I have purchased the a/c from mahavir electronics, jamnagar, gujarat on 10th june, 2016

Since then 7-8 times technician have visited my home to solve the gas issue. Unit is not properly working, cooling issue still prevails. No one is properly answering my reply. I am going legally now.

Mr. Gupta the area head is giving any reply, the vendor always says he is not having any authority. What the hell is this???

I have purchased the ac specially for my infant kid. But you guys are doing very serious business. Once the product is sold there is no scope the customers then.

Seriously very frustrating. Have to call everyday asking the same procedure, receiving the same reply. No solution yet.

    Dear sir,
    I registered my complaint 2 times on customer care regarding my faulty installation, but whenever engineer came to attend the issue, he left unresolved on saying, this is installation issue, other team will come, but no one came in return.
    On my last complaint id [protected], same thing happened. I called area head of service on call, but he regretted to correct his installation.
    Piping from my internal ac unit to outer ac unit taken through window, which is longer route and all time need to keep it open, instead, that pipe could be routed from back side of internal ac unit, but he has taken from window which was longer path for what we paid approx. 4200 extra for piping. It is looking so cheap and for same reason, we are unable to fix our mirror, but service advisor denied to correct his issue because installation done in may 2016. I also informed him that, when installation person came, my parents were at home, and they were not knowing about all such things being senior citizens, but atleast he could see himself while installing unit as lot of space was available at back.
    I also told him, why he is charging as i am not asking to change the location of my ac, i am not installing my unit from one place to other for what he is asking reinstallation charges, i am just asking to correct your own installation for what you charged approx. 4800 from me. Instead to charge, he have to refund the amount of extra piping which was not required that much if he could do better routing which was actually required.
    Request you to please correct my issue on urgent basis as my mirror is not fixed and insects come inside home daily.

      This is in reference to my complaint no’s [protected] dt. 15/04/16 and[protected] dt. 04/05/16 & [protected] dt. 13/10/16 respectively.

      I had purchased air cooler1.5 ton in may 2015 which is under warranty period. i have already complained number of many times for not proper cooling with noise. after some time techinician come & see told me pcb not proper working have some problem he took with after 4-5 days he fitted on 18 april16 (with service).
      May 16 done service with ur technician a/c working properly but 2-3 day ago colling not properly i complain on [protected] dt. 13/10/16 technicain told me filter is choked this is chargeable service rs500. we say no problem go head. but cooling not effective after service than he says pcb is not proper working this is chageable rs2500. than i talk with service area maneger east delhi mr ronk anand - [protected] told me i see this matter but no reply till date & time so what i can do? this is product issu or fault in short time twise time pcb faulty. what is this? we are totaly stressful. kindly take needful action as soon as possiable. otherwise we go legally action against product.

      I had purchased Voltas AC in June 2016. this machine has not working from the beginning. The Shop salesman told that this is a manufacturing defect. I have complained many times but your service mechanic not solve that complaint.very bad sevice & very bad product

        M/c serial no:4511171/p/0f009398; doi:8.04.2011;complaint made for low cooling, service people attended, changed compressor, gas charge cooling done after service compressor fan got broken, repair done again fan got broken for third time, again service done, but the main issue of low cooling does not get solved, we had provided double booster stabilizer provided by the company, hence we are unable to use ur product, the very purpose of buying an ac for chennai was known to everyone, all the problems started since the first complaint made, we have unnecessarily paid amount to the service people, they are not giving any responsible answer despite our allout effort.Due to their irresponsible attitude e are suffering a lot by choosing your company product as a standard brand, but after raising complaint and the response from the service people left a bad opinion on your product, ours is a two storeyed building, for elyfurther puchase of ac for our building we are having second thought becoz of the bitter experience had with your service personnel, complaint raised during warranty period only, we have spent rs.15, 000 to 20000, but so far we are suffering, we loss our peace bcoz o[censored]r non responsibility o[censored]r service personnel, we are also business person, so service is most important, kindly do the needful immediately.

          I purchased a 1.5 ton of split ac of voltas co. From amazon. After one week not getting cooling in our room. Complaint has been lodged since 4 days but no body is responding. Install guys told me we have not installed so we will not give you one yr guarantee. It's voltas co. Responsibility to give us one yr watantee or a person who install my ac is responsible. If your install person charge me rs. 2500 where market rate is 1500 why anybody will give rs 2500 for same work. Regularly i m talking to your customer care staff and local install guys they are very adamant not to give me proper solution. I hv all communication recorded it will be flash if i am not getting proper solution for this. Today your customer care ladies told me to check your ac the person will visit today evening but now when i called some other person name didar told me today is our holiday so nobody will come. There is no proper communication i am getting.

