There has been no action despite Several Communications via emails and phone calls on your Customer care Number on the above mentioned subject. on my Complaint No [protected] for Service of my AC 1.5 Ton Voltas.Your representative Sh.Shashikant Chaudhary visited our Residence on 24/07/2021and informed us that a PCB was to be replaced.He agreed to do it by Tuesday ie 27/07/2021 but till date nothing has been done till date except lame / Petty excuses made by your representative on e-mail and calls .kindly do the needful at the earliest for early resolution of the issue.

Feedback:
Started the work at 17:30 and completed at 21:15 hours.
Completely messed up the whole area with sand, cement and brick dusts while drilling the site. Customer has to clean up the whole area. They informed us that it is the responsibility of the customer. They have not provided any paper or carpet to collect the dust for easy removal.
After putting the white cement he left the workplace without proper cleaning of the area. The snap shot on the same is attached.
Tata is famous for its professionalism and quality work.
Took a longer time for AC installation.
Lack of professionalism in doing the job. Voltas should provide a proper tool to drill the holes. It should take care and train the workforce involved in the installation of AC. They are not able to write the Installation Report properly. This should be taken care of.Cleaning the workplace should be their responsibility.
It is unfortunate for me to report this matter. Hope this lack of professional approach can be rectified with complete satisfaction of the customer by providing suitable training to your workforce.

I have purchase Voltas 1.5 Ton split Inverter AC on date 01.06.2021 through flip cart. WHICH invoice no. is PL:F[protected].
Problem:-Installation work is not proper during installation due to bed installation AC is not proper hang on the wall. After some days several noise is listen inside the AC and drop the water out side from the AC.l am calling customer care no.Serviceman has come and he open the AC. He ask me that your AC not proper installed. After that I am calling many time on customer care no.but till now problem is not resolved by you.
Sir, I am requesting you that please solve my problem.

Delivery a defunct Voltas 1.5 ton inverter 3S split AC

I bought a Voltas 1.5 ton inverter 3S split Ac on 29/08/2021 from Great Eastern Retail Pvt. LTD Kolkata. The AC was delivered to me on 30/08/2021 and it was installed on the same day by authorised person. But after installation I was informed by them the AC was defunct. I paid total Rs.33000. + Rs.3000. for AC charge and installation charge but the ac is not functioning and lying at defunct position since 30/08/2021. My. Complaint no is [protected]. My mob.no is [protected] and mail [protected]@gmail.com. An early action taken reply is expected.

I have bought a split AC from Digital word shop, sadar market, Agra on 27.08.2020. It was installed at my wall, after some time (7 Months) it starts making bad noise due to vibration caused by compressor.
The technicians came two times but they were unable to resolve the noise problem.
I have made complaints number of times for the same issue but service center is unable to solve the problem.
I have been making complaints for few Months but today technician came and could not resolve the issue.

Our Ac is not working from last 1 month and no one is coming to take our complaint
There is no gas in ac

I amrik singh purchase AC of Volta's in 20.06.2020 l opt for IST AC service in the month of April . Your executive Nikhil chowdhary servicing the air conditioner but after that AC is not working properly . Now I again lodge complain to toll free no your executive surjit Singh Rs Pura region confirm me visit and service the AC on Saturday 27.08 .2021 but not visit on that date . They call me Monday today and asking for fee of rs 500/ paid then service of AC intimated they also use harass and abusive language while talking to me
I am your customer from last 6 year using your product since2015 it is my second AC product from your company and I have no issue before this but this time your executive at Rs Pura are not professional they demanding money without checking and visiting for service and not properly service the AC as it is free service by company .

I hope you will look up the issuse and resolve as early as possible . So I will not require to looking for another forum .I will be highly thankful to you for your necessary action

I have a Voltas window ac that is not cooling properly and the fan is not blowing air!

I have already reviewed complaint 20 times and only 5 times the technician visited but could not resolve the issue.
It’s been 4 months I have bought the product and I am facing so much trouble. Is this the way to provide service.
I even asked to replace the product but they refused clearly.
I am not sure how to resolve the next step I can do is complaint at consumer forum as Volta’s has not resolved my issues

I raised complaints with ref [protected] and [protected] but they were not addressed. The request was rescheduled many times without any reason and without even contacting me. Finally a technician was assigned but never visited the site and till now i never heard from them. This is first time that any company is so casual about a complaint. Hope the company GET WELL SOON especially the service section.
Hope u will act at least for UR company as i have got my issue resolved somehow

I have purchased Voltas Air Conditioner(1.5 Ton -5 star)_ on 08th july -2021, from New zone Computer Trade( Dwarka-Delhi) wide Bill no.NZ-2021/214, after purchase of 7 Days i have faced problem with my Air Conditioner -Water Leakage and electric shock, i have complained to customer care more times, one of the executive has come for repair but after repaired that faced same problem within 2 days, after continuously follow up with Voltas Customer care he is not responding my calls, please do the needful and Refund my amount or replace this Damage Air Conditioner.

After service AC is not working properly even a month which shows that technicians are not doing their job properly. Due to which customer and company both suffered.

Water tank alarm turns on even if tank is full due to which pump stops

I purchase Voltas split AC on 07/06/2021 after 2 month I face water likege problem from indoor unit...when I complain technician come and see...after cheching he Sayed the inner part of ac was broken and I wiil be change and repair...but now I don't want to repair my ac...I want replacement or total refund...please do the same immediately..my contact nmbr is[protected]

I have purchased a new voltas split AC 2 months before... But now there is noisy sound coming from the front end of the AC. It seems that there is a problem in fan blades which are not working properly... Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible...
