Hi,

I have registered a complaint for AC not cooling issue on date 22/05/2016. On 24/05/2016 a technician came and charged me 400/- without doing anything..when asked he said it is a inspection visit hence visiting charge. Another technician will come tomorrow and will do the needful.

I have waited for whole day on 25/05/2016 when contacted the concern service center..CLIMATE CONTROL, DELHI they responded technician...

Service Request no. [protected] dtd 21/5/16, attended on 23/5/16 by service centre Chillz, Informed the temperature sensor P.C Board as defective. They didn't give any service visit report and we received SMS from the company that your complaint has been resolved.

Request you to please look into this complaint and replace the defective part by tomorrow itself.

I have installed Voltas A/c in month of January 2016, when i started to use a/c after few days the water from outdoor unit started to drip from the lintel of 1st floor which made dripping noise and pooled water on the ground. Then i called the technician who had installed the a/c to fix this issue he said he was busy he will come the next day, again when i called next day he said he was still busy this
went on for one month, so on...

I bought this AC in May 2015 and from March this year onwards, it started pouring water inside the room which no other AC did in my experience. The technician came and did some cleaning and went. No use, the same problem started one month later. Now the one year warranty is over and I am not sure if the company will take any responsibility to own this problem and solve it.

Need an immediate help from Voltas to rectify this...

I have purchased voltas 1.5 tons ac on april 7 since then it has hardly worked for 7 days with repeated gas leakege. Company as well as dealer are just toying me around with no solution of my problem till now. I spent 35000 ii this but i have not used or m not benefitted and company and dealers are just ignoring my plea. Sir kindly look into the matter and help mw solve my problem

I purchased a air cooler on mar 16.Its wheels are not working properly .I raised a complain of requst no-[protected] on 18 apr 16.Techanican visited once to rectify my problem.After i called to techanican so many times he is not lifting my call.I informed this matter to voltas custmor no.they telling me it takes two days which is not resolved yet.
So i request to solve my issue as earliest possible....

Our voltas ac purchased at khosla electronics (Syed amir ali avenue), model number 1.5t voltas s/ac 183 lya is not working (Totally dead) since past 4 days. We have lodged a complaint for this and the complaint number is : [protected].

We had bought Tata voltas cooler this month...and we have found that there is problem in the water sensor so we have contacted the customer care and they have replied that they will send technician the next day, the technician attened our call and he said that the water sensor has to be replaced and he promised to bring it in 2 days, we have waited for 1 week and the problem has not been rectified...so please look into this matter and solve...

I purchase one tone ac which was installed on 10.09.15. at the time of installation fault found that gas is leaked. on numerous complaint outer portion of ac was replaced. Please note, after purchasing of AC from one of retail shop ( great Eastern) I found very poor service from your vendor. Even they are charging RS 2000 from my father without providing any bill of the same. Please note it is clearly mentioned in my purchase bill that the installation fees is totally free then also your vendor collected RS 2000 from my father without any bill. In spite of repeated requests and phone, the mechanic stationed at Bhawanipatna did not turn up for repair of one AC(Voltas) of office of the CDVO, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna.The mechanic sri Ramakant Naik at Bhawanipatna suggested to lodge complain in toll free no:[protected].But failed to connect in this no. as it does not work. I, s. Jagjeet singh had purchased voltas air cooler on 27th february 2016 from bajaj electronics showroom in hyderabad. After a month o[censored]sage, the air cooler started giving trouble. Some of them are mentioned blow:

1. The wheels got disjointed due to the load of even 20 litres of water and started getting imbalanced.
2. The water from the pump motor started sprinkling on the fan blades and the air cooler got shorted...

We bought a window AC 1.5 ton 185DY-5 star from M/s Ekai Electricals vide invoice no 1263 on 3.5.2014. The Air conditioner is making noise and not cooling. We tried contacting your toll free number and service centre number as well. Please attend to my request on urgent basis and provide the complaint number as well.

I have brought a voltas window 1.5 ton window ac on 7th may from electronics desire. The ac was delivered the same day and was installed as well. So far so good.

When we started using it, we found out some unusual noise and a complaint was registered on 15th may via complaint no [protected]. This complaint was followed up in due course on 16th may...

We brought a voltas split ac, from shopclues he delivered on 3rd of this month, on 4th of this month instlled at our home it got a problem not getting cooling, i have complined to customer care about this after a week technician came to us, thsy said somepart damaged that is fan, he said that we will replace within 48 hours, but 20 days completed not replaced the part, while calling to area sales manger he said tomarrow we will replace, but...

We bought voltas 1.5 ton 183v iy 3 star inverter split air conditioner on 21 april from snapdeal.

Waited for the installation from voltas.
Voltas people delayed the installation for more than 20 days.
And then after a month when we installed it through third party services.

It worked for 8 hours and then ac stopped working.
Visiting voltas agents first diagnose coolant gas issues and asks...

Hi,
I has bought this voltas ac 1.5ton whose compressor burnt and is under warranty. After repeated complaints someone from voltas service center : k-enterprises came and took the outdoor unit. Its 20 days (03.05.2016) almost we have been waiting and repeatedly calling this service centre but they say they have not yet received the compressor from the voltas so cannot do anything about it. They have even taken rs 400/= as their visiting...
