My voltas. a.c not working from October.2022. Registered compliant. The team visited and informed compressor problem. now the a.c under warranty period with free of cost compressor replacing planned. But till date the voltas team not responding my calls and mails. .

Till, problem not solved
Tull the problem is not rectified. Nobody executives can't take responsibility. Issue till 03 months completed. But no response. Worst service of voltas. Planning to raise complaint in consumer forum

    1.5 Ton Split Inverter ACs NOT WORKING FROM 6 MONTHS!!!

    Purchased 4 Voltas Split Inverter ACs (1 1 ton for the guest room, 1 2 ton for the hall & 2 1.5 ton for the master bedroom and kids room) from Tata Cliq on 31 March 2022. They were delivered in April 2022. Installation date was 6 April 2022.

    Before installation, Synergy Electronics, a Voltas authorized Service Centre checked all the existing pipes, did a nitrogen test to check if there is leakage in the pipes and found that...

      This Rajiv sharma from American Institute. My organization has been using your products for a long time. I have got One AC of your company. I had been a proud customer of your company due to Ratan Tata. as he is very honest.
      I registered my complaint for AC on 27th September and my request number is [protected]. the serviceman came on the 29th. they were totally unskilled. i asked them to check with nitrogen but they didn't. they said, " the gas has leaked so we fill the gas. I requested them again and again but they said, " you don't worry about it. if the gas leaks again, we will come and fill it without charge. they charged 4400 rs. and it is not cooling again.
      when I called again on the customer care number on 17/10/2022, I got to know they got my complaint canceled and have taken money to themselves or the franchise where they work.
      please get my AC repaired as soon as possible

        Can you solve following issues?

        Problem -
        Showing P6 error on display.
        Outdoor continue shuts down in some interval of time (15-20 min from starting).

          Had purchased an inverter AC 5 years ago and it has now malfunctioned with an E1 error for the past 1.5 months and I had called in your Voltas authorised service center, they sent a technician on 5th July 2022 who replaced the PCB and gas and charged 5300 ₹ however the issue wasn't resolved and the technician left promising to return with the correct equipment and never returned, again we called a technician however due to unavailability of spares they returned on 5th Sept 2022, and then again changed the fan motor and charged ₹3500, and yet the issue isn't fixed when we confronted the technician, they advised us to speak to Voltas directly and have the matter resolved. Post writing an email got a call from an employee of voltas avijit dey contact number[protected] and asked me for documents stating my complaint which I shared, and since then he has been unresponsive to call or messages.

              The product (1 ton Voltas split AC) is purchased on 27th Feb, Also extra amount paid for extended warranty. Its preventive maintenance done in July. Product stopped working from 30th August and till date it is not functional. Lots of complaints raised. calls made to service center but till date problem is not resolved. It is lot of hardship faced and the product is new barely less than one year and break down started, Also services are not provided even though product is in warrantee period. Not able to use product since last one month causing deprived of sleep leading to fatigue and stress.

                          I have recently purchased and installed 2 Voltas 5 star inverter air conditioners in our apartment in Kochi, Kerala State. Both machines have the same issue, namely the temperature is not being controlled to the desired setting. I normally set the temperature in the bedroom at night at 25 Celsius, but the room gets so cold that I ended up with a bad case of bronchitis. The other ac in the dining room has the exact same problem. I am able to measure the actual temperature in the room with a digital thermometer and can easily demonstrate the problem. I suspect this is a design defect in the machine.

                              I bought a Voltas air conditioner from Lulu Shopping Mall, Kochi on August 10, 2022. It was installed in my flat by the service team New-tech Cool Solutions next day. I was out of station for a couple of weeks since then. When I came back and checked it was found that it is not cooling. On my complaint, the service team checked and informed me that the connection was not done properly by the installation team. Previous team was asked to make it right, but after checking, they reported some board complaint. The board is to be replaced and so they ordered for it, promising to replace it within 4 working days.

                              After 4 days, on Monday September 19th, when I checked with New-tech Cool Solutions, they are asking me to wait another 7 days. I checked with Voltas, and they are also saying the same thing. I am fed up with their service. It is a brand-new unit and when it is found faulty, they have to replace it.

                                  I bought Voltas AC from Star AC Noida Sector 9 in August last year. Since the purchase of AC I have been raising complaints of issues as one or the other component of AC keeps having faults and failures. The service people have completely damaged my outer unit while trying to change defected fan. My AC still keeps giving F9 error every 3rd day. Today the indor unit had sparking and smell of wire burn from indoor unit is constant. Please replace the airconditioner before some mishap happens due to the third grade quality product from Voltas.
