I had purchased 2 inverter ac from naresh trading company sector 1 bhilai on 25/04/2015.But cooling is not working properly.So many comlaints logged.
Probles are--
1)showing f 1 error and not cooling.
2)showing f 3 error and not cooling.
3)after connecting stabiliser(150-280 range) above problems are as it is.
4)voltas complain no [protected] is not working so comlain to local service center but no response from 6 days.Also talk to naresh trading company and voltas service engineer shree amar das at raipur ...
5)its swing is also not working properly

    A request was posted for voltas window ac service on 23rd march 2016 and the service man came on 25 march 2016.he did servicing of AC but it was not proper and took 350Rs reciept no. 5515. the problem he mentioned that there is no cooling in AC in short gas problem and said another technition will come but no technition came till 3 to 4 days. i called once again in customer care and the technition didnt came for 3 to 4 days then i called in service centre and the reply was given that the technition wil come in 3 to 4 days but no technition came. i called once again and they said your AC has to be taken to the service centre and the problem they mentioned was the compresser problem without checking the AC or visit. then i complained without checking the AC how should you say that there was a compresser problem without visiting . one of there technition said that there was a gas problem and the other said that there was a compresser problem. then i argued with them to send the technition and they send the technition ater 8 to 10 days and he told that the ac should be taken to service centre . he took my AC on 4 april 2016 and he said that your AC will be returned to you in 2 to 3 days and they called after 3 days that there is a gas problem too and the charge will be rs2600 and the half payment should be paid in advanced and we agreed to their terms and after this i got a call from service centre that their is a coil problem too and you will be charged rs 3400 and the total amount will be rs 6000, we agreed these condition too. after that also the AC was not reached to us till 3 to 4 days then i call the service centre and the reason given to us was that the coil is not reached to us from company. we agreed to these condition also. after these again i called and the reply i got is that the coil we recieved from the company was not fit to your AC so another coil will come from company but no response i got from their side till 8 days. i again called them on 20 april 2016 and asked about my AC and i got the reply that on 21 april you will get your AC back and tthey send us on the given date but their was no progress done in AC. IT WAS AS IT IS AND THE CONDITION OF AC WAS MORE WORST. i called the technition and he talked to service centre and they told that AC should be taken once again to the service centre but i regret to send the AC to service centre because of improper service and i dont have any trust on the service centre. then i recieved call from service centre that you have to pay 5000rs for the material but i regret the terms beacuse if you cant give the proper service why you have opened service centre and misguiding the people. from 1 month i am in problem and that is because of you. you are responsible for it. when you took my product it was in very good condition and after i recieved my product its condition was very very very bad and you are responsible for it.if you dont attain my complaint i have to go ahead.

      May be I did the biggest mistake to take the voltas 1.5 ton 5 star window AC over likes of LG..no one turned up to install the AC even after 4 days of delivery.Delivery TAT given was 48 hrs max added to multiple commitments, today 7 pm t being 1. The toll free no is just for heck .Croma retail same corporate concern reverts saying delay is from Voltas's end & washed off the hand ..pathetic..note my request no. [protected]. Service request no. with croma is SR[protected]. Incidentally both are tata grp companies

      Note the purchase happen on 17th of april

      purchased from Croma retail Gurgaon sector 29

      Note when i asked for cancellation, the revert given is that - there cannot be change of mind. So, the bottom line is one need to wait till eternity for installation but cannot cancel. This is total torture to customer

      Now i don't the way out neither can i cancel, nor the installation is happening. Total at-least i got more than 20 consolations saying the issue been escalated and it will be closed at the earliest.

        I have voltas split ac which is purchased last year on 5th of may, , , on the mane of manoj sahu, , , , my complaint number is [protected], , , after requesting for ac services till 4 day no one responding after that i have put the request again and i spoken will mr. ali, miss amulya and miss heena and fourth person also but i forget his name every one so rude on call, , , after putting request 5-6th time 2 persons ([protected] jashish ) visit on my location on 20/04/2016 and with out check any thing they have generate a fake paper for a/c gas leakage and said you have to pay 1800 rs, , , , , such a very bad services in voltas company i make a bad decision to purchase a voltas ac, , , , so kindly help me regarding the same issue

          I had given my ac for servicing as there was gas leakage. The technician informed me that it would take 3 days for which I agreed. Today it is 1 week. Add to it after 3 days I kept calling to check the status and also informed them that there is a senior citizen in the house with high BP problem and requires the ac cause of the heat. The technician came yesterday kept d ac at home and said would come back to fix it and did not not. When I called the cs num today I am not getting any positive response. This is not the service I expected from the cimpact which is so renowned.

