Part not available from 15 days getting 2-3 days on each contact. Contact them 4th time.
My window AC under in extended warranty, purchase on 21st.June .2021 and I have AMC service afterthat no any benefit...
I've registered complain on 29 August 2022, after that visit worker and came, but not sort out window AC problem as cooling issue .against complaint on 03/09/2022 repeat visited worker in home, and told that change for part ordered part for this AC to change the part, after that did not get any response in 15 days after that i contact them for status got anther 3 days waiting for another 3 days did get any response from their side.. .
I'm totally disappointed from Voltas company service... afterthat many times complaint same problem again and again...

Today I called in service centre in Agra, (Mr.Ankit Gupta on number- [protected])...told that ordered part reach on 23rd September...it means they will be take more time 16 to 23 September, that I will have to wait for one week more time ...that means one complaint waiting atleast 20 days ...3rd September to 23rd September..and not Confirm that part will be reach on 23rd September... it's a probability time...
That's my big mistake, I have to buy voltas company windows AC...

      I purchased a Voltas AC on 18 Aug 2021, my AC started less cooling on 6 or 7 Aug 2022, so i registered a complaint for service using voltas customer care number, on 10th august technician visited my house to check the AC, they removed AC from window and put on floor and started checking after checking they found GAS leakage problem and they told me that they have to take AC to service center, i told them it is ok for me but i need it as soon as possible. they told me that they cannot take AC on bike so pickup vehicle will come to pickup the AC and technicians went back to service center. AC was lying on floor i waited few hours no one came to pick the AC. In between i got a call from an other AC technician(Note : i donot know how he got my number and how he knew that i need my AC repaired) and he asked me if i registered a complaint for AC i told him yes, he said he is coming to repair, i said ok, he told me my AC has coil problem coil is to be changed he replaced coil and charged me 10000 rs, i paid 10000 rs i had no problem in paying because i just wanted my AC to be working because my kids cannot sleep without AC. after AC was repaired i got call from same voltas technicians who didnot came to pick my AC, they asked me if AC is repaired or not, i told him yes AC is repaired, they said ok and i received a message job done by third party.
      My AC was under warranty still i paid 10000rs i had no problem.

      But again my AC started problem on 7th sept 2022, i again filed a complaint to voltas, technicians visited my house on 10th sept 2022, they told me that my AC donot have original coin installed, so they told me that they have to discuss with the head, they went back to service center and gave no response, i donot know if they will repair my AC or Not, i am still waiting for their response. i donot want to pay 10000rs again and again for no reason

      After complaining to Voltas, The same AC service center took my AC for repair, on 14th sept 2022 and today is 19th sept 2022 till now i didnot got my AC back and there is no response from service center. Receipt attached

        This is regarding the constant problem that I have been facing from the past 15 - 20 days. My service request number is [protected] . The quality of the service done by the engineer is pathetic this time. On the first visit, engineer came and told us that the condenser coil needs to be replaced. After waiting for 10 days and constantly calling, the engineer came to replace the coil that cost me Rs 2000. Even after this, ac was not working. On calling him again, he then said there was an issue with PCB and it would cost even more money (Rs 1500) to which I agreed. Now today he came and fixed the PCB but ac is still not working, he has marked the request resolved but i am still facing problems. I am fed up of calling him again and again and him doing nothing about it. To say the least, he has worsened my ac condition. It has now been 15 days and the engineer coming at my place is not trustworthy and trained to fix my issue.
        Also I came to know that the parts that he fixed/replaced were under warranty but they still took Rs3500 from me and gave me a fake job report stating that this is the bill of 1500. I constantly asked for the bill of condensor coil that cost me Rs 2000 but have still not received it. I request that strict action be taken against such brands as they take advantage of customer and mentally harass them.
        I want strict action taken against Voltas and my Ac be fixed/ replaced along with the amount that was taken

        I am also attaching the constant mails that i have been getting from them that issue will be resolved but still no action taken.

          I had bought 1.5 ton AC of Voltas in May 2020 through Amazon. Before summer of 2022, i called in Voltas for service of my air conditioner and to my surprise the engineer asked me to pay almost 10000 rupees as he mentioned that the oil in the coil has leaked and had to be replaced. I paid the amount and they changed the coil, serviced the AC and refilled the gas, however, i had multiple issues with my AC post the service and i had raised multiple issues related to water inflow, no cooling. Again on 11 September 2022, i raised another request of AC not cooling, however, again the visiting technician asked me to pay 4000 rupees for another service and gas refilling. The service partners that Voltas has empaneled are no less than money sucking leaches instead of helping the customer.

