      My ac service request number [protected] is pending since 5th june 2022 customer care don't have any positive answer my queries they said it will take 2 3 days from day one and after 9 days they saying it will take 2 3 days. I really disappointed to voltas service.

        I have purchased Voltas Inverter A/C on 17 April 2022 & gas has leaked on 10 June 2022. Complaints to Voltas has been getting poor response & always saying engineer will visit tomorrow. What is the quality of A/Cs being manufactured by this company that even after 2 month use the A/C stops working. Even local A/C assembling shops provide better quality spares.

          I BOUGHT A 1.5 WINDOW AC MADE BY VOLTAS IN 2019 I STARTED HAVE COMPLAINTS 1 month the R32 gas leaked and the engineer did repairs then come 2020 at the height of the corona pandemic the gas leaked again the entire cooling coil was corroding and they replaced it and filled it with gas again now its 2022 i have once again ran out of gas.the poor manufacturing of the AC has left me scorching in my delhi home for 4 days now and i am done.i want a replacement or a permanent solution to my problem i cannot wait 4 days every year i even threw away my cooler thinking i wouldn't need it the worst mistake of my life.I am back to where i was pre AC and bought a cooler just because of Voltas.

            I have bought window ac 1.5ton on 15april2022.its technicians are such a ### people.they don’t have manners to talk firstly.our ac is in warranty and it is defective but still they didn’t told us about that it us defective piece .another private ac service men told us about tht as our ac has got the gas leakage without any specific reason and still making unusual noises.we need an ac replacement urgently.worst company voltas

              I am here after too much struggle with Voltas Himachal team(solan).
              Last year I bought a Voltas cooler which still not complete even a year.
              But in this season it stopped I raised a complaint in Voltas with my registered mobile number [protected] on dates 30/5/2022, but till now issue not resolved .
              That time a technician came and said that there is a spare which will replaced .
              But now no one even attending phone call.
              I called up many times in customer care number but not got solution .
              As now summer is going on and without cooler how we are surviving you can imagine.
              Please look into resolve the issue.

                Hi,
                This is Giriraj from Da Pizza Hub Biswan.
                The mentioned service request is not resolved yet. This Service request was placed on 5th June. On 6th June, Engineer visited at our location and charged 600 Rs. Stating that Deep Freezer need gas charging and will refill the gas next day. But as of today 13th June, Nothing is done for resolution and the technicians who visited the location are not answering the call.

                Our frozen products are getting messed up because Deep freezer is not working properly as expected. Deep Freezer are intended for (-) minus temperature where frozen products are kept.
                Because of this irresponsible behaviour from the Voltas I am having financial loss.

                Please assist on priority basis.

                    My voltas AC hasn’t been working fine and I see a E6 error..customer service has been very very poor. We have been calling since several months to have it serviced/fixed before end of year 1 which completed recently but no one showed up, now the technician from voltas karimnagar service center comes and tells it will cost 15, 000 which is close to half of AC price ..ridiculous..never expected this from Tata..

                      On 16th April 2022, I called customer service number[protected] which is mentioned on the blue sticker at the top left of my Voltas windows AC. They said since my product was out of warranty they'll send third party vendor to fix the product. Technician visited my place on 17th April. He serviced (cleaned) both Voltas AC and refilled gas (gas recharging) in both the AC. Total bill amount was for 6700. Gas recharging has a 3 month warranty (as mentioned) on invoice. In less than 2 months, on 7th June, one of the AC stopped cooling. I called the number voltas customer care on[protected]. This time I could not connect to this number. I went online to look for alternate number to reach customer care and get gas recharged as it was still under 3 month warranty. I found the number[protected] online and raised a complaint with customer care.
                      Next day voltas technician visited me and refused to acknowledge the previous service (gas recharging) was done by them and asked for money (400 visit charge + 2600+GST for gas recharging. I told him it was under 3 month warranty but he refused to understand the situation and kept asking for money. I paid him 400 visit charge and told him to leave.

                      When I called the number on the invoice provided by technician who recharged gas in April, nobody picked the phone. When I again customer support, they told that voltas has decomissioned the number[protected] and that they will be charging money for both visit and gas refilling (REQ [protected]).

                      Voltas specifically provided the number on AC for customer to call and then decomissioned the number without any prior notice while very conveniently giving it to some fraudsters. Not only do voltas refused to take any responsibility, they wasted by putting me on hold for over an hour and then disconnecting my call multiple times.

