Dear Sir/Madam

I bought Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star 185 JY Split Smart AC from SNAPDEAL Order ID: [protected] Dt 02.11.2015 (Rs.32740/-). AC was delivered on Nov 20 2016. Installation Team of VOLTAS installed AC on Nov 21 2015 (Request No [protected]). Within 4 months, ACs stopped cooling. Registered a complain at help line number [protected] on 22 Mar 2016 (Request no [protected]) and the technician provided service immediately, found the pressure of the gas is less than 65 PSI and refilled the gas. The technician could not detect the gas leakage anywhere). Again less than week time, observed that AC is not getting cool and called helpline number [protected] on 27 Mar 2016 (Request no [protected]).The technician provided service immediately, found the pressure of the gas is less than 65 PSI and refilled the gas. The technician could not detect the gas leakage anywhere).Now the AC ran good for 3 weeks . Again we feel that AC cooling is not very effective and called helpline number [protected] on 13 Apr 2016 (Request no [protected]). The customer executive promised me to arrange a senior technician to fix the problem permanently .The senior technician visited home and said time there is an leakage due to which gas pressure is coming down. He fixed the leakage and refilled the gas. This time I was very happy assuming that the real cause of the leakage was detected and issue will not reappear. Believe me, within next 3 weeks, we felt AC cooling effect is not so great (at least not expected from VOLTAS TATA Product) and called helpline number [protected] on 6 May 2016 (Request no [protected]).This time I was personally present at home when the engineer provided service. I politely request him to fix the coolant issue permanently (Gas pressure came down) in order to give us peace of mind and he refilled the gas. He could not detect leakage and could not figure it out why the gas pressure is coming down. I mentioned to him, this issue is reoccurring from the month of March and root cause is not yet known. What I need to do after the 1 year warranty? I cannot afford the cost to refill the gas every 2 months . He has no answer for my query.

Again 29 Sep 2016 I called help line number [protected] on 29 Sep 2016 (Request no [protected]) for the same cooling issue . This time I talked VOLTAS Sr executive Rama (Do not her full name, she refused to disclose her full name when I requested) raising the voice for the old issue. She said I will arrange the senior engineer for the service and everything will be take care this time. I said the issue is not being corrected so far and this is my 5th request in last 10 month time for the same issue and how can you assure me that this should be take care this time. When I asked what will happen after a month after the expiry of the warranty? Do I need to call help line for the same issue after the warranty expires? She said I will have pay for the service after 1 year warranty and I said I cannot afford the cost after 1 year. She said I will arrange a phone call for you to talk to our Bhubaneswar, Odisha service manager and you can raise your concern to him. Waited for the whole day on 29 Sep 2016 and nobody called me. Like past, the technician visited and confirmed the gas pressure is down. He will come today 30 Sep 2016 to refill the gas. I called the VOLTAS customer care in night of 29 Sep 2016 for the replacement of the AC . He has raised a request number [protected] for the replacement and mentioned that I will receive a call today 30 Sep 2016 from Bhubaneswar, Odisha for the replacement of the AC. I am posting it 30 Sep 2016 12:30 AM and can sense the mental state.

    It's disgraceful that Voltas AC are worst in condition. After compiling to customer care prblm is not resolved in 15 days also. Worst in working worst in servicing. It's better to close the company i[censored]r not able to give services properly

      I purchased voltas 1 tone ac in last week of february 2015 for medical reasons.
      Ac went dead after a months usage. Service center guys came to visit after 4-5 weeks of launching complaint and they took the pcb with them..
      After that they came back in september 2015 after lot of follow up. During this period my ac was dead.
      After a long wait of 6 months they installed the another pcb, ac started working with scary supersonic jet noises along with no cooling.
      I want my money back before i start crying watching hard earned money getting wasted for supersonic jet installed on my wall of fame in my house.

        1.Kindly refer your retail invoice no 419 dated 16th September 2016 about the sale of an AC and a stabilizer sold to Shobhit University with the promise of its installation at A-87, Sector 57; NOIDA.

        2.The AC has not been fitted (Not Instaled In Working Condition) up to the date and it remains unusable. One reason of this pendency is that there is certain difference of opinion about how it needs to be installed. That should not be an issue by which a work is not completed. The issue could have been settled by talk.

        3.Kindly note that we have already paid the installation charges(Fitting charges).

