I've purchased 1.2ton voltas ac 153cy from snapdeal and installed in my house on 24-mar-15 through voltas installation team..

For the past 1 week i'm not able to run my ac due to frequent tripping of mcb within a minute of ac start up (I've encountered this issue within a week of installation). I've tried replacing the mcb but no good. Then after investigation with my electrician i've found that all my earthing wire in my house...

No action has been taken on my voltas ac installation request

I bought my voltas ac online. On delivery i raised an installation request with voltas. They have a resolution period of max 24 hours.
It's been 5 days but no action has been taken yet.
I have called the customer care multiple times. All i here is that my request is put on priority and technician will call in few hours.
I have called their various helpline numbers but no use.
I was not expecting such a bad service...

Rude and aggressive installation team of voltas

I have bought 3 ACs online and waited for 3 weeks for installation. Finally when I called your customer care I was allotted a request no;:[protected]. I have been getting calls from different people talking rudely and asking for the address, whereas I had taken lot of effort in explaining my address while registering the request.
