I raised a complaint regarding noneffective cooling of my split ac on 20th apr. A technician attended on 22nd. For every single thing he kept calling someone on his mobile and asking what to do. This is to inform you that there is no response from voltas if we complaint about faults.there is no call attendance if we call for customer care, no quick service attendance, no respect to customers and more importantly personnel who does service doesn't have effeciency., services doesn't even last for a month.
