I had bought your smart automatic washing machine, it's laying on my home from 4 day no one come for demo and not given proper solution even customer care department and engineer department they avoided us so o had return that product and next time I will not purches any your product becouse you service is very very poor.

I regret to inform that one Voltas AC 1.5 Ton SAV 184V SZS Floral Inverter was purchased from M/s. M/s. Sathya Agencies (P) Ltd., J.N. Street, Puducherry on 26.03.2020. At the time of purchase, the sales representative of the show room has informed that the AC will be serviced by the Voltas service Engineer after 6 months from the date of installations.

I have purchased 2 ac from voltas and one of my ac is not working properly, i am calling voltas customer care from past 2 months since october 6 2021 but they are saying the same thing every day that their servicing team will contact you soon and i have't received any call or message from their servicing team.

Voltas team not open my service request and without resolution my AC problem they close all my request and when i call back them they reopens it.
So I request to you please try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I have purchased an ac from voltas in 2019, and my compressor not working properly, i am calling voltas customer care from past 5-6 days but they are saying the same thing every day that their servicing team will contact you soon but its around 1 week i have't received any call or message from their servicing team.

Voltas team not open my service request and without resolution my AC problem they close request.
So I request to you please reopen my request and try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton split AC last month, now the swing is not closing and working properly. I don't know how this can occur for the new product which brought last month.

I have registered a complaint on 10 th of October (id: [protected])as my Tata voltas Air conditioner brought 2 months ago was not working properly. The people from the customer care service told that it will be resolved in 2 days but the technicians are not at all responding and the problem with my AC was not yet responsible. This is very irresponsible and not at at all expected from Voltas service

I had got my water dispenser serviced from Voltas (who diversified service to its franchisee M/s Gyayatri Enterprises, Ghaziabad )on 20.09.2021vide complaint no[protected].The dispenser again started malfunctioning after some time. I called Gayatri Enterprises ( Mr. Vipin)on 18.10.2021and he assured that some one will visit by today or by tomorrow morning and no need to lodge complaint for visit with Voltas but no one turn up next day also ( 19.10.2021). When we called there (19.10.2021), his so called owner Mr. Amit initially behaved vey rudely, then he told that we will let you know when technician will come but no call came and also he did not pickup the phone. On 19.10.2021 I was managed to call the technician ( Mr Mohit - who visited on 20.09.2021 ) told me that yes I was supposed to vist today but as I am on leave I will come tomorrow by 11 AM ( 20.10.2021) but he never visited.When we called Mr Mohit on 20.10.2021, he hold the called for 15 minutes and then disconnect the call after that no one from Gyatri Enterprises had picked the call. I lodged a complaint with Voltas for Visit ( on 20.09.2021)and also had a talked with Mr Ravi Jha informing him the complete episode with Gyatri Enterprises owner and technician ), but only assurance received for Visit to our place & action against the Franchisee .No one visited on 21.10.2021 also and again I called Voltas but all in vain.
Luckily I was able to connect the technician Mr Mohit on 21.10.2021 afternoon and he told that his owner has stopped me to visit on 19, 20 & 21 and we will visit on 22.10.2021 but till time no one turned up.

Dear Sir, Why there is a need of such type of franchisee to voltas who are spoiling the name of Voltas and also not listening to Voltas persons or customer care . I
I will definitely highlight the same in social media not to but Volas product as they are not providing a good service

Hot point not working

I purchased voltas air cooler on march 2021. Water pump was suddenly stopped working. Its not even 6 months. I contacted the Customer Service and they raised the ticket on 3rd october 2021. After that no one contacted me for service or resolution. Its been 10 days i raised the complaint. Everyday when i call the customer service team, they said the case is in open state and we raised a flag and the service agent will come ASAP. Today 12th october 2021 and the case is still open after even calling service team for multiple times everyday. Pathetic service from voltas.

Loud noise sound come out from Indore unit with air & its repeated every after 8 to 10 minute.

Unit : 4552370A19BC14187, Purchase 7may 2019, purchased from : Sowndarya, marketing Andhra Pradesh Kakinada 533001, my voltas service patner : RAMANA REFRIGERATION &AIR CON([protected]) MY COMPLAINT N NO: [protected] Date 9oct, 2021.
Problem is : error EH 03 this came first time date 3feb 2020, within one year warranty period.at that time take several days to solve the problem at that time circuit board problem and same time outdoor compressor problem finally problem is resolved.

But now same error repeating EH O3 your technician check ac he is telling again the same problem he changed new circuit board but till ac is not working ur technician check outdoor unit compressor he told compressor is damaged and leaked and getting a hole.he will order for new compressor again time taken.

voltas ac company gives us 10 years for the outdoor compressor. but why within the first year and within 2andhalf years getting failed my living area is not solt wind and I am living in city urban area. give me an answer why ur product getting failed why ur cheating consumers. why ur using cheap and cheapest parts to manufacturing to inverter ac. why u giving the compressor for10years warranty. why we buy ur product with my money.why u telling lies ur product is not the correct product I am facing problems with using ur voltas inverter ac.

please try to understand my problem and solve the as on higher priority bases

Our water cooler is not working please repair it on urgent basis

I have purchased the ac on[protected]. Itwas installed on[protected]. Since yesterday, it is mulfunctioning. While running, it is becoming off and on, display is changing automatically.I have changed the battery of the remote but to no effect. Please do the needful.
