I regret to inform that one Voltas AC 1.5 Ton SAV 184V SZS Floral Inverter was purchased from M/s. M/s. Sathya Agencies (P) Ltd., J.N. Street, Puducherry on 26.03.2020. At the time of purchase, the sales representative of the show room has informed that the AC will be serviced by the Voltas service Engineer after 6 months from the date of installations.
2. It is further to inform that while contacted to the Service Centre over phone for deputing the service engineer during the month of August, she has replied that after six months the service person will come to your house. But till date no one service person to come my house for servicing the AC after repeated requested for more than 8 months.
3. In the above circumstance, due to non fulfilling the terms and condition, I will take necessary action for the serving the AC machine by private service person by own cost. Hence, necessary NOC may kindly be issued to me so as to service the AC machine by private person.