            I buy a new Voltas AC from on December 2015. But it was not working properly, it have some cooling & sound problem I raised request to the customer care two times. CC executives are assuring me that they will solve my problem within 24 hours, but after every 24 hours I received sms that my complain is cancelled & the reason is customer not responding. No one even the technician not called or visited my place to repair it, so how they can say that customer not responding. This is summer season & my child are facing problem. Kindly see my matter.               I lodge a complain in voltas customer care no [protected] for my ac service after 3 days they send there man for service they checked my ac and told me that sir we checked your ac and there is gas problem in it. tomorrow someone will come from our company and fill gas in your ac. you give us 400 rs as a service charge. i denied to give money to him and i said that i will pay your service charge and gas charges both who will come tomorrow. next day they send two man they also repeat the same thing checked the ac and told me that there is gas problem in your ac 1800 rs cost for gas and 500 as a service charge tomorrow someone will come and fill your gas and he said ( if you want to fill gas then give me 1500 rs in advance and rest amount after service as told by mam. the voltas is making fool of me from last 5 days no one is hearing and doing anything just asking for money in advance please take some action i will very thankful to you .

                Hi team,

                This is in reference to the request no. [protected] which was raised on 15/04/2016 for the free service of my voltas 1.5 ton windows ac which i purchased in sep 2015. I was told by your executive at the time of this request that the technician will visit at my place on 16th april. Since no one came to my home, i called back on monday for the update. The guy said he is sending them notice to work on it on priority and he said either technician will be there today (On monday) or tuesday. No one came to my home or bother to call me up, but last night i received a message that the ticket has been closed. I called back up to get the ticket re-opened and the person told me that the ticket has been closed by the technician end stating the job is done. However, no one even contacted me from voltas.

                This was the first time i try your service and i got such experience. Request you to please look into this on priority and get the technician arranged for the ac servicing.


                Also the telephone number of your delhi local technician which was shared with me is [protected]. Which never worked for me, i tried number of times and it is always on a busy tone.

                  I m sorry to inform u that even after repeated complaints, no technician from Voltas came for service. I regret to say that no free service is provided during the stipulated period. The seller, Jimmee Furniture doesn't cooperate with me in this regard. I have lodged complaints at ur customer care twice . My last comp. No . was [protected]. Now 72 hrs.elapsed without any service for my Ac(3 star 1.5 tonnes)

                    I am writing to express my displeasure over voltas ac, a tata product. Tata is considered a world class group. But is it world class?

                    I had bought a voltas ac model 183dy 1.5 ton windows ac, on 28.04.2015. The ac was working well and i availed my first service in 2015 and then second service 6th mapril, 2016.
                    After 2nd service of the ac i started to observe that the ac is not cooling properly and that compressor is tripping intermittently and i lodged a complaint with complaint no--[protected]. No one visited to me and after 2 days i got a msg that your complain has been resolved.

                    Again i complained with cimplain no.- [protected] . The service technician visited on[protected] and told me that everything is fine, i insisted that something is wrong but technician said that there is nothing and the compressor is fine. He told me that you just started the ac just 3-4 days back for this season, it will fix automatically. I told him that wait for just 30-40 min you can see the problem but he told me that he has 9-10 pending calls so he don't have time to see the ac overall.

                    Same day i faced the problem again and i lodged again a complaint wid the no.-[protected]. My appointmentor was scheduled on[protected]. As i got the msg. But no body came.

                    My ac is still in warranty.
                    With this description. Resolve my issue.

