Dear sir,

I have purchased a voltas 155cy/ey 1.2 ton - 5 star rated air split conditioner and since from 4th day of this a/c installation i am facing repeated gas leakage / low freon re-filling issue.

I have complained thrice to voltas customer support team for the same issue and they sent local technician (Don’t have voltas id card, seems to be third party vendor who don’t have any proper technical knowledge)...

I have called to customer care and ordered a service support to my home. After few days engineer called me and told I will come with in few days but he never came. Then again I call customer support they told your request has been canceled due to some technical error and they reopen my request. This process continues 4 time but still they cancel my service request and again reopen it. My request number is [protected]...

It is very unfortunate to send this complaint mail regarding Air Conditioner to you in only two months of buying the appliance. I have bought the Voltas split A.C. (model no. 183 CY) from one of your authorized dealer (Hari T.V. Centre, Baraut-250611). Only after 1.5 months it stopped cooling with lots of water leakage from both inside and outside units. It proved to be a worst product as my other ac from LG is working fine...

We have purchased new voltas ac from reliance digital. The product has abnormal noise and after numerous complaints to voltas and reliance digital, both were not able to fix it. We are now demanding replacement of the split ac as the product is defective and is not reparable after numerous visits of voltas engineers and reliance digital engineers. It has been now 45 days for our continuous follow up with voltas and reliance but...

Im from nashik, complaining about tata voltas service employee RAUF SHIEKH works at kanada corner office. He checked my ac and said its sensor must be faulty and it will be replaced. He was going to come on 6th june 2016 monday. Till now i called him atleast 4-5 times and he said he'll be sending an employee. But uptil now he did'nt do it yet its 14 june now and every time he responds same....

I booked Voltas 1 ton Ac on 1st june 2016 in Old Washermen Pet.It is assured it will be delivered on 3rd june but it got delay and delivered on 5th.One delivery they missed the stabilizer, again i want to visit to branch to get the stabilizer.

I have bought Split A.C 1.5 Ton from Vijay Sales, Noida Last month only. Firstly, I have got problem of water leakage and submit complaint two times and did not resolve it. Service man told me that Split AC have defected one and need to be replace. Now day, I got another problem that A.C cooling did not work properly.

This is really serious issue and request to replace my split AC ASAP.

I've purchased 1.5 Ton AC on 2nd Jan 2016 from a authorized seller (Anit Associates, Saharanpur) of VOLTAS. and it stopped working after 3 days of installation. I've lodged complaint about it on Voltas Customer care but no one came to solve the issue. I have complaint them about 10 times for this issue and still waiting for the response.

Once one engineer visited my house and charge me rs.450/- from that day no single action taken.. I was calling at your customer care center no of times. They giving only hope that your problem will attended...

I first called the customer care for servicing of the voltas ac on 5th. June, 2016. Request no. [protected]. The customer care executive assured that the service team would call within 24 hours. However, I did not receive any call.

Again I called the customer care on 10th June, 2016. This time also I got the assurance that the service team would call within 24 hours.

I even mailed one complaint to the customer...

Brought an air cooler from voltas just before 2 months Now when I switch on the pump water is coming out. Already lodged a complain about it and it has already been 40 hours and my problem has not been sorted out... Never buy any product from voltas..they are saying that it will take anoder day... I[censored] can't give customer satisfaction then why are they selling products.....

I purchased my Voltas 185JY 1.5 ton 5 star AC from Snapdeal. Then I requested Voltas customer care for installation of AC with Reference no. [protected]. But the installation done by the technician Mr. Moin was very bad and his behaviour was also very rude! Bought a new voltas 1.5ton Ac.. after installation...it was found that its spendle blower was wear out.. I was facing problem with the AC. Then i called voltas care center. They sent their technician and he told me that my compressor is not working well. So, it needs to be changed. And then i bought new compressor from the care center and still i am facing the same problem. I paid 9000rs for the new compressor and that is of no use. I am having 1 year warranty of the compressor. But whenever their technician comes, he says there is voltage problem....

I bought voltas air cooler from lotus electronics indore dated 08-apr-2016. Model number 35863 - voltas room cooler ve-d60m. I am not happy with your products because cooler wheel not fixed it comes out when cooler running. And cooler fan also making noise when it switch on. I need fixed wheel cooler. And i want to replace products immediately. It's very dangerous for children.