            I had bought voltas window air-condition in year 2014...
            Feb 2016 i had logged a complaint that the ac is not working, it was told to me that there is a gas leakage and the ac was taken to voltas service centre and got back after 3 days.
            Now again the same problem is come and the compressor is gone.
            My question is how a compressor have gone within 2 years...
            Request you to please check into it...
            Please note... I have all the necessary bills with me.

            Complaint filed 20 days before not solved till now. Senior department also not working properly.product is under AMC . Executives came and found gas leakage and said that problem will be resolved tomorrow.but no action taken against this .I am calling 3 to 4 times a day but not getting any satisfactory answers. Pls do something to this.

              I bought an AC from Voltas six months back and I'm not satisfied with the working condition of the AC.

              With in a month from the date of purchase, AC cooling is not very effective and also got some noise from AC. I myself checked the Air filter on the AC which was fully occupied with the dust. So I removed and cleaned it. After that AC worked well for some days and in next few weeks I end up with the same issue, so again removed the AC filter and cleaned it.

              Same issue was keep on repeating atleast two to three weeks once. So i fed up and registered a complaint with Voltas service center. A person from service center inspected the AC and did the same cleaning which I was doing. I explained him the scenairo and he made me to talk with the service center owner. I explained the issue with him and he was not responding well. He told me that I wont face the same issue again and he is asking me to clean the AC air filter once in two weeks which is abnormal.

              Immediately after 3 weeks from the service date, I end up with the same issue again. I need a permanent solution for this issue. Cleaning AC filter once in two weeks is not suppose to be the right solution. I feel there is a problem with this type of AC. One thing I noticed is the Air filter is at the top of the panel and thus dust gets occupied easily.

              This is my second AC with voltas and i don't get this kind of issue with my first AC. Also i used to clean the air filter in my first AC once in six months which is acceptable.

              Request your immediate action on this and provide a permanent solution.

              As per your instruction, I got a call from Voltas customer care(this time different vendor) and informed me that they will come and rectify the problem. Request no [protected] raised for the same.

              As usual two persons from customer care came today (Nov 11, 2016) and cleaned the Air filter and told me that AC is working fine now. But my actual problem is different. I know the issue is because of dust occupied in the Air filter and I don't want to clean the same once in two weeks.

              Problem is with the AC type which I'm owning now and need a replacement as a permanent solution. I don't want some one to come and clean the AC air filter every time I log a request.

                Hello, i have made complaint for my ac about it is not cooling properly. I made my first complaint on 8sep16, and asked that person specifically to send technician on saturday or sunday, because we r working and nobody will be there to attend you, that lady assured me for saturday or sunday visit. After that i got call from some service center to which my complaint got assigned. That person told me like sorry ma’am, we have to close the compliant within 24 hour. I told him the same reason like you will not find anyone at home. Then what he told me, ok we can do one thing, we r updating your complaint with status of door locked, then only technician will visit you on saturday. I said ok. But what happened, no one came for that complaint. Chalo i left that at there. After that i made another complaint on 23 sep 16 at 12.40pm at customer care, on friday so that they can visit my place on saturday. I didn’t tell anything about earlier complaint. What happened, this time technical visited my place on saturday at 6pm, after 24 hours of complaint, means what the drama earlier man was doing, about closing of complaint in 24 hours, was fake. Ok, then technician, came and found that the gas has finished off. I asked him like we had done this gas filling just2 months back, how it can happen this much soon. He said might be there is some leakage. Ok, then he said he would send some other guy to check whether there is some problem of leakage. Then next day 2 person came and after some test they found, it has a coil problem. And said this part will be replaced, because we have done amc, and he will get that part and change it on monday. I, specially asked him don’t make false commitment and tell the exact day when u can come. But he said yes, monday pacca. But monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday all left. I made one more complaint at customer care and told her whole story and inconvenience without ac in this hot weather.
                You won’t believe at the time of amc renewal these guys visited my home daily for 4-5 days. But now we are behind them like we are begging them for do free service.

