My 1.0T Inverter A/C was working good, which was bought before one year. It was serviced by Technician from Micro Cool Systems on 28.01.2017 just before end of warranty period. The service was not good and the technician just cleaned the filter with water and place it back in indoor unit. Technician did not dry the filter before placing it, when asked he said to me, its okay to place it wet. He also opined that A/C's cooling is good. But after few days, (the warranty period got over) the cooling got reduced drastically. Complaint was raised and the technician came on 3.3.2017 and checked the A/C. He checked the outdoor unit and said there is a failure in board of compressor. Compressor is getting off and on intermettantly. He said the board is out of warranty even though compressor unit have 5 years of warranty. I did not understand the logic. He said that board needs to be ordered.
I enquired regarding the status again after one week. Breakdown request was again filed ([protected]), as first breakdown request was filed by dealer (Ideal). I'm getting the same reply from the Micro cool systems, whenever I enquire. "We have ordered the board, but haven't received". I'm sure that courier from Ernakulam to Thiruvananthapuram wont take more than 15 days. My last month current bill has increased due to faulty compressor.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

I had bought a Voltas split A.C. on 3 may 2014 from KALPANA DIGITAL WORLD delhi. It was a hot and cold A.C. (1.5 Ton).
During last winter i faced some issue of A.C. not working properly-- stopped warming and there was some abnormal sounds in the machine. So i stopped using it and did not use it in winter.
I registered a complaint on 30.03.2017 evening that i want servicing of my A.C. and resolution of any technical issue that i had noticed in last winter. I was given a reference number -- [protected]
And was told that technician will call me up within 24 hrs and come. I told the executive that i want technician to come on 31.03.17 (as i am available). The executive told ok. Next day i.e. on 31.03.17 i called customer care again in the afternoon as i didnt get any call from any technician. I was told by the executive that "i am putting your number in the top priority list. And very soon a technician will call you up." However i did not get any call on 31.03.17.
On 01.04.17 (saturday) i got a call in evening around 4 - 5 pm that "we want to confirm your address." I told the executive that i have already told all details on 30.03.17 only and if there was any issue regarding address then you should have called me earlier. I told the address again. When i asked the executive that is any technician going to come tomorrow (sunday) as it was already around 4 pm when we talked then she told technicians dont work on sunday. I told her that then i want the technician to come on tuesday (04.04.17) as i will be free on that day. She told ok technician will call you up and come.
I did not get any call on sunday 02.04.17 as well but got an sms in sunday evening-- "Your request no [protected] has been cancelled. Reason Customer Reschedule please call at Helpline [protected] (24X7) for further assistance." On my registered mobile number.
I called customer care again at the same time and got greetings in some south indian language (though i had opted for hindi language) and told whole story in english..the executive listened silently and interacted in english. Then when i was done telling whole story then he asked me-- this is the "tamil" language department, i am arranging you a callback from hindi/english department.
I waited for the callback but didnt get any. Instead i got this sms --
" Dear Voltas Customer, your Accessories Rates request no is [protected]. For any further assistance please call our Helpline [protected] (24X7)." While i had never enquired about any "accessories rate".
I just dont know what has happened to the "TATA" Voltas company which used to be such a great brand. I had options of buying other A.C. but i bought a TATA product as i trusted its name. And now this is what i am getting..
