Ac cooling problem

I have made a request to short out my voltas Ac cooling problems on 23 May, 2023 with request number [protected] (another [protected]) .
The Voltas Company did not short out this problem but they closed my request three times. I called many times to the service provider center "Raj Engineering Corporation Gorakhpur" but they are not giving any proper response and showing very unprofessional behavior.     Dear Voltas Customer Support,

    I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I have been facing with the 1.5-ton AC unit I purchased from Voltas in March 2022. Despite registering multiple complaints, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to my problem.

    The issue I am experiencing involves water being dispensed from the AC unit. Every engineer who has visited my premises thus far has concluded that the installation was not done properly. Unfortunately, despite their acknowledgment of the installation error, no one has taken the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

    The continuous water discharge from the AC unit has not only resulted in inconvenience but has also caused damage to the wall where the unit is installed. The water leakage has caused the wall to deteriorate and vanish gradually. This situation is highly distressing and requires immediate attention to prevent further damage.

    I kindly request your urgent intervention in this matter. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a competent technician to visit my location and reinstall the AC unit correctly to resolve the water discharge issue. Additionally, it would be helpful if appropriate measures can be taken to address the damage caused to my wall.

    Please treat this matter with utmost urgency, as it has been a significant inconvenience for me, and the prolonged neglect is exacerbating the situation. I have been a loyal customer of Voltas and have always appreciated the quality of your products. Therefore, I trust that you will take swift action to rectify this issue and restore my faith in your brand.

        I was purchase 2 ton spilit voltas ac dated[protected] invoice number DJK-C-SI6696 from vijay sales janak puri new delhi.but ac gas leakege problem with in 3 months then i was register the complaint & engineers are come but they totaly misguide me & not done job proprly, i was complaint to voltas 4 to 5 time & engineers are come but they are misguide again & again & not done job proprly.they are totaly misguide.im not satisfied voltas service.today is going to be one year or my ac warranty b going to expire.very worst product & services.im totaly disapointed.

        & voltas service engineer virender khurana mobile number is 7683-051807.
        My ac is under warranty & its reapirs 4 to 5 times in one year but not positive responce from voltas side..please exchange my ac or refund my payment either i will b legal action

          Product AC was bought on 01/06/2023, Model - 183V VECTRA PRISM, SL NO. 4553370A23AE 29723

          Dealer.. PT PATWARY TRADERS, GANESHGURI, GUWAHATI

          On trying to install by Company personal, it was found a wire was missing & remote broken.

          On contacting dealer, they exchanged the remote but unfortunately it stopped working after 1 day.

          I had tried to contact customer care but till date problem not resolved.

          Very indifferent attitude.

            It's very awkward to know after calling Voltas that there is a technician charge of ₹ 500 + 18 % GST for knowing why my Air Conditioner is not working properly in Night time. I bought a New Air Conditioner just 1 year ago.

              I purchaes voltas window ac in april 2023, in may 16, its started showing error E6 amd not cooling, technician visit was on 30th may and they said outdoor pcb will be replaced and it will come in a week, its been a month now and i have called service center and voltas customer care multiple times, they are just saying part is not delivered and not taking issue seriously, my hard earned 35 k is wasted amd not used ac even for a month after buying, its peak summer and have to sleep without ac, what is the use of ac when summer is over, they should understand it and solve the issue asap, otherwise just take your ac and return my mone, i will go for some other company, big no to voltas, never recomment to anyone, even i will persuade people not to go for voltas, totally making fool of people, service no [protected]

                I have made a request to short out my voltas Ac cooling problems due to Gas refueling on 23 May with request number [protected] . Engineer did not short out this problem but they closed my request three times. I called many times to the service provider centre "Raj Engineering corporation Gorakhpur" but they are not giving any proper response and showing very unprofessional behavior.                   I have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton AC before some days ago.

