Maine bhut trust karke voltas window ac purchase kiya tha jo 23/06/2013 bill date thi pr abse kch din pahle is ac ka compressure khrab ho gya maine customer care ko bhi complaint note krayi..to ap logo ne btaya ki compressure 5 yrs warantty main hai to bs apko 350 service charge ar 1500 gas charge dena hai...par apka service centre wala 3000 rupees ki demand kr rha hai...ar bht buri language use kr rha hai..uska saaf kehna hai ap chahe complain kre ya kch aur rupees 3000 hi lgegnge..

Main warning se dar gya hu isliye apko complaint post kr rha hu..please meri help kre...main company charge dene ko agree hu with original bill ki xerox ke sath...Thank You

    Sir,
    This is to draw your kind attention to the fact that i have purchased an air conditioner being model no. 183cy 1.5 ton ac 3 star, having unit serial no. 4551647a[protected] and [protected]k007154 on 02.04.2015, which was installed on 05.04.2015. to my utter surprise, the concerned a/c was started having problem of water leakage from indoor unit after one month and the matter was informed to your concern and on 25.05.2015 the concerned person from your service center tried to resolve the problem. it is worthwhie to mention in this connection that the air conditioner was not used in the winter season. after started using the same in the month of april, 2016, it started giving the same problem of water leakage from the indoor unit vehemently and i was constrained to inform the service center on 15.04.2016. the concerned personnel came on 16.04.2016 and again tried to resolve the problem by taking charge of rs. 400.00 but on 18.04.2016 the same problem again cropped up and the matter was attained by another personnel of your concern on 19.04.2016 who also tried to solve the problem. but to my utter astonishment the problem continued and i was forced to call the service center once again. the concerned person from the service center came on 21.04.2016 and took the indoor unit to your workshop and the same returned back from your workshop on 24.04.2016. on inquiring, the concerned personnel of your good office stated that the a/c is having a manufacturing defect of coil and they have tried to resolve the problem of massive water leakage from the indoor unit of the said air conditioner and went away by reinstalling the indoor unit. after elapsation of only 3 months, now i am again having the same problem and the air conditioner is discharging excessive water from the indoor unit and as such, it has became impossible for me to start the air conditioner, resulting in tremendous mental agony and physical discomfort to me during this humid atmosphere.

    In such circumstances, you are hereby advised to exchange this air conditioner suffering from manufacturing defect by installing a fresh and new piece of air conditioner with immediate effect, otherwise i will have no other alternative than to take strict legal action against your concern, which please note.

    Treat this complaint as a notice in this regard.

    Hope you will be kind enough to do the needful and oblige.

      I purchased an voltas split a/c 2.00 tons from shree balaji traders, dwarka, new delhi -110075 on 22th may, 2016 and it take 6 days to install. on 28th may, 2016 engineers from voltas came to install a/c after many reminders. when they were fitting outer unit and i observed that body of outer unit was deffected and bended and condenser fins were damaged. he mention in installation report and i online lodged complaint request vide no. [protected] and after meny e-mails, tele calls, engineers visit no solution and call had been closed at their end and one more complaint request no [protected] was generated and that's fate was the same. voltas is multy national company and once you the paid the amount they donot have responsibility towards customer grievances. i am a senior citizen and feel sorry to purchase product of such irresponsible group.

        Sir,

        Reference my earlier complaint dated 13.7.2016 regarding voltas split a. c. 1.5 ton [eu 183 cy] purchased on 21.6.2016 is not cooling effectively. after submitted the complaint the position is as under:-

        1. mr manoj, service engineer visited the house and checked the a. c. properly and he has found that the gas is not enough and he filled the gas. but the working of acs cooling is not improving. i informed to mr manoj, service engineer about the same.

        2. next day mr ravi, service engineer visited the house in my absence and reported that the acs cooling is ok. i again informed the service station to check it and give it proper result.

        3. next day mr pawan, service engineer visited the house and checked it properly and resulted that the gas is not enough and also intimated that the gas is leaking. he cut the new fitted split a. c. iron pipe and put the tanka on the pipe and filled the gas. then he informed, now the a. c. is cooling efficiently.in the evening i again informed him that the cooling is not effectively.

        4. next day mr pawan, service engineer again visited the house with another service engineer and check it about 2 hours and they intimated that some problem exist in the a. c. so our senior engineer mr aman now will visit your house and check it.

        Till today no person has been visited to check the problem.

