I purchased a 1 TON Split AC for my bedroom in 2018 September. There started the process of servicing within 6 months I had to check the 'no cooling' issue. Followed by gas leak, followed by copper cable replacement, followed by 'no cooling' again, followed by water leak inside the walls of my bedroom - due to the hose, followed by gas leak and gas refill has been done more than 3 times in 2 years.
Absolutely, no point im buying Voltas AC. Here comes the calculations, the AC costed 22, 000.
Charges spent on servicing is 8000, 3000, 3000, 1200, 800, 4000. Sums up to 20, 000.
Total of 42000 for two years. Do you think this is customer satisfaction. This is robbery and the quality of AC has gone for a toss here.
I DO NOT recommend Voltas AC to anyone.