                  Dear Sir/Madam

                  I bought Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star 185 JY Split Smart AC from SNAPDEAL Order ID: [protected] Dt 02.11.2015 (Rs.32740/-). AC was delivered on Nov 20 2016. Installation Team of VOLTAS installed AC on Nov 21 2015 (Request No [protected]). Within 4 months, ACs stopped cooling. Registered a complain at help line number [protected] on 22 Mar 2016 (Request no [protected]) and the technician provided service immediately, found the pressure of the gas is less than 65 PSI and refilled the gas. The technician could not detect the gas leakage anywhere). Again less than week time, observed that AC is not getting cool and called helpline number [protected] on 27 Mar 2016 (Request no [protected]).The technician provided service immediately, found the pressure of the gas is less than 65 PSI and refilled the gas. The technician could not detect the gas leakage anywhere).Now the AC ran good for 3 weeks . Again we feel that AC cooling is not very effective and called helpline number [protected] on 13 Apr 2016 (Request no [protected]). The customer executive promised me to arrange a senior technician to fix the problem permanently .The senior technician visited home and said time there is an leakage due to which gas pressure is coming down. He fixed the leakage and refilled the gas. This time I was very happy assuming that the real cause of the leakage was detected and issue will not reappear. Believe me, within next 3 weeks, we felt AC cooling effect is not so great (at least not expected from VOLTAS TATA Product) and called helpline number [protected] on 6 May 2016 (Request no [protected]).This time I was personally present at home when the engineer provided service. I politely request him to fix the coolant issue permanently (Gas pressure came down) in order to give us peace of mind and he refilled the gas. He could not detect leakage and could not figure it out why the gas pressure is coming down. I mentioned to him, this issue is reoccurring from the month of March and root cause is not yet known. What I need to do after the 1 year warranty? I cannot afford the cost to refill the gas every 2 months . He has no answer for my query.

                  Again 29 Sep 2016 I called help line number [protected] on 29 Sep 2016 (Request no [protected]) for the same cooling issue . This time I talked VOLTAS Sr executive Rama (Do not her full name, she refused to disclose her full name when I requested) raising the voice for the old issue. She said I will arrange the senior engineer for the service and everything will be take care this time. I said the issue is not being corrected so far and this is my 5th request in last 10 month time for the same issue and how can you assure me that this should be take care this time. When I asked what will happen after a month after the expiry of the warranty? Do I need to call help line for the same issue after the warranty expires? She said I will have pay for the service after 1 year warranty and I said I cannot afford the cost after 1 year. She said I will arrange a phone call for you to talk to our Bhubaneswar, Odisha service manager and you can raise your concern to him. Waited for the whole day on 29 Sep 2016 and nobody called me. Like past, the technician visited and confirmed the gas pressure is down. He will come today 30 Sep 2016 to refill the gas. I called the VOLTAS customer care in night of 29 Sep 2016 for the replacement of the AC . He has raised a request number [protected] for the replacement and mentioned that I will receive a call today 30 Sep 2016 from Bhubaneswar, Odisha for the replacement of the AC. I am posting it 30 Sep 2016 12:30 AM and can sense the mental state.

                      I purchased voltas 1 tone ac in last week of february 2015 for medical reasons.
                      Ac went dead after a months usage. Service center guys came to visit after 4-5 weeks of launching complaint and they took the pcb with them..
                      After that they came back in september 2015 after lot of follow up. During this period my ac was dead.
                      After a long wait of 6 months they installed the another pcb, ac started working with scary supersonic jet noises along with no cooling.
                      I want my money back before i start crying watching hard earned money getting wasted for supersonic jet installed on my wall of fame in my house.

                        2.The AC has not been fitted (Not Instaled In Working Condition) up to the date and it remains unusable. One reason of this pendency is that there is certain difference of opinion about how it needs to be installed. That should not be an issue by which a work is not completed.                           I had purchased voltas aircooler at april 24, 2016 at SATHYA AGENCIES PVT LTD, WEST MASI STREET, MADURAI. At the evening the machine has delivered to my home & the machine can't running. I inform the details to the company they will replace a machine the next day. after 3 months again machine can't be running. I have call the company to give the details about the complaint.

                          After 1 week the technicians are attend the air cooler complaint. They said the fan motor is totally zam, Need to change the fan motor. we are also tell ok.the next day the technician come & change the fan motor. But we are not satisfy with replaced fan motor. because fan motor speed is very low. it is not satisfy my family members including me. So i need replacement of new machine. so many times i have call the company for this complaint. But no response. Each time they said same answer "tomorrow technician come", "tomorrow technician come". But still not coming. This Voltas air cooler is not use. it is waste.

                                A complaint was lodged with voltas under their request no [protected] towards the repairs of cooling coil & gas filling, on 07.08.2016. 6250/- paid towards the charges.

                                Again complaint lodged on 20.09.2016 vide their request no. [protected] their engineer came & told us that gas is leaked due to their improper fitment last time, he took the snaps where the cooling coil was fixed. They took 350/- visiting charges from us & told us that the ac will be taken by them the next day & returned back on 22.09.2016. But they came in the evening & just pluged the ac & went away without waiting for the ac to run properly.

