Hi,

The complaint is in relation to pathetic service offered from voltas ac's to me, the only reason i bought the inverter ac was because of it's feature of low electricity consumption. I paid 40 k rs and my external pcb got spoilt in 1.5 years of buying it, when my pcb got picked i got a call from the service center stating that the repair cost would be 20k to which i disagreed and told them that there is no way i am paying them that amount as its the company's fault of creating such low grade products which give away so soon. After few calls from the service center to their higher management the component charge offered to me was 7, 500 rs. I agreed and they informed me that it would take a week to install it (This was after 15 days that they informed me so).

Presently it has been post 2 months i have still not received my pcb and all i get to hear from (Sunny sawant) the person in-charge there is that it would be done in in 3 -4 days time. It has been over 3 weeks since i have been hearing this from sunny but i have not yet received my "new pcb".

I was informed by sunny that my pcb was delivered to the go-down and the complete fitting would be done by[protected], this statement was passed on to me on the 1st to which i asked him to mark me a mail, he failed to mark me a mail and the fitting of my ac did not happen as expected.

On calling him today[protected] he informed me that the fitting would be done on[protected]. To this i got really frustrated and asked him to send me a mail confirming the same, to which he agreed and yet again failed to mark a mail for the confirmation that the pcb is delivered to the ware house and the fitting would commence on or before 09th september.

What i as a customer am frustrated about is when the pcb was delivered to the warehouse what is taking them so long to fit the component? And what irritates me the most is as a consumer why should i have to wait so long for delays. Its been close to 2 months and no concreate solution is provided yet.

    I purchased a votlas vertis 1.5 ton split AC in 2012 . Since then I am getting the complete services done as per the company recommendation
    This year I.e in 2016 when I started my AC, it was not cooling .I registered the complaint and the company official ( service center guy ) approached my place but after making 3 consecutive complaints which was a loss of time and money for me
    On visiting these people found that there is a case of gas leakage but they could not find any leakage and said that they need to take the outer unit to their service centre where minute leakages inside the condenser can be found if at all any and if found cost of replacing it with the copper condenser would be somewhere around 7500
    I nodded in agreement that I will pay for the same
    Day after I called them to check the status and they said there has not been any leakage found in your outer unit and we will install it with new gas filled .
    When they came my home, surprisingly leakage was found by those very smart people which was not found in a well equipped votlas service centre, then I refused to get it done since now I had a doubt how is it possible
    I again mailed the company and made the complaint but every time I get a auto generated mail and the complaint is every time forwarded to that service centre .
    Since the company didn't take my problem into account, i myself had to contact the area service manager whose no.was mentioned in the mail
    When I talked to this person, he offered me that if you can not pay amount we will get some discount for you for the condenser but I told him that my problem is not about the money but to get my doubts clear about the leakages not found and then found
    He even told me that it could be during handling the outer unit, then I said why should I pay for d same .he said ki machine aapki hai aapko hi karane hogi
    I even told him that if this kind of incidence is possible where leakages can not even be found inside the service centre, give it to me in writing through mail, he replied in very non professional manner that when he get the time he will reply
    Since then I am waiting for his reply

      Purchased 1 ton voltas 123cya from CROYODEL TRIVANDRUM on 9th April 2016.On August 1 week called for free service ..find out cooling problem..top up the gas .Next day fond out its compressor is not cutting off .Called the service center MICROCOOL Trivandrum, Through customer care ...sensor changed...after that the compressor is cutting off.but AC is not restarting..they told the complaint is due to fault PCB..they came with it, told it is not matching with the indoor unit..now the AC is not at all working..called the service center no proper replay...the voltas customer care is also not properly addressing the issue ...Please guide me ...

        service men took my AC console before 15 days
        yet now I didn't receive my AC machine even though there is no any status update also im so disappointed with their service .i need an immediate action over it. I called to their customer care & service centre several times I didnt get any proper response from them

          I purchesed voltas ac 2 ton 3 year ago .. but its not working after 1 year of purchasing .. the main problem is cooling.. i gave many time servics charges.. but still my problem is not resolve .. i paid 45000 for this ' n i get only trouble ... . even i paid 2 times gas charges but there is leekage .. so find the leekage n repair it .. and if there problem in compressor thn change it... pls resolve my problem or chnge my ac .. as soon as possible ...i am your valuable customer'my family use only voltas product but if you want to loose your customer thn its up to you sir...

              I purchased voltas window ac it giving very trouble to me. there is no cooling and every time it is repair . no reponse from company side many time i given compliant to voltas customer service no response from tata group . very bad response. don, t buy any product from tata group. they are not suit for present market.very very shame full, pls help me to get Refund of my money

                I have purchased a voltas cooler having model no.4810017. Now, its fan has broken and i have registered a complaint for the same telephonically via complaint no. [protected] dated 07.08.2016. But till date i have not received any satisfactory reply/solution to my problem.
                Myself being a part of tata group, such delayed and irresponsible behavior is not admissible. So, kindly attend the complaint as soon as possible.

