I bought the my 1.5 ton AC from authorized dealer in Chandigarh last year on 14.6.2020. AC's stopped cooling and started giving PC04 error this year since May this year, within warranty, I registered the complain on whatsapp on 9th June, 21 and technician visited on 10th june.
Technician just checked the power voltage and said it needs stabilizer, you will have to buy it, despite it being a inverter ac with inbuilt stabilizer. I spend Rs.3000 got it installed but the error was still not resolved.
I complained again after some days on 30th june as the error is still coming, same technician came again for same issue and now checks the whole AC and says board needs to be changed. And the customer care says you will have to pay for the part, now when its not in warranty.
What type of SCAM are you guys running ?
I have spent 3000 already on 35000 ac, just in 1 year and still I need to spend few more thousands because technicians are plain defrauding the innocent customers.
Its peak of summers in corona and I have to bear all this, thanks Voltas.
