the problem with condenser. I have asked to give the replacement immediately but people assured that it would not happen again. Thereafter in 2013. again the same problem was occurred and we have to pay money i.e visiting charges refilling charges and stainer cappilary etc... which was ridiculous. The main things was we were told that part has been replaced but in fact it was not. And now here again the same issue happen and people are asking for 8k bugs for replacement of condenser. Can any one help to solve the things. We are not getting proper feedback from any co. My call log no for reference as below. 1) 13AU[protected] [protected]. Hope for best response and my issuse will be solved as earliest 2) Jul 05, 2014]Hi Sir/ Madam, With your help i again got a call from voltas. They have agreed to replace the copper coil. Previously they asked for8k and now they are asking for 5k. Is voltas is trying to do business like this and doing bargaining with customer. Why should customer suffer and give hard earn money with none of customer faults.I m really not satisfy with this resolution. kindly escalate this case further and help to resolve the issue at earliest 3) Dear Sir/ Madam, please to inform you that its my third mail forthe same issue. It has been not solved yet. They are not picking the calnor i m getting any written mail. I got a call from Aman enterprises 2people spoke to me with different solution. Now Please confirm what nextstep to be taken.I tried calling to same mobile number severaltimes but no one picks the cal. Would kindly help to resolve the issueat earliest. If you check the complaint it has taken almost 2 week toresolve the issue

                Dear Sir, Due to poor level of Voltas customer service force me to write this complaint. I have been using Voltas Vertis gold 1.5 ton AC 3 start from last 2 years. In the last month, I registered a complaint for Compressor tripping problem with Voltas. After calling number of times to customer care they finally replaced the compressor and charge Rs. 2500 for gas filing. Also, Voltas ensured that in case of any further problem they will rectify the concern problem with no additional cost and valid for next 3 months. The AC was working fine in last month but from this month onwards I noticed that AC cooling is not upto the mark. The temperature barely down upto 28-29 degree while running throughout the night. Hence, I registered a complaint again with Voltas customer care and after chasing number of times the engineer came. I really shocked with engineer comments that my room area size is big and 1.5 ton is not sufficient. This is really unacceptable. If this is a really cause then how AC was working fine before replacement of compressor or over last 2 years. This is something a fault which is introduced after replacement of compressor. Also, there are number of 1.5 ton AC installed in my neighbor with same room area size and none of them are facing such problem with their AC. The story even not ends here. Thereafter, I called number of times to customer care and registered complaint again and again. Every time I need to explain a complete story to new customer care executive. Also, they cancelled my complaint without taking any consent. The engineer give wrong status that I am satisfied the response, hence, my complaint is cancelled. Adding on here, engineer himself commit that there is a problem with AC but he really know how to fix. Hence, the Sr. engineer will be visited soon. But in real long time no see :(. I really disappointed with the customer care service provided by Voltas so far. Their engineers are not technically sound at all or I can say its a faulty product of Voltas. I need a replacement of that due to loss incurred by Voltas after replacement of compressor . Hence, I would request you to please look into this request and resolve this problem at the earliest.                   I had bought 2 AC's of Voltas (Window 3str 183MX)on 26th March. One of the AC is not working properly since beginning as it is not cooling. Even after repeatedly registering complaints with them, nothing has been done to repair the AC. Insted there technicians come and reply that Voltas ACs cant cool more than this. Now the customer care is not even logging my complaint. On talking with senior executives, they simply keep the phone on hold and then cut the call.                         Dear concern, last year i have purchased AC 1.5ton from electronic paradise (Tilak nagar) through credit card (EMI).. now i need NOC which they are not providing bcoz of addtional charge of Rs500 (not aware at the time of purchasing) this experience is very very frustrating.                           Dear Sir kindly refer to my Voltas split AC related customer care complain no. [protected] dtd 12 may 2014. since then i am suffering from poor services of your company. i have several times called your representatives, area managers of Lucknow having mobile no [protected]. and other service manager Mr. Ashok mobile no [protected].approximately more than 20 times i have discussed the AC related issue but my problem is yet to solved. all they have given me a false reply of "non availability of GAS" in the region. i am really surprised to see the poor service of such a good company. i was keen follower of your reputation and advised so many customer because i have possessed 2 split AC of Voltas.now i would not advice because of such a poor response. voice tape records of your representatives would tell you the whole story.kindly remove such representatives from duty at earliest because they are spoiling your business.all i have left is to seek option of consumer forum to get resolved my issue. thanking you sincerely yours Avantika

