I have purchased Voltas vertis air con 1.5 ton on 2012. Now the compressor is having problem and supposed to be claimed in warranty. I submitted complaint, they did come and checked the ac after 5 days. For this they charge rs 3500 for checking and transporting. More on that they responded that it will take more than 15 days to replace it. I complained and escalated but no response. The worst thing no one speaks the reality. they didnt communicate prior that it will take so much days. I don't want air con serviced post to summer. They are not servicing as committed. I am very much frustrated and raising this complaint.

    1. Purchased new 1.5 ton window (183 cya) from graet eastern appliances pvt ltd, rajadanga, nabapally, kolkata on 2-5-16.
    2. Delivered on 4-5-16.
    3. I registered for installation at your customer service (Request no [protected] dated 4-5-16).
    4. Sms received for installation on 7-5-16. (Ss refricon)
    5. Sms received on 5-5-16 saying rqst no [protected] cancelled. Reason - job done by third party.
    6. I am shocked. Please investigate who intimated for cancellation ?? Serious.

    Doubts
    1. Received call from voltas service agent (M no [protected]() demanding rs.750 + serv charges as against your company charge of rs.500. He refused to install.

    2. I think your service ahent is giving wrong message to your customer care to harass your customers and extort money by creating pressure under the circumstances.

    3. Unless you take action against these unscrupulous p4ersons, your customers like me will be unnecessarily harassed.

      I purchased voltas mini magic fresh - r water dispenser. Serial no. 6210148g13f005918. I complaint many time for the regarding of water colling and fredge colling. But company technician can not resolve this issue. I have request no from voltas [protected] and [protected]. Last complaint rescheduled on 21 april 2016 but company employees can not give response on the service time. And service timing is too late and so lazy.

        My mom has purchased five star ac arround 3 years back. We have registered a service request no.[protected] on 25 april from shainaiz mob no. [protected]

        First of all i requested him to come at morning 10-11 so that i can attend to his queries but he didnt pay heed so i refused to accept service.

        All of sudden he called me at 1.15 pm as the ac was creating problem i accepted. My nephew was their and over the phone i told shainaiz that condensor is cutting off automatically when the temprature falls below 23 and for few seconds on 21.

        He didnt do pay heed to my issue and keep on repeating that temperature was coming to 23 so my work is over. I told him that all conversation i had with him are being recorded you cant bluff me.

        Then he stayed there for few minutes further. Taking advantage of my nephew he started telling him that i will lodge police complaint that you guys have locked him.

        When i reached home and heard about the whole issue i called shainaiz and asked to tell me what he wanted to tell but he took u turn.

        Company like voltas with such good reputation are hiring such agency to provide service on their its meer shame on you guys.

        I have all voice recording of conversation in my records and for reference.

          I purchased voltas air cooler P28M on 16th April 2016 from venus electronics Trichy. Within 2 days the air flow motor has failed and cooler is working. After 10 days a technician attended and said the motor is to be replaced. Even after 2 weeks the fault is not rectified. considering the brand image I preferred voltas. But the service is very worst. What is the use of repairing the item after the summer.

          I strongly recommend not to buy voltas air coolers because of poor service.

            In March I bought a Voltas 1.5 ton split AC. I hardly used it 2-3 times in a span of 2 weeks and it stopped working. On 12th April I logged a complaint with Voltas customer care. Complaint number is [protected]. Till date the issue has not been resolved despite 7-8 reminders. No engineer has turned up to fix the issue. I also raised the issue on facebook. Each time I get a standard answer that we will update you soon but there is no response. Almost half of summer has passed. I am shamed to have this kind of horrible experience from a TATA company which always talks about great values. Request your advice on how should I take this forward. I was planning to approach the consumer court.

              Hi All

              I have purchased Voltas Air cooler on 24/04/2016. It was worked only 5 days, its stopped giving cooling. we found its not taking the water. i have raised the complaint to Voltas customer care team 01/05/2016 complaint no [protected]. They have said with in 24H issue will resolve but till now(5 days ) are gone. no update on that. everyday i am calling customer care team they are telling it will resolve today.

