I got a call from company then Engineer visited at my home to resolve the problem, but Voltas takes more time to resolve the problem as comparison to the commitment they give while purchasing AC.
Even i sent mail to Voltas to describe my problem at "
[email protected]" but nothing happened They provided me area manager mobile no - 8700303533 through mail but still problem not resolved then i raised my complain to " https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ " portal, after that I got resolution.
