    We have filed a complaint with voltas a week back regarding the ac was not working. It was checked and found that the compressor needs to be replaced since the compressor is in warranty but now its more than 6 days that nobody is listening to our complaint. Service center technician is not responding to our call and we are getting the dame reply for the customer care we want to escalate this to somebody senior in the company but we are not getting response for anywhere.

      I have purchased the aforesaid ac from vijay sales on 14.10.2014 for my hall room and ever since its purchase there had been cooling issue. Engineer visited my place and stated that this is inverter ac and it takes some more time to get cooling.

      Very strangely on 02.07.2016, i received phone call from aman enterprises thane (Stating to be authorised voltas service centre) for dry service. Engineer by name nilesh - was accompanied by one more person during said servicing, they insisted for entering into amc for same. Amc rates being on higher side, i thought of inquiring the same in person and therefore i avoided the same. They did servicing to both internal and external unit and left the premises without giving me any servicing slip.

      After about 10 -12 days on arrival of guest, i put on the ac and it was showing es or e5. I reported the same to aman enterprises on 15.07.2016 and also spoke to engineer nilesh on celll no. [protected] and they assured to sent me engineer and look into the same. It has been two day from date of said assurance, neither their engineer has arrived nor they are picking up my phone call.

      I feel this is some type of trick played by your authorised service centre to damage the unit and then put the customers for harrassment and demand heavy amount of repair charges or to accept their exorbitant amc rates.

      I would want to kindly look into the same and get my unit repaired urgently. My contact details are as under.

      Today,

      Service Technician by name Saddam was sent by Aman Enterprise to look into my complain for E5 error.

      The Service Technician was unable to detect the fault. on some preliminary testing, he arrived to conclusion that indoor & outdoor climate sensor and Room temperature sensor cables are faulty. He immediately changed the same and AC started working. However while he was very much present during said visit, there was no cooling sensed and therefore AC was changed to 16 Degree and immediate thereafter AC once again went to E5 error mode.

      The Service Technician called his Senior to resolve the same and on their instruction informed me that there is problem with the motor, which will cost around 2500/-. He stated that motor will be fitted by his Senior Technician and started demanding visit charge. i declined to pay the same on the ground that subject complaint was not resolved.

      The subject issue was thereafter reported to Aman Enterprise, i showed my disagreement to such technical view as suggested by Service Technician (who was instructed by some technical person on cell phone). It is strange as to how service technician can come to conclusions without seeing the machine. Conclusions of Technician on cell phone is not acceptable to me and moreso when my complaint is not resolved.

      I decline to act to advice of Senior technician, who has not seen my machine and who simply believed Service Technician and advised him to change the motor. I am of the firm view that some Senior technician who should be well versed with the technical aspect of machine, should look into the defect and advice me properly.

      I have clarified Aman Enterprises that i shall not pay any money, unless my complaint is resolved. I cannot be expected to go on changing parts of the machine at advice of service technician and spending money without any outcome.

      Purchased new voltas split ac. But no cooling. Ser centre technician visited he told to replace the part. But since 2 months co. not providing parts. Called cc more then 100 times but no solution . Worst company. Worst service. Never buy product of voltas.

        Hi, have registered a complaint for water leakage in water storage machine on 15the july and got a message from voltas stating that the appointment is scheduled for 15th. On 16th i got a call from the technical team who was rude on the call and was not ready to listen and said that technician will reach only by tuesday that is 19th july and i can complain to whomsoever i want... If this is the kind of service which we will get under warranty period then god knows what will happen post that

          I ms soni had purchased 1.5 ton w/ac on 30.06.13 from anuj electronics shop no.9/b-13 shalimar garden extn ii sahibabad. the following defects/complaints were raised in voltas service center in ghaziabad:-
          I) 30.04.15-not cooling, gas filled, amount paid rs.2900/-
          Ii) 02.08.15-display not working, replaced, amount paid rs.2840/-
          Iii) 09.04.16-not cooling, gas filled, amount paid rs.2950/-
          Iv) 01.07.16-not cooling/gas leaked, ac not repaired so for
          On query from voltas service center, ghaziabad, they are reluctant to repair my ac under warranty of 90 days to avoid their faulty repairs tn the past. now they are demanding rs.6000/- & above to hide their mistake saying cooling coil defective.
          Request repair my ac under warranty on priority

          Quality of product 1.5 Ton AC Window is BAD, Only deceiving to customer.

