We bought voltas 1.5 ton 183v iy 3 star inverter split air conditioner on 21 april from snapdeal.

Waited for the installation from voltas.
Voltas people delayed the installation for more than 20 days.
And then after a month when we installed it through third party services.

It worked for 8 hours and then ac stopped working.
Visiting voltas agents first diagnose coolant gas issues and asks...

I has bought this voltas ac 1.5ton whose compressor burnt and is under warranty. After repeated complaints someone from voltas service center : k-enterprises came and took the outdoor unit. Its 20 days (03.05.2016) almost we have been waiting and repeatedly calling this service centre but they say they have not yet received the compressor from the voltas so cannot do anything about it. They have even taken rs 400/= as their visiting...

I called so many time to ur costumer help line but as u guys show that u guys dnt have time for all the costumers if not, u gusy also could call us back .we didnt beg voltas products but we bought it ..and this shows that ppl have faith in ur company the point is my window AC cool onlu for few minutes and again throw heats only its never used to be earlier.. I have registered the complain regarding my voltas split ac compressor issue on 13th may 2016. After that i may have called 10 times to customer care but still none of your technician has called me or have visited the place.
This is really a very bad experience with voltas.
No service on time and no proper or satisfactory answer from customer care executive....

The franchisee from which the voltas ac was repaired doesnot take any responsibilty. They have taken the AC from last 3 days and has bought it back and now for fitting the same they will send someone else who will come on his own time.

After purchasing Voltas AC it has got problems several times especially gas leakage.

Everytime they take saying some reason and bring it back on their own time.

Was facing an issue as the compressor was tripping again and again and it wasnt doing cooling properly. I registered a complainbt with customer care and they had sent some inexperinced guy to check the ac... He coul;dnt fins the issue and said that machine needs to be taken to the worskhop

The drag wheels provided for the air cooler became uneven and while moving they are detaching from the cooler base. I tried to place them back in the slots, but in still position cooler is leaning sideward. When I try to move it, wheels are again detaching, if I want to use it, I need to remove wheels and have the cooler in the desired position and fill water, I can not move it away.

I have registered a complaint regarding my A/C not working on 26/04/2016 than service person came on my place on 27/04/2016 and he found some prob in power connection and T.C.B. so he took that parts with him and told that it will done within 3-4 days.
Today it completes 18 days than too no body have perfect answer that when it will get repair...

I purchased the AC on 15 Oct 2015, Used 4 times. during my vacation i found it is not cooling, so made complaint and the technician came, repaired, worked 1 day and i left back to Gulf, Now the AC is not cooling, we called many times the service and the technician, but no response. We have purchased this product and now facing problem... at my house only ladies and they are help less. Really hectic problem... 80 Years old mom and wife......

This complaint is with regards to Voltas air cooler purchased from "Best Price" jammu.The Product is not working and the vendor is threatening for raising the complaints along with calling me at very odd hours and then closing the complaints with a reason that customer not responding.
