Bought voltas Ac on 09 july 2022 from flipkart. I got installation message on sane date, but after repeatative phone call to the voltas dealer( Mobile No of Tinsukia, Assam dealer [protected]), mobile no of area manager ( [protected]) ASC PB GHOSH BROTHERS, Tinsukia., Assam, they came to install on 13th July, they sent two technicians who were not experienced in installing Ac, they completely broken the wall, and finally left without installing. Even they don’t have any idea how to install it. Please take some action so that the installation is is done at earliest and this harassment do not happen again.

      I had installed a Voltas AC in the month of May 2022. In the month of June we faced an issue with the AC which we immediately raised with the Voltas company. After examining the AC, we were told to contact the company regarding the issue. The issue was related to indoor motor. The response we received from the customer support of Voltas was pathetic, they not only delayed with taking our complaint but also servicing our issue. We have been waiting since a month now and no action has been taken. Kindly look into the matter.

        Today dated 11/07/22 another visitor came for maintenance of AC But report blockage of cooling pipes .he make clear pipes .first visitor report leakage of gas.that was not found.DSC/AGC waste our time and misbehave w.e.f.07/07/22 to 11/07/22 Intensely .m highly unsatisfied from DSC/AGC .I will never recommended to my circle A TATA PRODUCT. An unskilled person sent from DSC/AGC who waste my time and mentally disturbed me w.e.f. 07/07/22 to 11/07/22. for more information listin ur call centre recording on conference with me

        Ac of voltas has not been working from last 4 days. case of service open w.e.f. 07/07/22 morning but ur service centre DSC Rambag response is very bad and Behaviour is very rude and irresponsible language with my family is very bad.Insult of my family telephonic. This is second time in last two months when last time also service centre not call for service for 8 days .M unhappy from ur service staff from their irresponsible behavior.

MANOJ tell us ur ac service will ne tomorrow .there is problem of gas leakage .he give me telephone of garvit he told me at 1 o'clock dated 9/9/22 technician is coming to ur address for service but that was a false statement i wait till night 9 o, clock .no body of DSC AGC was responding rather than tell a lie .DSC AGC NOT TELL ME WHEN SERVICE WILL BE DONE .today dated 10/07/22 I call to voltas customer care in morning after telling lie by DSC/AGC which started from moring 07/07/22 today he said do not talk me talk at office time last time behaviour also rude than at 10 o, clock DSC/agc tell me technician is coming in one and half hour in morning but i ask for whats app your statement but neither technician came or whats app in day i call to customer care executive give me again false insurance technician will resolve your problem till 8 o, clock but technician not came.

          I have bought voltas inverter refrigerator from east delhi. after 3-4 years one day it stopped cooling. complaint was launched. and engineer after visiting told us that mother board needs to be changed. after one week we were told that mother board is being procured from Mumbai and it may take some time. More than 15 days have passed but till date out refrigerator is still not working. i request early repair or refund of my amount spent on this refrigerator.

            We have two Voltas AC's and both are not working from past 8-9 days. Voltas team has sent an untrained engineer who unnecessary changed a capacitor however refused to give bill and than also told that display panel is faulty. After escalating this to Voltas and continuously chasing they have again sent the engineers who confirmed that capacitor and display panel is perfectly ok its just one connector is loose that needs to be replaced and since then iam chasing voltas and sending emails but they have not yet resolved my AC's problem. In every email they just assure that they will fix but no action taken it.
            Voltas technician spoiled AV by unnecessary replacing capacitor and disconnecting display panel & now they are not fixing the issue ...

              We have filed several complaints but it has not resulted in anything concrete. Finally, we escalated to the area manager of Noida, Mr. Rawat. Unfortunately, he has not taken any action. My original complaint number is [protected]. The air conditioner is under full warranty. It has broken down continuously for the last two months.

                We bought a ac on 30 June 2022, on shop by soni electronics mangolpuri delhi 110083 on emi (through bajaz financial services) . Installation done at night 8-9 pm. The executive just on - off the to check now working directly. he told if there is any issue else please call because that time ac wings didn't close properly.

                Due to non connectivity of power or rainy day we did not use ac 2 days.

                We switch on the ac at night on 2 july when we require that was running till early morning but inbetween power on that screen shown a E8. On 3 July We have to call to the shop keeper or field executive for the same, shop keeper said we'll send the executive to check the fault. 2-30Executives were came & check the ac he didn't resolve the issue so he suggests please go to the shop & lodge the complaint for the same it has fault. We went to shop at around 8 pm for the same & shop keeper write the complaint but he give the excuses to us. request him to replace the ac but he told it take 2-3 days to repaire we request to him please do earlier because my family has health issue that's why we urgent it. 4 July the service center executive came & check the ac to install the tool in outer.

                On 8 july we got a call for cooling & Mr shekhar mishra came to check the issue. He came to check & go back. 11 july 2022 it was working till morning but when we switch on the ac at evening time 6:30 to 7 but it compressor doesn't work (fan working). So we have to tried connect customer care no. 3-4 times at last call was connected so request to replace it but mr rohic (if no. RS[protected] s might be numerical 5)
                said My first complaint didn't solve yet so he hilight my complaint as priority basis to resolve.

