Till date technician has not been arranged by your side with repeated phone calls to your toll free number [protected].

This is really very very bad service from your end, being tata company. All people tata product due to trust created by tata in the society. Please try to keep that trust.
Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Water leakage from the indoor unit after instalation. Raised complaint twice but still not addressed. Waiting for the service guys to come and resolve the problem

    My compliant no[protected] two persons came and they are opening window grill i will object to open it ours is 5th floor they said we can't do and they are gone. Every body come and open windows after 2 or 3 times it will be spoiled .If window is not there what they can do. Local vendor is talking too much tell them how to treat customers. I will put it consumer court. This is for your information. This is local mobile no. [protected]

    I am purchased a voltas 1 ton AC and its till now under warranty from 23.04.2016 its not working, one of your repair agency name weather cool service center in garia station road Kolkata checked this problem from beginning, still now they are unable to find the fault. they are already changed back plate, compressor pipe, and compressor as per their statement I don't agree with this. now they are not attend my call... still the AC is not working.
    I don't know this mail is help me or not. but its sure that voltas is the one of the worst company I ever seen. they are not supporting their customer.

      I would like to say if we are purchasing costly product around 30, 000 rs then why they are not able to provide free installation.Atleast first time installtion should be free.After that they can charge.
      But if you are ready to pay installation fee.Then their service engineers have so many issues like if increase pipe line then they will charge 750/meter, insulation at 95/foot, mounting bracket charge 700+250rs. Mean except installation charges you have to pay these charges also.And listen after increasing your pipe line like 3 meter you have to pay 2200rs also for gas filling.
      After taking these all rates i cancelled installation from voltas.I called local ac installation person they took just 1500rs installation charges. 240rs/meter pipe charges, 45rs/foot insulation, 450rs for mounting bracket.No gas filling charges they said use your ac for 1 week if you feel cooling is low then they i will fill some gas into compressor without any extra charge.
      Now anyone can compare the price gap between voltas and other installers.They are simply looting us.
      I have just little request to voltas team please take reasonable amount from your customer.Because we buy your product after trust on you.

      I have bought a Voltas Split Ac, now . My experience with LG is they charged Rs.450 for installation and 2 Carriers did not charge anything. But 3 times they have come for preventive maintenance and once top up gas. All free. I will carrier if they can install Voltas with some charges.

      I want to say that had installed A.C in my Store. Few months back, unfortunately is not working properly now. I approach the techicain of Voltas about same. As per him show us invoice, but I had lost or pay amount.

      The Voltas AC installed worked for less than 2 months . When I wanted Voltas Technicians to install after giving 5 times dates but no one turned up. As mr.Singh did I had to use the supplier's advice. Now Voltas has already charged Rs.400 for a visit and said they will use the 2 free coupons for repair. Now the technicians say that one who said so is not qualified and hence I have pay for another visit plus Gas etc costing 3500. I installed 3 Carrier and 1 LG and they are running well. I had 3 free maintenance check up which they gave after getting my appointment.
      One weak moment I thought Voltas is TaTa establishment for whom I have great respect.

      I am spending Rs.4000 more now with Voltas (Breeze technicians) for the Voltas AC which successfully ran for 1.5 months for repairs.
      Why don't you make it a point to send your mechanic in the first instant. I can show the 6 times appointment fixed never materialized when I had to go for the mechanic recommended by the seller.
      You could have added all these in your price and make the first installation free as done by others. (you can still be competitive since others give 3 maintenance services free). I hope there is some clever fellow in your management who will think in the long run. Our builders assn. will never recommend Voltas if they opt for the present technique.

      I bought voltas 5 star split ac. Service engineer came and checked the number on box. He did not show up for next 2 days. I kept calling voltas service center toll free number where i told them problem atlest 5 times i made call and told them my problem. No solution was provided by voltas service call center. I called service engineer and literally requested him to come and unstall ac. In future i will never buy voltas product. Voltas is unprofessional company. They take full installation free and harass their consumers.