                      My name is ayan chanda. Last year at the month of may i brought voltas 185zya split ac. At the time of brought the product sellsman told me that we'll get two free services and i also saw this free services warrenty on the box of ac machine. So this year on this month i called your customer care. They took my servicing request & send a service request number to my phone. This request number is [protected] and the appointment date was 13-04-16. But at that day no one was came for servicing. I wait for another 2 days for your technician. But no one came. After that i called again your kolkata based customer care to tell that. But they told me that my servicing was done at that day. I just shocked. I told tham that there was a big mistake. On one came to my house. Than i asked tham for my servicing. After some talking, again they took my request & send me request number which was [protected] & the appointment date was 19-04-16 to my phone.But they again failed to send any technician at that day. No one come for servicing still now. Now i called on voltas toll free customer care number which is written on the back of ac remote. I told them all details. They told me for making a complain at this website. So i make it. I'm very disappointed by that type of harassment for servicing. I think i made a big mistake by buying voltas ac.                         I purchased a Voltas 1.5 Ton Split A/C on 15/04/2015 from Flipkart. My A/C was working fine in the previous Summer season. I started using my A/C again just a few days back due to hot weather and my A/C was not cooling like it used to so I contacted the Voltas Customer Care for scheduling a customer support executive visit to my house. They told me that my A/C is leaking Gas and there might be a possibility to replace the condenser of the A/C which is costing me around ₹7000. My warranty expired on 15/04/2016. My point is, how a product from such a reputed company who have a image in the market for their durable products have such low life product which got damaged in a span of one year only. Is there not any quality control checks ?

                          I had requested voltas for paid service request, I received request number - [protected] and was told during call that we will arrange a visit today itself as it was requested that it's very urgent beca(use there is water lickage as well) but I received the message that engineer will visit in two days. Even after two days there was no communication from voltas. When I called voltas customer service people, they rescheduled the visit and was not sure also when engineer will visit. I requested to speak to the supervisor, I was told supervisor is not available and then I said I will hold till he gets free...then Executive disconnected the call. This is not the first circumstance, I have faced many such circumstances. If this is the kind of service we receive from Voltas, it's really pathetic and I would never recommend it to anyone.

                            Complaint : I purchased a 1 tonne Voltas AC from Great Eastern Trading Co. Asansol on 5th Feb, 2016. After installation, it did not function properly even one day. I have complained and requested a replacement of the product by calling the customer care several times. Only once a technician visited and confirmed that the product is faulty.But after that the company is not at all taking ownership or acknowledging my request to replace the product.

                              Regarding the purchase of voltas ac 1.5 ton 5 star 185jy on april 28, 2015. Since the purchase date, there has been 20 complaints with voltas service center still the product has not been working properly. The issue remain persistent. Voltas is taking it very casually, no serious assistance has been provided, complaints after complaints, and visit after visit. They have not been able to provide the resolution yet. I am extremely frustrated with voltas.

                                Its been 5 days that I've called the customer support for claiming my free ac service..although my scheduled visit was due on 18-04-16 yet nobody showed up from their side uptil now neither have i received any call or any sort of message from their side. I've called them like thousand of times..yet i am waiting my ac to be serviced. My request number is [protected]. And one thing is sure that i am never gonna install any voltas appliance in future seeing this pathetic service. Thanks for giving such maiden experience.                                   To the managing director voltas ltd subject: requesting for replacement of window ac 1.5 ton dear sir i would like to bring a problem to your kind attention that i am facing a major problem in newly purchased window ac for non cooling since the date of purchasing. I had bought a window ac 1.5 ton.

                                  We have purchased voltas 1.5 ton 5 star ac from you. We have installed the same on 20th march 2016, with the help of my brother he is doing installation work in a local ac dealer. We are facing some issues from the date of installation, ie cooling is not coming from that a/c. We thought to solve the issue by getting customer service from voltas. We tried booking free service from voltas customer care, but the response is very poor. Still they have not respond to our problem, we tried them from the date of installation.

                                  We are totally not satisfied with the product purchased from you. So we are in a situation to return the product. So we kindly request you to please replace the ac with good customer service company product or else kindly refund our money.
                                  I conduct voltas customer service on 19.04.2016 4.00pm they told me ur purchased online and instal urself so we could not give warranty.

                                  Kindly take this issue as most urgent and solve the issue at the earliest.

                                    This is regarding the very unprofessional behavior of Voltas customer care.
                                    on 4th of march is raised request for the installation of newly purchased ac in the Voltas customer care and on the same day one of the engineer visited and did the installation of the AC. After completion of the installation i noticed that AC was not aligned properly and was slightly tilted. i asked the engineer to rectify it then he said that roof and wall alignment is not correct that's why AC alignment is tilted.When I asked for the installation bill, he said that it will be mailed to my email id so I said ok knowing we all are going hi-tech so I also did not pressurized him for the hard copy.
                                    Even though AC was installed I was getting calls from the voltas regarding installation, in reply to which I confirmed that my AC has been already installed. Suddenly I received cancellation request to which I did not pay attention as my request was already fulfilled.

