Bought an ac on 26th march...
On 11 april it shows error F2...
Then talked with customer care...
Registered a complaint...get call from voltas...as per the talk.. they had to send the technician today...
But now they denied...then again called the customer care ..they said the complain is not fully registered...what is going on i can't understand.
Request no-[protected]
Local service provider is saying to send technician daily, today, tomorrow, not available etc..etc ..the ac is new still ...we have to suffer more n more...
3 days passed...still the technician didn't attempt my case...i had called 5 times to customer care...still no solution...complained through Instagram.twitter..whatsapp..facebook...still no solution..today a technician cane .. didn't get the problem...as I have already mentioned cooling problem..he didn't has the accessories or solutions

    With reference to Complaint no [protected] raised at Voltas service center on Replacement of AC due to continue water leakage from newly purchased AC i.e., on dated 10.Feb.2023.

    I have called multiple times to Customer Care and Service Centre but there is no use and no resolution.

    There is no proper response from customer care team and waited for resolution from last 10 days. Almost 4 times service person has come to our home for checking purpose and left with no use. After many follow-ups, we have received replacement product from Voltas but even that is a defect product. This is a worst service from Voltas company, and we are not going to buy any products of Voltas here after.

    We have an issue with customer care execute who was irresponsible and not taken ownership to resolve our issue and gave reply to me in unprofessional way. Please note that I can't call every day and request to repair the AC, hence i want my full money to be refunded with installation charges.

    Need an immediate response and action from your end and treat this urgent requirement.

      I purchased the above AC from Sadana Electric Store, Lucknow on 5th February 2021. Eversince I am having issues with the product. The outdoor unit remained with the service centre for a considerable length of time, before it could be reinstalled. Subsequently I opted for an AMC till Feb2026.
      On the 31st of March we asked for a service vide request ID [protected]. The assigned technician pointed out that on this occasion there is an E6 issue which required a PCB part change during his visit on 1st April2023. But the issue has not been resolved till today i.e. 8th April 2023.
      The gist is that each time before using the product there is an issue. Which clearly indicates that a defective product was given to me.
      I would seek a replacement from the company for my long term peace
      of mind.
      All the relevant documents are attached for your perusal and necessary action.

          There is water leakage in my SPlit AC. I raised a compaint with customer care. They said they will sent the technician in 48 hour. Today is 6th day. Technician has not arrived yet. I called customer care multiple times. Every time I call them they say that they will send the person today. I am frustrated with this. If I don't get a technician sooneer, I will raise complaint with consumer forum.

            Dear Sir,
            Voltas being a Tata Enterprise is highly regarded but unfortunately the people working at lower levels does not understand the importance of a brand and its reputation.
            I am Dishaant Badlani, an entrepreneur from Varanasi. I own a Limited company which is engaged into manufacturing and exports of Clay bricks. I also own a resort by the name of Om Vilas Benares (www.omvilas.com) where i have used 3 nos. package units from Voltas of 17 TR/ 17 TR/ 11 TR. It was installed recently in 2020 by one of your authorised dealers name Mr. KP Singh. Since it's installation, we have been complaining continuously about the under performance of the system. Quite a few times company technicians visited along with KP Singh, other technicians from different companies also visited but no one could rectify or even find the problem. Technicians from Voltas told me that the installation is not done in the right manner. One unit is under capacity in the Hotel lobby and other units installed in the Restaurant and Banquet are not installed in the right way.
            Recently, one of the technicians from Voltas, Mr. Saddam Hussain visited our site and figured out a few issues and sent us an offer to rectify all the problems. I was not sure if he will be able to resolve the issues as it has already been 3 years and the company officials know this problem well but did not offer us anything of this sort before. However, i negotiated on the quotation with Mr. Saddam Hussain and finalised the amount at Rs. 100, 000/- plus GST. He spoke to his senior over the phone and agreed to the amount.
            To my surprise, i received another quotation for the same job at a higher price of 181, 000/-
            When i spoke to Mr. Hussain over the phone, he told me that the earlier quotation was sent by mistake and it had old prices of the components mentioned.
            The problems i have and I'm facing is as follows :
            1. I can never believe that Tata companies do such a blunder that they sent a proforma with wrong prices and their officials negotiate and agree to it.
            2. I am not at all sure whether they will be able to resolve the issue or not because they cannot even state the problem clearly or may be they are trying to hide something from me.
            3. After talking to Mr. Hussain over the phone for new quote, he was behaving very rude as if they do not require any business and they do not care about the customer and his problems. He clearly said that he is absolutely fine if i don't get the job done from Voltas.

            I even told him that i will change all the existing units of Voltas with Hitachi because we are building a new section of micro brewery wherein we need to install 90 TR units. He does not care if this business is also going to other companies.

            However, this was my last and the worst experience with Voltas and i am never going to use or recommend this A.C to anyone ever in my life.

            I thought to inform you about this incident as its not about this small amount of money but its about the co many reputation which these people with very small mentality do not want to understand and they just know to boast about their position.

            I just hope you will try to improve this condition of your employees.

