      I had purchased a air conditioner from Sargam Electronic, Karol Bagh, from day one the product not working properly and gave water from Indoor unit. So many complaints done by me in the company, everytime technician came, charged fees but the issue stand at same.

          Voltas AC

          Purchased a 1.5 Voltas AC a couple of days ago from Vivek and co Mylapore Chennai. Horizontal swing not functional by remote. Tried to reach Voltas by phone and they promised someone would call me back, Still waiting...

          We have complained for 2 compressor to voltas. As compressor are within warranty compressor has been replaced with a condition that gas has to be filled with voltas person.
          we have agreed for the same but they have charged of approx 15000 for only gas filling which was much higher than market rate.
          although we have paid for the because of having no option but after 1 week one of the compressor stopped working. Technician told us that compressor has again stopped working due to some fitting fault and compressor got replaced again after 10 days.
          after some day 2nd compressor stopped giving cooling. This time technician told us that there is a leakage in ac due to which gas comes out, but the same fault was not there before.
          again after some day 1st compressor which got replaced two times also stopped giving cooling. technician checked the same and told us that same fault was there as having and compressor.
          It means both compressor had same problem which was not there before.
          on having doubt at the knowledge of technician I have called for expertise person in this field. they told us that due to giving higher pressure while filling gas the same was happened.
          now due to technician fault I am suffering for since last two month. The voltas technician is now asking for another 15, 000/- for the product.
          I want to file complaint against voltas for having so low grade technician due to which we have to suffer.

          No solution or call received from Voltas, so we are filing the complaint to higher authority.
          No solution received from Voltas till date. It shows that they are interested only on sale and not after sales service.

              I was purchase AC from flipkart and its was delivered around 14th May. After one month outdoor was not wokring and raised complaint for the same on voltas and now 18 days gone. But no one fix the issue and even no one pick the call except customer care amd its says always same statement its will resolve today. But no one entratain the request. I want refund and do not want anymore faulty air condition. Please take look on immediate basis.

              Would you please tell me that how long time you take to resolve a problem. People purchase the AC to get relief in Summer also they pay some amount for guarantee/warranty.

              If you can not provide the services in summer than why you are giving warranty to the customers because it does not make sense to resolve the problem after summer gone.

              Please maintain a timeline to provide the resolution to the customers. while purchasing AC you commit to provide the problem resolution timing 24 to 48 hours but on ground level you taken more than 1 months

                VOLTAS 3 STAR INVERTER AC.
                I recently bought this ac and this model has multiple complaints for errors like P3, E3 etc. Every time there is new error and we have book a complaint.
                Even Voltas techinician dont know much about this problem.
                so i urge voltas to refund back because we cannot file complaints each and every day.

                    This is in reference to customer request number [protected]. A complain was lodged and service engineer after visiting identified the pcv box of compressor of voltas refrigerator wasnt working. he said on spot it would be ordered. And no further information was shared .only after repeated phone call to engineer and saibaba refrigeration the order could be placed as incharge of saibaba refrigeration refused to place order citing various reasons. Finally the order was placed . But saibaba refrigeration is perhaps in no mood to entertain customers problem, so he is not answering the calls and on answering he has to say he doesn't know when the order will reach station, same with Asm ২ Mr Debobrata Biswas after three days he couldn be reached on phone, and after initial ignoring the problem, after threatning to take the matter to next level he assured of sorting out the problem
                    The request is from a senior citizen and it has been more than ten days in this scorching summer refrigerator is out of service and thanks to voltas service

                      After purchasing within a month on 19th May the fridge stopped working. On lodging several complain after 10 days on 9th June Voltas repaired the fridge( problem compressor replaced). Now again on 26th JUNE the fridge stopped working, technician on visiting mentioned same problem as before (compressor damaged). Till today half a month passed, after many Calls and complain, Voltas didn't repaired the Fridge nor Replaced/Refund done till date. I WANT complete REPLACEMENT/REFUND and COMPENSATION for my MENTAL AGONY

                        Bought voltas Ac on 09 july 2022 from flipkart. I got installation message on sane date, but after repeatative phone call to the voltas dealer( Mobile No of Tinsukia, Assam dealer [protected]), mobile no of area manager ( [protected]) ASC PB GHOSH BROTHERS, Tinsukia., Assam, they came to install on 13th July, they sent two technicians who were not experienced in installing Ac, they completely broken the wall, and finally left without installing. Even they don’t have any idea how to install it. Please take some action so that the installation is is done at earliest and this harassment do not happen again.

                            I had installed a Voltas AC in the month of May 2022. In the month of June we faced an issue with the AC which we immediately raised with the Voltas company. After examining the AC, we were told to contact the company regarding the issue. The issue was related to indoor motor. The response we received from the customer support of Voltas was pathetic, they not only delayed with taking our complaint but also servicing our issue. We have been waiting since a month now and no action has been taken. Kindly look into the matter.