                  Hi sir,
                  Myself jitin sachdeva. I have purchased an air condition on17th april 2016 from sachdeva electronics jail road, hari nagar.. Model no-voltas wac 183 cy. As per the policy i will get 2 air condition service free of cost in one year. So i have called on customer care on of voltas on 12th august, 2016 and request for the air condition service to be arrange on 14th august, 2016. They agent has made the request and the request no is [protected]. But on 14 th august no one came for the service and nor i receive any call regarding the same. On 20th august, 2016 i called the customer care again to know the status the agent told me that the service person who are suppose to come called on 14 th august, 2016 but no one received the call on [protected]. So i reguested agent to arrange the request again for the service and i also requested that i need to talk to some senior she told me that her senior is busy on another call. And she also told me that i will be receiving the call within 4 hours. But till date i haven't received any call. Such a cheap service the voltas is providing. Its very difficult for me to call and raise the complaint again and again and do take the followups.. I am also sending attach to this mail the bill copy and the confirmation message from volas. Please find the attached files. Kindly see to this matter on urgent basis. It will be really a great help.

Till now not a single free service has been given to me by the company who promised to give free maintainence service of three in a year.. So i kindly request to help me out in this matter..                       Customer care service provided by voltas is really poor.Firsr they commit to send servicemen for repair and wothout any kind of notification they cancel the appointment.
                      Worst customer care service i ve ever seen.

                        I lodged a complaint on 16th Aug stating that there is an issue with the cooling of the AC.I got a revert back email at 5:15 pm on 16th august mentioning the name of the ASM - Vijay Kumar along with his contact details stating that the complaint will be resolved in 24 hours.(SR# number [protected] ).I also got a call on which i mentioned that the engineer visit should be done before lunch at any cost and i was given an assurance for the same.On the same call i was told there is no visiting charges.Now the series of events happened like this :

                        1. on 17th August, after waiting till 1 pm when i finally called the ASM, he had no clue where the engineer was..After kept me on hold and a tedious cordinations he told me that Engineer will visit at 3:30pm(which isnt before lunch by an means)
                        2. Engineer visited and diagnosed that the issue is gas leakage and cant be rectified on the same day.Also, committed to get the AC picked in the morning (around 11)next day (18th Aug) and installing it back on the same evening.When asked about the charges he said its 2050 INR however you will have to pay 350 INR right now as visiting charges which is included in 2050, Remaining can be paid once the service is done (1700)
                        3. when i didnot recieve a notification till 11, i called d same guy who had visited a day before and he had no clue as to why AC hadn't been picked up.First he gave some other number, which was switched off.then, he asked me to call back meanwhile he can confirm, when i called back i got to know that the Pick up Driver is on Leave and it will be picked up the next day (19th Aug).
                        4.When i said this is extremely wrong as i have office to attend and had already taken an off on 17th because o[censored]r delay in visit, he committed that AC will be picked up on the same evening (18th Aug)
                        5. Now i have been calling the Engineer since 5:30 neither he is taking my calls nor anybody has come to visit my place to pick up the AC.
                        6. Finally i called Customer Care just to know the status, first the Rep said he will forward the complaint and it will be resolved soon, he also said that the visiting charges are 250INR and AC repair charges are 1800 INR.Now, when i insisted to give me the TAT, he said there is no timeline for such things and escalated the call to his Senior who again said that he is trying to contact his senior but his senior isnt responding either hence, he has arranged a call back.When asked if i would get a call back today he again said not sure, may or may not.

                        Now my issue is 1. Why do u give fake timeline commitments to Customer.2.Where is the Customer service when a simple thing like leaking gas cant be cured in a day and a half.3. Do you think customer is sitting idle and at home to just keep waiting for your Executives. 4. If you have given a time for the step 2 in complaint resolving process, and if at all you arent able uto fulfill the same, Arent u supposed to inform Customer about the same instead of Customer taking follow ups . 5. When Customer is trying to contact you ASMs' number is not answerable, Technician is not answering the phone, What should poor customer do?? 6. What about those 350 rs i paid to the Engineer (coz i dont have the patience to wait for Voltas, i have booked the service/gas refilling from some local technician now)

                        Tell me who is going to pay for this loss of money when i took an off from my work to get this AC repaired

                        True pathetic response from these people. I have been experiencing the same issue from last 14 days. Several attempt have been made ..all gone in vain. These folks just make money for their visits nothing else. It's like a cancer lollipop being served . Don't recommend any one to go for Voltas.
                        AC window given for service Viveks India private limited chennai - 60 days back., no response till now., very annoying .,

                            I have been cheated. This cocompany is fraud and have been making false promise to the consumers. Pathetic responses since the installation takes place. I have been mentally harressed and mentally and physically. I will not recommend any one in my locality to opt for voltase. These guys just give cactus pills to their customers. Kindly help to get rid from these fraud company.