                        We have bought a 1.5 ton voltas split inverter ac from hindustan distributors durgapuri shahdara on 15 April ...& It was our 3rd purchase of the same Ac in the last 2 years...
                        Thus thought it to be trusted product & thus bought without any second thought.
                        But highly disappointing experience from voltas this time ..Its only two months to the purchase and we have already raised complaint thrice for the same product, all in vain..The technicians visit, make reasons and thus leave promising that it will work fine now...
                        This time the technicians on my repetitve insist, checked the cooling in person by waiting for like half an hour at my place and he agreed that the ac fails to chill the room..
                        On asking the reason he told me that everything is fine with the Ac, the problem os with your wall and sun ...As the outdoor unit and wall are heated up due to sun, and thus ur ac fails to give you the desired result..

                        I argued to him as i found this irrelevant, as iam already using same model for past two years at my another home ( having same floor, and outdoor unit placed on terrace there too)..
                        So he told me to get the chill cooling from. The ac once the rainy season will begun..
                        Like seriously this is a kind of service voltas providing now?
                        Purchased inverter ac to cut on the electricty units but all in vain again as it provides basic cool air at lowest of its temperature..
                        To which the techinician told, you wont get any benefit of its inverter feature as it is failed to reach the temperature in the room, from where the compresser starts consuming low energy and it will keep working on high energy consumption..
                        So you will get high digits in your electricty bill too..

                        Disguisted feeling

                        Paying high bill and not getting proper cooling ..

                              Given hereunder is the brief of spilt AC purchased and subsequent problems with working of AC poor after sale service with regard to complaint lodged and status:

                              - Volta Split AC purchased on 19.06.2021 Model No. ( VOLTAS-EU 184V ADS(R32) INNER 4552740A20FC01523 & VOLTAS-CU 184V ADS(R32) INNER 4512797D20BB00653)

                              - On 19th March 2022, (Complaint/Service No. [protected]) Ist free service was done immediate after service there was no cooling and complaint was lodged with specific mention of same.

                              - Complaint was lodged on 9th April 2022 (Complaint No. [protected]) . The person to attend the complaint did not come with arrangements' for filling of gas in spite the complaint mentioning of non cooling.

                              - Complaint was resolved on 14th April 2022 (Complaint/ Service No [protected] dated 14.04.2022)

                              - Again within two months there was no cooling while running the AC and again complaint was lodged on 9th June, 2022.(Complaint No. [protected]).

                              - Even as on date 12th June, 2022 no one has attended the complaint and on contacting the complaint Centre it was explained that complaint can be attended only between 48 to 96 Hours only. (Why this much time or its a standard time line for attending a complaint)

                              FROM ABOVE YOU CAN SEE THE SHEER NEGLIGENCE AND POOR AFTER SALE SERVICES OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD.

                              WHILST THE IST SERVICE WAS DONE IT MUST HAD BEEN NOTICED BY THE ENGINEER THERE WAS ROBLEM OF COOLING AND RESOLVED THAT TIME ONLY.

                              MOROVER WITHIN LESS TWO MONTHS THERE IS AGIAN SAME COLLING PROBLEM WHICH IN ITSLEF REFLECTS THE POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVIDED.

                              You are humbly requested to look in to the matter and these type of negligent attitude and poor service quality just leave very bad impression of your products and for after sale services.

                                  We would like to lodge acomplaint regarding the poor product /service quality of volta's Water Cooler150 Ltr (Serial No PUE15WKS010A). we are writing this email to extremedispleasure at the faulty products and bad service served by voltas. we havepurchased this Water Cooler on dated May 09th, 2022 in the name of JINDAL POLYTUBES PVT LTD (C-12/6, D.M.ROADINDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION GURUKUL SECTOR 38, FARIDABAD, HARYANA-121003)and we have followed all instruction and norms at the time of installationwhich are described by the company but this water cooler not worked properly also for 4 day regularand we not able to understand how poor quality product voltas is manufacturing, that it has got problem every 2-3 days and now this time also get in problem.Such a poor quality of voltas’s water cooler.

                                  Now here question arises that what is productquality and durability of volta's water cooler that its cooling is started leakage just after3 days of purchase. How can we trust such big brand for such poor qualityquality of product. This is really disappointing

                                  ​If our water cooler is not able to repairable then we request to voltas for exchange this product from another water cooler

                                    I had purchased the split A.C from Amazon I also used free service within year as much as book complaints regarding water leaking but technicians resolved problem temporary not permanent now when I request for resolution same problem they insist to pay charges for that
                                    Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Totally wrost experience I also worked with Tata Group but never accepted.

                                      Voltas,

                                      my complnt no.[protected] no one attempted yet within the month after installation ac not cooling. make a note and this repaired or will send u legal notice.
                                      I will not pay even a single rupee in case of Gas lecage.
                                      it seems yr ppl not installed properly how come it's not cooling within the month of installation also u are sitting silent no one bothered to response this e mail.
                                      will u respond when I will send u legal notice.

                                        It has been 1.5 month since my ac is not working and i have complained technician has done 2 visits they told me pcb will come in a week but now they are saying this ac model pcb is never going to be available and ac is of no use now