      I purchase apki inverter ac in which dealer said that installtion charges included but if ooper required more then i have to pay extra that is reasnable and understandable. But when technician came next day then he asked 300 rs for doing a hole in wall said only 1 hole is allowed in installation. Now please tell me why you purchased split ac which cost is more then window because no place to install in room so split is required and as the room is inside it might be possible that pipe need to pass from room and loby but the reasanable distance then why they asking extra money.
      And the best part if you asked your dealer they said please call to customer care and when you call CC they have limited ans that technician is only for hang the ac thats mean he not do connection, he will not do extra hole id requiere etc then why they sent to me only to check that we places ac or not.

      I have purchased voltas 1.5 Ton Split inverter AC on 24.05.2020 and booked for installation on the same day. After so many reminders finally installation guy came on 28.05.2020 and asking for much higher rates than standard rates. He is asking for INR 599/- for installation against INR 499/-, labour charges for Pipe fitting @ INR 250/- mtr against INR 200/- per mtr and INR 300/- for stand installation against INR 200/- as standard charges. The time he came is about 06:30 in evening and just ran when we keen to talk to customer care. Aside today morning my installation request also been cancelled by service centre when i talk to escalation matrix Mr. Anuj Gupta

      Is this the legacy of TATA products whom we respect so much. My request is to kindly insatall my AC by sending some genuine and customer centric person rather sending these unprofessional guys for instalation.

          It's a matter of sorrow for me that I am a customer of India's worst company ever. I have a Voltas Split AC. Now my AC is not working properly so that i have logged a complaint of my AC but no one visited my house to attend the complaint. Also voltas customer care as well as voltas service center delhi named Dew Point Refigeration making fool of their customers by giving invalid reasons. Most important the language and tone used by the voltas service provider is very worst. I never buy or suggest any one to go for voltas. Now i am very fed up with voltas company. I also mailed you several times for this issue but voltas never give any response to me. So i realised that you all are same and going in one direction of making your customer fool. I have logged a complaint on 22 April 2016 but no one visited till now. And I recieve a sms on my phone that your complaint have been cancelled due to reschedule but call center executive says that your complaint have cancelled because you didn't show the bill of your AC to technician. But the reality is that no one visited my house to attempt the complaint. Voltas is just making fool of their customers. I have so many proofs to show that voltas are just cheating with me. I recorded all the calls that i have called to voltas till now and i will go to consumer court and attach all the proofs that i have so far.

            I have purchased Executive - 5 Star(Y-S Series) in summer 2014. after two weeks water started to come from the indoor unit. I made a complaint, a engineer from Voltas attended the complaint and said it is ok. but again after two days again water started to come from the indoor unit. I made a complaint, again the engineer came and said the pipe hole out side is not properly closed. Again now this year 2016, the water started to come from the indoor unit after the use of AC for 5 to 6 hours.

              I bought a new voltas air cooler, that was delivered to me on 15th april 2016. It started throwing hot air after 12 days o[censored]sage. I raised a compliant (No.:[protected]) on 27th april through [protected] toll free number. I kept following up and they said it would take 24 working hours. Today is 1st may 2016 and i already called close to 10 times.

              Firstly, i have never seen an electronic appliance, that stopped working within 12 days before. This is a first. Secondly, i have never seen a more horribly equipped customer care, with such a low skilled executives. When i type a number for a regional language, someone in hindi starts speaking. English speaking executives speak so badly (Grammar). They say they have sent a message with high priority.

              Today, finally they gave me a number of the service center, but nobody answers the call. Not sure to whom they are sending the message on high priority, on a sunday, when there is no one to respond. Interestingly, they didn't give this number till yesterday.

              All in all, voltas is a fraudulent company cheating the customers with the tata's brand name.

                Dear sir,
                I have an deep freezer 500 ltr. Purchased on 19.06.15.While i switch it on it will make loud noise.I have logged complaint to voltas toll free no.[protected] on 08..03.16(Complaint no.[protected]) and 18.03.16(Complaint no.[protected]).But till date there is no response from voltas customer care service.
                I am unable to use this deep freezer due to very bad customer service response .