        4.You are therefore requested to send your mechanic to install the AC immediately; and talk over the matter with our Shri Dinesh Saxena (Ph: [protected])

          I had purchased voltas aircooler at april 24, 2016 at SATHYA AGENCIES PVT LTD, WEST MASI STREET, MADURAI. At the evening the machine has delivered to my home & the machine can't running. I inform the details to the company they will replace a machine the next day. after 3 months again machine can't be running. I have call the company to give the details about the complaint.

          After 1 week the technicians are attend the air cooler complaint. They said the fan motor is totally zam, Need to change the fan motor. we are also tell ok.the next day the technician come & change the fan motor. But we are not satisfy with replaced fan motor. because fan motor speed is very low. it is not satisfy my family members including me. So i need replacement of new machine. so many times i have call the company for this complaint. But no response. Each time they said same answer "tomorrow technician come", "tomorrow technician come". But still not coming. This Voltas air cooler is not use. it is waste.

            I bought new ac in april 2016 not working and remote also not working, not swiching on, remote battery draining in hour. From the date of installation am complaining to check but no agency visit or they didnt send any authorised service people. They hve excuse always. If not solved am going to consumer court for sure.               I had complaint voltas customer care for not working the split ac. But till after 56 hours no action taken by your company. I had done remind 4 times.
              I had speak mr. Manish, vineet and 2 other guys. But i am still waiting for your services. My ac not working. If you can not give the service please tell me. I will arrange the engineer from outside and after that i never purchase your any product.

              Dear Sir, i had complaint for my ac last thursday. but no action taken by your company. i had called your customer care approx. 5 times and they told me your query will be resolved as soon as possible. but no body visit my office for this problem. i have 3 offices and purchased approx 10 to 12 AC of Voltas. but that time i think i did the mistake to purchase the voltas Product. because you have no values for your customer. I think leak the gas from copper pipe and AC not worked. sir if my problem not resolved today, i will write the social media for your product and services and i suggest everybody to not purchase the voltas product.                 A complaint was lodged with voltas under their request no [protected] towards the repairs of cooling coil & gas filling, on 07.08.2016. 6250/- paid towards the charges.

                Again complaint lodged on 20.09.2016 vide their request no. [protected] their engineer came & told us that gas is leaked due to their improper fitment last time, he took the snaps where the cooling coil was fixed. They took 350/- visiting charges from us & told us that the ac will be taken by them the next day & returned back on 22.09.2016. But they came in the evening & just pluged the ac & went away without waiting for the ac to run properly.

                Again called their toll free no. [protected] on 22.09.2016 at 23:59 & on 23.09.2016 at 13:11, but despite assurance no action at all, no request no given this time.

                Take action immediately as we are suffering without ac.

                  I purchase above unit on 23.3.2016 under 1+4 years warranty, thereby meaning that all parts becoming deffective during 5 years from date of purcase shall be replaced by company, however this exclude gas filling & labour Charges.In order to have peace of mind for full five years, I wish to cover the unit under comprehensive warranty, therby meaning that the unit is to be covered for free gas filling, servicing .

                  This is in reference to my complaint no’s [protected] and [protected] dated 24/07/2016 and 14/09/2016 respectively.

                  I had purchased air cooler in april 2016 which is under warranty period. I have already complained number of times for swing motor which is not working and when we displace air cooler all wheels came out one after another.

                  On first visit of your technician, he said company will replace both the parts. On next day a technician came and said the parts of this model are now being out of date and they have been replaced by new updated version which is not compatible with our machine. So, at-least 1 or 2 weeks will be required for replacement of the parts

                  Call on company technical support helpline number on 24/08/2016 and communicated:

                  I wait for a long period for any action from company side but not get any response. Thereafter, i called several times to local service team but the number was busy every time and even no call revert was done. Then, i call to company technical support helpline number who connected us with local service manager who said us that rest assured, problem will soon be resolved.

                  Call on company technical support helpline number on 09/09/2016 and communicated :

                  After last communication when no technician come to resolve the problem, i again called to technical support helpline who further forward my call to escalation department, service manager who again assured us for service and resolution of problem by today evening. But again, they failed to do so whereas a technician called us on 10/09/2016 and said that he will visit at our home after 30 min to resolve the problem.

                  After one hour, when i called the technician he replied due to some urgent work he had to go some another place and would be attained my complaint after 3 pm. He reached us near about 4 pm with the lower water tack of air cooler, after review of air cooler and communicated with one of the service manager and he said that parts will be replaced in sometime. Thereafter i also communicated with service manager for the same who said to give the phone to technician and they communicated for the solution of the same
                  .
                  The technician taken out the existing swing motor and said that we will resolve it today. Next two days there was no response from their side, so i called to local service manager 13/09/2016 the number was busy, the same thing happened on 14/09/2016.

