    I purchased voltas window ac It stopped working as in cooling after 45 days
    I booked a complaint against it with voltas on 15 June 2022
    Today is 23 June.
    Constantly I am calling service centre customer services
    Area manager
    Branch manager

    They were supposed to pick AC and return it after repairing . I agreed to pay transportation charges even I have warranty
    But they didn’t not pick it up

    Daily I have to call them up and everytime they would say yes by evening we will pick that up.

    I have used Lloyd etc brand never had this bad experience with India’s number one ac company.

    Bunch of incompetent people
    And their authorised centre people are so rude here in Mohali

    My window ac is lying down in my hall
    A hole in windows from where constantly pigeon and lizard and insects are entering.

    I feel like burning this ac and getting new one

    But I am poor I purchased this ac on emi through Amazon.

    Same issue happened again and this time they are acting up more worst.
    A part was supposed to get changed which they didn’t do last time even it’s still same issue
    Now it’s been 15 days
    And still it’s not working and they are not fixing it

    Never ever buy voltas AC
    Simple recommendation for folks who don’t like incompetence shark companies.
    Don’t ever buy voltas AC
    Pathetic product and product support

    A part which needs to be replaced takes 15-20 days to come.
    Is it coming from outer space
    Or just starting manufacturing unit for that.
    Their service centre don’t even have spare parts so that they can replace it !!

    Voltas se better koe bh ac chalega
    Been using AC FROM LAST 10-12 years
    But it’s only last 3 months and new “voltas” ac which is problem
    And yeah problem can happen it’s electric product

    But they after supper is also pathetic

    Make sure you all readers and buyer’s understand
    Don’t buy Tata ac.
    Bunch of crooks
    Sitting on high tables
    Mocking and fooling us.

    Does TATA handle all their products like this ?

      I had purchased Voltas AC from a nearby/local dealer named Raj Electronics Plaza, Jarka, Jajpur.
      At the same day when it was installed, I could find an issue with the remote while operating and vent flap was not even functioning properly.
      I raised the issue on the same day that is on 22nd of May and this hasn't been resolved yet.

      I want this product to be taken back by them as it is of no use to me.

      Kindly look into it as soon as possible and send them a request for money back.

          Dear Voltas!
          Last year I purchased one of Voltas costlier inverter type 5 star 1.5 ton Split AC on 19th June 2021 through Amazon at a cost of Rs 39, 499/- . l registered a complaint no .[protected] on 8th June 2022 as my AC automatically goes ON and OFF frequently without giving a command by Remote. Temp also got changed automatically. Your technician came on 10th June but he was not able to rectify the problem. He told he has not seen such problem before but he will come on 11th but he didn't come and always I receive the message that your complaint has been cancelled because the customer is not responding whereas I did not receive any call from any person regarding attending the complaint then after immediately i called to customer care they told they are reopening the complaint no. [protected] on priority basis technician will attend the complaint within 24 hrs then again i received the same message of cancellation of complaint. It is very shameful that even with a repeated reminder in the peak hot weather of Kanpur it has not been solved yet. if the product is under warranty it should be the company's responsibility to to give satisfactory services to the customer .

          In view of above i understand that your product life is not more than 11 months.
          it becomes useless for me during the warranty period of your product.

            Hi team, i had purchased my ac on 03.05.2022 on that day onwards ac not working (cooling), leakages and some unwired noise is coming, i have raised the complaint, 4 technician visit and done with gas refilling n oll but still the same issue happened again.i want to replace my voltas split ac with new one.

              I bought voltas inverter ac on 24 april. It was installed two days later. On 29th may it stopped working. I raised a complaint and was told that PCB has gone bad. After that started series of complaints on phone and Twitter. Voltas after sales service is so pathetic. They dont care at all. The technician come and say that the ac is fine. The problem is wity the stabilizer and with the voltage in the society. There is no issue with either the stabilizer or voltage. I was using LG ac 1.5 ton before voltas. It worked without any issues.
              Voltas is pathetic AC. TATA is pathetic company.
              Anyone reading this, pls dont buy VOLTAS.
              It's been a month, the brand new AC of two months still isnt working.

                Please do NOT buy anything from website https://www.myvoltascare.com/. This is fraud website who are using the name and logo of Voltas and spoiling their name. This is to bring to attention of Voltas company so that they can file defamation case against them. They’re using QR code on the website and receiving payments for the orders. They will also send email with the order id but everything is an eyewash. They will also respond to WhatsApp messages but the order will never be delivered.
                The website uses Voltas logo and on WhatsApp it uses their logo as display picture. I am not sure whether it really belongs to Voltas because anybody can believe it.

                Recent news shows that the website has been banned and the person has been levied with a fine. What about consumer like us who made payment to fraudulent like him trusting Voltas brand.

                        I called voltas for repair because my AC was not auto-cutting power.
                        After call, they send someone to my home for AC check and they told me they were from voltas they took off the motherboard and told me to change so we agreed.
                        after 2 days they came with the same motherboard, fitted it and cutoff worked and charged 7000 rs. and told me it have a 3-month warranty.
                        in week my cutoff again stopped so I called them and they told coming and no one came. and afterward, he blocked me.
                        I called voltas cust-care regarding this issue and voltas told me we have no complaint from your side and we haven't sent anyone to your home, and I have proof and call recording that I've called on official voltas number given backside of remote-control, and now who is responsible for my 7000 loss?
                        I am stressed because of this incident and plz suggest what actions I take, I've voltas bill as well given by that serviceman.