                              Today dated 11/07/22 another visitor came for maintenance of AC But report blockage of cooling pipes .he make clear pipes .first visitor report leakage of gas.that was not found.DSC/AGC waste our time and misbehave w.e.f.07/07/22 to 11/07/22 Intensely .m highly unsatisfied from DSC/AGC .I will never recommended to my circle A TATA PRODUCT. An unskilled person sent from DSC/AGC who waste my time and mentally disturbed me w.e.f. 07/07/22 to 11/07/22. for more information listin ur call centre recording on conference with me

                              Ac of voltas has not been working from last 4 days. case of service open w.e.f. 07/07/22 morning but ur service centre DSC Rambag response is very bad and Behaviour is very rude and irresponsible language with my family is very bad.Insult of my family telephonic. This is second time in last two months when last time also service centre not call for service for 8 days .M unhappy from ur service staff from their irresponsible behavior.
                              DATED 7/7/22 MR. MANOJ tell us ur ac service will ne tomorrow .there is problem of gas leakage .he give me telephone of garvit he told me at 1 o'clock dated 9/9/22 technician is coming to ur address for service but that was a false statement i wait till night 9 o, clock .no body of DSC AGC was responding rather than tell a lie .DSC AGC NOT TELL ME WHEN SERVICE WILL BE DONE .today dated 10/07/22 I call to voltas customer care in morning after telling lie by DSC/AGC which started from moring 07/07/22 today he said do not talk me talk at office time last time behaviour also rude than at 10 o, clock DSC/agc tell me technician is coming in one and half hour in morning but i ask for whats app your statement but neither technician came or whats app in day i call to customer care executive give me again false insurance technician will resolve your problem till 8 o, clock but technician not came.

                              SIR THIS IS THE MATTER OF CARELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE AND CHEAT WITH INSULT OF INDIAN MOTHERS AND SISTERS AND WIFES

                                I have bought voltas inverter refrigerator from east delhi. after 3-4 years one day it stopped cooling. complaint was launched. and engineer after visiting told us that mother board needs to be changed. after one week we were told that mother board is being procured from Mumbai and it may take some time.                                   We have two Voltas AC's and both are not working from past 8-9 days. Voltas team has sent an untrained engineer who unnecessary changed a capacitor however refused to give bill and than also told that display panel is faulty. After escalating this to Voltas and continuously chasing they have again sent the engineers who confirmed that capacitor and display panel is perfectly ok its just one connector is loose that needs to be replaced and since then iam chasing voltas and sending emails but they have not yet resolved my AC's problem. In every email they just assure that they will fix but no action taken it.
                                  Voltas technician spoiled AV by unnecessary replacing capacitor and disconnecting display panel & now they are not fixing the issue ...

                                    We have filed several complaints but it has not resulted in anything concrete. Finally, we escalated to the area manager of Noida, Mr. Rawat. Unfortunately, he has not taken any action. My original complaint number is [protected]. The air conditioner is under full warranty. It has broken down continuously for the last two months.

                                      We bought a ac on 30 June 2022, on shop by soni electronics mangolpuri delhi 110083 on emi (through bajaz financial services) . Installation done at night 8-9 pm. The executive just on - off the to check now working directly. he told if there is any issue else please call because that time ac wings didn't close properly.

                                      Due to non connectivity of power or rainy day we did not use ac 2 days.

                                      We switch on the ac at night on 2 july when we require that was running till early morning but inbetween power on that screen shown a E8. On 3 July We have to call to the shop keeper or field executive for the same, shop keeper said we'll send the executive to check the fault. 2-30Executives were came & check the ac he didn't resolve the issue so he suggests please go to the shop & lodge the complaint for the same it has fault. We went to shop at around 8 pm for the same & shop keeper write the complaint but he give the excuses to us. request him to replace the ac but he told it take 2-3 days to repaire we request to him please do earlier because my family has health issue that's why we urgent it. 4 July the service center executive came & check the ac to install the tool in outer.

                                      On 8 july we got a call for cooling & Mr shekhar mishra came to check the issue. He came to check & go back. 11 july 2022 it was working till morning but when we switch on the ac at evening time 6:30 to 7 but it compressor doesn't work (fan working). So we have to tried connect customer care no. 3-4 times at last call was connected so request to replace it but mr rohic (if no. RS[protected] s might be numerical 5)
                                      said My first complaint didn't solve yet so he hilight my complaint as priority basis to resolve.

                                      I request to him also please replace it because in between 10days it is my second complaint that's we are not agree to it...