                  Call on company technical support helpline number on 14/09/2016 and communicated

                  After no response from local service center, i made complained against local service team ref. No [protected]. The helpline technical support staff said my problem will be resolved soon.

                  Call on company technical support helpline number on 17/09/2016 and communicated

                  After last complaint there was no response from any service center, i put my effort again and made a call to your helpline number. They again took the service manager on call for the same, he said “today is vishwakarma pooja so i can’t do anything today, we will resolve it within next two days”.

                  After two days the same things happened, no response from local service and technical support helpline. The problem is same as it was on 24/07/2016.

                  Due to the above problem, i have suffered from one directional air flow of air cooler from more than a month. It is too hard to shift air cooler from one place to another place at home. The cooling capacity is going down after one month day by day. The speed of fan which we were getting initially at speed level number, now have been shifted to speed level no. 3.

                  From all the above facts and scenario it is quite clear that in a big brand voltas company, there is no complaint tracking system for the solution of customers’ complaint. The product is launched and sold without proper testing. There is nobody in company having proper monitoring of sale after service.

                  If there is any responsible person in company, take an action asap without making any false commitments.

                  After this i also raised my concern issue on yours Facebook Voltas appliance page.

                  Thereafter, a response from yours local service center on dated 24 Sep 16,
                  the technician visited and make same statement that we will resolve the issue by evening or tomorrow.

                  But they unable to provide the same till 27 Sep 16. So i inquire with local service center for the same and they reply that update will provide you after some time.

                  As they didn't revert any update about my complaint status yesterday, i call again today and they did not answer my call. After my two try, they reply us with message that part will provide by 30 sep 16.

                  Thus, we waiting for resolving of this issue in mean time; if you would did not able to provide solution at this time, i would do request in NCDRC for the mental and physical harassment and unavailability of consumer durable service.

                    During the Service of my Water Dispenser the Technician screwed up the hot water Dispenser and now I can't use it any more. After doing that he said " This would require the whole tank to be replaced" . Spoke to his Manager and manager was also not ready to take any action. I guess it better to go with the local Electricians than the people from Voltas who even dont know their own product.

                    Company should feel shameful with the deeds done by their support.

                    This is most pathetic customer service ever encountered in my life where Technician screw up customer equipment and company don't do anything about it.

                    Voltas should be sued in the court of law for this kind of support.

                    Would make sure I don't buy any equipment from Voltas and make sure i circulate the same message within my friend circle.

                      I am very frustrated with voltas service issue. This season AC is not working peroprly after various work by voltas. I don't know if voltas does not have good technician, how they exists in a market. I have called so may times to customer care technician comes resolve issue and after few days again AC not working well.

                      Please resolve my AC issue asap otherwise I will drop mail to voltas CEO.

                        Respected sir,
                        I have registered my complaint on 28/08/2016 (Request no. [protected]) as my split a/c internal fan is not working which is just changed by your company on 04/06/2016 after few days the problem remains same. Unfortunately my wife was hospitalize for a week. After coming from hospital i forwarded my complaint by customer care no.[protected] and requested to repair as soon as possible as we need a proper filter air for the patient.
                        But their is no such immediate action taken till now 14/09/2016. As i have forwarded my complaint many times by above mention no. & so requested their seniors but no action taken. Last visit by your employee is very worst they have not fix my a/c part properly after they gone one of a part of my a/c fall down which breaks my so costly glass show piece.
                        Its going to be one month for my complaint. I think voltas is a well brand. But when its provide this type of after sales service after paying a heavy billing amt. Of rs. 8700 we feel wast of money to purchase such a brand.
                        I again request you to provide me a proper service as soon as possible.

                        No such required action has taken by Voltas till now 24/09/2016 after being a long period of my complaint registered 28/08/2016. I have just received a call from voltas tech. department that I have to pay visit charge of Rs.500 then they will come and replace the part of a/c which is under warranty. If I have to pay then whats the meaning of dam warrant ? After that I call their customer care at[protected] to complaint of tech. department but they are more forwarded then their tech. department in cheating their customer they Sir now your a/c defected part is out of warranty you have to pay that part along with visit charge Rs. 4500. And when I told them that my a/c defected part is under warranty so why do I pay ? So they just say me that regarding this query our seniors will contact you then they cut my phone. Till now I do't have receive any call from them.

