      I have bought a split ac 1.5 ton in the month of April 2021. Last week I complained about not cooling, after 4-5 days a technician came on saturday 19th March 2022 and told me that there was a gas leakage, so another technician would come. Till now I have been trying to contact customer care number, service centre no and others but no one is coming for solving the problem. If, by mistake, someone picks up the phone he gives me another person's number and that number is always not reachable.
      I have never ever seen this type of cheap service in my whole life. Worst experience with voltas of my life.

        Hello Voltas Team,

        After Trying Multiple Customer Services i am Contacting your Service

        I have Recently Buyed Voltas 1.5 Ton A/C from Flipkart i literally had very very Bad Experience with installation Service i Got Product Received on March 12 And today its 21th March Till date no Installation. It is in Karimnagar, Telangana - 505001. I have Called for 7 days more than 50 Times to installation but no Luck from them

        And One more Point You Say A/C is Stabilizer Freeand your Installation Persons are not ready to install the product if we don't Buy Stabilizer from Them and Very Rude Explanation.

        Finally its an Bad Experience i felt unnecessarily buyed Voltas

          Dear Sir,

          I purchased a Voltas Inverter AC Model No. EU 123V CZ TT R32 in April 2019 from No.284, Vasanth & Co Store, 1, Trichy - Madurai Highway, Melur, Madurai DT, Tamil Nadu 625106

          In March 2021, an authorized Voltas Service center (Star Krish Air Condition, No.9, Thirunavukarasu street, Alagappan Nagar, Madurai-625003) took the AC unit to their place for gas refill and full service at the cost Rs.1675. After this full service, within a couple of months, the AC unit started to throw error code EH03 and stopped functioning. When we raised this issue to that service center, they again took the AC unit to their place and informed us that the PCB board needs to be replaced at the cost of Rs.1800. We reluctantly paid that fee and got it replaced in Aug 2021. Within the next 3 months, again the AC unit started giving trouble with the same error code (EH03) and stopped functioning. When we complain about this issue to the dealer, they are not ready to entertain that complaint and months are passing. They always try to charge the fee for their worst service

          This kind of bad service from such reputed companies like Voltas is not acceptable and we customers are trusting your brand products for a long run. But, your dealers are providing low quality service and because of them the same error is happening again and again in my AC unit. We customers cannot bear service charge and repair charge repeatedly for the same issue within the span of 3 months from last service for the same issue. If no action has been taken, I will not be left with any other option but to seek help from consumer court with all the bills

            I have purchased a Voltas split AC 2 Tonnes last year in May 2021. The product has been giving problems right from the beginning. Now I submitted a request for AC service and gas refill.
            I was informed by the agent that the coils of the AC have to be replaced because they have leakage. It has been 9 days since I have been following up, complaining, calling- no resolution is provided. People have disconnected calls, spoken rudely, repeatedly asked to call back for an update but no one has done anything.
            Today I was informed that Voltas company has discontinued making the particular model of AC which I purchased last year!
            This is heights. I am very dissatisfied with the Voltas customer care service. By the way, customer care agents are always busy or always busy on other calls- no matter how many times you call. (I was given this no to call [protected])

                Saturday appointment and message received from 9.30am - No body turn up.
                Saturday appointment and message received from 1.00pm - No body turn up.
                Sunday Technician (Ansari) called ) and given appointment for today at 11.00am. Did not turn up. When called informed that route has been changed.
                Called customer care and spoke to Mr .Lovkush, Sr.Mgr. Assured that action will be taken but no body turn up till now.
                Called Branch Many time but no proper response.

                Please advise whether Voltas is interested in giving me service.

                Quick action will be highly appreciated.

                    so i called my dealer n 10 mintues before ur engineer called n spoke to me.I told i dont want now.
                    my problem is why it is delaying ???? the customer complaint.

                      I have purchased 2 Voltas ACs Split and Window on 30th Jun 2021, which was now I think my biggest mistake

                      Please note that i have booked ACs service on 17th March Morning 11.29 am, vide request no is [protected], then i got call from the customer support and they informed that they will try to close the request today itself or latest by 19th March, i said ok no issues.

