Getting water leakage in door unit.

No one come to service AC on monthly service companie so many times to service man dealer or not maintained free service

My split ac service not done

Purchased above average machine through flipkart on 29th may 2018.from few days back it was found that no cooling though internal and external fans are running.hence we request to provide your service personal to find out the problem.

My Water Dispenser is having water leakage and made repeated complaints (3 times) through Customer Care. Each time the Service Technician comes and changes Thermostat and charge money. Since 6 months this problem is not resolved.
Each time my complaint is closed without solving.

Last Request No. is [protected] is still not resolved in[protected].

Finally I was given the Phone number of Mr. Shabbir (Cell [protected]) of Hyderabad. Since 11th June 2021, he has has not resolved the problem.

I purchased Voltas inverter model 1.5 ton AC in the month of May . AC not working properly. Lot of head ache with this product. Not cooling I placed service request many times till now problem not solved. Waste of money. I purchased it at high cost. No satisfaction.

AC remote is not working.

My Ac remote not working after purchase. I register complaint in june regarding water leakage and remote issue.

Noone visited my house nor anyone contacted me to solve my problem.

Voltas service is becoming poor day by day.

Please solve my problem.

I had requested first free service for Voltas split ac through voltas care on 29th July
Service Request no [protected] was assigned for today (30 july 21).
The service technician was checking and cleaning the indoor unit and accidently broke blower fins . He said he will replace the blower and dismantled the indoor unit to remove the broken blower. However after he checked with his office, it is mentioned that the spare will take another week and i have to wait . Meanwhile he tried to assemble with the broken blower so that the Ac can be used. But unfortunately there was lot of noise and cannot be used. Hence i have requested to disconnect the supply to prevent switching ON the unit.

Please expedite the spare blower and make the unit functional at the earliest as it is lot of inconvenience .
Also please ensure that the unit is working in good condition .

I have purchased on 21. 07.21. Given complaint on same day. But till now no engineer visit or complaint resolved. Bad service and product.

Airflow Engineering Goa
H6 error displayed on display, the issue was fixed and i was charged 1200 INR for the fix by Airflow Engineering, but in few days the error started occuring again. Due to the curfew in state Goa Airflow engineering store was closed and they have still not sent engineer to check the already fixed issue.
The female contact staff was not so informative and seemed rude and said they will send engineer.

Maine kam se kam 21 bar complain kiya…but abhi tak koi mera AC thik krke nhi gya…August me iska warranty khatam hone wala hai..
Pahle complain krne par log aate the…dekh kar chale jate hai…
But last ek mahina se koi b nhi aa rha hai…ek manager b miss behave krne lga tha…
Meri AC thik nhi hua…mujhe volta company ke upr case krna hai..

My washing machine is not working properly we buy voltas beko 6kg washing machine it does not dry the clothes properly or rainse the water

I purchased a brand new Voltas split 1 ton ac from Manish Sales, Gwalior on 12th of July, 2021. The ac stopped working just after 5 days. I lodged a complaint and the service agent inspected on around 18th of July and informed about that the PCB display is faulty and needs to be replaced. The approximate time period given by him was 3 days. However, it has been more than 10 days still i am waiting for the replacement of the part which is under warranty.

When I turn on my AC it start making noises and I want it to be repaired as soon as possible.

Hello, My name is Vansh I Own a small retail store in delhi consider this mail as request So What happened is on 6 May, 2019 I Purchased Chest Freezer 320L From A Retail Store In Delhi it worked fine for 1st year then Last year freezer thermostat stopped working so i called technician he charged 400 rupees for labour and as per company labour charges is free for the first year still i paid then few days ago my Freezer again was not working so I called a technician from Voltas he came and said there is Internal leakage in body, your freezer has 4 year warranty But Internal leakage is not covered first there is no mention in company terms and condition that internal leakage is not covered then he said that you have to replace this fridge you will get new chest freezer but you have to pay 40% amount of that chest freezer first it's been only 2 years o[censored]sing that freezer there is not a single dent on the body i didn't used as per the capacity still it stopped working how cheap quality pipes company uses why should i pay when my product has warranty of 4 years i don't want new freezer repair my freezer company said there is only 1 option pay 40% depreciation amount there is no mention of this amount on any terms and condition i checked all sites readed all terms and conditions i didn't seen any mention that you have to pay 40% amount for replacement of a defective product infact it is in warranty you should replace for free I don't have that much money to pay of the freezer that i didn't even used there is no guarrantee if i pay 40% amount if freezer again stops working because of internal leakage i again have to pay money i can't pay 40% amount either replace freezer for free or repair my current freezer all parts are working there is just small leakage inside body
I'm badly affected I purchased this freezer for approx 19000 and it's just been 2 years and it stopped working i'm suffering from financial crisis because of corona i didn't even earned that much money from this freeze as it is commercial freezer and company is asking for[protected] for replacement even why my freezer is under warranty i'm unable to pay that much money
