I purchased a Voltas air conditioner on 23/04/2016 from Shah's Electronics, R. P. Road, Secunderabad. I have been allotted with a service request no. [protected] immediately. I was told that the installation will be done witin 48 hours. I am making calls to customer care they said that it will be done today or maximum by tomorrow. But nobody turns up. In fact they gave me technician's no. who is supposed to do installation ([protected] - Yogesh, Sri Sai Air Conditioners), but he is also doing same like customer care center.
So, I request the company to finish the installation by 28/04/2016 or take your item back and return the money. Otherwise I will go for legal action.

    I raised an ac installation request for a split ac to be installed in kottayam, kerala, on 21/04/2016 with voltas customer care (Service req. No -[protected]) & they confirmed that it will be done within 48 hours. I am calling customer care center at erayilkadavu, kottayam town since 23/04/2016 (Calling daily 2-3 times), they said that it will be done today or maximum by tomorrow. But nobody turns up. I'm waiting only one day otherwise i'm going to take legal action against the firm...

      I had bought a Voltas split AC 1.5 tons last year June from Flipkart. For the last 7 days I have been trying to get someone to come and help us in setting the remote right (there is some problem, we are unable to increase the temperature above 24 degrees)...innumerable phone calls to their customer services has yielded zero results till date...their service provider in Kolkata is one RB Enterprises who are phenomenally worthless! The number provided by Volta's toll free customer service of this service provider[protected] is not a working number. Extremely surprised that this is a service being delivered by a TATA brand!!! Whatever happened to the TATA name????? Calls to the RB Enterprises other numbers[protected] & [protected] has been futile since they do not bother to respond. Can someone wake up????

      Purchased a voltas windows ac last year and 3 servicings were free for a year but not a single servicing was given by the retailer and the company. Even they are not ready to come on my cost also, i am ready to pay for that. Very poor service by such a big company.

        I bought 1.5 ton 183 cya window AC through zipper.com on 17 Apr 16 and after the product was delivered, I called the voltas customer care on 22 Apr for installation of the product within 24-48 hr through request no [protected]. Even after lapse of time no installation was done and then I was messaged that it will be done on 28 Apr. Such delay and that too in Delhi is not understood. I hope company can be more responsive and sincere in its efforts of providing services post selling their products .

          Hello sir i m shanker singh from 19b/161virendawan colony, lucknow (u.p)
          I reported a complain on 9 april regarding our window ac coil sensor . The store manager of ashiana service center told us that they cant provide us tge spare part .But one day they sent their service man with the duplicate coil sensor which was totally local made of copper . Then we retured it . Again we made a report of same thing .now today on 26 april they sent a another part of spilt ac . Consider if anythng wrong happed to us who is going to pay. And the store manger of aashiana lucknow was abusing and said they will not replace the part . We have all prove of the duplicate part. Please solve our problen

            I raised a complaint regarding noneffective cooling of my split ac on 20th apr. A technician attended on 22nd. For every single thing he kept calling someone on his mobile and asking what to do. He checked and confirmed no gas leak, gas quantity full .The problem was of voltage fluctuation and we hadnt installed a stabiliser. That said and done after discussing over his mobile he said he had to change capister. So we allowed him to do it. After that when checked the ac started blowing hot air.He said it would cool in some time and said we had to get the gas filled now.He even collected advance payment for that and assured us it would be done next day.Net day they kept me waiting saying they were reaching in half an hour but never turnedup. In the evening they refused to come n when insisted they sent another technician at 8pm. He after checking said the compressor wasnt working .I requested for a day time to look for my receipt as it is within warranty period.
            Next day i saw another technician working at my neighbours and happened to mention. He said he will have a look n fixed the problem saying it was just ainterchanged wire connection.Our ac compressor was working fine!!! When i called the service center to say i wont be getting any work done and they should refund me the advance they had collected, they refused to pay saying i had to get the compressor changed.Finally when i insisted that i dont want to get any work done further and they make a refund, they have raised a feedback saying " cust not willing to pay ".. They tried to change my perfectly working compressor, charged me for capistor which was also working fine, have been refusing to refund the advance collected since 3 days and use abusive language when insisted to refund.
            Completely unacceptable from a reputed company as voltas !!!

              I raised an ac installation request for a split ac to be installed in kundallahalli, bangalore - 37, on 19/04/2016 with voltas customer care (Service req. No -[protected] ) & they confirmed that it will be done within 24 working hours i.E. 3 days. No body turns up or called us for the same up till now. I am calling customer care since 23/04/2016 (Calling daily 2-3 times), they said that it will be done today or maximum by tomorrow. But nobody turns up. They provided me a cell number for comfort link (Bangalore service provider) but nobody responding on that number.
              Since monday they are saying that they are escalating the issue to the concerned department but of no use up till now. Today i called them again & they connect to me their senior service department and same answer - we are escalating your request.

              It is a very frustrating experience with voltas services in-spite of having a trusted name as tata with them. Please help us to get the issue resolved.