                  Their is manufactured defect in my AC at day one. I complaint 3-4 times in customer care but the problem is not detected by your technician. Finally today he caught the problem and said to me that this is only manufacturing defect or installation defect. Their is no defect at my side.
                  Technician also misleading me by information, their is problem in voltage, pipe, gas leakage. But after seeing and resolving all these issues their is no solution of my AC cooling issue. Now after this scenario he said their is problem in compressor.
                  But i said many times this is manufactured defect or installation defect because today the technician checked the pipe and gas condition, he found that their is problem in pipe and gas connection which is done by installation time. I checked many time to multimeter but their is no problem of voltage .
                  The problem in my AC cooling is called as product defect. So this is moral responsibility of voltas company to change my AC without disturbing me again and again with false information.
                  I am also say to voltas company that part changing is possible in used one product but in new product their is only criteria of replacement of that product so I doesn't want to repair it again and again which already done 3-4 times by voltas technician. Because many time opening of AC also reduce the life of AC so i don't want that risk because problem is at starting days.
                  I hope you understand my problem totally and hope you resolve my problem by replacing AC.

The Voltas Company did not short out this problem but they closed my request three times. My AC has a five-year comprehensive warranty. Finally, on Jun 11, 2023, the engineer said that we have to replace the compressor and gave the order for the compressor on the same day. However, they did not replace it yet (14 days passed). Due to this bad service of Voltas, my family and I disturbed mentally and financially. I lost nearly more than 10 Lakh. Please do the needful.

                        Bad smell from AC

                        I have four 1.5ton ACs. Bought them on May 2019. Barely used ACs in 2019 as I am out of country. For all of them Bad smell comes when I start an AC and after cooling whenever compressor restarts bad smell will come.. I am having this issue from 2020 onwards. I gave around 30 complaints.                         I have logged complaint on 17th May 2023 regarding our product. Technician came after 1 week and he confirmed that part issue and it has been ordered on the same day. Almost 15 days has been completed and till now isuue didn't get resolved. Calling service center, customer care daily but no response. They fake advertise that India's NO.1 brand Voltas but customer issue will not be resolved.

                          I bought Votas AC from Reliance Digital 5 years ago, with trust in tata and voltas brand but the compressor got rusted in just 5 years and stopped working. On top of that company is refusing to replace it under warranty.

                            I have purchased a votas ac in the month of 09/08/2022. With amount of rs 40200/-.But even it was not complited one year it has a out door board problem.Same thing i was informed to the voltas service people with in my town guntur. It was informed on 15/05/2023, till now they have not contacted me and there service and behaviour was very worst in the town of guntur.

                            I am not satisfied about this voltas product and there service.They give me the default produst even it was not worked morethan one year.

                              I have purchased a Voltas split invetor AC in year 2021. At the time of purchase there was a offer that there will be 1+4 year’s warranty on complete ac and nothing have to be paid in terms of service and components charges provided the AC is being serviced atleast once in 6 months from the authorised service centre.

                              I have availed free service till June 2022 and purchased AMC from the then service centre in July 2022 and have availed one service in December 2022.

                              Now there is water leakage issue in the AC for which I have raised a complaint on 23 may and on 24 i have received a call from your now service centre(this has been changed this year) saying that AMC is not valid we will not accept it and you will have to pay the service charges.

                              Then i called your customer care and they have mentioned that nothing need to be paid by you and they will send an email to service centre in this regard and will also arrange a call back for AMC issue.

                              2 days have already passed but neither the AMC team have called nor the service team have visited to resolve the issue.

                                Sir i am facing the problem with my ac since 14 april 2023 I am from puranpur pilibhit UP 262122
                                Firstly my outdoor PCB was broken as said by the technician and then it took him a month to replace it after doing so he told me that your indoor PCB is also not working he is telling me this after a month of waiting seriously
                                And during this one month i have contacted the ASM of the regional city barielly UP
                                And the service center aditya associates
                                And i have faced a really disappointing responses from them
                                And now its been additional 10 days for my indoor Pcb and no sign of it
                                No one contacted me nor informed me about anything
                                I am requesting you to put a replacement of my ac and get me a new one
                                I am really disappointed and fed up with this one its been more than 40 days in this hot summer kindly place a replacement of my ac
                                As quick as possible
                                And i need a reassurance as quick as possible for this

                                  My new voltas ac is not working since april 14 and the complaint is registered since then
                                  And the engineer came and told us that the outdoor PCB was broken
                                  It took him 30 days to replace the outdoor PCB and after that he told us that now the indoor PCB is not working and its been 10 days additional and no sign of replacement yet
                                  I have complained multipled times i even complained to the ASM of voltas in barielly and the service center owner but no one is able to resolve my problem i even said to them to replace my ac but they denied it
