New Voltas AC was installed at my home in September 2021. Since it was winter season, AC not used. we started using AC in May 2022 and found no cooling from the AC unit. Complaint raised several times ( atleast 6 times). voltas has given service authorization to a third party company. Noone reaponds from their service station. Its almost 2 months and the AC is still inoperational. Noone has intention to resolve the issue. Pincode - 160062, Mohali, Sectoe 105

    I had bought a 1.5 Ton Voltas AC on ____ May, 2022.

    On 30th June, the AC suddenly stopped working and I immediately filed a complaint. The AC made a terrible noise and there were sparks leading to the light of the entire house tripping because of it. Not only did I file an online complaint but called the customer care to escalate the issue and send someone asap.

    I even called the technician who had installed the AC but he refused to come. I had made it very clear to the technician as well as the customer care representative about the urgency of the issue. I was assured someone will be there in the next hour. When that did not happen, I called a third party electrician and it was shown that the Motherboard of a brand new AC malfunctioned.

    The AC being under warranty, I contacted the Voltas team for a refund. It was only when I had to get harsh with my words that they responded.

    Over a call on 6th July, 2022 Mr. Ravi Sethi said that the refund is not possible and no further warranty can be extended for any other purpose.

    I want a refund for the cost borne of a brand new AC or a replacement along with a formal apology from Voltas.

      Actually since last year i am complaining to voltas that my AC creating problem i.e It is giving EC error after running one or two hours. but last year they closed the complain without resolution then again this year(2022) I complained around 5 times but every time engineer comes and say problem resolved but problem not resolved till now even i Sent mail to [protected]@voltas.com for my problem but they always reply that (Appreciate your patience and support.) but what i will do of this patience and appreciation after the summer gone.

      I got a call from company then Engineer visited at my home to resolve the problem, but Voltas takes more time to resolve the problem as comparison to the commitment they give while purchasing AC. Even i sent mail to Voltas to describe my problem at "[email protected]" but nothing happened They provided me area manager mobile no - 8700303533 through mail but still problem not resolved then i raised my complain to " https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ " portal, after that I got resolution. Thank you, Indian consumer complaints Forum Team.

      Would you please tell me that how long time you take to resolve a problem. People purchase the AC to get relief in Summer also they pay some amount for guarantee/warranty.

      If you can not provide the services in summer than why you are giving warranty to the customers because it does not make sense to resolve the problem after summer gone.

      Please maintain a timeline to provide the resolution to the customers. while purchasing AC you commit to provide the problem resolution timing 24 to 48 hours but on ground level you taken more than 1 months.

        Purchased 3star Inverter Split AC in April 2022 month and getting lot of noise from outer unit since the installation day ; technician said it will be normal in coming days but problem didn't solved itself ; called helpdesk and their technician visited coupled of time in May month but they were unable to solve the problem . I asked them that this is brand new AC so they should mark complaint to replace the unit but there is no response from them and saying they will ask to their senior person in service center and per them this is normal in Voltas AC and closed the calls always without prompting me.

        Looks like I have bought Voltas GENERATOR not split ac that seems to be very annoying specially in night time which disturbing the sleep

        Please help.

              Purchased Voltas AC 1.5 ton SAC 184V DAZR 4 star on 29/5/22 at Sathya Agency billed at Thiruvottriyur under the name of Harish kumar. The installation process is not yet done. Number of technicians have visited for installation but still the new AC is not working, experiencing E6 error.

              Each time the technician is routing to another person in his team then they were also saying the same thing which is been happening for more than 1 month. Why you are not following up with the customers query, always we have to call each and every time and then also no proper solution from the team. Also they are not cascading the previous information to the new technician and the end results is nothing.

              I've asked for replacement 10 days back, they told that replacement will be provided in 2 days. Till now replacement is not been provided.

              Informed that replacement will be provided once the defective piece is returned to office. One of the associate taken the defective product on 29/07 till now no updates or replacement provided.

              The technicians are not good enough to handle the situation, they haven't provided the updates were is the fault or defect. Voltas being such a reputed brand and treating their customers like this is totally a worst experience. Don't make adds stating one of the leading brands in India.

                As per complaint number [protected], technician visited today, during one hour running room temperature was 28 degree while setting temperature was 16 degree. They returned back without explaining anything. They aren't serious to resolve the issue. Kindly do the needful.

                Regarding my complaint number [protected] I haven't received any response from voltas service centre. Even in night time the cooling effect is not satisfactory. Previous night after running three and half hours the room temperature was not comes down to 27 degree. I am not received any positive response from the voltas service centre. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                Dear sir, My voltas ac problem is still exists. I have not received any response from voltas service centre. They doing fraud with me. They have not visited nor they have contacted me. Voltas service centre officials only harassing me beside resolving the issue.
                Ac of voltas is not working from last 4 days. case of service open w.e.f. 07/07/22 morning but ur service centre DSC Rambag response is very bed and Behaviour is very rude and iresposible language with my family is very bad.Insult of my family telephonic. This is second time in last two moths when last time also service centre not call for service for 8 days .M unhappy fron ur service staff from their irresponsible behavior.

