I have installed Voltas A/c in month of January 2016, when i started to use a/c after few days the water from outdoor unit started to drip from the lintel of 1st floor which made dripping noise and pooled water on the ground. Then i called the technician who had installed the a/c to fix this issue he said he was busy he will come the next day, again when i called next day he said he was still busy this
went on for one month, so on May 2nd, 2016 i wrote a complaint to Voltas (Complaint Number : [protected]) requesting to send any other technician since current technician we called was always busy. The next day (May 3rd, 2016) i got a call saying from voltas saying they will send on May 4th, 2016 by 5PM. I had some urgent work but I delayed my plans and stayed home since Voltas Technician will come fix the issue. But no one called or came May 4th, 2016 so the next day i called back the person who had told he will send technician May 4th, 2016 by 5PM. It was received by a lady so i mentioned the problem, she said it was her superior who had called and has not arrived to office so i called again after 2 hours she picked the call again and said he has still not come to office and now she saying the same bull reply the technician was giving, all the technician were busy so it may take upto 2 days. After 2 days also no one called so i complained to voltas again and from that day on I have regularly called Voltas Technical Support telling the problem over and over again and all they say is I am sorry for the inconveniences, I understand your problem, my issue is marked as high priority and we will send a technician as soon as possible and they even gave a number of Repair Services name Cool World. After calling for week and half of regular calling to Voltas Technical Support regularly and after mentioning that if they are not interested in fixing the issue they can take the A/c back and pay me back my money then they forwarded my call to their superior and he called that Cool World technicians and told me that they will be coming by that day itself by 4PM so i asked him what assurance he can give that they will come so he told he will call back around 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM asking for feedback of the service. It was 5PM no one came and what I am disappointed the most is not the superior in Voltas has also not bothered to callback asking whether the technician has arrived or not. I myself called the Cool World ([protected]) and lady received the call and said that the technicians are busy and they are already in other location. So she assured she will send them by next day morning, no one came till after noon so i called them back this time a man with bad attitude received the call when i was telling him the issue he was received the call from another person when he was speaking to me. He was speaking like he didn't care what i was saying and he told he will send a technician by that day no one came. Recently after a week I get a call from saying
he was Voltas Technician and wanted to know my address actually and I asked where he is exactly he was roughly 10-15 kms from my house so he said he will be there in few mins, I was out at that time so I immediately rushed to my house leaving my work half done. But there was no call and no one came. I am deeply disappointed with Voltas which is a renowned company giving such a pathetic service and hiring third rate technicians who don't even have manners to speak. All I wanted was to
fix a leakage issue and didn't expect such a pathetic issue from Voltas, if you are still not bothered take your product back and pay me back my money.
