I purchase one tone ac which was installed on 10.09.15. at the time of installation fault found that gas is leaked. on numerous complaint outer portion of ac was replaced. Now kindly refer to my complaint no [protected] your technician name vinay found same gas leakage fault. Such reputed company such like TATA is being supplied Manufacturing defects AC to the customer. I request you to please change my complete set of AC with the non faulty AC

    Dear team,

    Please note, after purchasing of AC from one of retail shop ( great Eastern) I found very poor service from your vendor. Even they are charging RS 2000 from my father without providing any bill of the same. Please note it is clearly mentioned in my purchase bill that the installation fees is totally free then also your vendor collected RS 2000 from my father without any bill. Even they did not complete the job on proper manner. I called in customer care twice but resolution is yet to get from your end. I am really disappointed about your services.

      In spite of repeated requests and phone, the mechanic stationed at Bhawanipatna did not turn up for repair of one AC(Voltas) of office of the CDVO, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna.The mechanic sri Ramakant Naik at Bhawanipatna suggested to lodge complain in toll free no:[protected].But failed to connect in this no. as it does not work. Hence, i have no other way to lodge a complain on line today/

        I, s. Jagjeet singh had purchased voltas air cooler on 27th february 2016 from bajaj electronics showroom in hyderabad. After a month o[censored]sage, the air cooler started giving trouble. Some of them are mentioned blow:

        1. The wheels got disjointed due to the load of even 20 litres of water and started getting imbalanced.
        2. The water from the pump motor started sprinkling on the fan blades and the air cooler got shorted and the complete body earthing started.

        Now the cooler is not at all in the position of being used due to the fear of being short circuiting.

        I have given numerous complaints to the voltas customer care on [protected] for resolving the issue, but my complaints fell on deaf ears.
        Every time i raised a complaint, the customer care representative would assure me of sending their technician, but none would visit for resolving the issue.

        Last time i called the customer care representative, the complaint no was mentioned as [protected] dated 18.04.2016, which is still unresolved.

        I request the concerned #voltas authorities to look into the matter and resolve my problem.

            I have brought a voltas window 1.5 ton window ac on 7th may from electronics desire. The ac was delivered the same day and was installed as well. So far so good.

            When we started using it, we found out some unusual noise and a complaint was registered on 15th may via complaint no [protected]. This complaint was followed up in due course on 16th may the next day and a message to that effect received. After that there are continuous follow-up for the next 3 days. All of a sudden the complaint no changes to a different one; i. E. [protected] on 19th. Below screen grabs are illustrative of the sequence of events.

            Now the fun begins. A gentleman shows up on 20th at my place and wanted to check. Half way through the work he wanted to see the purchase invoice. It was shown to him. Once he sees the invoice, he suddenly stopped working. Bundled the ac to the chamber and told that he is not supposed to do this servicing as this has been brought from ‘electronic desire’. I need to call the retailer and get this done.

            Till date i have wasted 5 days of my time talking to voltas call center and at the end of the day this is what happens.

            The fun continues…..

            I called up the call center again and they give me a number to talk to and get this done. This number is from m/s snow cool and is [protected]. I called up and talk to the gentleman. He gave me a patient listening and told me that as you have purchased from ‘electronics desire’, we are not supposed to service this. You please talk to the area sales manager of voltas, mr. Bhavesh, [protected].

            Aha, this is becoming interesting…..

            I talked to bhavesh. He again was very patient in listening to my complaint and putting me on the hold he also did the rca, when he finally came back he was with a mr. Dharmendra from ‘electronics desire’. Bhavesh explained him the issue and requested him to send a technician on priority the next day; i. E. 21st may 2016. And, he also told me to get in touch with him in case of any trouble. Now that was 2 days back and i am still waiting for the technician to show up. I dropped a message to mr. Bhavesh updating him with the no-show in-spite of his assurances and initiative. But, when a company has screwed up in its policy of appointing sales and service network what a asm will do despite of the best of intentions.

