Dear Team,
I have purchased voltas 1.5ton ac 2year back and in the initial month I faced problem of gas leakage and till date I m facing problem regarding non cooling if ac and gas leakage in each season.
In the initial my parents complained regarding it but your guys said it will get resolved bt it didn't.
Hope you people are aware about word of mouth negative marketing which effects brand image.
I thought TATA name is enough to trust but now as being dissatisfied customer I lost my believe on your brand.
Do correcting te mfg defect and exchange the AC.

    I purchased voltas split ac online and it was delivered on 31 march 2017. Then i called customer care for installation. They said our technician will visit in 24 working hours. After 24 hrs i called again and they provided me a new request no. I'm calling them daily and what they are doing is just giving me new request nos. They gave me technicians no. But technician did'nt recieved the call. I am calling them daily for more than 5 days. I also mailed them to atlest tell if they are going to install or not so that i can take other efforts. But they didnt replied. And the height is i recieved message from voltas that customer not responding. Here Im calling them everyday, and fact is voltas/technician is not responding, so how can even they give such messages.Im still waiting for installation.

    Worst service by voltas. I was calling voltas for installation daily for 6 days and what they were doing was just providing me new request nos. Finally technician came on 7th day and did the installation but faulty one. Yes faulty installation by authorised people. When i was going through the isntruction manual i came to know that there should be minimum 50 cm open space left from the ceiling for the outdoor unit and in my case they have kept 27cm. Which is almost half. Which could affect cooling as it will obstruct air in and out. I requested the concerned team for reinstallation because after paying them Rs. 1600, i expect atlest the job should be done correctly. Otherwise whats the difference between authorised and others if authorised are also untrained. But they were arguing and were not ready. My only expectation is that they should correct their mistake. As faulty installation can reduce performance

    Made a complaint for breakdown of my AC and received request no.[protected] on 30/03/2017 at 09:14 p.m. but no one came to solve my problem till today i.e.01/04/2017 at 09:00 p.m. it is approximately 48 hours however company assured that my fault will be cured within 24 hours.     Cheater organistion who sold the defected prodcut n now asking for money. from day one i have been chasing like fools to replace it d moment we brought from mkt. but the oragnistion already got their money n perks so least bother.

        Dear sir i had purchase split ac 1.5 ton 3/4 year back but gas leakage per year from the date of purchase.
        While every time... The leakage is corrected by the voltas service engineer. Still the problem is same and yet not resolved. It appears that i have been cheated by delivering a faulty ac.
        I have raised the issue many times but all in vein.
        Why you do have not solve the problem. Plz. Check and correctd the problem for permanent resolving.

          Hi,
          I don't know how this is going to help me but I am still writing it. I have registered a complaint ([protected]) regarding the fault in my voltas desert cooler on 29 March. The pump of my cooler is faulty. The problem, after 4-5 calls to customer care no. and 2 site visits is yet to be rectified.

          HOW IT ALL HAPPENED:

          After registering the complaint for the subjected fault, a technician visited from Ginny Aircon on 01 April. He checked the pump and reported that the pump is faulty (report attached). That's what my complaint is all about. When asked to replace the pump, he gave me a shocking reply that someone else will come on Monday to replace it (may be special skill or talent required to replace a pump). Isn't that technician supposed to carry the pump as I had already told that pump is faulty? So after whole drama of site visit the situation remained as it was.

          Came the day, Monday. Another site visit, I don't know the dealer's name as I don't have it's service report. This guy behaved as he is not doing his job but some undue favour to me. I have requested for evening visit in my complaint itself. This guy called in morning, I told him to come around 6 in the evening. He said ' bahut late ho jayega'. Am living in some country side jungle or what? Ok, finally he came at around 8. Now the pump this guy was carrying isn't compatible with my cooler. Oh dear. Is this the way you guys as an system function? The serial no. of my cooler is mentioned in previous site visit report, still it happened. Anyways, he told me that he will come tomorrow (Tuesday) with the desired pump and replace the same. I called the same guy yeaterday around 4, to remind him, but he didn't answer. I tried after half an hour again, this time the no was switched off.

          Here I am asking team Voltas, is this the way a customer​ is supposed to be treated?
          Or I have been given some special treatment?
          Or is it warranty of my cooler which is causing the problem?
          If I had any idea of facing such trauma, I would better have paid for the pump.

          I registered the complaint on 29 March, at that point of time my product was under warranty. Now after the lethargic response from Voltas service team, which played some street smart tricks that warranty period is over. Now what the delay is all about?