                I request to him also please replace it because in between 10days it is my second complaint that's we are not agree to it...

                    Still my issue is pending. Please guide me for product return process. Very poor service by Voltas. I will also replace 25 Voltas Ac with some other good Company, who will provide good service and atleast understand the customers concern.
                    These are the poor signs to down fall of Company.
                    Service matters for every person.
                    My advise to Voltas pls research why the small companies become big and why some big companies go gradually in downfall.
                    I have very pathetic experience with Punjab Zirakpur Voltas team.

                        On 24th July 2020 we have purchased VOLTAS SPLIT AC 1.5 ton (Model No. 183VCZT) from Shree Ram Electronics, 11, Jayanti Market, M.I.Road, Jaipur. But from right one day this AC was giving one or another problem mainly there is display of PC- 4 and giving hot air, for which we have complained on their customer care on dated 28th May 2021 with complain no. [protected], unfortunately there mechanic who attended the job couldn't understand the problem and with his falls justifications go back.
                        Subsequently we have complained again and again (Total 11 times) but all in vain and their intension to passed away only warranty period. Now condition of AC is becoming worst to worst and with noise there are leakage of brown water from the front.

                              Voltas split ac is not giving proper cooling. Complaint was filed with customer care and service centre but they are not helping me to resolve my problem.

                                We purchased this voltas 1.5 ton 3 star inverter AC. The problem which we are facing is that the cbu codes of the indoor and outdoor units are different. We complaint about this to voltas service center several times but could not get any help. They said contact your dealer as it's all his fault. The dealer on the other side is denying to give any coperation and help. We are unable to figure out what to do in this situation. Please help us out ASAP.

                                  New Voltas AC was installed at my home in September 2021. Since it was winter season, AC not used. we started using AC in May 2022 and found no cooling from the AC unit. Complaint raised several times ( atleast 6 times). voltas has given service authorization to a third party company. Noone reaponds from their service station. Its almost 2 months and the AC is still inoperational. Noone has intention to resolve the issue. Pincode - 160062, Mohali, Sectoe 105

                                    I had bought a 1.5 Ton Voltas AC on ____ May, 2022.

                                    On 30th June, the AC suddenly stopped working and I immediately filed a complaint. The AC made a terrible noise and there were sparks leading to the light of the entire house tripping because of it. Not only did I file an online complaint but called the customer care to escalate the issue and send someone asap.

                                    I even called the technician who had installed the AC but he refused to come. I had made it very clear to the technician as well as the customer care representative about the urgency of the issue. I was assured someone will be there in the next hour. When that did not happen, I called a third party electrician and it was shown that the Motherboard of a brand new AC malfunctioned.

                                    The AC being under warranty, I contacted the Voltas team for a refund. It was only when I had to get harsh with my words that they responded.

                                    Over a call on 6th July, 2022 Mr. Ravi Sethi said that the refund is not possible and no further warranty can be extended for any other purpose.

                                    I want a refund for the cost borne of a brand new AC or a replacement along with a formal apology from Voltas.

                                      Actually since last year i am complaining to voltas that my AC creating problem i.e It is giving EC error after running one or two hours. but last year they closed the complain without resolution then again this year(2022) I complained around 5 times but every time engineer comes and say problem resolved but problem not resolved till now even i Sent mail to [protected]@voltas.com for my problem but they always reply that (Appreciate your patience and support.) but what i will do of this patience and appreciation after the summer gone.

                                      I got a call from company then Engineer visited at my home to resolve the problem, but Voltas takes more time to resolve the problem as comparison to the commitment they give while purchasing AC. Even i sent mail to Voltas to describe my problem at "[email protected]" but nothing happened They provided me area manager mobile no - 8700303533 through mail but still problem not resolved then i raised my complain to " https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ " portal, after that I got resolution. Thank you, Indian consumer complaints Forum Team.

                                      Would you please tell me that how long time you take to resolve a problem. People purchase the AC to get relief in Summer also they pay some amount for guarantee/warranty.

                                      If you can not provide the services in summer than why you are giving warranty to the customers because it does not make sense to resolve the problem after summer gone.

                                      Please maintain a timeline to provide the resolution to the customers. while purchasing AC you commit to provide the problem resolution timing 24 to 48 hours but on ground level you taken more than 1 months.

                                        Purchased 3star Inverter Split AC in April 2022 month and getting lot of noise from outer unit since the installation day ; technician said it will be normal in coming days but problem didn't solved itself ; called helpdesk and their technician visited coupled of time in May month but they were unable to solve the problem . I asked them that this is brand new AC so they should mark complaint to replace the unit but there is no response from them and saying they will ask to their senior person in service center and per them this is normal in Voltas AC and closed the calls always without prompting me.

                                        Looks like I have bought Voltas GENERATOR not split ac that seems to be very annoying specially in night time which disturbing the sleep