            The fun does not end here……….
            As soon as i send message to mr. Bhavesh, within a few minutes i got a message intimating me that the original complaint no: [protected] is now stand cancelled and the reason is ‘customer not responding’. Now only voltas and some working there can only believe that a customer who has been following up from call center to the local service center to the area sales manager is hardly effort not to respond. But as this is a one way communication and frankly we as poor customers do not have any way to explain our position, we have to admit it.

            So, now after 1 week of following up with all and sundry for a simple complaint i did not respond when the privileged souls of voltas and their service technicians descended on my home.

              We brought a voltas split ac, from shopclues he delivered on 3rd of this month, on 4th of this month instlled at our home it got a problem not getting cooling, i have complined to customer care about this after a week technician came to us, thsy said somepart damaged that is fan, he said that we will replace within 48 hours, but 20 days completed not replaced the part, while calling to area sales manger he said tomarrow we will replace, but days completed he is not lifiting our call, this is very embarrassing to us, worst service, please take action against this

                We bought voltas 1.5 ton 183v iy 3 star inverter split air conditioner on 21 april from snapdeal.

                Waited for the installation from voltas.
                Voltas people delayed the installation for more than 20 days.
                And then after a month when we installed it through third party services.

                It worked for 8 hours and then ac stopped working.
                Visiting voltas agents first diagnose coolant gas issues and asks us to pay for gas refill of a brand new ac.
                On second visit they detect pcb defect issues. Now they say us to wait for another week untill they get a new pcb.

                Now its 10 days, no call back from voltas.
                When we called back voltas they say that since ac is bought online, they can't do anything and to contact snapdeal.

                So basically warranty and guarantee is just on paper for voltas.

                Kindly note that the AC is not working from the first moment itself.
                For the 8 hours that we used it, the temperature never went below 30 degrees.
                After 8 hours it stopped completely.
                Hence, we request you to change not just the PCB(as detected with issues by Voltas technician) but the whole AC.
                We don't want to go through the entire process again after PCB replacement as cooling was never happening with this AC.
                We bought the AC on 21 April and today is its 23 May so kindly provide a solution ASAP.
                I have mailed you the details in id mentioned.
                AC bought 21 April 2016, installed on 14th May, stopped working on 14th evening.
                PCB request registered on 16th, today is 25th and today voltas has called to say they need ONE WEEK more to sort this out.
                The temperature in Delhi is 45 degrees and 40000 rupees is stuck with this waste AC.
                Its been more than a month waiting for a working AC after paying the full amount.

                  Hi,
                  I has bought this voltas ac 1.5ton whose compressor burnt and is under warranty. After repeated complaints someone from voltas service center : k-enterprises came and took the outdoor unit. Its 20 days (03.05.2016) almost we have been waiting and repeatedly calling this service centre but they say they have not yet received the compressor from the voltas so cannot do anything about it. They have even taken rs 400/= as their visiting charges. I would want a strict action on this co. So that i am able to live in this scorching heat of delhi if they replace it asap. Such co's take us for granted and think everything is possible in india.
                  Hope a fast action is taken on this co. So i dont suffer any more.

                    My name is ton and i happen ti sue to air conditioners from voltas. To my absolute disappointment, i have realised that i should have opted a different product.

                    1) one of my ac’s had some problems and we called voltas on 9th april 2016 and the complaint number given to me was [protected]. A technician from one of voltas’ authorised centre (Better air conditioner, budhella market, vikaspuri, new delhi -18) came on 10th april, gave an estimate, took inr 1350 as advance and said he will visit the next day as he did not have the necessary equipment to fix it.
                    The next day, no one turned up. When we called the number on the receipt, the lady who attended the called said we had cancelled the service request. My first question is - how to you cancel a service request by paying advance?
                    Anyway, we finally got them to turn up on the fourth day after much hassles. The technician (Azim) supposedly fixed all the issues and changed some parts as well and gave me a bill of approximately inr 5000 with a 3 month service warranty.