                        I think voltas made a new line to their customer[protected] cust me mar ... after purchase voltas products.

                        I think we do't have to buy these such brand products who are not will to provide after sales services . These companies are only money oriented not customer satisfactions oriented.

                        Voltas is one of the thief company who just try to empty their customer wallet by cheating their customer and making services charges again & again for same problem. And their representative who are attending our complaints are really such an uneducated, unmannered. Today 24/09/2016 I have call on voltas customer care no. they have transfer my call to (A.A. SOLUTIONS Mr. Rakesh ) at their authorized service Center for voltas Ltd. And that person does't know how to even talk to their customer firstly its misbehave with me on call, after that he refused to repair my ac. part which is under warranty.
                        Neither company nor their Authorized Service Center are attending my complaint seriously from last one month (28/08/2016) till now (24/09/2016) .
                        I suggest to my every friend not to buy Voltas ac. To buy Voltas ac is all wast of money because their is no after sale service, company just need money again and again on the name of service, it does't matter whether its under warranty or not.

                          Regarding my complain no.[protected] is stitt not resolved.Company is unable to supply pcb for ac & my ac is dead till. But company shows that problem is resolved & sent me anew complain no.1 [protected]. This is complete cheeting & Froudism with consumer also with consumer forums. After 28 days my problem is not resolved.m y ac is only 2 year old but. How much time is limit for a complain resolving? Pl. see it.

                            AC not cooling properly/error E2 on display

                            Hi,

                            I have raised a complaint with Tata voltas customer car as the gas in my voltas window AC 1.5 ton was out on 8th September 2016. A technician has visited my place and refilled the gas.
                            There is a little noise in the A/C along with an error display E2 subsequently. I have stopped using it completely as I wasn't sure what the error was.

                            Please resolve this error.

                            I have a split ac of voltas. Last one month my outdoor unit is too noisy. It is so noisy that i could not use my ac.I have complained to voltas customer care on 2nd sept 2016 .my complain id is [protected]. one technachian visited my house on 2nd sep and told me that the fan motor of outdoor unit is defective and he will replaced it within 4 to 5 days.Today is 13th sept still no service engineer visited my house.when i call to voltas customer care they always said that the engineer will visited as early as possible.Last 15 days i could not swich on my ac.Pathetic service given by voltas company.Pls also note that I have an amc with voltas regarding my ac.now i am thinking that if i have not an amc with voltas then they will replace the fan motor within 2 to 4 days.

                              Wort servicing from voltas ac service center located in delhi, i purchased a 1 ton split ac on april 2016, that runs for 1 year manufacturer warranty, after 5 months o[censored]sing the ac it break down due to leakage of gas. I called the customer care and requested to kindly send the technician in evening as me and my husband both are working, after 3 days of constant communication over call with the customer care executives, manager and the service providers i had to take leave from my office to do the repair and still the technician came at 5 pm in the evening after giving me time for 12 noon (wasted my Leave as well). they blamed the installation team for the leakage and weld the copper wire leakage at the outdoor unit twice in a week that cause damage to my outdoor unit. i can post the current image of burnt outdoor unit but there is no option to attach an image along, not even in the comment box the option is disabled.

                              Results are not at all satisfactory, AC is still not cooling as much as it does earlier even at the temperature of 20 degree.

                              The customer care executive stretched the whole complaint till 5 days and still did not apologize and even denied to send a written apology for the inconvenience and trouble i faced because of their bad practices

                              Kindly REPLACE the Outdoor unit asap.

                              FAKE PROMISES, UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS & UNRESOLVED ISSUES THAT WHAT VOLTAS SELLS. very disappointed with Voltas, never suggest to buy.

                                  staff came and took all parts from last week. after that we are calling your irresponsible & bad manner dealers and the same customer care unit kochi every day 3 or 4 times. there is no proper action and answer from both of them. so we dont want to repair this Air conditioner from your people. kindly instruct them to return all parts at same condition. so will repair with local people instead of the great Voltas.

                                    First of all anyone reading this message do not buy voltas acs. On august 11th i had a failure in my 5 star rated voltas ac used infrequently and less than two years old. I called voltas support and they came and took motor and pcb and said problem to be resolved in two days. Till today there is no response from anyone and i am only told pcb to reach from delhi. Almost one month ac lying idle. I called support several times. I also spoke to regional manager and they are completely useless. If you are from kerala region do not buy because parts have to come from delhi even though i am living in the capital of kerala there is no use. My job number is [protected].