                I have bought a Voltas AC 1.5 ltr 5 star on 28th of March, and have requested to install this product with Voltas on same day. They have confirmed the installation but no one came for next few days even though it was a paid service (Rs 1500/-). I have raised a consumer compliant, and was keep calling them daily basis. Finally they came on 4th April late evening to install the product. They have installed the product and switched on the AC, and said everything is working fine. That day night we realized that it was a faulty machine, and not working other than the fan.
                I have raised the request on 5th of April to uninstall the AC, and have a commitment that they will complete the activity in 24 hours working days with a fee of Rs 750/-. Today is 26th of April, and every day I am spending 1-2 hours to talk to the customer care, their managers and relevant stake holders. They have not yet assigned anyone to do this task, instead keep saying it will be resolved in a day's time and then there will be no response. I am fed up with their attitude and service, and not sure how I can dismantle the AC from my home. Once uninstalled, I can replace this with new AC from the place I purchased this one.

                  I had purchased a Voltas Vertis Premium 1.5 ton AC model last year on 24/4/15 from a dealer m/s Sathyar, Chennai. Last year I had availed the 1st free service after six months of purchase as it is provided by the company.
                  I had moved from Chennai to Trichy due to my Job transfer and I wanted to avail the second service for AC and registered the ticket with the customer care and the number is [protected] on 17th april 2016 and till now the service is not done. It is going to be almost 10 days and the TAT they tell is 24 working hrs which should be 3 days. So I am really dissatisfied the service of the company.
                  I would like to know how such a big brand company like VOLTAS is functioning with such disgraceful working culture where a customer is made to wait for 10 days for a service which is promised in 3-4 working days and even I tried to contact the service agent office where they don't even pick up the phone.

                    I have purchased voltas 1 tonne a/c on 16/4/2016 from Mohan shopping Thanjavur. The dealer said it will be installed within two days from the date of purchase. But till date nobody is contacted me about the installation.Dealer replied that we informed to voltas service center and they have to do the installation.I contacted the service center number([protected]) and few times answered positively but didn't send a installer. Most of the times they never answered my calls. It leads to me very frustrating and I was loosing the faith in Tata group products.Because very worst in dealing customer grievances.

                      I had purchased two split unit A.C for my house 2 years before. Recently I shifted my this A.C to my new house in Mangalore. The A.C was serviced and fixed, but the remote control of the A.C not working. The agent says no remote control available for this and you have to purchase a Universal remote and programme it. But One Month now and no solution. Reading all the complaints and 13% solution ratings for 1, 187 complaints means I have to dump my A.C and go for some better brand. Very pathetic to invest in Indian brands. Once the money is out of your hand, the customer becomes a beggar.

                        I bought 'voltas 185 ey (R) executive r split ac(1.5 ton, 5 star)' through amazon. Received the applicance on 19th april 2016. I raised a request for installation on 19th april itself. The service req no. - [protected]. Call centre guy assured that it will take 24 business hours to install (Basicall 3 working days). It is 25th april, 5pm and no one from voltas called me till now, even after 6 working days.

                        Even after raising complaints with amazon.In and thru call centre, no body from voltas cares even to acknowledge that a request has been raised and when it will be installed.

                        I am told that this is a norm for voltas and they take atleast 10 days to install. It is a shame how voltas treats their customers. Bought just because it is a tata product, seems they leave consumers to dogs. I have a couple of days left before i can return the appliance thru amazon. Hello, someone in voltas hearing?

                        Hi Oswin, my AC is not yet installed even today ie 30th. These guys are a shame, they only give the standard reply. I am returning the product on Monday, 2nd May
                        Thanks for the update, Even the same case with me too. They gave area service manager contact today after deliberate attempts. Funny part is that number too always busy or pretending to be like that. Plz share your experience on returning this so called AC. I also will follow the same path.

                        Oswin, these guys came on saturday night and installed. it was 1am when the installation was over..how r things for you?
                        Good, so finally you got hold of these people. There is no improvement in my case. Curious to know how do you get hold of this guys, did you push it from some other means? For me i tried to reach their Area service manager, he also one among those people, not really helping out.

                        Btw howz the perofrmance of the AC? Hope it works well, else catching this people again will be big nightmare. Good luck!
                        Oswin, I made noise thru channels like these, and in their facebook page. I told amazon that I will return the product if they dont install by monday. I guess these tactics worked... still there are some small things to be fixed, like they have to put a drain pipe, connect the stabilizer etc, but I guess they will do it in some time,
                        I dont think they would even care to pick up calls if you try reaching them. They called me and did the installation.
                        AC seems to be working fine... no problems as of now... used it for a day, may be too early to say how it works...

                            After making enormous calls at mumbai voltas call centre and getting assurance from the receivers promising that my case is of high priority and shall be responded on urgent basis, i call them sheer ignorance and a damn attitude of the members out there. Seriously this is really on some other level where the word professionalism doesn't exist at all, wonder how they operate in such fashion, i appeal the higher authorities to peep into their work style if incase they are not of the same kind, shame on u all to treat us like this and consider our valuable time so cheap.
                            My ac needed servicing and re installation as i would be shifting from the ground to first floor, the kolkata service centre called me and dumped the call on my face saying that it's too much pressure and can't fix my problem at the earliest, do i deserve this treatment and disgrace from the employees and we function as per them, this is unacceptable, my works still pending and i had to get my ac fixed my a local electrician.