              I suggest dont purchase this brand products.

                Not cooling
                I purchase voltas ac in august 2015 but ac was not cooling dt. 10.04.16. I register complaint in Voltas customer care. My comp. No [protected] dt.[protected]. Technician visit on dt. 23-4-16. and told that the problem is leakage in outdoor unit and change outer coil in ac. Next day technician come to replace the coil to old coil in outer unit but i am refused to replace coil in outer unit. Technician go back without problem solve in ac.I write mail on 25-4-16 in voltas site, after that technician come on dt 02.05.16 to replace the coil with defective coil.once again i refuse to replace the coil to defective coil. now problem is still in ac coil . I received a SMS to cancel my complaint No. [protected] dt. 03.05.16. Why my complaint is canceled but my problem is still ...

                  We having voltas wrac 1.5ton 183dy with invoice no skn-0157 using from last 2yrs. Now its compressor not working properly might be some fault comes in that and still compressor is in warranty,
                  So in that case i made call to customer care they were just put my complain in followup but i didnt get any kind of technician help or service..
                  Same 2-3 times i made call to customer care they were just answering that technician will come with in 48hr.But same helpless.
                  M totally fed by making call to customer care again-again nd didnt get any technician help or service from last 10-13 days...
                  So its an kindly request to pay attention on this case and try to resolve as soon as possible otherwise compose mail to (www.skantinagar.in) to refund our money.

                    This complaint is with respect to our voltas ac which was purchased on 17/05/2014 from sargam india electronics private ltd., j-38a, lajpat nagar ii, delhi 110024, invoice no slaj2-0565 in the name of dr. Ashwinder singh lamba, 208-d, pocket- c, sidharth extn., new delhi- 110014 for rs. 39500/-. .

                    In year 2014 also some problem was felt in cooling of ac the same was told to the engineer. Some how it was managed. We thought probably we are not able to put our grievances for some kind of manufacturing defect. Some time it worked & some time it didn't worked.. In 2015 also since the ac was used hardly, we managed.

                    Now in year 2016, again the same problem of cooling is there.The problem which our ac was giving is that it is not cooling and showing an error "u1" on the display.

                    I would like to tell you that i am highly disappointed with your services whereas, i bought voltas for a single reason that it's an indian brand renowned for its services. Your technician was sent to our house on april 16, he checked the ac i.E both the inner unit and the outer one but he was not able to identify the problem.

                    We then again lodged a complaint with voltas and the same person is sent to our place on 24/04/16. But again the problem could not been rectified.

                    Again on 26/04/2016, a technician came told that some problem in the circuit, the same needs to take to workshop. We agreed and the same was been taken & we are sorry to say our regular follow ups, till date our ac is not working.

                    I would hereby request that, i am been penalized till date for the reason that i had done a mistake in buying the indian product, with inferior quality of products used & with poor after sale network.

                    My humble request is to kindly replace my unit as whole or return back my money for the amount i had purchased.

                    Looking for positive & fruitful reply from your end.

                      Voltas ac gas frequest gas leaking
                      I have purchased voltas inverter split ac for (42.5k). After pucrhasing its worked for 6 days only after that we are not able to use ac because of continues gas leakage.
                      And no buddy is there to solve my problem i really fed up with voltas no customer service when i m calling customer service no one is there to take my call no one receive my call ...Plz dnt buy voltas my request no is [protected] request date 13 april 2016

                        I had bought voltas for the 1st first time and my experience us really very very bad. On 15 apr 2016 evening i bought windows ac 2 ton from sachdeva electronics jail road tilak ngr new delhi and got it installed. But AC start producing a vibrating sound n then on suggestions of voltas technician i got it re installed but the problem still persists. Total 5 technicians n installation engg visited my place in last week and they also took away AC for 4 days in Voltas service centre but the Problem is still there... Tilak nagar franchisee head mr manish has no manners of talking to a lady and Delhi service head is just postponing the problem by sending new technicians. I request you to kindly help me in getting refund of my hard earned money if voltas is not in a position to replace the Faulty AC.i m fed up from this delay now. Kindly settle the case .Its a request to u.

