I had bought a Air Cooler from Voltas one month before. From very first day many of functions on control panel & rempte found not workinhg. I had registerd mu complaint through my registred no.[protected] on Voltas customer care toll free number. After follow up till one week they send a service enggneer, he cames check & said its needed to change control panel & assure us revert back in two or three days. But till now after so many complainrd on tollfree number thre is no response from Voltas.

I want to know the differnce between a local seller & Volatas a reputed compnay, . I think local sellers are better than voltas we can go there & get services.
Also i had bought extended warranty. Now i realiase that i had waseted my money to bought Voltas Air Coller. Even i can buy coller from lacal markeet only half of Voltas rates . but chhuse Volatas for better services, it was my wrong thinking.

    I have purchased a split room ac on dt.07.04.2016 from m/s refrigeration agency, nati emli, varanasi. Client no. Of shop is not available but their phone no. [protected] is printed on sales invoice. The installation was done by the show room mechanics for extra charge of rs.1000/-. The problem we face that after having started the ac, it start pouring water on bed in stead of going out through pipe line inserted with machine. I called many times to the dealer as well as mechanics whose response are not fruitful. I still facing problems of dropping water in the bed room throughout the period of ac in operation. I, therefore request to please replace/repair or as you think better at the earliest possible.

      Dear all

      I wish to complaint about voltas water dispenser, that is not working fine.

      I am complaining because i am not able to use the water dispenser since last 7 days as its giving electric shock to everyone who is using it

      When i first got to know about this problem i contacted you people twice and was told that they are sending their technician within 4 hours of complaint but it’s been 7 days no one has come to check it. My complaint no. Is [protected]. Dated: 21.05.2016.

      After may follow up with the company they gave me the no of mr. Rohit who is senior in the co he also assured that the technician will visit within 4 hours but no one have visited till now then again when called rohit he gave me the no of his senior mr ronak anand mobile no [protected] have called him many times since yesterday but he is not even bordered to pickup the call

      It's been already 7 days if i don’t hear from you within 24 hours, i will file complaint with appropriate consumer agencies and consider legal action

      If any misshaping happened due to electric shock then you and your co would be liable for the same

      Request you to kindly look into the matter with utmost urgency and send your person at the above mentioned address

      (The voltas company services is very poor)

        I bought Voltas 1.5 Ton Split AC in March 2016. we used it hardly 10 days and AC stopped working and was giving error E4. We have registered complaint for the same (#[protected]). An Engineer visited to my place and inspected the AC. He said there is issue in PCB and has to be replaced. After that visit till 1 month nobody turned up.

        We did several follow ups with customer care and the vendor who was working as service company for voltas. no response was given every time we get same ans from manoj kumar ([protected]) we are looking to the matter and we will get back to you in 1 hour and again NO response comes. and after few calls they block our number and we need to call them from a different number.

        They do not send us any update on any medium (SMS, Email or Physical Copy). Even they do not give us a copy of resolution what was corrected and who corrected it.

        After 1 month they replaced PCB. Don't know what kind of PCB was replaced, issue was not resolved though, now they had another excuse. Outer Unit PCB is not working we need to replace that either. After a week of follow up they replaced PCB of outer unit.

        Then AC worked for another 2 days and again we are facing same issue. Now Since 1 Weeks we have registered (#[protected]) the issue and doing follow ups no response is been given.

        AC didn't worked for whole Summer Season. Why we have invested our money in AC when it was not working and service not provided as it has to be.

        Engineer visit are not trained on the product and they do not have any kind of manuals to diagnose the issue.

        I need replacement for this AC. other wise I have no option to take legal actions in consumer court.

          I think its end of April raised a compalint to Voltas Care(One horrible Toll Free number).

          1.SErvice person(Suresh) have reached after 2 days i believe and confirmed that there is a problem in compressor and got to change a new one. You know we have called up many times to this guy never bothered to lift his call very reckless and ofsource his team lead Hussain as well. After taking there own time they have come with the unit and fitted saying its the new one and produced a bill of Rs.12, 150/- from the service centre.

          2.There was no cooling at all. Copper coil gets thick iced up(attached a photo) complainted the same to the service centre again after 1 week of time by making atleast 10-15times calls daily(not even one time they lift the calls) they have attended the call and taken the unit(compressor) to their service centre.

