Maine ek split ac ke liye 10 din pahale ek complain raise kiya tha . ek baar uska attendent aaya dekh ke gaya bol machine le jana hoga maine bola thik hai aap le ke ja sakte hai jo karcha hoga mai dunga .. lekin uske baad maine kitne baar baar phn kiya aaj le jaunga kal le ke jaunga aabhi thak usne koi response nhi diya ab toh call bhi utta raha hai
plz help me

I purchased a new AC from Croma, Jalandhar on 11th June, 22. The same was installed by a less technical team and when I told that the cooling is too less they replied that 2T AC cooling is this much only. It hardly achieves 28 degree temp in the room and it's grill temp even after 1 hr of continuous run remains at 22 degree. When I asked the technician to show me the ampere, he replied his ampere meter is not working properly. Then I asked him to show grill temp then he replied he don't have that instrument and neither showed us the gas pressure or proper cooling.

Even the croma team is not picking up the calls, this added more to my difficulties hence requesting for refund of my money and get the AC lifted back so that I can buy from other brand and live happily.

Kindly look into the matter on immediate basis and help me in resolving the issue.

As you are aware from my regsitered mobile number [protected] multiple service request are raised and [protected] being latest one i am facing issue with the Voltas inverter split ac bought on september 2021.

Since then i raised multiple complaints mentioning F2 error coming up and back to normal next day, As things went bad this time Technician has said there would...

There is problem in switching on . No light appears in n ac . Problem specifically does not identifies. Please visit and rectify the defect. Before coming, give a call. We have purchased the this ac from Croma centre 3 months back.

AC Air flow continuously irregular & very noisy.

I had booked ac service for Shuklaganj Unnao on 23rd June, but the company has not addressed the request till now and the customer executives are fooling us by providing numbers of Technicians and telling us to follow up ourselves. Pathetic, my parents are suffering as its extreme hot weather. Never go for Voltas

I would like to tell you that I submitted a request for preventive maintenance of voltas split AC . Voltas technician and the service provider both are misbehaving on calling and tell me do whatever u can. Both are very rude to me and they don't care about customer services and their values.

Constantly I am calling service centre customer services

They were supposed to pick AC and return it after repairing . I agreed to pay transportation charges even I have warranty
But they didn’t not pick it up

Daily I have to call them up and everytime they would say yes by evening we will pick that up.

I have used Lloyd etc brand never had this bad experience with India’s number one ac company.

Bunch of incompetent people
And their authorised centre people are so rude here in Mohali

My window ac is lying down in my hall
A hole in windows from where constantly pigeon and lizard and insects are entering.

I feel like burning this ac and getting new one

But I am poor I purchased this ac on emi through Amazon.

Very poor experience of voltas ac

I had purchased Voltas AC from a nearby/local dealer named Raj Electronics Plaza, Jarka, Jajpur.
At the same day when it was installed, I could find an issue with the remote while operating and vent flap was not even functioning properly.
I raised the issue on the same day that is on 22nd of May and this hasn't been resolved yet.

I want this product to be taken back by them as it is of no use to me.

Kindly look into it as soon as possible and send them a request for money back.

I have purchases 1.5 ton voltas ac on 15.04.2022 snd it stopped working on 5.06.2022.I had call many times at the complaint centre but they are giving false commitments.Very disappointed with the voltas company.

Last year I purchased one of Voltas costlier inverter type 5 star 1.5 ton Split AC on 19th June 2021 through Amazon at a cost of Rs 39, 499/- . l registered a complaint no .[protected] on 8th June 2022 as my AC automatically goes ON and OFF frequently without giving a command by Remote. Temp also got changed automatically. Your technician came on 10th June but he was not able to rectify the problem. He told he has not seen such problem before but he will come on 11th but he didn't come and always I receive the message that your complaint has been cancelled because the customer is not responding whereas I did not receive any call from any person regarding attending the complaint then after immediately i called to customer care they told they are reopening the complaint no. [protected] on priority basis technician will attend the complaint within 24 hrs then again i received the same message of cancellation of complaint. It is very shameful that even with a repeated reminder in the peak hot weather of Kanpur it has not been solved yet. if the product is under warranty it should be the company's responsibility to to give satisfactory services to the customer .

In view of above i understand that your product life is not more than 11 months.
it becomes useless for me during the warranty period of your product.

Hi team, i had purchased my ac on 03.05.2022 on that day onwards ac not working (cooling), leakages and some unwired noise is coming, i have raised the complaint, 4 technician visit and done with gas refilling n oll but still the same issue happened again.i want to replace my voltas split ac with new one.

I bought voltas inverter ac on 24 april. It was installed two days later. On 29th may it stopped working. I raised a complaint and was told that PCB has gone bad. After that started series of complaints on phone and Twitter. Voltas after sales service is so pathetic. They dont care at all. The technician come and say that the ac is fine. The problem is wity the stabilizer and with the voltage in the society. There is no issue with either the stabilizer or voltage. I was using LG ac 1.5 ton before voltas. It worked without any issues.
Voltas is pathetic AC. TATA is pathetic company.
Anyone reading this, pls dont buy VOLTAS.
It's been a month, the brand new AC of two months still isnt working.

Please do NOT buy anything from website https://www.myvoltascare.com/. This is fraud website who are using the name and logo of Voltas and spoiling their name. This is to bring to attention of Voltas company so that they can file defamation case against them. They’re using QR code on the website and receiving payments for the orders. They will also send email with the order id but everything is an eyewash. They will also respond to WhatsApp messages but the order will never be delivered.
The website uses Voltas logo and on WhatsApp it uses their logo as display picture. I am not sure whether it really belongs to Voltas because anybody can believe it.

We took voltus 2 months ago, it is leaking gas for the second time, once before this part has been changed, please change our ac now. I can't repair second time

Is[protected].my voltas window ac compressor is in under warrany.my window ac compressor is in dead position from 10/06/2022.i registered complaint to custmer care dated 11/06/2022.complaint no.is [protected].my ac problem not solve yet.i face problem from 10 days . i request please solve my problem early.

We have placed the to supply the Ahuja AWM490 V2 dual channel VHF. wireless microphone system and after paent of Rs 4350/- order no 1847 dt 13/6/22 was confirmed and your officer from phone no [protected] confirmed to us that supply will be executed from nearby vendor with in days on or before 17th June but now no body attend the call on this Number nor response the whatsapp messages inspite of so many email, whatsapp messages .

I called voltas for repair because my AC was not auto-cutting power.
After call, they send someone to my home for AC check and they told me they were from voltas they took off the motherboard and told me to change so we agreed.
after 2 days they came with the same motherboard, fitted it and cutoff worked and charged 7000 rs. and told me it have a 3-month warranty.
in week my cutoff again stopped so I called them and they told coming and no one came. and afterward, he blocked me.
I called voltas cust-care regarding this issue and voltas told me we have no complaint from your side and we haven't sent anyone to your home, and I have proof and call recording that I've called on official voltas number given backside of remote-control, and now who is responsible for my 7000 loss?
I am stressed because of this incident and plz suggest what actions I take, I've voltas bill as well given by that serviceman.