            This is reference to the subject matter & our complaint reference number - [protected] dated[protected], that we had purchased a voltas 1.5 ton split ac from cool care raebareli dated[protected]

            That from last 15-20 days we are facing some problem in our ac that the compressor of the same is regularly cutting off after running of 10-15 min,. From the day of installation it is not at all functioning. I made a no of verbal request to the dealer either to repair or to replace the ac but no any solution was provided to me. On 25.06.2016 i lodged online complaint regarding the problem. The request id was [protected] but to no avail.
            I need a quick resolution for this from voltas team.

              Many complaints were registered for the new voltas cooler purchased on 21/04/2016 (nearly 3 months back). the complaints were registered on 9th may, 22nd may, 10th june 2016 with complaints reg. no's - [protected], [protected], [protected]. no one came and checked the product but got an sms with issue resolved. with out resolving issue how can u close the complaint. kindly look into this problem as soon as possible. on making many calls to your customer care there is no proper responce from them. it seems really poor after sale service.

                1. i have purchased voltas split a. c. 1.5 ton [eu 183 cy] on 21.6.2016.

                2. i found that a. c is not working efficiently.
                3. i lodged a complaint at customer service centre chandigarh on 30.6.2016 regarding a. c. is not working properly.

                4. service engineers visited the house and check the a. c. and informed that the gas level is very low. we will come tomorrow to fill the gas.

                5. on 5.7.2016 service engineers visited the house and filled the gas in the a. c. and told that now the a. c. is o. k.

                6. on the same day i. e. 5.7.2016, i intimated the customer service centre that the position is still stand. no progress of cooling has been noticed so check it and do the needful.

                7. i again lodged a complaint on 6.7.2016, 7.7.2016, 8.7.2016, 9.7.2016, 10.7.2016, 11.7.2016 no one to attend the complaint.


                Sir, today the name of voltas is selling in the indian market, but the service centre is not caring of the customers, how you accept the firm to service your product who will harm you and your product. you really see the future of the voltas product in near future. i request you to please take necessary action to the service centre as they are not treating their customer well. there is no worth in the cost they are costing as they have very pathetic service. i am logging to log a complaint against you and your service centre, i am going to pull you to consumer forum. i request your good self to exchange the split a. c. 1.5 ton or face legal action and you will have to pay all the expenses borne by me.

                  I have wrote a complaint on your helpline vide complaint no. [protected] on dt. 09th july, 2016 but the complaint was cancelled without resolve the problem. My complaint was attended after several attempt on 11-07-16 and the technician told that the motor would be replaced tomorrow but today i. E.12-07-16 when i tried to talk to him, he could not pick my phone neither mr. Tyagi attend the phone. This is the great unsatisfactory act doing by your customer care. And the complaint was cancelled by him without confirmation taking from me. So kindly take the necessary action to resolve the problem immediately.
                  I will share this incident to social media also and say to all my relatives and friends to not purchase the voltas product because your services after sale was very poor

                    Hi sir/mam,

                    I have purchased a new ac only 4 months back and around 20 days ago i called technicians from voltas for repairing the ac as the drain pipe was block. Somehow they resolve the issue but meanwhile they were working on the ac they just break some part of new ac due to which now its not being closed properly.

                    After noticing this, i call customer care and raise the complaint regarding this issue from that time i have raised 4 tickets one after other and all were cancelled saying the issue has been resolved over phone but the fact is i haven't received any call from service centre.

                      I had purchased 1.5t voltas sac 18v dy split inverter type air conditioner on 24.05.2015 from m/s khosla electronics pvt ltd., 38/3a, gariahata road (southend road), opposite of amri hospital, kolkata - 700029.