                  I have serviced my vitara brezza car having RC No JH-15V 5925 on 14th April 2022 at Reliable service Deoghar, Jharkhand.They have maintained coolant only 1 litre due to which engine heating problems occurred again I visited GS motors service center lakhisarai because I have to go to long journey approx 200 km to dhanbad so as a precaution for this problem, they said put water and use the vehicle and you can go. But while going again engine heating warning comes, I have to stop the car in mid of the forest near to giridih with family approx 1 hr. After reaching dhanbad I sent the car to reliable service centre katras road dhanbad. Initially they said there is no issue in the car after checking 4 hour they said gas kit problem . I left the vehicle for repair.now again I got the call that due to water leakage in these four days at service centre some other parts damaged also and will pay more . What is it ? Is this my problem? Again and again I am suffering from this.why i should pay if each and every stage I have concerned from maruti service centre. If they did wrong. Although I have taken extended warranty upto 1 lakh km.

                  I have purchased. AC in the month of April 2022 . After using one week the AC was not cooling I have raised complaint many times with my registered mobile no [protected], every time service engineer comes and tile next day he will come and resolve but no body came.again I have to raise complaint, this continues 3 times. Ultimately on 23rd may they resolved the problem of gas linkage but after using 2 day gain AC is not cooling, Again I have raised complaint but no body respond.the service mobile no provided in mail received from voltas is not responding and not receiving. Since I purchase the AC I have used hardly 5to 6 days. Now I am fed up with this kindly replace the AC or extand the warranty for one more year as this year passed and in winter the the AC will not be used .

                      15th may 2022 i purchased the ac after 10days it got in a bad condition
                      then i complained 3 times to service centre they are not able to resolve it, i am contiounsely in calling, , very poor service stil(30/06/2022)

                        Do mahine pahle Voltas se service karai thi uske bad se ismein bahut jyada awaaz hai aur calling bhi nahin kar raha hai 15 bar complaint kar chuka hun ladke aate Hain sahi se kam karke nahin jaate Hain Na cooling ho rahi hai aur awaaz bahut jyada hai main bahut pareshan hu police aapse Sahi karvayen jald se jald yah aisi WD warranty mein hai

                            I purchased a new AC from Croma, Jalandhar on 11th June, 22. The same was installed by a less technical team and when I told that the cooling is too less they replied that 2T AC cooling is this much only. It hardly achieves 28 degree temp in the room and it's grill temp even after 1 hr of continuous run remains at 22 degree. When I asked the technician to show me the ampere, he replied his ampere meter is not working properly. Then I asked him to show grill temp then he replied he don't have that instrument and neither showed us the gas pressure or proper cooling.

                            Even the croma team is not picking up the calls, this added more to my difficulties hence requesting for refund of my money and get the AC lifted back so that I can buy from other brand and live happily.

                            Kindly look into the matter on immediate basis and help me in resolving the issue.

                              Greetings!!

                              As you are aware from my regsitered mobile number [protected] multiple service request are raised and [protected] being latest one i am facing issue with the Voltas inverter split ac bought on september 2021.

                              Since then i raised multiple complaints mentioning F2 error coming up and back to normal next day, As things went bad this time Technician has said there would be problem of either PCB board or Compressor out of which PCB board is placed for order last week as i was informed it's not available with the company.

                              It's been a week and still there is no clue of PCB board being delivered and with such a waiting time if the issue is not PCB board but with compressor and placing order again and waiting for another weeks is lot of trouble as a customer.

                              Being such a big company i believe Customer to be taken into consideration as priority as fix issues on time else i would request please replace the outdoor unit which is faulty within a year.

                              Please take this is a high priority and act shiftly to resolve my AC ASAP else i request for replacement.

                              May I know by when can I expect the resolution at max? And can someone assure that this is PCB issue not compressor though I’m saying multiple times that compressor is not starting. Now if it’s compressor issue again I need to wait for so many days.

                              Does a Voltas customer need to wait months together for any hardware issue to be fixed?

                              I wonder how a company doesn’t even have temporary spare parts to test if it’s due to PCB or compressor failure and then place order instead of ordering parts now to test and then figuring out.

                              Atleast both to be ordered at the same time to save time and pain and replace the one which has defect.

                              Simply going through mental and physical stress with Voltas service.

                              I need a quick resolution on this ASAP.

                              FYI in continuation with the above mail please find below service requests or complaints raised after purchase(Date of Purchase: 21st September 2021) of voltas AC which clearly states the AC delivered is faulty from the beginning.

                              It’s being 10 days already the PCB board has put for order. Servcie center says it has to come from company and customer care says coordinate with service center. Will there be any resolution or not? I need to resolved in next one week max.

                                      I had booked ac service for Shuklaganj Unnao on 23rd June, but the company has not addressed the request till now and the customer executives are fooling us by providing numbers of Technicians and telling us to follow up ourselves.