                            I am Lokit Prakash residing at D-5/45, street no-5, Dayalpur, Karawal Nagar Road, Delhi-110094, I have purchased a Voltas split AC (1.5 tonne) medel no-3 str 183 Exa. from the dealer M/S A.K Electronics (Add: C-131/2A, Tanki road, Bhajanpura, Delhi-53) on dated 29-04-14 vide bill invoice no- 2652 which is under guarantee period. From the begining of purchase the product, it is not working properly & it is having a water leakage from the indoor unit which causes mental harassment to me and my family in the peak days of summer season i.e. May and June. I have logged complaints many times vide complaints no-[protected] on dated 30-05-14, [protected] on dated 03-06-14, [protected] on dated 15-06-14, [protected] on dated 25-06-14. But they have not paid even a little bit action to resolve the problem and technicians came to my home on dated 04-06-14 and 16-06-14 but they did not resolve the problem properly.                                 I've Purchased 1.5 ton voltas recip AC for my home, due to medical reasons as I was told Despite being Noisy and Zero Star this particular model is most RELIABLE. But to my utter dismay on 1.Day one the AC started Very loud noises from back FAN logged complaint [protected]. Voltas guys changed FAN but noise is still high compared to other units. 2. 27th Day of purchase the AC's Compressor got faulty and the Enineer told that compressor needs to be CHANGED??? its a brand new AC!!! Complained ID: [protected] Now on 3rd day of outage and humid environment and worsening medical problem. I've been informed that they do not have spare readily available. :O I've had with VOLTAS and its most reliable AC Kindly Refund my money I do not trust or value your brand any more. If the above is not possible kindly 1. Install a stand by unit today only. 2.                                   Dear All I purchased Voltas split AC three years back. First year it ran fine. Second year before beginning of the summer it was noticed that the gas has leaked out. Registered complaint to Voltas Customer Care who promised to send their technician within 48 hours. Thereafter different batches of technicians started paying visit and returned stating that they need tool to check the point of leakage and none of them came back again.and the season was over. We re-complained to Voltas customer care again last year, a sincere looking technician paid visit to my house with his co-worker and after checking said that there was a leakage in condenser and would have to take the same to service centre with entire outdoor unit. We let it go and he returned and claimed that he has to replaced the condenser. We innocuously paid him the condenser price with gas filling charges around 6000. This year again before start of summer the gas was found leaked and same exercise was repeated, this time again every batch of technician checked and promised to come back with tool and none of them approached us so far and we are almost in the midst of the summer season. Only solution feasible at this stage seems to me to dispose this AC and buy a new one of different Company if the service of this Company is like this unless any sincere person will rise at this occasion to support me. It seems to me that the last technician did not replace the condenser, rather repaired it and charged me the price of new condenser. If such cheating is such rampant with Voltas, how will I venture to buy a new product of this Company again. I complained on many occasions and given on various internet sites but nobody came over to check what is the problem.                                   I am N. Ansari. Please refer my complaint dated 20/06/2014 vide which I complained that somebody from your service centre cheated me by repairing the condenser instead of replacing it and charged me the cost of a new condenser.
                                  After 20 days my complaint was attended, the outdoor unit was again taken by your technician and on his response after checking the unit has put me in great dilemma. He says there are leakages at two points in the new condenser which was replaced just last year as I have mentioned in the first paragraph.
                                  He has suggested two options now. Option-1: repair of the condenser but no guarantee at all and repair charges and Gas filling charges will be leviable on me. Option-2: replacement of condenser once again by a new one, but again no guarantee on the replaced condenser but gas leaked will be filled only second time, however without any repair or replacement (that is to say allow the gas to leak once more) and it is my luck how much time it gives service to me before total leak occurs. He has suggested however, to go in for copper condenser instead of Aluminium.
                                  I would like someone responsible from Voltas to verify whatever the technician is saying is correct and if it is it in order to allow replacement of condenser once more, but this time of copper (note that it will be 3rd compressor within 3 years of purchase, that is to say, each year a new condenser) as a viable option so that I may get rid of the leakage problem. The technician will come over tomorrow, so if someone guides me before that I would be highly obliged. Otherwise I am afraid he will again cheat me the third time and make money by replacing by any old/ faulty/ other than Voltas compressor.

                                        I bought voltas 1.5ton split a.c.from my city (mahoba, u.p., 210427) voltas dealer bt after 6month the ac is not working properly and also very bad cooling .we complaint dealer bt after some time same problm very bad cooling than we complaint sometime bt engg.came and after some time same problm.we complaint 7to 8times bt problm is not resolve by enggi am very dusappointed from ac service and face many problm..now a.c.complted 12month and now this is 13month of ac.now when we say than they say now ac warranty completed..so what i do..when a.c.is not working properly after buying 5month and we slso complaint many times bt problm did not resolve..please solve my problm .i am very disappointed from a.c.service..