        Sir, time and again many engineers have visited the house to solve the problem, but failed to do the same. i am facing very problem as a. c. is not cooling, you are requested to replace the voltas split a. c. 1.5 ton which was purchased on 21.6.2016 or repair it within two days, otherwise i will pull you to consumer forum for justice and you will have to bear all the expenses borne by me.


        My earlier complaint is as under:

        1. i have purchased voltas split a. c. 1.5 ton [eu 183 cy] on 21.6.2016.

        3. i lodged a complaint at customer service centre chandigarh on 30.6.2016 regarding a. c. is not working properly.

        5. on 5.7.2016 service engineers visited the house and filled the gas in the a. c. and told that now the a. c. is o. k.

        6. on the same day i. e. 5.7.2016, i intimated the customer service centre that the position is still stand. no progress of cooling has been noticed so check it and do the needful.

        7. i again lodged a complaint on 6.7.2016, 7.7.2016, 8.7.2016, 9.7.2016, 10.7.2016, 11.7.2016 no one to attend the complaint.


        Sir, today the name of voltas is selling in the indian market, but the service centre is not caring of the customers, how you accept the firm to service your product who will harm you and your product. you really see the future of the voltas product in near future. i request you to please take necessary action to the service centre as they are not treating their customer well. there is no worth in the cost they are costing as they have very pathetic service. i am logging to log a complaint against you and your service centre, i am going to pull you to consumer forum. i request your good self to exchange the split a. c. 1.5 ton or face legal action and you will have to pay all the expenses borne by me.

        2. Next day Mr Ravi, Service Engineer visited the house in my absence and reported that the ACs cooling is OK. I again informed the service station to check it and give it proper result.

        3. Next day Mr Pawan, Service Engineer visited the house and checked it properly and resulted that the Gas is not enough and also intimated that the gas is leaking. He cut the new fitted Split A.C. iron pipe and put the tanka on the pipe and filled the gas. Then he informed, now the A.C. is cooling efficiently. In the evening I again informed him that the cooling is not effectively.

        4. Next day Mr Pawan, Service Engineer again visited the house with another service engineer and check it about 2 hours and they intimated that some problem exist in the A.C. so our Senior Engineer Mr Aman now will visit your house and check it.

        Till today no person has been visited to check the problem.

          I would like draw your kind attention regarding after sales support.

          I bought voltas deep freezer (320lit) from capital electronics, baghmore on 3rd july 2016. during delivery mr dinesh (staff of capital electronics) told that representative from voltas would visit my place for the demonstration. however none visited my place for demonstration.

          On 23rd july 2016 deep freezer stopped functioning i. e. within 20 days timeframe from the date of delivery. as usual my dad contacted capital electronics for the support and conveyed that as per their verbatim none visited for demonstration. immediately mr dinesh denied that he conveyed regarding demonstration and quarrelled with my dad. moreover he told that voltas discontinued the demonstration process since last one year.

          One of the voltas representatives visited my place to address my concern regarding the present existing issue and he confirmed that voltas didn't discontinue demonstration process. i found clear contradiction between statements of mr dinesh and voltas representative.

          I don't know what kind of image of voltas and capital electronics is getting projected in market.

            Actually i have purchase an window voltas a. C. Of 1.5 ton 3 mnth back and the same day i found the broken flap and i complain on the same day but from that day to today no body come for the replacement i called many times to the service centre but every time they give same explanation that they do not have
            Even i try to call mr gaurav by he didn't pick my calll this is the final time i am messaging u
            After this if my complain is not rectify than i will take some legal action plz don't forced me to that

              I have purchased voltas ac form croma retail 2 months back.having warranty of one year.I was having problem of water leakage and gas leakage so i made compalian with voltas (sr no.[protected] and also with croma first technician visited after so many days against their promise of 24 working hours.and also after that he denied to repair, told us that is is not installation by voltas, first you have to dis mental it then only after we will repair.when i contacted croma, they said it is installation by voltas only and also provided me installation request number.Still volats customer care is not responding. and not reparing my ac and not giving me service under warrenty from last so many days, nobody is coming.whwnever i contact them they always told me to wait for 24 hours from last so many days

                We purchased a voltas ac from local shop at trivandrum... We were told that the ac will be installed in 48 hrs by the voltas co. Engineers... However till 1 week no one turned up... After my constant follow up... They sent their own technicians to install it... They did a make shift job... My ac is not working properly... Water is leaking from ac... Moreover no cold air is coming from the ac... We completely feel cheated by the shop as well as voltas... We will not recommend anyone to buy this product with zero service :- (

                  Have purchase it online from flipkart on date 10-september 2015 and from day one it not working fine some time gas problem some time error showing display and now past 1 month it is giving a error e2 some time df and complain again and again not proper technical visit occur. as complain no are [protected] on date 22 july 2016, [protected] on dat 04 july 2016, [protected] on date 30 june 2016.