                    2) after one month. The ac gave us the same problem and we called voltas (Complaint number - [protected]). Some technicians turned up from a different service centre and they said since this is in warranty, we should call better air conditioner, budhella market, vikaspuri, new delhi -18. They co-ordinated and the latter send a technician (Istiyaq). After trying to figure out what the issue was, he said he will fix the pressure of both the units and come back on 19th to ascertain the issue and fix in thereafter. We have been trying to reach them since then and today, when we finally got in touch with them, they gave one excuse or the other (Send us the bill photocopy, who was the tea etc by a supervisor named vinay)

                    3) after all this nonsense, we finally thought we should take this up with voltas customer care and when we called and asked for a manager, the first rep (Samreen) simply disconnected the phone. The second time, santosha transferred the call to a supervisor called dinesh who didn’t even acknowledge to our issues and exhibited a very laid-back attitude and upon hearing our frustrating experience with voltas, he simply hung up the phone. A customer service supervisor disconnecting a call after the consumer has gone through such an experience with the company? Thats so strange, and uncomfortable.
                    My issue still has not been fixed yet and i am disappointed. I should not have trusted the service level and should have opted for an international brand. More than 50 calls to get one issue fixed? Thats as bad as it can get. As i regret my decision, i would have to exchange both these ac’s for another brand.
                    I am wondering if there is anyone in voltas who listens to consumers as i write this mail.

                      I called so many time to ur costumer help line but as u guys show that u guys dnt have time for all the costumers if not, u gusy also could call us back .we didnt beg voltas products but we bought it ..and this shows that ppl have faith in ur company the point is my window AC cool onlu for few minutes and again throw heats only its never used to be earlier.. I am expecting a intelligent Mechanic to solve this prob.i called a local Mechanic before 2 days he told that its votage prob but i dmt think so because neighbour also has same AC but that dnt have such prob .so over all something wrong with the AC only .plz send some one very good that i bought this AC om 14-7-14 from haryana Gurgaon my cell num is [protected] i am living in Jaipur in pratap nagar .

                        My self Dr. Pravin Gojiya from Bhavnagar Gujarat..
                        Purchased voltas personal cooler 15L VB- P15M... 4810009B15K000205..
                        On 13/05/2016.. Which was not working at the very first start.. Its pump is not working and made horrible noices.. It was faulty purchase from local dealer.. And then i register the complain to voltas care as suggested from dealer on 16/05/16 as they told it will be resolve in 24 hours.. And there was no any communication from voltas regarding the issue till 21/05/16.. Local suggested technicians argued that they are busy in another customer calls.. Now what can i do now.. How any one can expect such miserable product as well as service...
                        I really disappointed from the faulty product from voltas..
                        Do i really in position suggest any one about tata voltas product ever again...
                        I think i could think this before buying voltas product.. Rather to suggest people to purchase symphony, kenstar, bajaj...etc..
                        Just think.. This is not very wise to disappoint the costomer which is already socially sound.. I am a govt. Doctor and it will not at all good for you when i will start defaming or making people aware of such garbage from the voltas...
                        Think twice.. I am really hopeless but not at all help less...

                          I purchased voltas 1.0tsac air conditioner from J k Enterprises kochi on 09.05.2016. After installation the very next day it started and within short time the ac wasnt providing any temperature change that is, there was no coolness and it stopped working. we contacted the person who installed and he told it is not the mistake of installation. On 13th we registered a complaint to your company and message came that appointment fixed on 17th (after four days) . One man came from there and found out that complaint is with outdoor fan. replacement necessary and promised to come back with new part. Till now nothing happened. today is 20th may and rain is going to start. Two old people are staying in the house and from morning to evening they are waiting for voltas people.

                          Being a leading company very pathetic situation is this. Very very bad service and response. Spending Rs.30000/- for ac now purpose is not done and also suffering by calling and writing to you. I want immediate solution for this. i don't want to hear story or sorry but solution . Otherwise i will go to consumer court for justice. do necessary things now itself. my complaint registered no: [protected]

                            And i feel very bad about your product. I have bought this product because of my trust in our product quality which we so proudly boast of. I feel that i have lost my rs. 29500.