          I demand compensation from Voltas for the time and money that has been wasted so far. Also, the kind of product that they have sold to me

            I purchased 1.5 ton Ac in April 2022.
            It stopped cooling within 6month I raised complaint on 23/08/2022. Technicians came and said they need to replace a part which will come within 2-3days.
            It’s been 09/09/2022 they part is not arrived no follow ups.
            I wish I could not have purchased this product I could bought a cooler than this.
            I would say voltas team sucks in every customer aspect they are ruining tatamis brand value.
            Don’t buy anything from this company.

              A complaint was registered on 31/08/2022 regarding non cooling with request no. [protected]. A technician visited on 01/09/2022 and told us cooling coil needs to replaced.

              Even after 10 days, still complaint is pending. Service centre is not showing any interest to fix this problem.

                  Dear Team,

                  I have purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton Split Inverter AC from Tata Cliq on 26/06/2018 with 5 yrs. comprehensive extended warranty as a special offer going on that particular time and this extended warranty was registered on Voltas web site on 30/06/2018 and submitted successfully.

                  But each and every time when book service and breakdown compliant I'm getting very bad response not getting proper support with the service team ontime. Each and every time if i book a breakdown call service engineer will visit minimum of after 15 days only that will go up more than 1 month also and more over they themselves cancel the request and mention like costumer not available and ask visiting charge this would me totally not acceptable at all.

                  And finally the product giving me head ache all the time because I'm not getting the solution for my problem. all the time gas leakage is happening and ice formation and lots and lots of problem are arising and finally we stopped using that room itself because after an service or breakdown or maintenance it will run properly hardly around 10 days after that it will started giving problem and more over it will run properly for two hours after that it will not cool and sometimes water and Ice will fell in our face while sleeping.

                  finally i want an permanent solution for this.

                    I had purchased 1 ton AC of your company, in the mont of April Now in the month of July the ac started to give trouble, it runs and with in half a minute it stops working. Complaint has been lodged bearing no[protected].The service centre people were not able to rectify, so through the service engineer of your concern it was recommended to replace. Till today I have not received. Daily one excuse or the other is given. Kindly look into the matter. eh

                      I purchased my 2 ton split Voltas ac from Aan electronics, Sadar Bazaar, Delhi Cantt on 30 Aug 2022. The ac was installed by voltas guys the next day. They took 1700 rupees for installation. Since then the ac is draining water from the front like hell after running even for 5 minutes only and the dealer is showing no response on this matter.                         I bought my ac on 22/June/2022. I have raised issue on 29/Aug/2022 of ac not cooling. Technician visited on 31st August and said that gas has leaked and other technician would visit next day with gas. But there was no update. After long wait and calling continuously, the technician arrived on 4/September/22. And now the technician said that coil is completely damaged it has to be replaced. I am making pending part request and it will be replaced within 2 days. But now they say that the part would be delivered on 10th September and then it will be decided when to visit and replace the part. While buying ac I was told any problem arising will be resolved within 48 hours. It's just 2 months since I bought my ac and I am facing this problem. Although living in Delhi, a metropolitan city. There is so delay in completing task. How so can a part make so much delay?
                        It's really bad to make false promises as saying company policy to resolve issue within 48 hours. And it's taking 15 days minimum. I am so dissatisfied with voltas. In this hot and humid unbearable climate they are just delaying the task. 2 din me ho jaayega kehte kehte 10 din se jyda ho gaya still no update. I told them about my medical condition I cannot tolerate hot summers of delhi. I have to stay in ac but no use of pleading. This is how you treat customers.
                        It's humble request either to resolve it or take the ac back and refund me my money with proper compensation of wasting time and sentiments of customer.

                          I registered a complaint (ID: [protected]) on 18th July, 2022 that the Voltas AC was not working. The technician visited our home and was told that outdoor compressor was failed and needed to be replaced.

                          I have waited more than 15 days for their reply. I called the given service center number, the receptionist told me that the compressor was not in stock and will be replaced soon. I called the service center the every other day, the answer was the same. I also called the Voltas service ASM Mr. Bhaskar Pulla (+91 [protected]). He said the same that the compressor stock was not available. He dragged the complaint with the same answer for about 20 days. And he stopped answering my calls and assigned to new person Mr. Phani Kumar. He called us and started the conversation asking the complaint registration id and was told the same that the compressor stock was not available and will be updated soon.

