I bought Voltas 1.5 ton split ac on 15.08.2020. so far the gas has been leaked for about 3tyms.
I don't know who is responsible for this manufacturer or the agency where I bought.
Such a waste of money, since it is under warranty I can claim now but after the warranty period, I am this will end up in spending few thousands frequently for this issue.
I totally regret buying Voltas, I think this is tym to throw this instead...

I am your valuable customer. I had purchased a split Ac, date 30 June 2020. and after that we are facing continuous problem in AC within 1 year we had complain in same problem but not shootout till date yet.Please give a proper solution against this AC .

Purchased 2.0 ton inverter split A/C from Ratne Cools Pvt Ltd on 28 jan 2021 this year vide in voice A23898
From last one month It is not working and show E8 error
complained to customer care
After two weeks one machanic came and said sensor not working so its has been ordered and will repair it in 4 days but never to show up
After one week waiting for him complained one more time, then next day Mr Wahid came...

This is very ridiculous services I have received from you..its more than 15 days and I with 2 little kids facing alot of problem just because of the PCB foult and our AC not working ..we are living in delhi NCR and getting this response...when 1st executive told me that your AC PCB need to change but he told my senior told 1st change sensor then will see...that sensor takes 6 days to come but it's not working again raised for PCB and it's...

I regret purchasing voltas ac . As they are talking too much time in installation! Other companies like hitachi / blue star are doing installation in within hours . But voltas is taking more than 2 days . This is just a biggest mistake buying voltas ac . And they have set ac condition that if someone except their service centre install that ac the warranty will be void . Really regretting buying this ac...

Mai Ashutosh kumar singh maine 13jun 2021 ko complaint kiya voltas mai ki mere ac mai se minor leakage hai pichale 2 saal se har saal ac mai gas dalwata hu aur nikal jata hai . pichali baar jo attendent aaye thee repair karne unhone bataya tha ki isko hume le ke jana hoga aur poora ac check karna hoga maine is saal dusara ac lagwa liya aur usko uttarwa ke rakh ke maine 13 june ko complaint kiya ki maine ac utarwa diya hai...

My complaint regarding voltas ac is almost 1.5 years old and still not resolved.. despite complaining several times, local service provider is unable resolve the problem and now not even picking up the phone.
almost 50 engineers had visited my home and found that there is a compressor problem and it needs to be changed but the local service center owner somehow making my complaint disappear as I recently talked with the customer care...

AC's compressor has not been working despite an order has been made for the same by service center. No response from customer care executive or service center. It's already been 15 days . But company has failed to even update me on the redressal of my problem. Despite several reminders all they have to say is that my order has been pending. Kindly understand my situation,

AC's compressor has not been working, and an order has been made for the same by your service center. However there has been no update regarding this, neither by customer care executive nor by service center. I have been waiting for an update on the matter for last 15 days. No date has been given by the company for redressal, they are not even answering as to why such a delay in services has occured. Kindly respond....

My ac is new just brought 2 months ago and problem of gas occurred.
I am taking follow up on regular basis but no one is looking to solve the issue
I called 30-35 time .
I suggest not to buy voltas product...

Outdoor pcb showing error H5
Already placed a request of changing that defected pcb with a new one
I was ok to pay the bill amount of rupees 6000 approx but all the executives of voltas didnt helped me out
They demanded a bill of my ac but i lost that one
And another bad luck that serial numbers are not visible on my ac !!
Now what to do

Am from Chennai in OLX army person have saleing ac then I ask about ac and he sale for 14000 rs and he told to pay 1st 1000 and 2000 total 3000 I also payed in phonepe after evening will be delivered on 4.30 pm he told to me but delivery man called me and ask to pay 2000 rs I told am not having any money and so many arguments after that I know they are fraud cheeting and then was tread to login my OLX account tell me the otp I give a money...

The washing machine was purchased last year on[protected]. The problem started some days back on[protected] as the dryer stopped working. One day company mechanic came and refused to replace the dryer door for free and I told him and showed him the bill that our product is in WARRANTY PERIOD. I was told that there is no guarantee of the plastic fittings by the company official. Kindly clarify...

We bought new Voltas AC with 5 years of total warranty in April-2021 in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. When we bought the AC, they told we have 2 free services and we can book the services from Voltas customer care. In the next month i.e., in May-2021 it did not work properly. We called many times to the customer care. Customer care told we don't have service for your location and cut the call. And then later, one time the service is booked...

I had raised a complaint on 1 june 2021 and a technician arrived on that same day and said PVC of our outdoor A.C unit needs to be replaced under warranty. But after calling several times to the customer care and the affiliated service agency our A.C is still not repaired. They always lied on the phone that they will fix it in 2 days.
