The request for installation was raised on 22nd April and i received a SMS notification, that it would be installed on or before 24th April 2016
Till date 28th April, there is no action, neither i received a call nor a SMS on my request.

I have tata voltas ac. My pcb got some problem due to which compressor wasnt working.
