I purchased voltas 1.5 t ac 2 star on 11 may 2015 and on 9th of may 2016 i raised a request for my free service... The complaint number was.[protected]. I was also given the technicians number and he assured that the next day engg would come... Nobody came and i got the msg on 11th of may'16 that my complaint was cancelled as the phone number provided was invalid. I again raised the request on 11th with complaint number no..[protected]. I got the message that the engg has been assigned... By evening i got the msg that the complaint has been resolved and rs 100 as fee has been collected. The irony was that nobody paid the visit and it was so irritating to note that you people resorted to telling lies to hide your incompetence. I was deprived of my right of free service and if you people cant provide free service then dont promise... Just beg... You are third rate cheaters and i wont recommend voltas to anyone among my known

I purchased 1 tonne voltas split ac on 1 april 2016..now they have no cooling..
i informed in tol free number. they informed me, service agent will call you..
but no call any inform frm agent or service technicians... what can i do

Tata Voltas — Not working new ac

My ac purchased in Vasanth and co date 29/7/15. this new voltas ac not working in a minutes. I inform voltas company in sivakasi. But not response.

    We alrdy done complain through phone and through mail no reply us or contact us reagrding our complaint.we are not at all happy with your services and youriservuces are too poor and not properly coordinated.your company promise us to solve our complaint in 24 hours but no one contact us till 1200 hours, ..means more then a month .Our main problem is a leakage in cooling coil everyone use to come and tell us that there is a leakage and they repair and then go and commit us that next time shure we will change it next time but no one come us too for a single repair .you services are terrible...poor... we buy i0this ac past three year and we complaint it for 300 times so it means that how bad product u are preparing . So kindly plas solve our problem on urgent basis otherwise I need to go and give my complain and bad behaviour from your company regarding your services to the consumer court because I am badly fedup from you all .please solve my complain as soon as possible.

    I purchase voltas A/ C on 3 April 2016 . In a mounth A/C got a serious problem i complain it many times my A/ C gas got leaked again and again . I bought Voltas Ac and that is my worst decision. And want to replace Ac as soon as possible before complaning in consumer court WAC 102 DYA

      The drag wheels provided for the air cooler became uneven and while moving they are detaching from the cooler base. I tried to place them back in the slots, but in still position cooler is leaning sideward. When I try to move it, wheels are again detaching, if I want to use it, I need to remove wheels and have the cooler in the desired position and fill water, I can not move it away.

      I have logged a compliant (No # - [protected]). Date/time - 12th April, 2016(Thursday). 9:00 AM
      As per the customer care representative, the technician will pay a visit with in 24 working hours, but till now there is no update on this.

      I have brought this product in the first week of March, and it is not even two months, but the product is causing issue.

      Despite of other brands like Kenstar, Bajaj, Usha, I shouldn't selected Voltas, due to less or minimal irresponsible customer support during the warranty period.

      Voltas — Remote sensor not working

      I have complain dated on14th octomber 15 . service technician visited twice a time in a month but problem tills not resolve. technicina bring new remote but also problem in new remote. my complain no. is [protected]
      Its been more than a week and the issue is not yet been addressed.
      No technician has turned up till now. Such a worst service from VOLTAS was not expected.

      There is no update for me till now. Its been 10days and the customer is not yet been updated. Very worst service from VOLTAS. Not preferrable. Now the customer vare number is also not connecting. No reply to my email when o mailed to voltas customer care. Daily when i call customer care for an update, i will get an answer that the technician will visit tomorrow and tomorrow has never came. If this is the scenario how a consumer prefer this product to others??

        I have purchase and voltas ac 1.5 ton on 24th april 2015,
        1st problem the installation mechanic from distributor has come at 10;30 pm after installation the ac was making noise, when reported the same he told the noise will go gradually which was believed, now ultimately on 5th of may ac has stooped cooling, for the same complain has be filed to voltas( complain no [protected]) and distributor but action has been done from both the party.
        i have purchased the ac from BANSAL ELECTROVISION PVT LTD INVOICE NO F1120 DATED 19TH APRIL2015

        this is turning to be a serious issue for me as since last 1 year my voltas ac has gone through many problems,
        now i have made a complain to customer care for not cooling again and water from indoor unit,
        one year back the same problem occured and your team has changed the outdoor unit,
        now again the same problem and your team visited my place stating the gas leakage and asking for 2200rs +400 rs

        please make me understand how it is possible from the company like you to 1 year old ac has 3 time gas leakage,
        apart of that the cooling of the ac is not as good as other ac,
        i am also putting this case to consumer foram for better action on the same,
        i strongly belive either bansal ELECTROVISION PVT LTD INVOICE NO F1120 DATED 19TH APRIL2015
        has given me a defective product or its VOLTAS common problem

          Hi this is Meet oza.

