I bought a new voltas air cooler, that was delivered to me on 15th april 2016. It started throwing hot air after 12 days o[censored]sage. I raised a compliant (No.:[protected]) on 27th april through [protected] toll free number. I kept following up and they said it would take 24 working hours. Today is 1st may 2016 and i already called close to 10 times.
Firstly, i have never seen an electronic appliance, that stopped working within 12 days before. This is a first. Secondly, i have never seen a more horribly equipped customer care, with such a low skilled executives. When i type a number for a regional language, someone in hindi starts speaking. English speaking executives speak so badly (Grammar). They say they have sent a message with high priority.
Today, finally they gave me a number of the service center, but nobody answers the call. Not sure to whom they are sending the message on high priority, on a sunday, when there is no one to respond. Interestingly, they didn't give this number till yesterday.
All in all, voltas is a fraudulent company cheating the customers with the tata's brand name.
Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
