Hi, i made a request to shortout my voltas Ac cooling problems on 23 May with request number [protected]. Engineer did not short out this problem but they closed my request three times. I called many time to service provider centre "Raj electronics corporation Gorakhpur but they are not giving any proper response and showing very unprofessional behavior. My AC has five year compresive varranty. I request you please do the needful.

I have made a request to short out my voltas Ac cooling problems on 23 May, 2023 with request number 23053102533 (another 23060514712) . The Voltas Company did not short out this problem but they closed my request three times. I called many times to the service provider center "Raj Engineering Corporation Gorakhpur" but they are not giving any proper response and showing very unprofessional behavior. My AC has a five-year comprehensive warranty. Finally, on Jun 11, 2023, the engineer said that we have to replace the compressor and gave the order for the compressor on the same day. However, they did not replace it yet (14 days passed). Due to this bad service of Voltas, my family and I disturbed mentally and financially. I lost nearly more than 10 Lakh. Please do the needful.

    Bad smell from AC

    Address: Mathrusree nagar, Miyapur, Hyderabad, Telangana

    I have four 1.5ton ACs. Bought them on May 2019. Barely used ACs in 2019 as I am out of country. For all of them Bad smell comes when I start an AC and after cooling whenever compressor restarts bad smell will come.. I am having this issue from 2020 onwards. I gave around 30 complaints. Dozens of technicians visited my home and did normal wash, chemical wash even fire treatment. With in one week the problem occurs. I am frustrated with Voltas...

    I have logged complaint on 17th May 2023 regarding our product. Technician came after 1 week and he confirmed that part issue and it has been ordered on the same day. Almost 15 days has been completed and till now isuue didn't get resolved. Calling service center, customer care daily but no response. They fake advertise that India's NO.1 brand Voltas but customer issue will not be resolved.

      I bought Votas AC from Reliance Digital 5 years ago, with trust in tata and voltas brand but the compressor got rusted in just 5 years and stopped working. On top of that company is refusing to replace it under warranty.

        I have purchased a votas ac in the month of 09/08/2022. With amount of rs 40200/-.But even it was not complited one year it has a out door board problem.Same thing i was informed to the voltas service people with in my town guntur. It was informed on 15/05/2023, till now they have not contacted me and there service and behaviour was very worst in the town of guntur.

        I am not satisfied about this voltas product and there service.They give me the default produst even it was not worked morethan one year.

          I have purchased a Voltas split invetor AC in year 2021. At the time of purchase there was a offer that there will be 1+4 year’s warranty on complete ac and nothing have to be paid in terms of service and components charges provided the AC is being serviced atleast once in 6 months from the authorised service centre.

          I have availed free service till June 2022 and purchased AMC from the then service centre in July 2022 and have availed one service in December 2022.

          Now there is water leakage issue in the AC for which I have raised a complaint on 23 may and on 24 i have received a call from your now service centre(this has been changed this year) saying that AMC is not valid we will not accept it and you will have to pay the service charges.

          Then i called your customer care and they have mentioned that nothing need to be paid by you and they will send an email to service centre in this regard and will also arrange a call back for AMC issue.

          2 days have already passed but neither the AMC team have called nor the service team have visited to resolve the issue.

            Sir i am facing the problem with my ac since 14 april 2023 I am from puranpur pilibhit UP 262122
            Firstly my outdoor PCB was broken as said by the technician and then it took him a month to replace it after doing so he told me that your indoor PCB is also not working he is telling me this after a month of waiting seriously
            And during this one month i have contacted the ASM of the regional city barielly UP
            And the service center aditya associates
            And i have faced a really disappointing responses from them
            And now its been additional 10 days for my indoor Pcb and no sign of it
            No one contacted me nor informed me about anything
            I am requesting you to put a replacement of my ac and get me a new one
            I am really disappointed and fed up with this one its been more than 40 days in this hot summer kindly place a replacement of my ac
            As quick as possible
            And i need a reassurance as quick as possible for this