                            My name is Arham, I'm from Kochi, Kerala and I have a Voltas AC and in one year after I purchased your product I started facing issues and I have contacted the Voltas customer care thousands of times and everytime they came they took a service fee + GST and told me they will call back and arrange for servicing but I have not once received any help. The AC has stopped cooling ever since and I have had the ultimate worst experience with your product and absolutely dissatisfied and now it has been around 5 years since I purchased the AC and my life has become a living hell by wasting Rs 45, 000 on your AC with such pathetic sales and service after sales, I have obviously recommended my friends and family to never buy Voltas product and I'm so fed up with the destroyed AC that

                            I am planning to complain regarding your product on the consumer forum and also regarding the pathetic after sale service in Kochi, Kerala. I have lost thousands of rupess in refilling gas and just the service person visit and them failing to make the gas leakage problem fine.

                            I will soon register a complaint with the official comsumer forum website by the Government of India and you will surely have to look after sucj damage and pathetic service.

                            To avoid unwanted mishaps I would like to tell you for one last time to repair or replace my AC and solve my issue else I will have to take severe steps.

                              I live in Asansol, West Bengal. I have a 1.5 ton 3 star inbuilt inverter split AC which I bought on 9th July '21. I called for service and water leaking problem in the 11th month of purchase. The technicians while resolving the water leaking problem informed me that gas filling is needed.
                              They have done the same and charged me 1500rs saying that my pipe is longer than 10feet of copper wire/pipe provided by Voltas. But I got to know that gas filling is free if done during warranty period.
                              Please resolve this issue. Your on ground team MS enterprises in Asansol were not helpful at all in resolving this. I asked then for official written charges again and again but to no avail. I have sent mail on voltascare 2 days back but got no reply. Didn't expect this poor customer service from a brand like Voltas. Switching costs are negligible if you treat your long term customers like this.

                              Service men asking 2000 for gas filling and also ac purchased on 21st march 2022 sooo its under warrenty as it is said in bajaj electronics showroom during purchase !!! Also 600/- general ac service is done as they said its nt under warrenty as it crossed 21st march 2023, today 30th of march 2023 they asked 2000for gas filling !!! VOLTAS ??? Is it the cost of 3 yrs gas warrenty ??
                              How much do u charge ua customer for gas filling in warrenty period ?

                                I have bought voltas split ac 1 ton on 05.05.2022 in VK HOME APPLIANCE and installed/unlocked the AC on 09.05.2022. leakage issue started on 22nd May onwards so lodged complaint (SR# [protected]) on 24 May 2022. Same day i got the call from service center, they promise to attend the request within 2 working days but still no one fixed the issue from their end. i called 8times between 24 May and 4 JUN 2022 regarding this issue and 4 times i gave/confirmed my address/landmark details with them. but they closed the complaint without attending on 9 Jun 2022 with reason as not reachable to the customer & even im not get the any notification regarding to closed my complaint. Again I call to customer care to lodged same complaint (#[protected]) on 17 Jun 2022...

                                "Continuously giving false Commitments and not supporting to us." ##I really very much disappointed to the voltas service/product.

                                Yesterday and today too they are giving false commitment..I'm a very much disappointed to the voltas service
                                I didn't sent any request to reschedule but I had received the message as like below...it shows your service strategy.. don't treat the customer as stupid fellows.

                                  I have registered a complaint no. [protected] on 14 June. I have received headache. AC was not installed properly: Noise, water leakage, pipe not covered with form completely. Service center is not helpful a bit. I requested not to send same person who installed ac to fix things. Service center said we can send only same person. In little words I have sick daughter she was recommended by doctor to stay in cool place. But at this moment we all suffering.

                                  Request : send another guy to fix things ASAP. It's been five days.

                                    Voltas SAC 183V EAZZ (IMEI/SR.NO: 4513241D22CB00240 VD SR. : 4553181A22CC05080), purchased on 16th May(Invoice no - A000250), was installed on 18th May. Therafter, it is not reaching the max cooling temperature(i.e. 16 deg.C) even after running whole night even for more than 8hrs from the very 1st day o[censored]se. Also, there is very much noise the AC makes. Why should a brand new AC even have these problems?? I complained about the defective piece to shopkeeper(Mr. Rishabh, New Price Enterprises, Singrauli MP, Ph- [protected]) in the 1st week itself. He sent technicians but they gave lame reasons for the problems and left without fixing. Then I visited shop twice in person besides contacting 3 times at the voltas customer service no.[protected]. Yet no authorised person from voltas has showed up yet to fix the issue or provide replacement. It has already been over 1 month of purchase now and its very rude of the above parties not to get my problem resolved even after my repeated attempts. I need this issue to get escalated. I need replacement of current defective AC or my full refund of Rs 39, 500. Attached bill of purchase for AC.

                                      I purchased this ac in march ending 2022...after purchase I suffer gas problem twise, water leakage twise, during water leakage in night my govt document completely damage by water..and my whole wall painting is damage..I have almost 7 to 8 thousand loss...I feel very mentally harras ...I m doing a reputed airforce job...every time when your service men come I came from my office...I feel pathetic like I baught old Ac...this time your service men given me in written that this ac want replacement after checking...I feel mentally harrase so I also want replacement...because by this I suffered 8000 rs loss plus many document loss this give me physically up down ...I already shawn your servicemen my losses ...Kindly replace my ac as soon as possible as per service men request...I have given you replacement paper in PDF form ...[protected] is my complaint no..which is mention in Volta's service report...service man letter attach at 17 june 2022

                                      This is really bad service...i am going to consumer court because your service person dosnt care about costumer satisfaction..very pathetic responce given by you...your service person tell me that they will replace as soon as possible...and still have no response