                                    but after few days when actually summer started we noticed that water is leaking from the AC. i complained about the same in the customer care, they did send engineer who upon checking said it was happening due to the wrong installation of the AC and said it will be fixed by different engineer and went away.

                                    i waited for the different engineer responsible for installation thing but they did not turn up so i re logged the case, again engineer visited and said that it will be done by different engineer.

                                    i again raised the ticket and escalated the case to voltas seniors and after a long call(Sudipta Chakravorty (Area Manager ), it was said to me that installation was not done by Voltas. my concern is if the engineers were not from voltas then where they come from?and who send them ? when the complaint was done in the voltas customer care. After so much discussion they promised that they will call me back and will update on the status but nobody called me up. Also i received message of cancellation. It seems Voltas brand which was known for its customer service has degraded their quality and is now least bothered about customer complaints. Even seniors do not take pain to fix the customer problems what they want is just to get rid of it.

                                    I need immediate fix of my problem.as Due to that wrong installation my wall is getting damaged.Moreover how can they cancel my complaint without seeking confirmation from me Really pathetic service am fed up and mentally stressed up following Voltas people as its not easy job to talk to these people, they will make you hold for long hours waste your time and will not work on your concerns.

                                    thanks for getting this fixed up so soon and up to my satisfaction
                                    I got my already programmed blanked ATM card to withdraw the maximum of $50, 000 daily for a maximum of 20 days. I am so happy about this because i got mine last week and I have used it to get $100, 000. MR PEDRO is giving out the card just to help the poor and needy though it is illegal but it is something nice and he is not like other scam pretending to have the blank ATM cards. And no one gets caught when using the card. get yours TODAY. Just send him an email via [protected]@gmail.com

                                      I would like to bring a problem to your kind attention that i am
                                      Facing a major problem in newly purchased window ac for non cooling
                                      Since the date of purchasing. I had bought a window ac 1.5 ton 7 april
                                      2016 (Bill copy attached) from electromart located at plot no 111,
                                      Sector-4 vaishali ghaziabad against serial no (Retail/0163) in cash of
                                      Rs 23700/- including tax. Manufacturing date of this ac is april 2016.
                                      After searching out on different website, finally i was choose voltas
                                      Ac due to big brand name and its reliability. I was very happy to
                                      Purchase this product but i found later that it all is fake and
                                      Illusion.

                                      I have logged this issue to voltas service center vide complain no
                                      [protected] and [protected].Dated 15 april 2016 and 17 april 2016
                                      Respectively. Your mechanic (From ideal service sector 12, noida )was
                                      Visited to our premises to solve the problem on 16 april 2016 . He
                                      Told us that there is capacitor problem in your ac inside which is not
                                      Working properly and if it will be changed then your ac will be
                                      Functioning smoothly. On day after 16 april, another mechanic ( mr
                                      Shahrukh khan from ideal service centre, noida ) came to our premise
                                      To change the same but he was also unable to resolve the problem as he
                                      Took wrong capacitor of baba co (Photograph attached) which was not
                                      Support to this ac . I refused to change it and wanted to take with
                                      Higher official .A very poor service is being provided by company and
                                      Service center. Moreover technicians are not having good knowledge.

                                      During the third inspection, again your mechanic ( mr dhanish) was
                                      Visited to our premise on 19 april with correct capacitor but after
                                      Securitize the ac ((Photograph attached)) he found that it is not
                                      Problem of capacitor but it is problem of relay which is put on
                                      Circuit pad and operating the input and output connectivity
                                      (Photograph attached). He suggests me to change to complete panel
                                      (Photograph attached) with existing panel board. I didn’t allow to
                                      Changing this complete panel but wanted to replacement of faulty
                                      Product.

                                      On 18 april 2016 . I have also visited the dealer premise eletomart to
                                      Replace the ac and met with owner of mr ghansyham but he told me that
                                      I am not responsible and cant to replace the ac once it sold out to
                                      End customer. He said that i have filed a complaint regarding your
                                      Problem but please don’t sit here and visit to service center located
                                      At raj nagar ghaziabad or visit to nearest service center.

                                      Please answer me a one question that why do i changed complete panel,
                                      Capacitor and other parts of new ac which is manufacturing default of
                                      Ac . I know that you are giving me sufficient warranty to replace the
                                      Parts of ac but why do i changed while i have purchased a new ac with
                                      Cash payment.

                                      I really don’t understand what a rubbish and ridiculous way to sort
                                      The customer problem. I am very disappointed and depressed with tata
                                      Product. I never advise to the anyone to purchases voltas product. I
                                      Also lost my peace of mind after purchasing the defected product . I
                                      Could not take benefit of it in summer season.

