I had purchased the split A.C from Amazon I also used free service within year as much as book complaints regarding water leaking but technicians resolved problem temporary not permanent now when I request for resolution same problem they insist to pay charges for that...

my complnt no.[protected] no one attempted yet within the month after installation ac not cooling. make a note and this repaired or will send u legal notice.
I will not pay even a single rupee in case of Gas lecage.

It has been 1.5 month since my ac is not working and i have complained technician has done 2 visits they told me pcb will come in a week but now they are saying this ac model pcb is never going to be available and ac is of no use now...

A year ago i bought voltas 1.5 split ac and in may i want to get AMC for my ac from customwr service they registered a request and send a technician to visit. Technician charged me for the AMC and told me that it will get activated in between 10-15. My water cooler tank alarm keeps on beeping even when it has sufficient water because of which water doesn’t flow. I can not keep changing sensor every half year as I live in Ahmedabad and it has salty water. Please provide a permanent solution to it....

I have got very worst experience from the purchased product in Bajaj electronics, panjagutta, Hyderabad.. I purchase 1.5 Ton AC 3 months back. On 12th March’22.Within 1 month of purchase I got issue of cooling. Ac was not cooling at all. I complained to Toll free no [protected]. After that Technician came and informed us that gas leakage happened due to loose fitting in outdoor unit. This was sheer negligence from the Installation guys....

Had purchased voltas ac on 02 July 21.
Received message from voltas for free service in first week of June and 07 Jun 22 fixed
No one came, no message or phone.
Raised issue with voltas and was told someone will come.
On 08/09 June some one called and said that address was incorrect and didn't come.
Raised again with Voltas and was told service centre will contact in a day or two.
Today service centre...

I have a Voltas vrf system installed my apartment .there is a part which has malfunctioned about 3 times during warranty and again has malfunctioned after warranty the part cost is about 40000 whenever there is a error message on ac display the compony people ask to buy a new part and also amc annually which is 25000 . For any error that comes they ask to change the same part because it is not in amc . Sir pls help us....
