I have ac 1.5 ton window.. I have using before 3 month.. But it's not working properly... I have complaint very more time in toll free number but nobody giving response to me... Kindly plz help me... And plz take strict action against voltas... And i have talk to dealer so dealer told me that it's not my mistake u talk in voltas... Sir nobody resolving my complaint.. I am from middle class family and i have invest 30000 so plz replacement...

I purchased voltas window ac it giving very trouble to me. there is no cooling and every time it is repair . no reponse from company side many time i given compliant to voltas customer service no response from tata group . very bad response. don, t buy any product from tata group. they are not suit for present market.very very shame full, pls help me to get Refund of my money

I have purchased a voltas cooler having model no.4810017. Now, its fan has broken and i have registered a complaint for the same telephonically via complaint no. [protected] dated 07.08.2016. But till date i have not received any satisfactory reply/solution to my problem.
Myself being a part of tata group, such delayed and irresponsible behavior is not admissible. So, kindly attend the complaint as soon as possible....

As per the policy i will get 2 air condition service free of cost in one year. Last year i bought 1ton voltas split ac.. Till now not a single free service has been given to me by the company who promised to give free maintainence service of three in a year.. So i kindly request to help me out in this matter.. So that i can trust on the company s service policy in future... Consumer satisfaction should be kept in mind by the company.....

I have been cheated. This cocompany is fraud and have been making false promise to the consumers. Pathetic responses since the installation takes place. I have been mentally harressed and mentally and physically. I will not recommend any one in my locality to opt for voltase. These guys just give cactus pills to their customers. Kindly help to get rid from these fraud company....

I had purchased the voltas water dispenser before 4 months.
We are situated in apmc grain market vashi where there is the issue of rats which cuts the inlet pipe. Last time on dated 02/052016, complained no. [protected] which was solved after one and half month after calling several times.

On 20/07/2016, the same problem has been occured. We called to voltas service center and posted a complained (No. [protected])....

I have purchased 3 ton voltas slim line ac fand its pcb is damaged and i have lodgd a complaint 3 months ago, but as of now i haven't received that product and whole season my ac is kept off, voltas customer care center is highly poor, and their staff is also not responsible, they hardly care about open complaints, will never buy voltas in future nor i will suggest to anyone....

I had bought a Voltas 1.5 ton split AC 183DY from a local dealer D.S. Electronics in April 2016. Since then I am facing issues with the AC and have logged at least 5 complaints on customer care. Sometimes there is Gas leakage, many times water leakage. Spending so much money in buying an AC and then getting such a product is really dis-heartening and disappointing.

Always the customer service has been delayed and worst but...

Maine bhut trust karke voltas window ac purchase kiya tha jo 23/06/2013 bill date thi pr abse kch din pahle is ac ka compressure khrab ho gya maine customer care ko bhi complaint note krayi..to ap logo ne btaya ki compressure 5 yrs warantty main hai to bs apko 350 service charge ar 1500 gas charge dena hai...par apka service centre wala 3000 rupees ki demand kr rha hai...ar bht buri language use kr rha hai..uska saaf kehna...

I purchased an voltas split a/c 2.00 tons from shree balaji traders, dwarka, new delhi -110075 on 22th may, 2016 and it take 6 days to install. on 28th may, 2016 engineers from voltas came to install a/c after many reminders. when they were fitting outer unit and i observed that body of outer unit was deffected and bended and condenser fins were damaged. he mention in installation report and i online lodged complaint request vide no.