                            Hi Voltas, I have been harrsed and feel cheated since the installation takes place. Response is pathetic from your agencies. Every time they had send their technicians just to make money for their special visit which has nothing to do with the services and technical fault.                             I am writing again to make you all aware that response from Voltas was highly disapoited . I have aleady made a several attempt to CC voltas over phone but all efforts gone in vain. There was a cooling issue was not addressed properly nor being checked technically by your local person . They have just made their visit to make money for their special visits which has nothing to do with technical fault check up. Finally they have come up with the conclusion that there was a leackage of gas. Which should have brought to our notice in prior .We had really struggled in these days mentally and physically. Still my AC issue has not been resolved in these 7-8 days. Despite of that I have been forced to pay for Gas filling . I have been cheated . You guys just give cactus pills to your valuable customers . It's like measuring a cricket groud with the help of a coin and asking for a repeat .
                            I hope to hear a positive response from you to avoid any further delay.

                            I think response has been freezed . This has been put in the dust bin. I have given given a cancer lillop now. No calls no follow up rather I have been continuously following . Entire follow ups and conversation clearly indicates that you guys are least concern on cusumers concern . You guys are forcing me to drag this issue further .

                                Sir,
                                I had purchased the voltas water dispenser before 4 months.
                                We are situated in apmc grain market vashi where there is the issue of rats which cuts the inlet pipe. Last time on dated 02/052016, complained no. [protected] which was solved after one and half month after calling several times.

                                On 20/07/2016, the same problem has been occured. We called to voltas service center and posted a complained (No. [protected]). After that day we have got no reply. Today, myself the owner of the shop called to the service center then there mr. Nitin said that we are not sure how many days it will take as it comes from bhiwandi. Then i asked him again approximately how much time it will take then he replied rudely and said that it can take even two months like last time. He does not know how to talk with the customer and shown fully unprofessionalism and after he said we will not repair the product. I have seen this kind of service center and people first time.

                                  I have purchased 3 ton voltas slim line ac fand its pcb is damaged and i have lodgd a complaint 3 months ago, but as of now i haven't received that product and whole season my ac is kept off, voltas customer care center is highly poor, and their staff is also not responsible, they hardly care about open complaints, will never buy voltas in future nor i will suggest to anyone.

                                    I had bought a Voltas 1.5 ton split AC 183DY from a local dealer D.S. Electronics in April 2016. Since then I am facing issues with the AC and have logged at least 5 complaints on customer care. Sometimes there is Gas leakage, many times water leakage. Spending so much money in buying an AC and then getting such a product is really dis-heartening and disappointing.

                                    Always the customer service has been delayed and worst but this time the service centers and Customer care have crossed all the limits.

                                    On Friday 5th August 2016 I raised a complaint ([protected]) for my AC as there was again a water leakage causing the stabilizer and my sofa unit drenched in water (thankfully no short circuit occurred). The customer care person mentioned that the complaint will be addressed withing 24 hours.

                                    Next day on 06th July, I got a call from the service center and he said that the issue will be resolved by today. Also I received the scheduling SMS. But till evening no one came. I then called customer care and they assured that the issue will be taken on high priority and the technician cisit will be arranged soon, but again no one came for visit. On Sunday also there was no visit of technician after numerous calls to customer care.

                                    The customer care executives have no idea where are technicians, once they connected me to higher official (Puneet) and he connected me to the service center and service center guy assured that the issue will be resolved today. Again till evening 7:00 PM there was no visit. Then again I called customer care and when confronting on my problem the customer care executives repeatedly kept disconnecting my calls (I have my call recordings as proof). But I kept trying and then the customer care executive said that they have arranged a call back from their senior who will call within 4 hours, again this call back i never received.

                                    Now after all this, I have few questions for Voltas customer service:
                                    1. Is the company's relation with customer only for selling product and then keep them harassing in the name of FREE SERVICE?
                                    2. If the customer care executives can just escalate the issues and there is no output of that escalation then what is the use of such kind of customer service?
                                    3. If I can not use the products at the time when they are intended to be used then what is the use of buying such product?
                                    4. Since the product i have bought is having same issues time and again, isn't it the duty of the service center to fix the problem permanently or in case the product is defective then it should be replaced?
                                    5. This kind of product can lead to a hazardous situation, still the customer care executives took the issue lightly, can you explain this to me?

                                    I have also asked the customer care executive to write on my complaint, I want this product to be removed and returned to the company as it is of no use to me and also it is dangerous to my family.

                                      I have purchased voltas ac 1.5t 185jy 5s from croma retail c. G road store on 16 may 2016. Invoice no. Slf02a[protected] including free stander installation and one year warranty
                                      I was having a problem of water leakage and gas leakage for which i have made complain with voltas sr. No.[protected]and also with croma sr no. Bow090716fs00012

                                      First voltas service center was not ready to accept that installation is done by voltas. And they were telling it is risk of life of person for dis mental it. Then they ask for charges for dis mentalinng (If i pay charges risk of life of technician will be gone) after reapitative complain to croma and voltas higher official they have dis mental it without charges

                                      Now a guy from service center came to us and saying stand installed is incorrect, we have to put a new stand and asking for charges of 4000/-rs

                                      Why should i pay again for stand if installation is not done correctly by voltas? I have already paid charges of stand at the time of installation to volats and it was just 750/-
                                      If they have installed incorrectly what is my mistake? Why should i pay for the charges


                                      I have made complain about a month ago, but no no repair is happening under warranty
