We would like to lodge acomplaint regarding the poor product /service quality of volta's Water Cooler150 Ltr (Serial No PUE15WKS010A). we are writing this email to extremedispleasure at the faulty products and bad service served by voltas. we havepurchased this Water Cooler on dated May 09th, 2022 in the name of JINDAL POLYTUBES PVT LTD (C-12/6, D.M.ROADINDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION GURUKUL SECTOR 38, FARIDABAD, HARYANA-121003)and we have followed all instruction and norms at the time of installationwhich are described by the company but this water cooler not worked properly also for 4 day regularand we not able to understand how poor quality product voltas is manufacturing, that it has got problem every 2-3 days and now this time also get in problem.Such a poor quality of voltas’s water cooler.

Every time your serviceengineer came and fill the gas but not yet to do permanent solution . Volta’spast engineer are not able to rectify the problem and kindly transferredthis case to your any senior engineer for visit on current complain no.[protected]
Now here question arises that what is productquality and durability of volta's water cooler that its cooling is started leakage just after3 days of purchase. How can we trust such big brand for such poor qualityquality of product. This is really disappointing
If our water cooler is not able to repairable then we request to voltas for exchange this product from another water cooler