                      After installation of the machine on 26.05.2015 i faced some technical problems and the machine turned off after switching and displayed "f8". the matter was brought to the notice of service center m/s s n refrigeration, 60/10, golam hossain sarder lane, shibpur, howrah - 711 102 on 14.07.15. the technician reported after examining the system that "low pressor: f8" and could not solve the problem. technician again came on 8.9.2015 after calling and some how managed to start the machine and reported that the machine was running smoothly and solved the"f8" problem but it seemed that the problem was not solved rather could not be solved from the root and i was in doubt from their conversation that the technicians were no at all conversant with this model as well as the fault displayed. the service provider was again informed on 22.04.2016 for the said fault and attended but advised to purchase a voltage stabilizer since the voltage was not enough and the problem was occurred off and on. the electrical service lines had been checked by licensed electrician and found okay. but till date the problem "f8" could not be solved and the air conditioner is lying idle. mean while the warranty period expired. again the matter has been informed to the toll free number and if the problem could not be solved the matter would be reported the appropriate authority.

                        I have purchased voltas split ac 2 months back. for which i have a problem of water leakage. i have raised the compliant with your customer carer on a phone call on 6
                        29 june 2016. first they told me that technician will visit in 24 hours. then after 24 hours when call again they told me 24 working hours means after 3 days.
                        Again i called after that time period so mr. nitesh of your call center that technician will visit late by late on 8th july
                        Then again i call in saturday morning they told me technician will visit today. i am calling 10 time but technician is not visit. very poor service.

                          I bought this product on 28 apr 2015 [from ace technomark, sector 18, noida 201301, invoice # 438 ]and during the first year it ran fine.

                          But in the start of second year the gas leaked and we had to re-fill it. The service was done by swift aircare, sector 44, noida 201301

                          Again after 1 month the gas has leaked and technician is suggested the cooling pad to be replaced. This request # [protected] was logged on 6th july and the service center is saying that this can't be fulfilled before 11th july 2016. Service has been taking care by swift aircare, sector 44, noida 201301

                          1. Poor quality - i didn't expect this poor quality from voltas. Imagine 30% of the total cost [inr 20, 000] i have to bear in the first year itself for maintenance
                          2. Poor customer service - taking 5 days for the service and that too with repeated requests/follow up is too much. And that too it is still not fixed and delivered

                          This is quite a harassment where you buy something for comfort but what you get is poor product and with poor service.

                          I request you to look into this issue and see how we can be compensated for this harrowing experience

                          I haven't heard back from anyone from Voltas team yet . The AC is still not fixed in 7 days . This is pathetic service
                          I have still not heard from your team . If calling the customer and responding on social media could take more than 5 days, then I am not sure how much time you will take to fix the issue

                          This period has affected my performance, personal life and family is suffering inspite of spending money on Voltas AC

                            voltas online team just copy paste message .Now even after a week nobody visited to solve my complain.and when i call customer care they always say we will contact local service center and get back to you within two hours.and then no call from customer care.when i again call after 4 to 5 hours they say we cannot call as there was a technical issue( i cant understand technical issue in just calling customer and updating him) and also the technical issue dame everyday .

                              This is reference to the subject matter & our complaint reference number - [protected] dated[protected], that we had purchased a voltas 1.0 ton window ac from aaco amritsar vide there invoice no 2184 dated[protected].

                              That from last 15-20 days we are facing some problem in our ac that the compressor of the same is regularly cutting off after running of 10-15 min, when the outside temperatures is on higher side (more than 35 degree)
                              We had lodged a complaint & in response on 2-7-2016 a local service engineer from your authorized service center m/s a c service plaza visited our place, that was a rainy day & our ac on that particular day was working ok, local engineer gave his personal contact number to us & asked us that our complaint is pending at their end & we can call him if there will be any problem in next 3-4 days, he also requested us to not to make any call to call center in relation to this complaint.