                            When you call the Mumbai voltas call centre and they inform you that you will receive a call within 24 hours from the kolkata service centre about your complain registered with us and a technician shall visit your residence to fix your problem, I have a question for you that is it fair and trusting enough when you mention your apology to me in your reply and listening to the same sorries from the call centre too, Iv been harassed literally and my work is still lying unattended and I shall get it fixed by a local technician because you guys are not honest in your work.shameless act by the voltas kolkata employees, really shameful, pity on you all, it would just remain a pity.

                              I purchased voltas 185 cy 1.5 ton split ac through amazon last week. As per their guidance i lodged for installation and demo service request on voltas at 21/04/2016. The request no provided is [protected] and has been assured that request will be processed within 24 hours.

                              I waited till 23/04 and called customer care back, this time they told there is some technician assigned ( s.N.Engineers, contact number[protected] and will get a call from him today. As no one turned up i tried to call the mentioned number but there is no response from other side, he simply disconnects the call everytime.

                              So far i havent received any call (Till 25/04), i donno how long should i wait for installation in this scorching summer heat. I find there is no real help i get by calling voltas customer care. Can any one from voltas team please look into this?

                              So far no one has updated me the progress so far, instead i am getting replies to my queries saying that some one will get in touch to resolve the issue soon. No idea what does that "soon" really mean?

                                The most insensitive inconsistent people are working for the voltas at kolkata where they hardly work and are lagging behind for various weak inconsiderate reasons, they take people for granted and think people are just having fun calling them up to get their work fixed.I'm fed up calling the bombay service centre to ask the kol service centre technicians to come and fix my case but it's not to my surprise anymore, it's been more than 72 hrs and nothings resolved ...it seems no one cares and such carelessness is not accepted at all.

                                  I had purchased one voltas 1.0 ton 125 ey(R) split ac from great eastern trading co., kharagpur on 26/01/2016.Invoice no:28/sa/1516/08351invoice date:[protected].It is a matter of great regret that from the very beginning the ac has not been working properly.I had made one complaint with the voltas customer service center, but till date the company or the seller i.E., the great eastern trading co did not take any action .My complaint no.                                     I have purchased 1.5 ton Voltas split 3 star AC from Unique Air conditioners, No 13, Ground Floor, Sector 35 A, Chandigarh Vide bill no 590 dated 06/07/2015 and suffering from pathetic attitude of dealer as well as company since inception as first of all the dealer has sent damaged unit which was replaced with 2013 model of AC. When objected the dealer sent the 2015 model selected by us. The Ac is giving trouble since the date of purchased as it is not giving proper cooling and when the complaint was made, it was not attended to my entire satisfaction. Thereafter, winter season came and again when we started the AC during April the same problem persists, moreover the company has not sent their representative for free service during the reference period . Inspite of repeated mails and complaints to customer care cell on April11, 15, 17, 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2016 no body has attended the complaint. It was told by customer care cell on 22 April, 2016 that the complaint had already been closed. It is surprising that I have not given any satisfaction letter to them and even thereafter they have closed the complaint which shows that they have no respect for customers and his hard hard earned money. When Shri Aman Panchkaran, Area Service Manager was contacted on 22 April, 2016, he promised to send some technicians to attend the complaint next day but no one has come to my Residence till date. It is hot summer season and my wife had undergone surgery but the AC is not giving proper cooling as promised by the company. If the complaint is not attended within a week I have no alternative except to go to Consumer Court for which the company shall be fully responsible for harrassment and necessary compensation.

                                      I have purchased voltas window ac 1.5 ton on 22 april 2016 from dealer-arvind electronics in ambala city. And dealer has send his technician for installing the window ac, and when he opened the ac box the fresh air lid was broken from the main unit and it was seperate from the main unit, and the swing was also not working, and when i said the dealer that i have received a defective item, he said that contact to service center. So on the first day i have contacted service center. And today on 23 april 2016 when the technician visit from service center-'gulati electronics' he said that the fresh air compartment lid cannot be repaired and he went. And then after contacting service center so many times they have sent a different fresh air lid of another ac, that's not genuine voltas part, so it doesn't fit in my ac. And now there is no response by them.
                                      So i am facing very much problem, i have purchased new ac yesterday by making full payment and then also i have received a defective item and there is no resolution provided to me. I have 3 more window ac of voltas and first time i am facing so much problem with this new piece.In future i will never purchase voltas ac. So you should cancel the franchisee with service center and dealer because they are doing nothing. Its a very very worst service provided by voltas. So now either repair my ac with genuine voltas part or replace my air conditioner by 24 april 2016, otherwise i will take a legal action through consumer court.

                                        This is to inform you that there is no response from voltas if we complaint about faults.there is no call attendance if we call for customer care, no quick service attendance, no respect to customers and more importantly personnel who does service doesn't have effeciency., services doesn't even last for a month.