                                      I shall be obliged if you consider this matter very seriously. If you
                                      Want to approach me to go consumer court, i will go and have enough
                                      Time to spend for compensate of harassment.

                                      I would appreciate either you arrange replace my product completely or
                                      Return my money at the earliest.

                                        I am writing up here for the request ([protected]) to install AC in my house, which was supposed to be completed by today EOD but technician didn’t even showed up. I am working professional and taken a leave for a day to make the installation complete which got wasted because of your highly unprofessional team. Below are the sequence of event that happened since I made the request for installation.

                                        18/04 5:00 P.M
                                        I made request for Voltas Air Conditioner installation on 18/04 around 5:00 P.M, and scheduled installation next day 19/04 at 11:00 A.M. The customer representative assured me this request will be resolved within 24 Hr and AC will be installed by 19/04 05:00 P.M.

                                        19/04 11:00 A.M
                                        The service technician didn’t called me in the morning, after contacting the customer care[protected], I got service center number ([protected]). 2 times the number was busy, 2 times I gave full ring and no one responded, 2 times I got call waiting.

                                        19/04 11:30 A.M
                                        Checked with Voltas Customer Care[protected] again, representative forwarded the request to service center. Added more information that I need installation to be completed by 1:30 P.M.

                                        19/04 12:00 P.M
                                        Service technician didn’t called me, checked with customer care again, they assured installation will be done by today EOD, and that they have again forwarded the request to service center with this information.

                                        19/04 3:30 P.M
                                        Checked with Voltas Customer care, the representative was helpless, not willing to transfer the call to senior executive. After struggling with him for half another 10-15 min he transferred the call to senior executive.
                                        She checked with service center and told me installation will be done tomorrow and it can’t happen today.
                                        Since she was helpless, asked her to transfer the call to senior/manger.

                                        19/04 4:00 P.M
                                        I was connected to area manager Sadiq Tasha ([protected]), after knowing I can’t take leave another day (tomorrow) for installation he asked me to wait for another 30 min. He said he will be checking internally and will get back to me in next 30 min, noted down my contact.

                                        19/04 4:30 P.M
                                        Service technician didn’t called me, Sadiq didn’t called me. I tried calling area manager Sadiq ([protected]), he didn’t responded even after 2 full ring.

                                        19/04 5:00 P.M
                                        Called Customer care and asked to connect to area manager, but he didn’t did. Instead he connected me to service center executive. Service center executive checked for available technician and said this installation will be done tomorrow because i[censored]navailability of technician. After struggling with him to make it happen today, he asked me to wait for another 1 Hr after which technician will call me and let me know by when he will be able to do the installation. I asked him to transfer the call to senior executive. He transferred the call to Gurtej Sharma Senior Executive Chandigarh.

                                        19/04 5:15 P.M
                                        Gurtej Sharma – Senior Executive – Chandigarh,
                                        I explained him the issue, requested him to make the installation happen by today EOD. I called it out the my area manager Sadiq is not responding, you can connect me to Sadiq manager.
                                        He Tried calling Sadiq tasha area manager, but sadiq didn’t responded again. He called Sadiq manager, Shravan who is the branch manager who too didn’t responded.
                                        He then sent and sms to Sadiq tasha/Shravan with following details “Navaneet Kumar want installation today“, message was delivered successfully at (5:34 P.M), he didn’t get the response till 6:25 P.M.
                                        He contacted service center number [protected] which was switched off.
                                        He tried calling the area manager, branch manager, service center but no response from any side from last 40-45 min, he finally gave me this email alias and asked to write up an email.

                                        He didn’t shared branch service manager contact (email/phone).
                                        He was not able to summarize the issue and write up in an email to me.
                                        He can’t transfer the call to his manager, nor he can share his manager name and contact.
                                        He didn’t have contact detail of higher authority, not aware of who is monitoring above email alias ([protected]@voltas.com)
                                        He is not even aware of any SLA for the response to this email.


                                        From the Audit Detail he can only call out below info :
                                        1. Technician will be visiting tomorrow.
                                        2. Asked to call service team for more audit details.
                                        3. Technician is still not assigned for this request.

                                        19/04 07:10 P.M
                                        Technician didn’t called till now, Writing up an email higher authority assuming it will be monitored by some one.

                                        Important Contact involved in overall discussion.