              My new voltas ac is not working since april 14 and the complaint is registered since then
              And the engineer came and told us that the outdoor PCB was broken
              It took him 30 days to replace the outdoor PCB and after that he told us that now the indoor PCB is not working and its been 10 days additional and no sign of replacement yet
              I have complained multipled times i even complained to the ASM of voltas in barielly and the service center owner but no one is able to resolve my problem i even said to them to replace my ac but they denied it
              And its been more than 40 days in this hot summer and no solution is being provided

                My split inverter AC was showing error code "ER". Had called the mechanic after getting details from the internet. Md Arif / similar, mobile no [protected] had attended the call claiming to be Voltas employee. He tore open the electronic circuit and left with the same along with Rs 7000 on 21st May 2023. He was untraceable for next 2 days, surfaced today i.e. 24th May 2023 and could not solve the issue. He returned Rs 2000.00 and left with the balance Rs 5000.00 asking us to complain, without giving a receipt.

                Voltas customer support is bad, these unscrupulous elements are adding to that.

                Donot know if this AC will work again, will definitely not go for Voltas AC if the AC needs replacement.

                  I have Voltas ac and the ac is not working since 2 month and my ac is under warranty i lodged complaint 2 month ago and one service person came to my house and take 600 RS for visiting charge and tell that we have to change PCB and since than customer service provider/person not picking up phone and not replying also customer care doesn't giving satisfactory answer

                      My aur conditioner got installed in the month of 28th May, 2022 the guy from voltas have charged 8000 cash from me mentioning that you have to pay ...and went directly after taking the feedback as I was in the mid of my meetings with my client he refused to give me the bill which he have charged using the words like extra pipe and equipment got used...and now whenever I call he is not responding have complaint in service center but no response..request to remove such people's his name is ishtiyaq from lalbaug branch..i want justice in this

                        I brought a new Voltas AC and used it for half hour just after one day of installation and now it is showing E8 error. I have complained for the same lot of time but no one is resolving the issue. I even called customer service twice but still nothing is resolved. It's been like 1 month since I registered the complaint in Voltas service centre.
                        I have emailed the CEO of Voltas in hope that someone might resolve the issue but still no response from the company. The after sales service of voltas is worst in the industry as no one listen to your complaint.

                          Ridiculous bajaj and voltas pls don't go with it.

                            Although complaint no. [protected] is registered on 10 April 2023, technician NIRMAL KUMAR is reluctant to attend the complaint. Everytime I got the message "Technician is started to your location" but the tracker provided in the message shows his location somewhere else attending his private complaints.
                            Also, the technician NIRMAL KUMAR is incompetent because his repair work was not working till now.
                            I also get unsatisfactory replies on voltas service centre
                            I have also contacted to DSC KANPUR, but it is also not responding properly.
                            Please provide a solution as soon as possible.

                              I have purchased voltas grand cooler 3 year back .In every season it's motor got faulty and I have to replaced motor . 3 motor I already replaced and now again getting same problem and people of your service centre not even able to arrange a service person to service the cooler . Today's is the 4th day of complain and no one come to check what is the problem. Pathetic service experience with voltas.

                                Almost 29 days has passed and still I have been waiting for my air condition to be Cooling issue from Voltas service centre, the Many Dsc Delhi concerned person are extremely unresponsive and irresponsible towards my issue.In these 29 days I have called them numerous times and also send them back to back mails but all in vain. I have received dates after dates from them but no solution at all which is extremely frustrating. Below are the complete details:

                                  HI Team,

                                  22Mar2023 I have raised an AC service request and against that request a respective engineer from VOLTAS came and examined the AC on 26Mar2023 and stated that there is internal leakage in the AC which needs to be replaced.

                                  He said that he will file the complaint and raise a request for a new component.

                                  But till now I didn't get any response from the VOLTAS engineer or from the VOLTAS team.

                                  I have followed many times with engineers as well as with customer care executives and everytime am getting the same response from their end stating product yet to arrive.

                                  I have waited almost two month and I don't know how long guys are going to take this request.

                                  Even I mailed them that am going to consumer court to file this case but still they didnt care about this issue.