                  I have purchased a voltas water cooler around 2 years back, now the product is not working properly and it is not cooling the water, i have visted my local authorized service center of voltas and asked them to repair it, but they never visited my house to repair it, i have gone a few more time to ask them to repair but they only tell that they will come tomorrow but never visited, later i have registered a complaint on 25.04.2016 the toll free no. Of company [protected] and they have registered my complain no [protected], but still after 5 days no one has visited for service. Please try to solve the problem thanks.

                  I purchased this ac and installed 15 days back, but my cooler is working better then this AC . volats ac's completely fraud and faulty machines don't buy any TATA products, as it is just brand name but no Quality.

                    I had lodged a engineer visit request ([protected]) as my AC Voltas Vertis 1.5 Ton Split 3.10 yrs old wasn't working on 24th April and the branch sent an engineer on 30th April. After engineer visited he said the compressor is nont functional and needs to be changed, as I said fine change it as compressor is under warranty.
                    I was asked to pay Rs.3500/- upfront and was committed that everything will be done within 4-5 days time.
                    Then i contacted the local office they said I have to pay Rs.4200/- upfront only then they will place a request for compressor to Mumbai office even after that it will take 9-10 days to sort things out. When I said you first get all your parts from mumbai as required and then I will pay for it, this offer was declined right away.
                    Then I contacted the customer care (Helpline No)they said they have mailed to the centre to do the needful within 2 days and take the money once the job is done.
                    Despite that I haven't received any estimate cost letter or phone call from the centre regarding the same.
                    prior to this I had raised a request ([protected])on 7th April 2016 for the AC not cooling and it was resolved on 12th April 2016 by filling the GAS. Now just after 12 days the compressor goes done.

                    I feel so very sorry that there are so many complaints against Voltas service, either the company is employing cheap service providers in towns or the quality is cheap or the engineers quality is cheap. in any given case the sufferer is the end user or consumer.
                    If my this issue is not resolved in 3 working days I am moving into Consumer Forum.

                      I have been repeatedly calling the customer care Jamshedpur since last 10 days but nobody is attending my home to address the problem.


                      After the last servicing of my AC, a minor sound is coming from the AC.


                      Whenever I need support there is always a long delay from Jamshedpur service centre. They people from service centres close the request by saying that they are unable to find the address.


                      Is this kind of behavior expected from an authorized service centre?

                      or they are not addressing my problem as my warranty period is still active?

                        I am having window AC of Voltas which is running on Voltas stabilizer. My AC was not working properly, so I registered complaint on Voltas customer care. The person from service centre appeared after 10 days that too after repeated reminders. They did service of AC installed it again. We asked him to check the stabilizer also to which he replied that he is not responsible for that & he went away. From the very next day the AC went dead (no power supply). The person again came from service centre. He told me that PCB of AC was short circuited & it would cost approx Rs 2000 for repair. He told me that this happened because of faulty stabilizer.

                        Now I have following questions from the concerned Voltas executives:

                        1. When I had doubt on the stabilizer & already reported the problem to Voltas, why it was not resolved at that time only?
                        2. Why I was not made aware for not running the AC in that condition?
                        3. Why should I pay additional Rs 2000 when I had reported the problem beforehand. This is similar to case- I give my product to company for servicing. They take out critical component from my product & then ask me to pay for that component. This is like robbing a customer.

                          I had purchased a 1.2 Ton AC and had it delivered to my home on 20/04/2016. Snapdeal had informed Voltas on the installation on 21/04 and I myself had called up voltas to log a request on 22/04 . Ref # [protected] .
                          I was informed that the installation will be done within 24 business hours or 3 working days but no one has shown up till date. I keep contacting the voltas helpline everyday and they tell me that you will get a callback within 4 hours or 3 hours or 30 mins, varies everyday I call. I have asked them to escalate to the higher management but then again no use.

                          The Service center (SN Engineers) to which voltas has asked to do the installation, does not respond to my calls, cancels it or switches off his phone. I have also tried getting in touch via facebook but the replies are the same all the time "We have notified the concerned team and they will get in touch with you soon". They will not even change the person who is supposed to do the installation.

