Hello sir/mam,
I have purchased an ac from voltas in june 2021, i want a service of my ac for that i am calling voltas customer care from past 3-4 days but they are saying the same thing every day that their servicing team will contact you soon but its around 1 week i have'nt received any call or message from their servicing team.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    I purchased a inverter ac (window) from Amazon in 2019 and since the day I bought the product I am facing problem with the pcb.. every 3 months the pcb get fuse and it takes 15-20 days to rectify the problem.. and the charges of the pcb is so high that it’s very difficult to use this. It’s my humble request to voltas to kindly replace this product.

        I have raised a complaint multiple times for one issue only for the ac is not getting the cool air and they are not fixing the issue just taking the money from us and next time I raised the complaint they are against asking the money. This time again I raised again the complaint and escalate the issue to the Area manager and still no one has shown up. Nalgonda district team is the worst team just taking the money from the customers without repairing the issues.

        Nice service Voltas, till no technician as showed up to fix the issue, it’s been more than 10days I raised the request to fix my ac issue. I never want to buy this voltas product again, very very very poor service.

                I bought an AC last year in September. It's Being told that the product got 5 years extended warranty and the company will share it with you. In June it started with a water leakage issue.I lodged the complaint and the visited service engineer confirmed that the rotation motor thas an issue as well and it will be replaced within 3 days. I called after three days nothing happened. I followed up but there was no action taken. Suddenly in August end, the AC stopped cooling. I called customer care and raised the issue with the last unreplaced items. It was told me that your that complaint is closed. I asked to confirm how it had happened in spite of my feedback that the complaint hasn't been resolved. The answer was feedback has no connection with customer care. Since September 3 i have been calling the team to resolve the issue . Though i was in connection with the Area sales manager but nothing happened. It was a shock when i got a reply now it is not that hot then why are you so frustrated about the cooling. They have no clues about the warranty, installation of the product. Per them, it was not installed by Voltas so there is no warranty I wish to get this product replaced immediately. As there is no system in place to track the sold product. Shame

                  I have purchased Voltas 1.5ton 5star AC from Great Eastern Retail on 07/09/2021. I explicitly told them that i need the delivery ASAP as my ON-Campus Interview was going on and it was really tough for me to concentrate on the interview with the scorching heat in my room. They did their part and delivered it within a day. Now comes the 'Great' service by voltas, Service engineer visited my home on 10/09/2021, AC and outdoor unit needed to be installed on the First floor, I told them to start the work with Indoor Unit, as i have arranged a ladder for outdoor unit and it was on the way. They told me that they cannot install the outdoor unit with normal ladder (without even looking at the ladder), and told me to make a ladder by tying bamboo sticks, (even though my neighbouring building's Outdoor unit is placed on the same place and it was placed using normal ladder). I agreed and told them I'll arrange the ladder made out of bamboo sticks before 13/09/2021 and asked them to do the installation on 13th, they agreed.
                  On 13th I called them to install the AC and they denied saying that they cannot provide the service due to excess workload, and said that they'll install the AC on 14th. On 14th they called me and told me again that they cannot install the AC due to Heavy Rainfall (even though it was just drizzling) I agreed, and they promised to do the installation on 15th.
                  On 15th I called them again, and they again denied the service assuming that bamboo must have been wet from yesterday's rainfall and they said that they'll not work standing on wet bamboo sticks(even when i told them that it is completely dry from the sunlight since morning).
                  Let's see with what excuse they'll come up with on 16th.
                  I have given 2 interviews during this period and my mind was on wiping the excess sweat thanks to 'Voltas amazing service'.
                  I'll request Voltas to choose their service provider carefully because most of them are third party.

                    I purchased a 1 TON Split AC for my bedroom in 2018 September. There started the process of servicing within 6 months I had to check the 'no cooling' issue. Followed by gas leak, followed by copper cable replacement, followed by 'no cooling' again, followed by water leak inside the walls of my bedroom - due to the hose, followed by gas leak and gas refill has been done more than 3 times in 2 years.

                    Absolutely, no point im buying Voltas AC. Here comes the calculations, the AC costed 22, 000.

                    Charges spent on servicing is 8000, 3000, 3000, 1200, 800, 4000. Sums up to 20, 000.

                    Total of 42000 for two years. Do you think this is customer satisfaction. This is robbery and the quality of AC has gone for a toss here.

                    I DO NOT recommend Voltas AC to anyone.

                      I purchased Voltas split ac on Jan 2021.after purchasing water leakage problem till 5months . so many services did still water leakage problem there not resolved . Voltas service team not giving proper solutions to stop water leakage from my ac .                         2. cheating and deficiency on the part of your service provider Mr. Arora having an office in Nirankari Colony Mob No. [protected]
                        3. Mr. Arora provided a fake and lower standard C cover in the name of Voltas
                        4. Due to the said service provider I am not able to get due to free service within the time
                        5. when another service provider came to provide service I refused to provide it due without bill.
                        I am surprised how the First service provider has done the service without Bill. who authorized him? whether it is proper service? what is uthenticity?
                        No sign of the customer, no product sheet (if any plz provide)
                        5 I am not happy that I am using the product of Voltas. By seeing this product I feeling harassment and there is mental agony
                        6. Yesterday after 12 I remains busy with calls coming from Voltas and morning today I received the following message from service Number BT-Voltas

                        Your SR No [protected] is proposed for Cancellation, Reason: Customer Not Responding.

                            I have raised many complaints with voltas service online for my inverter ac which i bought in 2020. From many months, service person coming and doing nothing except checking the ac temperature but we are telling them the problem is with outdoor unit which is stopping after few minutes. But they never did anything with outdoor compressor unit which is a big problem for ac not working.

                            If compressor stopped working, how come ac runs fine.

                            Bought ac with comprehensive extended warranty (1+4 years). All we were asked to get extended warranty is to register our serial numbers on Voltasservice.com which we did immediately post installation.

                            But still every time, service people asking to pay minimum of 650rps since its already 1 year crossed

                              My window AC was installed on 1st June 2021, after 2 months E2 error started coming.. technician visited and told me that it's PCB issue.
                              I asked service center to replace the defective AC .. it's been 3 weeks .. everyday they are telling me new story..
                              It's worst experience ever with TATA product.

                                I would like to raise a complaint against one of the service centre of Voltas M/s Jahnabi Enterprise, Dr. Jakir Hussain Road, Guwahati-36, Assam.

                                I bought a new voltas AC whose installation was completed on 26th July 21 and the AC didn't function . So upon raising a complaint some senior technician was send the next day and the AC was successfully repaired.

                                I had another Voltas AC running in my home whose outdoor grill is broken. I asked the technician if the part can be made available. So upon seeing it he asked me to make a advance payment of Rs.500/- for ordering the grill.

                                After much persuasion finally I came to know that the part is not available. Now the service centre is unwilling to refund the amount on the pretext that the amount was the visit charge.

                                However the amount was taken from me in the name of ordering the product and I felt cheated by the service centre as well as the technician.

                                I would like you to take up this issue and resolve it.

                                    I have purchased Voltas ac on 07/06/2021... I m not happy with Voltas...within two month my ac was not working..you can check my previous complain... please refund it my amount... I Don't want to stay with volats... otherwise I will file complain against Voltas in consumer court