                            My compliant no[protected] two persons came and they are opening window grill i will object to open it ours is 5th floor they said we can't do and they are gone. Every body come and open windows after 2 or 3 times it will be spoiled .If window is not there what they can do. Local vendor is talking too much tell them how to treat customers.                             I am purchased a voltas 1 ton AC and its till now under warranty from 23.04.2016 its not working, one of your repair agency name weather cool service center in garia station road Kolkata checked this problem from beginning, still now they are unable to find the fault. they are already changed back plate, compressor pipe, and compressor as per their statement I don't agree with this. now they are not attend my call... still the AC is not working.
                            I don't know this mail is help me or not. but its sure that voltas is the one of the worst company I ever seen. they are not supporting their customer.

                              I would like to say if we are purchasing costly product around 30, 000 rs then why they are not able to provide free installation.Atleast first time installtion should be free.After that they can charge.
                              But if you are ready to pay installation fee.Then their service engineers have so many issues like if increase pipe line then they will charge 750/meter, insulation at 95/foot, mounting bracket charge 700+250rs. Mean except installation charges you have to pay these charges also.And listen after increasing your pipe line like 3 meter you have to pay 2200rs also for gas filling.
                              After taking these all rates i cancelled installation from voltas.I called local ac installation person they took just 1500rs installation charges. 240rs/meter pipe charges, 45rs/foot insulation, 450rs for mounting bracket.No gas filling charges they said use your ac for 1 week if you feel cooling is low then they i will fill some gas into compressor without any extra charge.
                              Now anyone can compare the price gap between voltas and other installers.They are simply looting us.
                              I have just little request to voltas team please take reasonable amount from your customer.Because we buy your product after trust on you.

                              I have bought a Voltas Split Ac, now . My experience with LG is they charged Rs.450 for installation and 2 Carriers did not charge anything. But 3 times they have come for preventive maintenance and once top up gas. All free. I will carrier if they can install Voltas with some charges.

                              The Voltas AC installed worked for less than 2 months . When I wanted Voltas Technicians to install after giving 5 times dates but no one turned up. As mr.Singh did I had to use the supplier's advice. Now Voltas has already charged Rs.400 for a visit and said they will use the 2 free coupons for repair. Now the technicians say that one who said so is not qualified and hence I have pay for another visit plus Gas etc costing 3500. I installed 3 Carrier and 1 LG and they are running well. I had 3 free maintenance check up which they gave after getting my appointment.
                              One weak moment I thought Voltas is TaTa establishment for whom I have great respect.

                              I am spending Rs.4000 more now with Voltas (Breeze technicians) for the Voltas AC which successfully ran for 1.5 months for repairs.
                              Why don't you make it a point to send your mechanic in the first instant. I can show the 6 times appointment fixed never materialized when I had to go for the mechanic recommended by the seller.
                              You could have added all these in your price and make the first installation free as done by others. (you can still be competitive since others give 3 maintenance services free). I hope there is some clever fellow in your management who will think in the long run. Our builders assn. will never recommend Voltas if they opt for the present technique.

                              I bought voltas 5 star split ac. Service engineer came and checked the number on box. He did not show up for next 2 days. I kept calling voltas service center toll free number where i told them problem atlest 5 times i made call and told them my problem. No solution was provided by voltas service call center. I called service engineer and literally requested him to come and unstall ac. In future i will never buy voltas product. Voltas is unprofessional company. They take full installation free and harass their consumers.

                              I purchase apki inverter ac in which dealer said that installtion charges included but if ooper required more then i have to pay extra that is reasnable and understandable. But when technician came next day then he asked 300 rs for doing a hole in wall said only 1 hole is allowed in installation. Now please tell me why you purchased split ac which cost is more then window because no place to install in room so split is required and as the room is inside it might be possible that pipe need to pass from room and loby but the reasanable distance then why they asking extra money.
                              And the best part if you asked your dealer they said please call to customer care and when you call CC they have limited ans that technician is only for hang the ac thats mean he not do connection, he will not do extra hole id requiere etc then why they sent to me only to check that we places ac or not.