              I bought Voltas 1.5Ton AC (model EU 183 CY)in March 2016. The AC did not work when switched on on 12March2023 and displayed E6 error code. I immediately registered a service call (service requests are [protected] ) with Voltas customer support. The technician came from SmartCool Service center and took the fan motor and PCB on 13March. The service partner closed the service request without fixing the problem. I connected with the technician and he asked me to talk to his service center owner (Naresh). I again spoke to Naresh and asked why did he close the service request without fixing the problem. He told me he will create new one when he gets new PCB, until then he can not keep the ticket open. No response for my multiple calls to the technician and the service center. Then I called Voltas customer support and they opened new ticket ([protected]). I contacted the escalation team thru customer support and they promised me couple of times that the problem will be fixed in next two days. But it didnot happen. Now I am told that my AC is old model and outdated. So the PCB is not available. I am asked to buy new indoor unit. The AC is just 7 years old and in good condition except the PCB board. I expecting Voltas to provide me required spare parts. Its PCB in my case. It is not fair to stop supplying spare parts with in short period when the life of AC is typically 15 years. Hope Voltas will take appropriate action immediately with priority.

                  My name is Mohanraj and i am from Pondicherry, and recently i had a issue with my Voltas ac and i called customer care, they the technicien will contact shortly, 14th i got a call saying that the technicien will come and check but no one came, after two days a technicien came and checked he said that there is gas leakage he asked me do you have a bill copy i said i have and he said some will come and take the ac to the service center, 15th till 20th no one came or called me regarding the issue, on 20th i contacted again the same technicien and he said i have no connection with the serived center he said he will inform the person who said him to come to check my AC! with in one hour another person called me and said where are you located i said the address and he came and took the indoor and outdoor with them, then i dind get any call till 24th another person called me and asked what is your issue, i said my ac have taken already but sill din't fixed. now it's 29th March complaint raised on 13th March still my ac isn't fixed. i have 5 voltas ac i really worried about the voltas service. this is the worst customer service i have ever had in my entire life

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased voltas 1.5-ton 3 star split inverter ac - white on 10th march 2023 with order id: OD[protected] for a consideration of rs.34490 paid via sbi card. The product got delivered on 10th march2023.

                      The said goods are suffering from the following defects:-

                      There is cbu code mismatch on odu and idu hence the voltas/flipkart technician informed me that the product can’t be fixed. Enclosing the service report.

                      I have reported the above matter to flipkart several times by sending the email and by calling the flipkart customer care but despite all my pleadings, flipkart has not made a good effort in resolving the issue. Which is indeed regrettable. Which you are liable to compensate to me. Flipkart not resolved my problem.

                          I had requested for servicing my split AC on 6th Mar’23. The service was carried out and I was told that the PCB needs to be replaced. Till date I have been following up with the service provider and your helpdesk/escalation team.
                          Does is take 15 plus days to replace a faulty component. Mine is a 5-star rating AC and in the last 3 years, the gas has been refilled 4 times. Your service team is non-professional and couple of persons come and experiment on the AC during the servicing on each visit.
                          Last Saturday, after once again escalating to your technical team and informing that I will be taking up this issue with your top management and also post the details on the forum, the service person has taken the PCB of the outside unit and split AC along with AC remote for repairs, stating the part is not available.

                          Is this the standard of Voltas that you don’t even have the spares/parts available for a recent launched AC and you have to repair the defective PCB.

                            I purchased Voltas AC on 12th March 2023. It was installed on 18th March.
                            I found some malfunctioning in one of the ACs. Hence I launched complaint on 20th of March to Voltas Service Center.
                            Today, I received call from Technician and when I told him address, he said that the area in address is not coming under him.
                            I purchased AC from Vijay Sales. I am sure they must have conveyed the details to Voltas. However, Voltas systems are not updated with latest information till now.
                            This is delaying the service.

                              I purchased voltas d freeze in 2021. Now after two years it stops working. And when we call to the service center, they said that your fridge has body leakage and it is now useless, even they didn't properly check the fridge. So is it right that your voltas fridge has only a lifespan of two years. I buy it for 32000rs and now it is at 0rs is it right.
                              Please resolve it immediately, or replace the fridge if possible.

                                After too many complain, technician visited two times trying for many hours and finally took PCB for repair or replacement.After that they told me your a.c is out of warranty and pcb board is not available .
                                They promisd to replace my ac and they also charged me around 10 thousand rupees also .
                                After too many calls and visiting voltas ac service centre they finally gave me ac after 7 months . and it was complete a mental harrasment done by dhanbad service centre .
                                Till now they dont even gave me bill of that new ac,
                                It was really a horrible experience byuing a voltas ac .
                                i reqest to atleast do some needful acttion against them . and please ask them to give me the bill of that ac .
                                I dont know why they have taken that extra amount and also they charged me transportaion fees, installation fees,

                                  Voltas 1.5t split ac Outdoor Unit PCB got failed as per Service Engineer inspection,
                                  Service Request#[protected], call closed without my concern
                                  New request#[protected] [Open]

                                  Warranty denied by local service centre, as they didnt find any data related to free company service of My AC.
                                  As per my knowledge non of the Voltas personal has visited or called me for free or paid service since its installation. Now service centre says, ther is no Auto service call or reminder is scheduled or offerred by Voltas, When i given the example of free service reminder of TATAs other product, local service center Manager Mr. Ratheesh says they operate like this only, its customer responsibility to send reminder to Service engineer. I felt this is one kind of cheating they are doing, as most o[censored]s unaware of this clause.

                                  then whats the meaning of warrant registration we did?

                                  Till now Mr.Abhilash Area service manager has contacted, and never picked up the call.

                                  I am claiming that due to the negligence of service centre this failure caused.
                                  Please intervene and get us the earliest resolution on this.

                                    My Split AC starts leaking from the area where it shows the temperature.

                                      Ad per visit by voltas technician ...there is leakage in condenser of our 1.5 ton split ac..
                                      And replacement of copper condenser is needed.he told 13000 rs charge for it.Is this ok??