                                Again called their toll free no. [protected] on 22.09.2016 at 23:59 & on 23.09.2016 at 13:11, but despite assurance no action at all, no request no given this time.

                                Take action immediately as we are suffering without ac.

                                  This is in reference to my complaint no’s [protected] and [protected] dated 24/07/2016 and 14/09/2016 respectively.

                                  I had purchased air cooler in april 2016 which is under warranty period. I have already complained number of times for swing motor which is not working and when we displace air cooler all wheels came out one after another.

                                  On first visit of your technician, he said company will replace both the parts. On next day a technician came and said the parts of this model are now being out of date and they have been replaced by new updated version which is not compatible with our machine. So, at-least 1 or 2 weeks will be required for replacement of the parts

                                  Call on company technical support helpline number on 24/08/2016 and communicated:

                                  I wait for a long period for any action from company side but not get any response. Thereafter, i called several times to local service team but the number was busy every time and even no call revert was done. Then, i call to company technical support helpline number who connected us with local service manager who said us that rest assured, problem will soon be resolved.

                                  Call on company technical support helpline number on 09/09/2016 and communicated :

                                  After last communication when no technician come to resolve the problem, i again called to technical support helpline who further forward my call to escalation department, service manager who again assured us for service and resolution of problem by today evening. But again, they failed to do so whereas a technician called us on 10/09/2016 and said that he will visit at our home after 30 min to resolve the problem.

                                  After one hour, when i called the technician he replied due to some urgent work he had to go some another place and would be attained my complaint after 3 pm. He reached us near about 4 pm with the lower water tack of air cooler, after review of air cooler and communicated with one of the service manager and he said that parts will be replaced in sometime. Thereafter i also communicated with service manager for the same who said to give the phone to technician and they communicated for the solution of the same
                                  .
                                  The technician taken out the existing swing motor and said that we will resolve it today. Next two days there was no response from their side, so i called to local service manager 13/09/2016 the number was busy, the same thing happened on 14/09/2016.

                                  Call on company technical support helpline number on 14/09/2016 and communicated

                                  After no response from local service center, i made complained against local service team ref. No [protected]. The helpline technical support staff said my problem will be resolved soon.

                                  Call on company technical support helpline number on 17/09/2016 and communicated

                                  After last complaint there was no response from any service center, i put my effort again and made a call to your helpline number. They again took the service manager on call for the same, he said “today is vishwakarma pooja so i can’t do anything today, we will resolve it within next two days”.

                                  After two days the same things happened, no response from local service and technical support helpline. The problem is same as it was on 24/07/2016.

                                  Due to the above problem, i have suffered from one directional air flow of air cooler from more than a month. It is too hard to shift air cooler from one place to another place at home. The cooling capacity is going down after one month day by day. The speed of fan which we were getting initially at speed level number, now have been shifted to speed level no. 3.

                                  From all the above facts and scenario it is quite clear that in a big brand voltas company, there is no complaint tracking system for the solution of customers’ complaint. The product is launched and sold without proper testing. There is nobody in company having proper monitoring of sale after service.

                                  If there is any responsible person in company, take an action asap without making any false commitments.

                                  After this i also raised my concern issue on yours Facebook Voltas appliance page.

                                  Thereafter, a response from yours local service center on dated 24 Sep 16,
                                  the technician visited and make same statement that we will resolve the issue by evening or tomorrow.

                                  But they unable to provide the same till 27 Sep 16. So i inquire with local service center for the same and they reply that update will provide you after some time.

                                  As they didn't revert any update about my complaint status yesterday, i call again today and they did not answer my call. After my two try, they reply us with message that part will provide by 30 sep 16.

                                  Thus, we waiting for resolving of this issue in mean time; if you would did not able to provide solution at this time, i would do request in NCDRC for the mental and physical harassment and unavailability of consumer durable service.

                                    During the Service of my Water Dispenser the Technician screwed up the hot water Dispenser and now I can't use it any more. After doing that he said " This would require the whole tank to be replaced" . Spoke to his Manager and manager was also not ready to take any action. I guess it better to go with the local Electricians than the people from Voltas who even dont know their own product.

                                    Company should feel shameful with the deeds done by their support.

                                    This is most pathetic customer service ever encountered in my life where Technician screw up customer equipment and company don't do anything about it.

                                    Voltas should be sued in the court of law for this kind of support.

                                    Would make sure I don't buy any equipment from Voltas and make sure i circulate the same message within my friend circle.