                    I have purchase voltas split ac on 31st march 2016, but this is my bad experience. The outdoor was too much noisy. My first complaint was registered on 8th of april but no response from complaint centre till now i have complaint 4 times but the problem is as it is. Now the outdoor was not working well it's cut out after every 3 to 5 minutes so please change the product immediately or i have to take some legal step against it.

                    I have purchase Voltas split Ac instead of window Ac but this is very bad experience about it. It was so noisy outdoor & cut out immediately.

                      Hi,

                      We got our voltas ac around 3 years back and this year on june 30, when it was not cooling. We called the customer care fix it. The service centre guys came and said that the ac needs gas filling. Hence they would need to take the ac to their godown, to which we agreed as there was no other option.

                      They got the ac back after 3 days on 4 july saying there is a lot of repair work and they had to change the capillary filter as well and charged us an exorbitant amount of 3700 for gas filling, repair, capillary filter, transportation and visiting charges.

                      Its not even 20 days and ac is again not cooling as there was a spark in the ac.

                      This is completely unacceptable. It seems that voltas has tied up with inexperienced service providers as firstly they took 3 days to fix the ac and we have no idea what they did to the ac in the godown. And now the ac is not working properly.

                      I want someone senior to look into it urgently and take action.

                        I've complained about my ac showing E4 error and not cooling on 5th july till now my complained has not been resolved even the tecnician visited by voltas don't have knowledge of inverter ac's i am calling on voltas toll free nos. But instead of doing something they kept on saying sorry and the problem will be resolved today, but till now today of voltas customer support has't come even the senior executives of voltas always lie to me that the tecnician is on the way and will be reached to your home in 15min. 15 days gone but my ac is still in the same condition, my mother is having allergic bronchitis and needs ac badly because of humid conditions whichare going worse for her what if something happens to her.
                        Voltas staff don't care about it.

                            We have filed a complaint with voltas a week back regarding the ac was not working. It was checked and found that the compressor needs to be replaced since the compressor is in warranty but now its more than 6 days that nobody is listening to our complaint. Service center technician is not responding to our call and we are getting the dame reply for the customer care we want to escalate this to somebody senior in the company but we are not getting response for anywhere.

                              I have purchased the aforesaid ac from vijay sales on 14.10.2014 for my hall room and ever since its purchase there had been cooling issue. Engineer visited my place and stated that this is inverter ac and it takes some more time to get cooling.

                              Very strangely on 02.07.2016, i received phone call from aman enterprises thane (Stating to be authorised voltas service centre) for dry service. Engineer by name nilesh - was accompanied by one more person during said servicing, they insisted for entering into amc for same. Amc rates being on higher side, i thought of inquiring the same in person and therefore i avoided the same. They did servicing to both internal and external unit and left the premises without giving me any servicing slip.

                              After about 10 -12 days on arrival of guest, i put on the ac and it was showing es or e5. I reported the same to aman enterprises on 15.07.2016 and also spoke to engineer nilesh on celll no. [protected] and they assured to sent me engineer and look into the same. It has been two day from date of said assurance, neither their engineer has arrived nor they are picking up my phone call.

                              I feel this is some type of trick played by your authorised service centre to damage the unit and then put the customers for harrassment and demand heavy amount of repair charges or to accept their exorbitant amc rates.

                              I would want to kindly look into the same and get my unit repaired urgently. My contact details are as under.

                              Today,

                              Service Technician by name Saddam was sent by Aman Enterprise to look into my complain for E5 error.

                              The Service Technician was unable to detect the fault. on some preliminary testing, he arrived to conclusion that indoor & outdoor climate sensor and Room temperature sensor cables are faulty. He immediately changed the same and AC started working. However while he was very much present during said visit, there was no cooling sensed and therefore AC was changed to 16 Degree and immediate thereafter AC once again went to E5 error mode.

                              The Service Technician called his Senior to resolve the same and on their instruction informed me that there is problem with the motor, which will cost around 2500/-. He stated that motor will be fitted by his Senior Technician and started demanding visit charge. i declined to pay the same on the ground that subject complaint was not resolved.

                              The subject issue was thereafter reported to Aman Enterprise, i showed my disagreement to such technical view as suggested by Service Technician (who was instructed by some technical person on cell phone). It is strange as to how service technician can come to conclusions without seeing the machine. Conclusions of Technician on cell phone is not acceptable to me and moreso when my complaint is not resolved.