                          I also tried reaching out the other concerning Voltas service people( Mr. Jogaram, Mr. T. N. Reddy). They never answered my phone calls. and started messaging them. I am attaching the chat conversation.

                          I purchased two Voltas air conditioners in 2019 with 10 years compressor warranty. The one that was not working is in my fathers bedroom. He is aged and ill.

                          I never expected the Voltas service to this low level. Its a mental torture everyday calling them. They simply ignore my calls.

                          I registered a complaint on 9th April, 2023 that my Voltas AC cooling system was not functioning. The technician visited our home and told that outdoor unit compressor was failed and needed to be replaced. Its about 10days passed and the issue was not resolved. In these 10 days, I would have called the voltas customer care at least 100 times. Its nothing short of mental torture. Never expected this sort of worst treatment and issue resolution process from a reputed Tata Brand. Regret purchasing Voltas AC.

                            Voltas ac not changing the address on relocation despite many requests

                            Despite my best efforts I have not been able to change my current address and as result unable to avail single service for any of my 4 new Acs which are in warranty.

                            I had shifted to a new location -Greater Noida on 24 Aug 22, which is having 4 new Voltas Ac installed. As per the protocol Voltas should have updated their records with the serial No. of these 4 machines and updated with address of the invoice when...

                            I have complaint multiple times in Voltas customer care that my AC is not working... But not one is actually taking this problem seriously... I register my complaint on 8 august and it is almost a month now... My issue is not resolved... Frstly technicians came and said indoor PCB is damaged it has to be replaced and it took almost 20 days for new PCB in arriving but then again same problem then they said maybe outdoor PCB is damaged... But still outdoor PCB is not replaced...
                            Voltas care executives are just giving reasons like we are not able to track the product or there is Sunday holiday or part is not in stock etc etc... On every call a new reason...
                            It has been almost a month that i am facing this problem and you guys are just giving new dates...
                            Voltas is a brand but their customer service is very very poor... I highly recommend everyone not to buy Voltas invertor AC as their customer service is very poor...
                            And they don't even pay attention to your complaints in time...

                              Hi,
                              Bought Volta’s 1.5 T AC in October 2020 and since than used for one month only. This AC is failing repeatedly even installation Enginer from Voltas did a wrong installation which resulted in replacement of some spares on day 1. However since than trouble started and today also it is showing PC 04 error. This is the worst experience with Volta’s.
                              Hope officials will look into.

                                I have complaint multiple times over the phone, conplaint raised and every executor just say we are passing the feedback but no one is coming to vist to check the AC…Poor service you company has as we have facing this issue since last 10-12days but no one is cater the issue please let us know what consumer should do in such situation as you are not providing a good service to the consumer and while buying the product you make multiple false promises product is really worst and waste

                                  My AC is in warranty. the out door unit of AC is not working. Service engineer came for visit he told issue in PCB. I have registered the complaint on 12th August. after 20days no resolution provided by Voltas. Service Center team is not picking our phone. Every day they are giving me new dates. but still no solution.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I would like to inform you that i am using voltas window ac of 1.5 ton capacity, which is not working last 14 days.
                                    I have registered complaint before 14 days and voltas engineer visited at my place and he told me that PCB of ac is not working it will be change and request for changing of PCB has been sent to concern person and part will be change with in two days but 12 days has been gone and till now no respond has came from Voltas, even i have registered complaints for the same issue many time but i did not get any solution till now.

                                    It is my humble request to please take any action against voltas so that my problem could be resolved asap.

                                      I logged my complaint on 2nd August 2022 vide No.[protected] for 6 year old A/C but Voltas cancelled my complaint on 24th on its own and asked to reschedule the complaint My new complaint No. is [protected] dt 24th August 2022. Voltas is showing its inability to provide spares and asking me to arrange spares on my own.
                                      Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I logged my complaint on 2nd August 2022 vide no. 22080213893 for 6 year old A/C but Voltas cancelled my complaint on 24th on its own and asked to reschedule the complaint My new complaint No. is 22082400979 dt 24th August 2022. and again it was cancelled by votas on their own and registered a new complaint vide no. 22090102425 on their own on 1st September and now co.is showing unavailability of spares and asking me to arrange on my own.
