Burning smell from inside

We had called AC technicians to our house for our Voltas AC repairing. They came and told us that some parts need to be replaced. Then they took visiting charges from us and told us that they we will replace those parts with new ones when the parts will arrive to the company. It's been a week since they arrived but they keep on telling us that they have ordered the parts of our AC but they didn't receive till now.

I have Voltas inverter 1.5 ton ac.It is not working.I have complaint about it on voltas toll free number multiple times but no action is taken.Infact they say your complaint has been closed.It has been more than 2 months but no action is taken toll now.my registered mobile no is [protected]

I have purchased 2 Voltas inverter AC on 22/09/17.
They were installed on 4/10/17 .
Both ACs came with a 5 year comprehensive warranty as part of the offer conveyed by the dealer.

I have 5 ACs installed at my home but none have performed as bad as this one.
This was a premium AC at a premium price.
The AC has an issue of repeated gas leakage since the time it is brought, clearly a serious manufacturing...

If you’re reading this, I am glad to share my best consumer electronics purchase ever. A voltas split AC that was purchased in 2016.

Timeline to share what a journey it has been:

2016 - New AC – bought it for Rs 43000/-, within a month it went down. Multiple complaints raised to resolve the cooling issue. Gas top up etc

2017- Refrigerant top up – another Rs 3000/-

2018 – Refrigerant top up – plus Rs 5000/- (I don’t recall other issue – but paid total bill of 5000/-

2019 – Indoor PCB change, outdoor PCB change – refrigerant leak and gas charging – another Rs 12000/- (this issue prolonged for 6 weeks to get resolved after 8-10 technician visits)

2020 – Indoor Cooling coil change – gas leak & recharge – 4 times – Rs 10600/-

2021 – Outdoor Condenser change – gas leak & recharge – 3 times – Rs 8100/- (still counting because AC not working – Technician has visited almost 10 times)

So if you’re still reading this, shame on voltas !!

Take your AC back, I need peace.

I bought voltas inverter AC on 17 March 2021 and got implemented it after 2 to 3 days of delivery. After 3 months my AC's indoor unit blower pouring water but i complained about this problem to service center. The techician came again and again for 1 months but my problem did not get resolved. They order some parts of my indoor unit for replacement 2 weeks ago. I asked them about the part but they are not giving me clear answer.There are saying we don't know when your part will be delivered.
I am fed up with voltas service center staff.
Still suffering with the same problem.
I suggest people not to buy Tata cooling products.

I had raised a complaint on 27 MAY 2021 for an E5 error on my voltas inverter AC(complaint no: [protected]). The technician visited two times trying for many hours and finally took PCB for repair or replacement. ON 3rd July the technician came and returns my old PCB saying that spare parts are not available so it can't be repaired. They even did not assemble the AC and different parts are lying on floors for almost the last two months. Then my case was transferred to the local sales manager, who offered me a discount of Rs3000 to 4000 on buying a new AC from them. My AC is a 7-year-old inverter AC bought at a price of more than Rs40, 000 and the company is not able to supply spare parts. Is the company expects a life of 5 years for an AC and the customer should go for a new one if there is any problem? After the type of service, no one will ever buy a Voltas AC again. If they are not able to supply the PCB, then why the customer has to buy a new AC. This is not at all a solution for the consumer to buy a new AC from the Voltas offline with a discount of Rs4000/-. These discounts are always available online. They don't even bother to send a technician to assemble the AC. . This is a pure lacuna in service on behalf of Voltas.

I purchased end of april and from the beginning nt cooling properly... Filled lots of complaints bt nt nt resolved till date... technician nt getting the prblm nd company nt doing nethng... Vry bad service really disappointed.. "nam bade or darshan chote."

I have registered a complaint no [protected] on 3 july 2021 engineer visited on 4 July 2021 and said that PCB has to be changed and ordard by company.Naw today 8 july nobody's attained complaint.temprature is too warm and AC not working.very poor service.customar care representative said that your part in ordar and delivered shortlly.I can't understand why a small part not available in 4-5 days.

Hi please change my indoor unit, so many times your technician visited at my home but again I am facing same issues so please solve my problem.

Compressor of AC was not working so we filed a complaint but got jo response from the company.
They promised to send the technician but no one came.

My two air conditioners not working since last four days. Same day on 04/07/2021I was lodged a complaint but not yet resolved.

My AC is not cooling and engineer Said that some part is faulty and it will replaced.

But I don't know why He will not get such parts from your side.

I would like to request you, please provide such parts ASAP so that my ac will work properly.

I am not happy with such type of service.

Dear is water coming out from indor might be problem of dranage .

A water dispenser was purchased on 16 jun 2021, from very next day it was noticed that its lower fridge compartment is not working . we have complained at dealer end several times but of no use as faulty product was delievered, we want the product to be replaced asap.