                            I purchased a voltas 1.5 split ac from lamba electronics kalkaji govindpuri on 06th may 2016 and installed the same in day. Within two days the ac was not working. We called for the voltas service and complained about that ac is not working and asked for the replacement...
                            They send technician and told me that your condenser coil is leaked.. Then i talked to mr shubharato chakravarti ([protected]) who is the senior area manger told me that your outdoor will replace within 2-4 days. But after 8 days they are saying that your outdoor model is not in the stock so it will replace when i have the stock.
                            After 8 days i did't recive the resolution.. I am feeling very sad about your service...
                            Plz consider this mail and go through this.. And provide me solution as soon as possible..

                              I have called your customer care for 1.5 ton ac for servicing and compressor issue on 18.05.2016 vide you have given the above request no. Your technician called me on yesterday to come for solve the issue but yet he has not come. Yesterday evening i got message from your company that your request has been cancelled due to not responding the call. Please explain why you have sent this message however i have already received your call of technician, but he still not come. Please resolve the issue.

                                I have registered the complain regarding my voltas split ac compressor issue on 13th may 2016. After that i may have called 10 times to customer care but still none of your technician has called me or have visited the place.
                                This is really a very bad experience with voltas.
                                No service on time and no proper or satisfactory answer from customer care executive.

                                  The franchisee from which the voltas ac was repaired doesnot take any responsibilty. They have taken the AC from last 3 days and has bought it back and now for fitting the same they will send someone else who will come on his own time.

                                  After purchasing Voltas AC it has got problems several times especially gas leakage.

                                  Everytime they take saying some reason and bring it back on their own time.

                                  Really not satisfied with Voltas products

                                    I have a voltas ac 1.5 tons.. Window ac...

                                    Was facing an issue as the compressor was tripping again and again and it wasnt doing cooling properly. I registered a complainbt with customer care and they had sent some inexperinced guy to check the ac... He coul;dnt fins the issue and said that machine needs to be taken to the worskhop

                                    After returning the machine they charged me 4300 rs and said that they have repaired the panel and changed the gas (Whcih was not required) but even than the issue remained the same and ac kepot on tripping... I kept calling the agency guys.. And they refused to come again

                                    Again contacted the customer support team... This time they sent a new guy fromm same agency.. And he said issue is in display panel and sensor and proimised to come next day

                                    He again didnt come and my father kept on following for 3 more days... We again had tro reach to customer care

                                    Then they came to replace the display and put a faulty piece in place and said that once they recieve fresh piece they will replace it

                                    This is more than 15 days now.. Customer care and service agency bopth are not listening to us.. And they have done mpore damage to the ac and charged me 5000 rs... Plz help team

                                      I made a complaint for my ac 1.5 ton which is not cooling on 04.05.2016 with there customer care and today is 18.05.2015 till now i am waiting for service centre to respond.

                                      I am making a call on daily basis but every time they promise for next day but nobody is turned till now.

                                      My request no. Air condition complaint no. [protected] dt. 04.05.2016.

                                      Voltas — Grill problem

                                      Grill of our voltas ac does not move Swing feature of our voltas ac does not work so plz resolve it as soon as possible

                                      Is it sold to the Ambani's or Respected Ratan Tata has sold to the dogs. This is my mobile no. [protected] from Delhi. Check out the history 4 complaints and 8 calls and no response from the service team. Don't need to say more.

                                      Purchased 2ton silver a/c on 6/3/13 from lotus raipur. faulty machine given complaints made regularly and wanted replacement. but no response . just being repaired on each complaint. please do needful.

                                      Voltas AC 1.5 Ton

                                      My voltas AC 1.5 ton is under warranty. Today i noticed that it is giving less cooling Please Send the engineer as soon as possible.

                                      Replacement of motor

                                      Our service centre at Guna MP sent a motor for replacement on11/8/14 but it is not replaced yet. What is the reason? Please do the needfulul.

                                        Sir, this is my first and last message to you bcoz i had called to voltas customer care alot for my problem of water cooler yet not solved but the response was same (Sir abi hojayga, within 24 working hours me).. Bhai, 72 hrs. Se b zyada hogya hai abi tk koi nh aya.. The water cooler is plotted in the hospital for patients and the thirsty ones. But still no response from you. This is how you deal with the customers? I am not satisfied and very angry with your services.