          3. This is the third time they have taken the compressor unit. Nothing has resolved.

            We bought volta's cooler on 15-mar-2016. It stopped working now. We called customer care and raised a service request with a #[protected] on 17-may-2016. It is almost 10 days and no service guy has arrived to get the problem fixed. Everyday i am calling customer care and these guys are telling they will send a guy by today. Same response everyday. Till now the problem is not fixed. One of the customer care guy gave us the customer service person number. When i called he listened to me first, after then he is avoiding my call telling that it is wrong number. Worst service i have ever seen.

              I am using 2 voltas vertis premium 2 ton split Ac.But now one of the AC is not properly cool also ice is forming inside the indoor unit for this we had already recharged gas but the result is same.So, Please check the equipment as early as possible.Not only these we are using lot of voltas AC of same type in our projects not only here but also in maximum universities in India and this particular AC it break down repeatedly since installation and as an interior area of North East State no service is easily available here.

                I have bought 2 numbers of voltas split ac (1ton sac123 ly-r410a) frpm m/s sathya agencies, trivandrum road. Palayamcottai, tirunelveli, tamilnadu on 25th april 2016. It was told by m/s sathya agencies that this ac will be serviced by mr. Padmanaban (Cell no [protected]) in tirunelveli. But, when i contacted him, he says that it will be serviced by the party which is installed the ac. So, now i am asking you to whom i should contact for any maintenance work in my ac..? Please let me know.

                  My a/c was not working from one week and i have requested your people that i have newborn baby so kindly do the needful. Technician are really playing for two days 1st day the tech said i have reached iam in luch and will come in 5 minute for day he didn't turned up. 2nd other tech claims i have sent a person he is on the way to... I hope they dont know the meaning of service and are not serous about the job they are doing. Kindly help us in this situation...

                      Hi,

                      I have registered a complaint for AC not cooling issue on date 22/05/2016. On 24/05/2016 a technician came and charged me 400/- without doing anything..when asked he said it is a inspection visit hence visiting charge. Another technician will come tomorrow and will do the needful.

                      I have waited for whole day on 25/05/2016 when contacted the concern service center..CLIMATE CONTROL, DELHI they responded technician will come tomorrow i.e, 26/5/2016. When asked for refund of 400/- since they have breached the commitment they refused to do so and cut the call.

                      My concern is...

                      "IS THIS THE WAY VOLTAS IS DEALING WITH CUSTOMER. IF YOU CANNOT STICK TO YOUR TIMELINES THEN PLEASE SHUT THE COMPANY..WE HAVE OTHER OPTIONS IN THE MARKET THAT ARE VERY MUCH BETTER THAN VOLTAS.
                      CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME GETTING MY WORK DONE ASAP."

                          I have installed Voltas A/c in month of January 2016, when i started to use a/c after few days the water from outdoor unit started to drip from the lintel of 1st floor which made dripping noise and pooled water on the ground. Then i called the technician who had installed the a/c to fix this issue he said he was busy he will come the next day, again when i called next day he said he was still busy this
                          went on for one month, so on May 2nd, 2016 i wrote a complaint to Voltas (Complaint Number : [protected]) requesting to send any other technician since current technician we called was always busy. The next day (May 3rd, 2016) i got a call saying from voltas saying they will send on May 4th, 2016 by 5PM. I had some urgent work but I delayed my plans and stayed home since Voltas Technician will come fix the issue. But no one called or came May 4th, 2016 so the next day i called back the person who had told he will send technician May 4th, 2016 by 5PM. It was received by a lady so i mentioned the problem, she said it was her superior who had called and has not arrived to office so i called again after 2 hours she picked the call again and said he has still not come to office and now she saying the same bull reply the technician was giving, all the technician were busy so it may take upto 2 days. After 2 days also no one called so i complained to voltas again and from that day on I have regularly called Voltas Technical Support telling the problem over and over again and all they say is I am sorry for the inconveniences, I understand your problem, my issue is marked as high priority and we will send a technician as soon as possible and they even gave a number of Repair Services name Cool World. After calling for week and half of regular calling to Voltas Technical Support regularly and after mentioning that if they are not interested in fixing the issue they can take the A/c back and pay me back my money then they forwarded my call to their superior and he called that Cool World technicians and told me that they will be coming by that day itself by 4PM so i asked him what assurance he can give that they will come so he told he will call back around 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM asking for feedback of the service. It was 5PM no one came and what I am disappointed the most is not the superior in Voltas has also not bothered to callback asking whether the technician has arrived or not. I myself called the Cool World ([protected]) and lady received the call and said that the technicians are busy and they are already in other location. So she assured she will send them by next day morning, no one came till after noon so i called them back this time a man with bad attitude received the call when i was telling him the issue he was received the call from another person when he was speaking to me. He was speaking like he didn't care what i was saying and he told he will send a technician by that day no one came. Recently after a week I get a call from saying
                          he was Voltas Technician and wanted to know my address actually and I asked where he is exactly he was roughly 10-15 kms from my house so he said he will be there in few mins, I was out at that time so I immediately rushed to my house leaving my work half done. But there was no call and no one came. I am deeply disappointed with Voltas which is a renowned company giving such a pathetic service and hiring third rate technicians who don't even have manners to speak. All I wanted was to
                          fix a leakage issue and didn't expect such a pathetic issue from Voltas, if you are still not bothered take your product back and pay me back my money.