                              I have purchased voltas 1.5 Ton Split inverter AC on 24.05.2020 and booked for installation on the same day. After so many reminders finally installation guy came on 28.05.2020 and asking for much higher rates than standard rates. He is asking for INR 599/- for installation against INR 499/-, labour charges for Pipe fitting @ INR 250/- mtr against INR 200/- per mtr and INR 300/- for stand installation against INR 200/- as standard charges. The time he came is about 06:30 in evening and just ran when we keen to talk to customer care. Aside today morning my installation request also been cancelled by service centre when i talk to escalation matrix Mr. Anuj Gupta

                              Is this the legacy of TATA products whom we respect so much. My request is to kindly insatall my AC by sending some genuine and customer centric person rather sending these unprofessional guys for instalation.

                                Pathetic customer service from voltas ac -i have been requesting your customer care for an amc for my 1 t split ac for last week but i have not received any call back from the local service center.My request ids are [protected] and [protected].                                   It's a matter of sorrow for me that I am a customer of India's worst company ever. I have a Voltas Split AC. Now my AC is not working properly so that i have logged a complaint of my AC but no one visited my house to attend the complaint. Also voltas customer care as well as voltas service center delhi named Dew Point Refigeration making fool of their customers by giving invalid reasons. Most important the language and tone used by the voltas service provider is very worst. I never buy or suggest any one to go for voltas. Now i am very fed up with voltas company. I also mailed you several times for this issue but voltas never give any response to me. So i realised that you all are same and going in one direction of making your customer fool. I have logged a complaint on 22 April 2016 but no one visited till now. And I recieve a sms on my phone that your complaint have been cancelled due to reschedule but call center executive says that your complaint have cancelled because you didn't show the bill of your AC to technician. But the reality is that no one visited my house to attempt the complaint. Voltas is just making fool of their customers. I have so many proofs to show that voltas are just cheating with me. I recorded all the calls that i have called to voltas till now and i will go to consumer court and attach all the proofs that i have so far.

                                    I have purchased Executive - 5 Star(Y-S Series) in summer 2014. after two weeks water started to come from the indoor unit. I made a complaint, a engineer from Voltas attended the complaint and said it is ok. but again after two days again water started to come from the indoor unit. I made a complaint, again the engineer came and said the pipe hole out side is not properly closed. Again now this year 2016, the water started to come from the indoor unit after the use of AC for 5 to 6 hours.

                                      I bought a new voltas air cooler, that was delivered to me on 15th april 2016. It started throwing hot air after 12 days o[censored]sage. I raised a compliant (No.:[protected]) on 27th april through [protected] toll free number. I kept following up and they said it would take 24 working hours. Today is 1st may 2016 and i already called close to 10 times.

                                      Firstly, i have never seen an electronic appliance, that stopped working within 12 days before. This is a first. Secondly, i have never seen a more horribly equipped customer care, with such a low skilled executives. When i type a number for a regional language, someone in hindi starts speaking. English speaking executives speak so badly (Grammar). They say they have sent a message with high priority.

                                      Today, finally they gave me a number of the service center, but nobody answers the call. Not sure to whom they are sending the message on high priority, on a sunday, when there is no one to respond. Interestingly, they didn't give this number till yesterday.

                                      All in all, voltas is a fraudulent company cheating the customers with the tata's brand name.

                                        I have an deep freezer 500 ltr. Purchased on 19.06.15.While i switch it on it will make loud noise.I have logged complaint to voltas toll free no.[protected] on 08..03.16(Complaint no.[protected]) and 18.03.16(Complaint no.[protected]).But till date there is no response from voltas customer care service.
                                        I am unable to use this deep freezer due to very bad customer service response .