          I have registered a complaint regarding my A/C not working on 26/04/2016 than service person came on my place on 27/04/2016 and he found some prob in power connection and T.C.B. so he took that parts with him and told that it will done within 3-4 days.
          Today it completes 18 days than too no body have perfect answer that when it will get repair...
          Totally third class service...
          And even no response found from their manager Mr. R.K.Gupta after calling him 10 times...

            I purchased the AC on 15 Oct 2015, Used 4 times. during my vacation i found it is not cooling, so made complaint and the technician came, repaired, worked 1 day and i left back to Gulf, Now the AC is not cooling, we called many times the service and the technician, but no response. We have purchased this product and now facing problem... at my house only ladies and they are help less. Really hectic problem... 80 Years old mom and wife... and it is too hot... AC is not working...

                I have purchase a voltus ac and a voltus stabilizer 4kva 130v to 280 v (Rs. 3800) from cold point (Voltus sales & service dealer, midnapore) on 14-jun-2014. The stabilizer had 1 year warranty. 3 months ago it got disturbed (Can't stabilize voltage & input/output display is not showing). I went to the service center (Cold point). Bt they refused to repair it. Even for the free services of my ac also they could not send the technician timely. As a potential customer this is a serious complain against cold point about their services. Please take action to do the justice with customers.

                  I have purchased a Voltas all star AC on 20th Apr 2016 (Which got delivered to be on 22nd Apr by dealer) and it has shown issues from day 1.

                  on 24th night it stopped working completely and i have complained about it to Voltas on 26th after completely verifying that AC is not

                  working at all now. From 26th Apr to this date i am still suffering and there is no solution to my issue. Complaint no with Voltas is [protected] which is still pending.

                  There were multiple visits from technicians and they were usually not even aware what was the issue earlier guys identified, which shows the

                  kind of incompetence the technicians were having.

                  From last 2 weeks continuously following up with both customer care (Who are clueless and keep reading the status for me), asked them to

                  have it escalated twice (Which i know they have not done at all). There is nothing mentioned for grievance redressal on site and no one

                  replies on emails after first reply.

                  Still wondering how to recover from the biggest mistake of my life to purchase any product from pathetic company Voltas and how to deal with

                  there pathetic customer care service.

                  Even after repeated visits and also after changing the PCB board my AC is still in same condition. I have used it for around 4-5 hrs till now and it is not working from last 1 month or so (First complain was registered on Apr 26, 2016). Still waiting for voltas to fix my issue. Struck with a bad quality product which is not working from Day 1 itself.

                    we purchased an Voltas AC Split from Patiala from Coolways Agencies and we start the Ac in this moth, but the AC is defected and its automatically cut off after running 4-5 mins only, we have lodged our complaint to Agency but they provided Customer care no [protected] to us, a mechanic Raman Goyal from Patiala send his persons to repair, and the checked the AC and told that its okay, we checked but it runs only for 5 mins again, We again Lodged Complaint and Again this Mechanic send his persons, they open the mouth and get the spare parts and said they can provide new parts only after 2 days, we gain suffered in High Summer, they installed the part and said now its okay, but when again we checked it runs only for 4 mins, we contacted the same mechanic as he installed the part at late evening, he said plz again give complaint but AC mechanic didn't come till 3 PM.Now its our request that we purchased Brand New AC from Voltas and this AC is defected, kindly provide us New AC as we are bearing high inconvenience in the moth of extreme summer.

                          I had complained voltas regarding cooling and sound problem of ac.. I had complained on 22 nd april and today it's 13 the may but still my complain has not been solved.. Out of 4 complains 1 time the technical person visited and collected the fees and told me i will fix problem and visin after 2 days.. Today it's more than 15 days still technical person has not visited... I tired of complaints in voltas no response thy close complain without visit.. I have the docket no.                             I would like to inform you that i purchased voltas split air conditioner, from pawar sales. Vadodara on 6th august 2015. I was very excited to have my first ac and started dreaming of comfort. But……i forgot to do survey market for after sales support of tata voltas.