                              Sir yesterday after 3 -4 day again we observed the same problem in our ac & we contacted him at the given contact number, in the evening some another person from same service center visited our place & during his initial inspection he found that our ac compressor is not working and after 4-5 min it started again at a temp of 30 degree, in spite of proper diagnosis of proper route cause for these regular cut off’s the local engineer advised us to use the ac at a pre set temperature of 25 degree & above, he also asked us to shut off the ac at a regular intervals of 1-2 hours, for better efficiency. we tried our level best to clarify him that we are regularly facing this problem of compressor cut off but he denied & asked to go back with a perception that ac is working ok. & also the same is mentioned on his report book.

                              We requested him to wait for few more time for proper diagnosis but he refused with a comment that he cannot wait for more than 15 min at one place because he have many more complaints to attend, further he asked for visiting & inspection fee rs 350/- which we had paid to him, but as we were not satisfied we asked him to provide us a visiting report so that we can post our feedback but that was not available with him then after we had wrote a negative feedback on his invoice book.

                              Sir here i just want to confirm from your good self that is the voltas ac has this much substandard quality that it cannot maintain a room temperature below than 25 degree (as it was advised by your local engineer) where as the room size is only 64 sq. feet and also is it mandatory for all the consumers of vol tas ac’s that they have to prevent over heating of ac compressor by shutting off the ac at a regular intervals of 1-2 hours.

                              Sir keeping in view of the pathetic service by your local servicing dealer you are requested to depute your qualified & trained service engineer to resolve our issue at the earliest and also be sure that that the visit of the same should be planned on a hot sunny day.

                                I have make call in customer care number, for servicing of my voltas split ac, on 24/02/2016, thereafter i received the call from the customer care, for confirmation, then after some time, i again lodged a complaint regarding servicing, then i received a message, regarding completing my complaint, while no body attend my complaint. the complaint number is [protected]. due to non attendance by any engineer of voltas, the said ac got problem, due to which i have to call local engineer. Once again I received a call from vlotas customer care number [protected], regarding my complaint, which i had lodged on 24/02/2016, 28/04/2016 and many times more. Please state why i should not lodged a complaint against voltas company in Consumer Forum, for such mental harassment and loss of money.

                                  Hello, i put complain on 9th june. technician came after two days but could not solve the problem. and told me problem in pcb card and we need to order it. he came after again next week with wrong pcb card and told me we need to order new pcb for this model becoz the card he got not belong to my 1.2 ton inverter ac. then i call to coustmer care and they promise me time till 28th june. i waited and call to coustmer care again on 28th june in evening about no one turn up then they told me to wait till 30th. but same no one turn up on 30th and i range again to coustmer care and they give me excuse part is not available and will be arranged till 4 july but happened nothing on 4th july and call back again to coustmer care on 6th july regarding part but got same answer arranging part.
                                  What should i do plz suggest me. should i go to consumer court for this becoz its nearly month and they could not solve my problem.

                                    Hi Sir/Mam,

                                    I have purchased a new AC only 4 months back and around 20 days ago i called technicians from Voltas for repairing the AC as the drain pipe was block. Somehow they resolve the issue but meanwhile they were working on the AC they just break some part of new AC due to which now its not being closed properly.

                                    After noticing this, i call customer care and raise the complaint regarding this issue from that time i have raised 4 tickets one after other and all were cancelled saying the issue has been resolved over phone but the fact is i haven't received any call from service centre.

                                    Sir, why its happening with me why the people from your service centre are lying and cancelling my request.

                                      I registered a complaint about ac on 02.07.2016 vide complaint no [protected] after that the company give me a date 05.07.2016 for redress. on 05.07.2016 at 6.00 p. m. i called to [protected] about not responding/solution of my complaint. due to my complaint about not coming or not any call from technician, the company send a message " your request no [protected] has been cancelled. reason customer not responding.
                                      I did not received any call from technician/any other but the company closed /cancelled intentionally to harass me.
                                      This type of wrong attitude not appriciable,

                                        I made a complaint on 22 june for splic AC not working properly. Technician visited on 23rd and found one part to be replaced. But since now no action taken by the company. I must say its really a poor service.