          I had a voltas window AC previously. Last year I bought this voltas air cooler. But the last few days changed my view completely, as I had it all. I am not at all hopeful about any swift action from you end. I wrote this to vent out my frustration. Or it might be required as a documented evidence.

            Hello,

            Myself Ashish Madaan(Mob: [protected]) from Jawahar colony NIT Faridabad. I bought voltas 1.5 ton window AC on 9th April 2016 from Pushkar Electronics No.1 NIT.

            On last Saturday, I made a service request for the second free service, and your technician came on Monday. He checked for 2 minutes and told that there is default in coil of AC and because of that all gas of AC has been leaked.

            How could it be possible that, in a year there is such a major defect in AC. In my known 3 more same AC have baught at the same time and they are working fine.

            After getting repaired, the AC was not cooling as before it cooled.

            Last year AC was working too good that I told people in my known to buy the voltas AC, but now I am very much disappointed with it.

            If there is the leakage in just 6 months, then it was a manufacturing defect. I request you to replace my AC, as it is in warranty period till 9th April 2017.

            I request you to replace it at the earliest, or I will​ appeal to people in my known not to buy voltas products, and post this in social Media and consumer court as well.

                I own a voltas window AC model 4011139/2014. I called up the customer helpline to request for a technician to dismantle, service, and re-install it in a different buiding. He said total charge would be rs.1150. The technician would come the next day. I waited the whole day, and no one came. I called up again, the same thing was repeated. No one came the next day. Again, i called up, and expressed my anger and disappointment, and request that i speak to a manager. The woman i talked to said, the manager will call me back. No call came. Later in the day, a guy called me and said he is the technician and he quoted rs.1500. When i told him the figure the helpline gave me. He asked me to re-confirmed. I again called up the helpline. The next day, a different number called me up and quoted rs.1800. I spent 3 days waiting, only to be played and eventually ignored when i refused to pay the inflated figure.

                  I requested for preventive maintenance of my 1.5 ton Voltas window type AC vide reference no. [protected]. The request was given on 23 Mar 17. However till date my request has not been attended to. I have called the toll free no for Voltas almost every day but no one has responded. I even requested thrice to speak to the supervisor at call centre. Till date no one has spoken to me.

                  I request you to resolve my issue and get the preventive maintenance done immediately.

                    Never buy any voltas ac. Very very poor service support, i bought voltas 185jy from paytmthey are not respond propely. Finnaly said they raised the complaint. But no one came yet.

                      I have purchased an Split AC on 15 march and it is not working now. I raised a complaint on 1/04/17, but not one turned up till 03/04. That technician just disappeared after just checking the power supply and said someone would come in evening or 04/04 morning to refill the gas and check.

                      Another technician turned up in 04/04 afternoon after multiple follow up. But this tech could not find the issue and said will be back after 30 mins.

                      The worse part, he stopped answering the phones as well after hours of waiting with work in middle.

                          I had bought a voltas split a. C. On 3 may 2014 from kalpana digital world delhi. It was a hot and cold a. C. (1.5 ton).
                          During last winter i faced some issue of a. C. Not working properly — stopped warming and there was some abnormal sounds in the machine. So i stopped using it and did not use it in winter.

                          I registered a complaint on 30.03.2017 evening that i want servicing of my a. C. And resolution of any technical issue that i had noticed in last winter. I was given a reference number — [protected]

                          And was told that technician will call me up within 24 hrs and come. I told the executive that i want technician to come on 31.03.17 (As i am available). The executive told ok. Next day i. E. On 31.03.17 i called customer care again in the afternoon as i didnt get any call from any technician. I was told by the executive that "i am putting your number in the top priority list. And very soon a technician will call you up." however i did not get any call on 31.03.17.

                          On 01.04.17 (Saturday) i got a call in evening around 4 - 5 pm that "we want to confirm your address." i told the executive that i have already told all details on 30.03.17 only and if there was any issue regarding address then you should have called me earlier. I told the address again. When i asked the executive that is any technician going to come tomorrow (Sunday) as it was already around 4 pm when we talked then she told technicians dont work on sunday. I told her that then i want the technician to come on tuesday (04.04.17) as i will be free on that day. She told ok technician will call you up and come.