                            My story starts now……

                            1st experience: cooling lost all of sudden on[protected]th days of installation)
                            2nd experience: every 15 days cooling lost and i kept on contacting my showroom owner (Pawar sales) and tata voltas company service engineer to get the resolution of cooling related problems. This happened more than 10 times and i got frustrated from the response and the product of the tata (A brand name in universe) during this pathetic time period i never felt the comfort of ac even if i owned it and spent money for that.
                            Since 22nd april 2016 tata voltas service engineer and mr. Aakash-[protected] (Senior manager vadodara) and technician mr. Aabid - [protected] took away my ac unit and they committed to return it within a week time with permanent solution. But till date i did not get any kind of positive response from tata voltas team and every time i keep on calling to know mu update of ac. They are making false commitment and they even do not know that when the part will be replace and the ac will start working.

                            It is my humble request to you all customer care team to look into this matter and resolve this issue in high priority. Since first day of purchase this ac, i got annoyed and now it is difficult to trust anymore. It’s almost a year and now the warranty is also going to be lapsed.

                            Sorry to say, i am highly disappointed with your after sales services. Being a tata brand i never expected such kind of behavior from your side. My details are as under.

                              I contacted voltas customer care for ac installation on 30-april-2016. Through sms i received the above mentioned request number. Now it is may 11. I was promised that the service person will contact me within 24 hours. Till now dead silence. Almost summer is over, hats off to voltas for their excellent, unprecedented customer care. I will never ever purchase voltas in my entire life time. Tata cars are known for its inferior quality and so the tata voltas. Never purchase any of the tata products. I even stopped buying tata salt.
                              Because the brand tata is cheapest brand making fool of the customers in the entire world. After all indians are always indians..

                                The complaint which is registered with you since last year has not been resolved. I am very disappointed with your service and product. Its been one year your excutive came checked and made a report of gas issue whats the point of buying a new air conditioner

                                Today i am regretting that the day when I bought this voltas split ac the shop executive has told me that go with samsung ac but it was my bad luck.

                                The summers has not yet started and today switched on the ac that may be it will give some cool air but in this weather the ac is giving normal fan air.

                                Its been almost 9-10 months i am complaining for this issue, now i will go legal aggressively.

                                  I bought Voltas 1 Ton split a/c on 07th Nov 2015 from 'Friend's Electronics' Store Thane (Invoice No. 21028).
                                  In last 6 months it has broken down thrice with recurring problem of Gas leakage. Twice the company technician came, did some welding and filled the gas, but after few days same problem would recur. Now my a/c is not working for last 15 days, when I need it the most.

                                  Twice I complained to Voltas Service centre and they rejected the complaint giving following reason both the times
                                  "Your request no [protected] has been cancelled. Reason Job done by Third party"
                                  "Your request no [protected] has been cancelled. Reason Job done by Third party"

                                  I'm not sure which Third party they are talking about. For all the complaints I have registered via Voltas Service Centre itself. Also the service centre is very pathetic in terms of customer support and grievance redressal. They don't provide proper reasoning and the time at which the technician is expected to visit.

                                  Kindly send across company technician to check the a/c. I'm fed up with how big company like Voltas treats its customer and the support provided by the company's third party contractors

                                  Its been a week now since I lodge the complaint, still no resolution. A guy from Voltas called and confirmed that a voltas technician will visit my house to fix the a/c. But he hasn't shown up till now!!

                                  I sincerely regret buying a/c from Voltas now. It is not functioning when i need it most. Really pathetic service guys.

                                    We purchased a voltas window AC from Amazon 2 weeks ago. There was a problem with the AC and we called Amazon. They informed us that the service executive from Voltas will have to check the piece and certify that it is faulty so that Amazon can replace. We lodged a complaint with the service center and the person visited and checked the AC. He said there is a problem but will need to observe for a week more. Now since more than a week we are registering complaint with their service center. at the end of the day we get a message that 'our complaint has been cancelled since it was resolved on the phone" This non sense has been going on and the escalation number mentioned on their website of one Mr Ravindra Phadke is always switched off. Amazon cannot do anything till these guys don't address the issue.

                                      I purchased an a/c. (1 ton capacity) during march 2013 from andal stores, ambasamudram, tirunelveli district, tamilnadu. It does not work - cool air is not produced - works like a fan. Complaint booked to voltas service centre, tirunelveli, tamilnadu on 25th april 2016 itself. My request no. Registered by them is [protected]. Even though i contact them through cellphone every day for the past 14 days, they respond that it would be attended immediately. But no response. I am 67 years old and i have diabetes & high bp. I don't expect such a treatment shown to a client. I think you would forget them as soon as they pay cash and get the equipment.