                      Then i got below msgs:

                      I have contacted several times to service center on 19th and 20th as well regarding service but every time they inform person will visit shortly, they keep give false information and due this i couldn't go outside home, waiting for them entore day 19th and today i.e 20th march, amd till the time 8.50pm issue not resolved

                      Sorry to say It is highly disappointment from Voltas Service, if you can't do this please inform will contact some other Local vendors regarding the same, I also register complaint through customer support vide request no:[protected]

                        I have purchased a tata voltas 1 ton Ac in march 2021 from croma karmanghat hyderabad,

                        they have sent a fault one and then they delivered new one after long long time, even that was installed in a wrong way, new technician came up and fixed it after long escalation, they took entire summer to fix that.

                        I have booked an appointment for service on[protected], I have chased them so many times no proper response finally they closed the ticket simply saying no one at home, When I called the guy and asked that I got this message and where are you, He told sorry sir I have not came to service and hung up call on my face

                          I have purchased Voltas inverter 1 ton ac it is under 9 plus 1 year waaranty.my compressor has damaged .andbservice center is not repalced the compressor, cintaced voltas custmer care multiple times from Bsm and asm has given false comitments, they are nitbresponding for calls...dont buy voltas products, i have purchased as a indiab product, and bcoz of ratan tata donations to india.but finally i am seffeering with voltas service team..they charged 3200 for gas filling

                            Hi,

                            We have been used this product (TATA Voltas) since 6 years. Now we are facing the issue last 3 months regarding the big big sparks coming inside the cooler. So please take this complaint and fix the issue ASAP.
                            Note: Product is very good but still repair coming also i want to use this very longtime.

                            called multiple time to customer care number[protected], but they are saying call to in company and cut the all immediately. not getting proper response. looks like it is a fake number and fake customer number. please stop buying this voltas product .. service is very bad. very bad.

                              I have purchased VOLTAS SPLI AC a couple of months a go and since the date of purchased till no THE AC IS NOT WORKING, I have raised many complaints and spoke to multiple peoples in customer care but apart form merely fake assurances and technician visits I have got TILL NOW NO SOLUATION.

                              I am just running here and there for the solution feeling like irritated with the situation.

                              And technician are just visiting after my call putting some things here and there making my place messy spreading dirt's and greases and they go home saying that they will see it again tomorrow and all these things are going on day by day.

                              I AM FACING THIS SITUATION FROM MORE THAN A WEEK, STILL NO SOLUATION.

                              I Request to please solve it ASAP and take very strict actions against unprofessional behavior of these staffs are are dumbn unprofessional and abusive.

                                I have purchased my voltas inverter ac (Serial no.4552750A20KC43435) on 12/04/2021 from voltas aurthorised dealer jharkhand electronics (Shop no.4, jharkhand mod, khatipura jaipur) as my ac is under warranty but voltas representative requires invoice copy for repair . i have lost my invocie copy. dealer not provide the invoice copy

                                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                                  I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product /service quality of Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC (Copper, 183DZZ, White). I am writing this letter to extreme displeasure at the faulty products and high cost of service by Voltas. I have purchased this ac on 17th April 2019 and I have done regular service and gas filling of my product but not able to understand how poor-quality product volta's manufacturing is, that it has got a problem just last year and now this time. Such a poor quality .

                                  I have lodged a complaint Number [protected] at volta's care for low cooling, one engineer has visited my home and there is some low pressure of cooling gas. He was not able to rectify the problem and later he asked to pay me for gas charges. I agreed to fill up the gas by paying high amounts but afterword’s someone from volta’s team called and conveyed that I Have done worked outside, however I haven’t done any work from outside. This is the worst experience in my life where the intentions of voltas to avoid fixing the problems and providing non genuine reasons. After many follow ups nobody is fixing the problem.

                                  Also, the customer care team and local service provider called me and conveyed different things which contradicted itself. I am recording for all calls which can be shared as per request.

                                  Now the question arises what product quality and durability of volta’s ac is. How can we trust such a big brand for such poor quality of product and extremely bad service? This is extremely disappointing

                                  Need your prompt response on this. Since the ac compressor is still under warranty, I would either like to get the product repaired or replaced. Looking forward to an immediate resolution later by today.

                                      I have purchased my voltas window ac in2021 but know i have to done my service...but the problem is i have lost my ac bill ...so give me the solution what should I do know?