                              I decline to act to advice of Senior technician, who has not seen my machine and who simply believed Service Technician and advised him to change the motor. I am of the firm view that some Senior technician who should be well versed with the technical aspect of machine, should look into the defect and advice me properly.

                              I have clarified Aman Enterprises that i shall not pay any money, unless my complaint is resolved. I cannot be expected to go on changing parts of the machine at advice of service technician and spending money without any outcome.

                              Purchased new voltas split ac. But no cooling. Ser centre technician visited he told to replace the part. But since 2 months co. not providing parts. Called cc more then 100 times but no solution . Worst company. Worst service. Never buy product of voltas.

                                Hi, have registered a complaint for water leakage in water storage machine on 15the july and got a message from voltas stating that the appointment is scheduled for 15th. On 16th i got a call from the technical team who was rude on the call and was not ready to listen and said that technician will reach only by tuesday that is 19th july and i can complain to whomsoever i want... If this is the kind of service which we will get under warranty period then god knows what will happen post that

                                  I ms soni had purchased 1.5 ton w/ac on 30.06.13 from anuj electronics shop no.9/b-13 shalimar garden extn ii sahibabad. the following defects/complaints were raised in voltas service center in ghaziabad:-
                                  I) 30.04.15-not cooling, gas filled, amount paid rs.2900/-
                                  Ii) 02.08.15-display not working, replaced, amount paid rs.2840/-
                                  Iii) 09.04.16-not cooling, gas filled, amount paid rs.2950/-
                                  Iv) 01.07.16-not cooling/gas leaked, ac not repaired so for
                                  On query from voltas service center, ghaziabad, they are reluctant to repair my ac under warranty of 90 days to avoid their faulty repairs tn the past. now they are demanding rs.6000/- & above to hide their mistake saying cooling coil defective.
                                  Request repair my ac under warranty on priority

                                  Quality of product 1.5 Ton AC Window is BAD, Only deceiving to customer.
                                  1.5Ton Window AC frequently troubling to the Customer, Voltas Service Center, Ghaziabad Repair work experienced NOT satisfactory.

                                    This is reference to the subject matter & our complaint reference number - [protected] dated[protected], that we had purchased a voltas 1.5 ton split ac from cool care raebareli dated[protected]

                                    That from last 15-20 days we are facing some problem in our ac that the compressor of the same is regularly cutting off after running of 10-15 min,. From the day of installation it is not at all functioning. I made a no of verbal request to the dealer either to repair or to replace the ac but no any solution was provided to me. On 25.06.2016 i lodged online complaint regarding the problem. The request id was [protected] but to no avail.
                                    I need a quick resolution for this from voltas team.

                                      Many complaints were registered for the new voltas cooler purchased on 21/04/2016 (nearly 3 months back). the complaints were registered on 9th may, 22nd may, 10th june 2016 with complaints reg. no's - [protected], [protected], [protected]. no one came and checked the product but got an sms with issue resolved. with out resolving issue how can u close the complaint. kindly look into this problem as soon as possible. on making many calls to your customer care there is no proper responce from them. it seems really poor after sale service.

                                        1. i have purchased voltas split a. c. 1.5 ton [eu 183 cy] on 21.6.2016.

                                        2. i found that a. c is not working efficiently.
                                        3. i lodged a complaint at customer service centre chandigarh on 30.6.2016 regarding a. c. is not working properly.

                                        4. service engineers visited the house and check the a. c. and informed that the gas level is very low. we will come tomorrow to fill the gas.

                                        5. on 5.7.2016 service engineers visited the house and filled the gas in the a. c. and told that now the a. c. is o. k.

                                        6. on the same day i. e. 5.7.2016, i intimated the customer service centre that the position is still stand. no progress of cooling has been noticed so check it and do the needful.

                                        7. i again lodged a complaint on 6.7.2016, 7.7.2016, 8.7.2016, 9.7.2016, 10.7.2016, 11.7.2016 no one to attend the complaint.


                                        Sir, today the name of voltas is selling in the indian market, but the service centre is not caring of the customers, how you accept the firm to service your product who will harm you and your product. you really see the future of the voltas product in near future. i request you to please take necessary action to the service centre as they are not treating their customer well. there is no worth in the cost they are costing as they have very pathetic service. i am logging to log a complaint against you and your service centre, i am going to pull you to consumer forum. i request your good self to exchange the split a. c. 1.5 ton or face legal action and you will have to pay all the expenses borne by me.