                            I bought this AC in May 2015 and from March this year onwards, it started pouring water inside the room which no other AC did in my experience. The technician came and did some cleaning and went. No use, the same problem started one month later. Now the one year warranty is over and I am not sure if the company will take any responsibility to own this problem and solve it.

                            Need an immediate help from Voltas to rectify this problem

                              Hi All,

                              I have bought new TATA voltas AC in June 2014, since 2014 I didn't used that much and I have not utilized the free service, final I call customer care they sent service person on last june 15, they did something in just 15 mins in my AC and went out. and asked my sign for Free service. after that I am not use my AC, maximum I used 2 or 3 months 2016 feb to may, now cooling totally down. just I checked with near by service centre they said GAS fully leaked. and they asked 1800 rs for GAS filling & service charges. I am totally disappointed on Voltas reputation and guarantee. I don't what i have to do ? Finally i got frustrated about Voltas.

                                Hello, i am banas steel industries from ahmedabad & i have a voltas vertis gold 1.5 ton ac. I had a complain from few months for cooling as i kept my ac at 16 degree temp. & it cools like 29 degree temperature. So, i registerd a complaint on in voltas ac from toll free number on 19-may-2016 vide my request number is [protected]. I received a call from the service engineer a day after tomorrow. & the service engineer as told that there might be some ampere voltage problem so he opened the outdoor unit. Now i am trying to call that service engineer to contact whether he will come or not but the service center representative also not receiving the call to reply.
                                Very poor service from voltas.

                                Hope this complaint works.

                                  Sir,
                                  I have purchased voltas 1.5 tons ac on april 7 since then it has hardly worked for 7 days with repeated gas leakege. Company as well as dealer are just toying me around with no solution of my problem till now. I spent 35000 ii this but i have not used or m not benefitted and company and dealers are just ignoring my plea. Sir kindly look into the matter and help mw solve my problem

                                    I purchased a air cooler on mar 16.Its wheels are not working properly .I raised a complain of requst no-[protected] on 18 apr 16.Techanican visited once to rectify my problem.After i called to techanican so many times he is not lifting my call.I informed this matter to voltas custmor no.they telling me it takes two days which is not resolved yet.
                                    So i request to solve my issue as earliest possible.

                                      Our voltas ac purchased at khosla electronics (Syed amir ali avenue), model number 1.5t voltas s/ac 183 lya is not working (Totally dead) since past 4 days. We have lodged a complaint for this and the complaint number is : [protected].

                                      After 5 days a technician has visited the place and confirmed compressor is down and they will replace it. Already 3 days passed and there is no reply from voltas. Pathetic service.

                                      We went by tata's brand reputation and now it seems all went in vein.

                                      Please arrange a compressor on urgent basis. Please remember its a religious place and needs to fixed immediately.

                                        We had bought Tata voltas cooler this month...and we have found that there is problem in the water sensor so we have contacted the customer care and they have replied that they will send technician the next day, the technician attened our call and he said that the water sensor has to be replaced and he promised to bring it in 2 days, we have waited for 1 week and the problem has not been rectified...so please look into this matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.
