Bought SPLIT AC in April 22 not working properly...

The AC (4551960A18EA00978) that I bought on 28 April 2019 through Tata CLIQ never worked.

In the beginning, I followed up; Voltas people came three to four times and refilled the gas, but the same situation (not cooling) after 10-15 days. Due to the pandemic, I could not follow up with Voltas. This AC has been lying useless for the last four years. Recently I requested Voltas to take this matter seriously and resolve it once...

I am writing this to raise concern regarding experience I recently had with voltas customer support. I raised a complaint that my AC is not cooling properly after the technician has done complimentary AC service ( product is already under warranty).

Technician visited my place yesterday but he didn't checked outdoor unit properly as he did not have a device to check pressure/ if there was a gas leakage....

I bought a Voltas AC in june 2022, after that I used it for 4 months till october and it is such a problem on my head. every week I use to face some or the other problem with the AC. Now when I have started using since 2 days as summers are here and I have called for service once already. Service guys do not tell about anything that what is the issue and then they move some wires every time and it works for that day and again starts malfunctioning...

Bought an ac on 26th march...
On 11 april it shows error F2...
Then talked with customer care...
Registered a complaint...get call from voltas...as per the talk.. they had to send the technician today...
But now they denied...then again called the customer care ..they said the complain is not fully registered...what is going on i can't understand.