                          It has really become a pain following up with these people just to get the installation done. Please help in resolving this.

                            Voltas service in Bangalore too worst.no one would buy Voltas products the service is not available.i never seen like this kind of service.25 days back i request for relocation installation.After that nobody calls me regarding.so i again and again continuously called to the customer care from the day i request to till date. Even i spoke directly to area sales manager in Voltas also but no use.they assure me timings and date. but the technician wont come.again i called to the customer care like these 20 days over.today i got message customer is rescheduling the timings so that they are cancelling the request. but still i didn't got any of the calls from the service peoples.even i called directly to the technicians but they told which state you bought the AC you ask that technician to come and install.For these why they are telling whole anywhere in India supported.i saw many technicians like Samsung, LG and Blue star they are pretty good.Am struggling to fix my AC but they wont come.Don buy any Tata Products.

                              I was purchased volts air cooler in March-2016, now it got working partially, it not flowing water in 3 sides, i given a complain to Voltas service center on 21-April-2016, Request No [protected], as of now there is no action regarding this ticket. when i called to customer service regarding this they are not giving the solution and saying that there "reginal ASM(Dhevendra) is Not responding for calls and emails, Until he responds i need to wait". this type of answer they giving.

                                Purchase ac 1ton 3 star split of voltas company from freiends electronics, thane maharashtra on 17.11.2016. It is second time it goes our of order and stop working. I complaint on toll free number and ref no is [protected].
                                I am last 3 days following with their service center thane maharashtra and they just telling our technician will come but nobody is turning to attend the complaint.

                                My complaint is
                                1) why the unit goes out of order frequently. In first time their technician attended 4 times and then got it repaired. Now again it goes out of order. My request is to replace the unit.
                                2), the service of their service center thane is very poor. It is 4 days pass and nobody attended the complaint. No check of company on service center.
                                If i have not got response i think to go consumer court by proper way.

                                  My recently purchased (15th mar'16) air cooler is not working which is under warrantee.

                                  My complaint number- [protected] which was raised on 25th april'16 early morning. They said it requires 24 working hours to respond to your query. Today is 28th apr'16 and it is very frustrating that i have still not received their call from service station/call center in spite of regular follow ups. Neither their products or services are working properly for me. Temperature has almost reached 44 degrees in hyderabad and to stay on top floor without ac or cooler is extremely difficult.

                                  Please help me resolve this asap.

                                  Thanks, at least I got a standard reply here.

                                  I don't think so anybody is looking in to this issue as I have not received any call from your customer care. In fact when we call they say- This issue belongs to Good Rise Home people and when I call them they say you need to talk to somebody else. I have called n number of people but still the problem has not been resolved.
                                  Different people gave me different ETA however these timelines are of no use when you yourself don't follow them. I don't know what the reason is but this is worst ever service I have ever experienced in my life. I will never ever recommend Tata Voltas products to my near or dear ones in future.

                                  Improve or perish.

                                    I have recently bought voltas 1.5ton 5star rating ac from Amazon. The filter cover lock is broken and it was stuck with tape. I have come to know now when the tape has come out of it. I have been trying to call the voltas helpline not but its always busy and nerver reachable.
                                    Kindly resolve this at the earliest without any delay.

                                      The request for installation was raised on 22nd April and i received a SMS notification, that it would be installed on or before 24th April 2016
                                      Till date 28th April, there is no action, neither i received a call nor a SMS on my request.
                                      Everytime i call voltas Customer care, they say give us 24 hrs of time and we would resolve, or they provide the service center no. for me to directly contact and resolve but this number is not in use.

                                        I have tata voltas ac. My pcb got some problem due to which compressor wasnt working. Company employee took the pcb to their office at kannada corner NASHIK and told me that it is going to be replaced. They took the pcb on 24 march 2016. And pcb came yesterday on 26 april 2016. Thats the worst service i saw. And still it is not installed. Technician came yesterday and forget something and kept pcb at my house. They did not arrived today also even after calling them.