                          I called customer care again at the same time and got greetings in some south indian language (Though i had opted for hindi language) and told whole story in english.. The executive listened silently and interacted in english. Then when i was done telling whole story then he asked me — this is the "tamil" language department, i am arranging you a callback from hindi/english department.
                          I waited for the callback but didnt get any. Instead i got this sms —
                          "dear voltas customer, your accessories rates request no is [protected]. For any further assistance please call our helpline [protected] (24x7)." while i had never enquired about any "accessories rate".

                          I just dont know what has happened to the "tata" voltas company which used to be such a great brand. I had options of buying other a. C. But i bought a tata product as i trusted its name. And now this is what i am getting..

                            I had bought a Voltas split A.C. on 3 may 2014 from KALPANA DIGITAL WORLD delhi. It was a hot and cold A.C. (1.5 Ton).
                            During last winter i faced some issue of A.C. not working properly-- stopped warming and there was some abnormal sounds in the machine. So i stopped using it and did not use it in winter.

                            I registered a complaint on 30.03.2017 evening that i want servicing of my A.C. and resolution of any technical issue that i had noticed in last winter. I was given a reference number -- [protected]

                            And was told that technician will call me up within 24 hrs and come. I told the executive that i want technician to come on 31.03.17 (as i am available). The executive told ok. Next day i.e. on 31.03.17 i called customer care again in the afternoon as i didnt get any call from any technician. I was told by the executive that "i am putting your number in the top priority list. And very soon a technician will call you up." However i did not get any call on 31.03.17.

                            On 01.04.17 (saturday) i got a call in evening around 4 - 5 pm that "we want to confirm your address." I told the executive that i have already told all details on 30.03.17 only and if there was any issue regarding address then you should have called me earlier. I told the address again. When i asked the executive that is any technician going to come tomorrow (sunday) as it was already around 4 pm when we talked then she told technicians dont work on sunday. I told her that then i want the technician to come on tuesday (04.04.17) as i will be free on that day. She told ok technician will call you up and come.

                              I had purchase voltas AC three years back 1.5 ton split AC from the first year AC has a cooling problem no body takes care of it i launch complaints to Customer care but when engineer came to see they can’t do anything for AC. They fill gas in pipes and takes money. After some days again gass leakes. No body takes care of fault. Now I decided to go for consumer forum and launches court case against voltas. Bcoz voltas gave me faulty product and can not replace it. Also bcoz of voltas i am harassed by the company. I requests so many times to Customer care to resolve my problem but no body cares.

                                I am devinder installed two inverter ac viltas it at my home but instead of coupling they cut nut bolt and direct do welding of copper tubes suppose in future we have to do shift or for washing and cleaning it is not possible to remove indoor unit. I got to know this thing by some one after some time.
                                I suggest do not install from voltas service person just to have some bucks they cut bold and avoid coupling which is good for long run.

                                    I have purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton Split AC on March'2017. My AC is in warranty period.

                                    I am facing issue with noise in my outside unit of AC. The technician and service manager informed me that The company will be changing the unit but nothing if that sought happened

                                    I don't understand how when I buy a new product the inside fan is broken and the dealer KBM Electronics, Yusuf Sarai is asking for hi installation money again and again.

                                    Why customers are being so fooled with such A product delivery and troubled again and again... I want you to change the unit immediatly and take the charges for the ae from KBM

                                      We have bought the Volta's Split Ac in Patna City from Aditya Vision. And have experienced a horrible service from Volta's. The installation guy has installed the AC and after 1 week the air started leaking. We demanded for another product but they said we will do free servicing. They did free servicing and it worked OK for some time but no cooling effect as new purchased item should perform. We have bought the AC 1.5 years ago and till now we did 4 time air filling and thats really ridiculous. The service centre of Patna City is worst. they do not understand customer problem and just keep making money.

                                        I bought a votas ac in 2015 from croma store in greater noida.

                                        My earlier issues were with display of fault signal and alarm. Let me tell that after consistent follow –up and technicians frequent visits, problem couldn’t be resolved and then i quitted and adjusted myself to live with that problem.

                                        Now ac has failed completely and doing no cooling. I am sure now that i have been thoroughly cheated by voltas. I have other acs of lg and samsung working for last 10 years and this ac couldn’t last for even two seasons. From very first day of the instalment this ac is giving all sort of troubles. I have sufficient reason and bitter experience to believe that i have been given a spurious /duplicate product from the store which fortunately belongs to the company itself. I have also visited many social media forums and found that this product has several complaints lodged by customers.

                                        Based on above circumstance, it should (I hope) becomes a case of business ethics issue for you and therefore i request you to take back this product and give my money back.
